Staying at Izarmar's house with Boris, Otis, and Nala was great! Izarmar thoroughly communicated everything we needed to know and was very responsive whenever I had questions. The cats were so cute and playful; we really enjoyed spending time with them. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very nice and bright which made working from home pleasant.
We enjoyed our time in Beaconsfield with Reuben and Maya. Lisa provided two very comfortable bedrooms for me and my daughter. Very friendly hosts with a spacious home and a large garden with a greenhouse. We really enjoyed some time in the garden watching the fish in the pond. Reuben and Maya are adorable cats. One thing to note is that one or both (not sure which) is a skilled hunter, most mornings there were remnants of either mice or birds that they brought in to eat in the kitchen. After the first couple days, I knew to look for it so I could clean it up right away. Other than that, they are both very sweet cats. They spent a lot of time outside when it was nice out, but also liked to spend time near us, either just close by or snuggled up next to one of us.
Dee was very warm and welcoming and I immediately felt at home. Lily is the sweetest dog you could imagine - gentle and placid. My sit was just 2 days but very memorable as I enjoyed walking around the locality with Lily. She is exceptionally good on the lead and a calm traveler in the car. I slept very well in Dee's home. It is lovely and spacious and they have put so much work into making it a gorgeous space for all the family. I was lucky enough to meet the children too before they set off - and had a good chat with Dee's hubby before I left. The garden is an oasis of countryside tranquility - yet there are shops, amenities etc. just a short few minutes in the car. All in all, a fabulous sit - thank you, Dee, for having me!
Meeting Cindy has restored my faith in humanity! She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people I have ever met. Her cats, Midge and Rocky, entertained themselves much of the time and were easy to care for. Cindy's home and patio and just wonderful, and the neighborhood is serene, pleasant and friendly. When I buy my next home, I want it to be just like this! This was just a phenomenal experience. Thank you, Cindy!
What an amazing spot. I enjoyed sitting for Polly and going on lots of walks with Corrie as well as spotting deer from the hot tub. The family are lovely hosts and I couldn't recommend this sit more.
Adam & Molly are gracious hosts! Their home is super comfortable and perfectly situated near a dog park and wooded trails. Most notably, their pups Barry & Shelly are absolute gems who will charm, snuggle, and wag their way into your heart. The sit was a breeze — a peaceful and enjoyable respite!
