We are very grateful to Victoria and Malcolm, not only for their conscientious and heartfelt care of Annie and Avis, but for their willingness and total capability to rise to the challenge of unexpectedly harsh weather conditions during their stay over the holiday season. From our first call to get acquainted, we felt that everything would be in good, unflappable hands, and that was certainly the case. Prior to arrival, there was excellent communication between us. Upon arrival, Victoria and Malcolm settled in easily and got to know Avis and Annie right away. While we were away, all communications were super easy and effective. During their stay, Victoria and Malcolm encountered record-setting snowfall and cold weather, which had to be challenging in terms of getting out for walks and just generally keeping things going, but nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Annie's feet hurt on freezing walks, so they sourced and got boots for her, and patiently helped her adjust to them. They ensured Avis and Annie were safe and comfortable. We came home to a warm welcome, happy pets, a clean house, and delicious freshly-baked cookies. Avis and Annie clearly showed their attachment to Victoria and Malcolm when they departed. We would highly recommend them to anyone, and would have them here again in a heartbeat.

Pet Athletic Club is amazing! I have boarded my Australian Shephard, Josie, multiple times. I have been using PAC’s daycare service for my dog, Eddie, for a few weeks now. I reached out to Ellery at PAC with tons of questions and she had patience and answers for every question I had. Eddie went to his evaluation, which took several days to ensure a good fit, and I appreciated the personal feedback given at every pickup. Ellery, Scott, and the PAC team are extremely attentive and care more about animal safety and health than any other provider in the area. I love the ease of drop-off and pick-up, the option to pop onto the Webcams and see what Eddie is up to, and being able to ask Ellery and Scott questions about his behavior. Most importantly, the daycare at PAC is no-nonsense. I know that PAC staff is correcting nuisance behavior and that Eddie is in a safe place learning boundaries and healthy interaction. I opted for their unlimited package to test out Eddie’s first month and I have a feeling I will be a repeat unlimited customer. Thank you, PAC staff, for being so great!
Caring staff, clean facility, and a great value. My dog can be very anxious around new dogs/people and did not do well at other daycares. PAC was patient and took the time to get him introduced to the facility and other dogs. Now he loves daycare and is excited when he gets there and is happy (and tired) when he leaves.
We loved bringing our puppy to training here. He learned SO much! And, while it did take him some extra time it was easier on us knowing he was well loved and cared for during his time when he was there.
