Angela
We really loved staying at Angela's place during our Thanksgiving retreat. With all of the animals it might seem like a lot of work, but it is not. Outside of our morning and night duties we were able to come and go as we needed as long as we were not gone for too long. They have a great welcome guide with everything you need to know to complete the sit.

Creek - I feel like in a past life Creek was a emotional support dog. He is very loving and loves to be around people. This made it great to take him for walks -- while on lease he stayed close by and didn't try to drag you around, but most of the time we walked him off lease without any issues. He loves to sniff around, but will stay within a reasonable distance of where you are walking. He was not distracted by other dogs barking and didn't chase the occasional cat that we saw.

JJ - It was winter time so JJ was probably inside more than usual. For the most part he stayed away from us, but if I went into the room he was in he would let me pet him. There is no litter box inside the house to take care of so if he didn't already ask to go out by noon (or when we left) I would put him outside and he seemed to be ok with it.

Bunnies - Outside of feeding the bunnies in the morning and night we really didn't interact with them much. They would let you pet and hold them when we were out there feeding, but since it was cold we just stayed inside and let them do their thing outside.

Fish - Not really anything to do with the fish outside of the feedings. They really didn't like to be petted or held :-P and stayed to their bowls.

Victoria
I had such a fantastic time looking after Minnie. She is a funny cat who is very playful but slowly reveals her affectionate side to you eventually! Victoria was an amazing host, really generous and welcoming. She has such a gorgeous place it felt like a real treat to stay there and she left really thorough instructions/guide to her home. She is very approachable and friendly so I felt fine to ask any questions and I very much appreciated the effort she went to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I would definitely sit here again and I will miss Minnie!

Catriona
Whilst my stay was cut very short due to the implementation of the latest shut down in France, Catriona could not have been a better host. She created and shared memorable meals, favourite places, friends and moments. Dusty whilst an old cat, was still very much the matriach and diva of the household and let you know what her needs were, but affectionate and simply wanted to be near. Stan, a juvenile, was very much his own cat, yet affectionate, and is gradually learning how to sit and catch treats. Wonderful to be right in the centre of a vibrant village with the added benefit of a very large garden in the countryside to escape to.

Geraldine
This was such a great housesit! Andrew and Geraldine were excellent, warm and generous hosts. Their place was filled with books and art and in close proximity to the train/bus station. I’m going to miss Pearly and Pinky, who were super affectionate and adorable. Would definitely housesit again!

Charlene
Tyche, Howie and Cupid are really sweet dogs. They loved going on their twice daily walks. They live close to Sloan Lake so we had pleasant walking choices. They have a nice backyard for the dogs to use for going to the bathroom. I liked to be there a fair amount and did not leave them alone for more than 3 hrs. Charlene can bring in additional help if you need to be away from the house a bit longer; best to let her know ahead of time. Charlene and Jesse and Avery are lovely and friendly. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is a very serene place to be. Thanks for letting me spend time in your home with your sweet dogs.
