Had a lovely stay in Kirkby Lonsdale, it's an area I'd never visited before and this so pretty, lots to explore in the countryside, the lakes, and even the beach.

Helen was really helpful and always available to answer questions. She was even kind enough to let me mom come and join me on a couple of days of my sit :)

Billy is an absolute angel. He is so well behaved and just loves love! I never heard him bark and he knows where he can and can't go in the house. He's really easy to walk, doesn't pull or even seem interested in other dogs. He likes to find socks and shoes in the house and either take them to his bed with him or bring them to you to show off, it's adorable. I couldn't have asked for a better pooch to keep me company.

The house is big and quirky, it's old but has nice modern features and decor. Lots of garden space, and ponies in the field opposite!

I'd definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better sit! Beth and Randy are very kind and caring hosts and very easy to communicate with. Pepper the cat is my new best buddy! He is so sweet and lovable and very easy to take care of. Their home is beautiful and very comfortable. I’m looking forward to sitting for them again. Their two pups will get to stay with Pepper and I in September and I can’t wait. I highly recommend this sit.

This is such an excellent house sit, I only wish my writing could do it justice. As previous Sitters have mentioned, Coreena and Jay are so warm and friendly, you can't help but feel welcomed from the start. The fur kids, Rocky and Kona, are so loved, and it shows. We felt honoured, to be entrusted with their care. They are so loving and well behaved, we fell in love with them right away.

There are so many nice places nearby to walk with the dogs, it's easy to share their enthusiasm for exploring. The Pittman wash is within walking distance of the house, and you can walk for as many miles as you like. You have to be prepared for every walk to take longer than expected, however, because everyone stops you to comment on how beautiful Rocky and Kona are (which, of course, we already know).

The house is really well set up for Housesitters. They have thought of everything. There is a drawer full of instructions, maps, and answers to pretty much any question you might have. There are labels on everything from the coffee machine, light switches, remotes, etc. We arrived a day early, and Coreena went over everything with us, and took us on the walk to the Pittman Wash. The house and yard are clean and beautiful, like your own private resort...much nicer than staying at a hotel.

The hardest part of this sit is having to leave. Luckily, we were able to say "see you later" rather than goodbye. We look forward to more adventures with Kona and Rocky in the future.
