Silvana and Allan were great pet sitters. We found them reliable, trustworthy and friendly. Their communication was excellent and we were sent regular updates. The dogs were incredibly happy and well cared for, in fact the dogs missed them once they were gone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank to both of you.🙏

Elizabeth

Elizabeth and Sam had to put up with last minute breakdowns in our house. The day before we left, both the oven and the dishwasher broke! The sitters seemed unfazed. They were the first strangers our kittens had met, and one kitten hid for days. Elizabeth searched and worried as if she were my kittens’ mom, and communicated with me a couple times a day. When we got home the house was clean, the kittens were healthy and fed and not traumatized in the least.

Corey

Corey was an extremely responsible and caring pet sitter! She took great care of our dog, taking him on beautiful walks and making sure he was very well cared for. She also treated our home with respect and everything was as it should be when we returned. She responded to all of our requests with a positive and easygoing attitude and communicated quickly and responsibly. It was a pleasure to have her as our pet and house sitter and we would not hesitate to have her again.

Katia

Katia is a kind soul. She stayed with Parsley for a weekend while we traveled. It was a short trip and we were grateful to have found Katia. While the sit was completed, there were a few things that alarmed us. One was that she had multiple guests over to our house over the weekend without asking or informing us. We specifically ask our sitters to let us know if they plan to have guests. While we can look past this, what we cannot look past is our explicit instructions that our sweet pup cannot be left alone due to anxiety. This is clear in the posting and we also reiterate this on a video call interview prior to accepting a sitter (which we did with Katia). We also specify this in the welcome guide. Unfortunately Katia left Parsley alone several times and one time was for over 2 hours. This was very disappointing to us. Unfortunately we will not be having Katia for future sits.

Kassi & Justin

Kassi did an awesome job watching our 4 month old puppy. Pretty much the best possible sitter you could ask for. We came home to Molly knowing a few more tricks, a super clean house, sheets cleaned, etc. She was a joy to work with and we would welcome her back any day!

JENNIFER

I admit I had tended to gravitate towards older sitters in the past, being (yes, unfairly perhaps) dubious of the youngsters' level of responsibility etc. Selah and Marcus proved me wrong. They were thoughtful, helpful (we had some travel issues and needed to reach out to them) and highly dependable. Choose this lovely couple - you can't go wrong :)

Alaya

Alaya was thoughtful and generous in regards to caring for our animals and home. She stayed for a weekend and the animals were very happy, and the home clean when we returned. Alaya put in the extra efforts to make us feel she was as prepared as possible to offer our animals amazing care, and left our house very pretty upon arrival home. Thank you so much Alaya 😊

Kristen was the main contact for communication and she was incredibly easy to communicate with, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Their self-sufficiency was impressive, as they handled everything perfectly while I was away. Kristen and Joe took wonderful care of my dog, cat, and home. I returned to find my pets happy, well-cared for, and clearly loved, and the house was in perfect condition. My dog was well-exercised and content, and my cat seemed relaxed and happy, which speaks volumes about the attention and care they provided. I couldn't be happier with the experience and sincerely hope Kristen and Joe will be able to sit for me again in the future. Nadia came to live in our house in London to look after our 3 month old puppy Labrador - Billy -  (and our house) for 2 1/2 weeks in August 2023.
She was very easy to communicate with, from the outset, and was happy to meet with our needs, not only on dates/handovers, but also in the fairly particular requirements that looking after such a young puppy necessitated. She arrived promptly, with her daughter, as agreed and was happy to be "trained' in what Billy would require for his care regime. 
Whilst we were away she sent us regular updates as to Billy's well-being and when he had a minor health problem she handled it very calmly and sorted everything out without needing a visit to the vet.
On our return we found a very happy Billy and our house in immaculate order. We wouldn't hesitate to ask Nadia to sit for us again in the future.

We were delighted to host Chloé and Christophe at our property. They cared for our two dogs as if they were their own. Their organization was impeccable, and their daily communication to share photos and videos, or just to keep us informed, was greatly appreciated. They took great care of our home.
