Astrid and J-C were absolutely fabulous. Our two large dogs took to them both immediately. Sometimes when it's obvious that we are packing to go away our golden retriever gives us the 'you're not leaving me are you?' look. We didn't even get that as we left them! Astrid and J-C are a lovely professional couple who clearly like the outdoors and our two dogs loved all the exercise, including running with them, which we can no longer do as much as we used to. I can't recommend them more highly.

What wonderful house and pet sitters. We spent a couple of days together before I left so that the animals would become used to them being around. I was a little worried because this was the first time I had left the dog since adopting him earlier in the year. I needn't have worried, the dog loved them and the cats soon found there was a welcome lap/bed. I highly recommend them and hope they can come back and sit for me in the future

For their first sit Paula and her boyfriend were reliable and very easy to deal with. They leave the house in a very good stage after their stay and took good care of Minette who is quite easy going though. We did not have the chance to communicate much as I lost my phone during their stay but all went smooth.

Belen and Aleondra took very good care of Groot our dog. The house was very clean when we returned. And they kept us updated throughout with many pictures and videos. We would definitely have them back :-)

Linda badh

Linda was great with Pongo. She sent videos and pictures to update me of how he was warming up to her. The only issue was that she confirmed that she could stay at the sit until I arrived back in the evening but 2 days before I was supposed to come back told me she had to leave in the early hours of the morning which meant that pongo would have been alone for 12+ hours. I had to scramble to change travel plans, ask a friend to come let him out as I still wouldn’t have been able to be back in time. It was very inconvenient and a shame because I really thought she was doing a great job. She left the apt as I left it. Overall great.

Lili was great with the cats and they received great care while she was here. The house was in perfect condition when I got home. The only thing I would have liked was a little more communication, but I didn't request it and my basement tenant was around, so it wasn't really necessary. Overall, Lili was just fine.

It was a pleasure having Maeva to sit for us. She was patient and kind with Lola and we were delighted with her care and competence. Lovely sitter!

Laura is a gem! Our dogs were happy and well cared for during her stay. Came home to a clean and tidy house. Laura had to leave a bit before our return and communicated brilliantly with a detailed message and pictures. Very sweet and kind and we hope she is able to return another time.

Evie and Mitch were a fantastic match for us and our animals. They were great with our slightly needy pomchi, and our other dogs and cats. Evie’s experience with horses was great when keeping an eye on our equines. They were amazing sitters and we would recommend them most highly if they choose to house sit again. Guillaume & Enzo

Guillaume and Enzo had a couple of challenges and handled them very well and did exactly what I told them to do. There was a plumbing issue and my Bulldog, Branston wound up with a Cherry Eye and they took him to our Vet for care. I am happy to say that when I got home I massaged the membrane back in place! This was because Guillaume and Enzo administered the drops the vet gave them which allowed the swelling to go down. Hooray!! Plumbing not as easy. Plumber is on his way now

Comfortable home, wonderful views and countryside, local support, friendly neighbours.  Veronica has an informative guide and is in contact if needs be. Casper is adorable. Although independent, loves company and play. Very resourceful, a real personality. Would love to be considered for another sit.

It was an absolute pleasure to sit for kitty Xena at Susan and Delia’s cozy and very well-appointed home. I am so happy we all got to meet in person and very grateful to have had the opportunity to be there in the serene surroundings for a two entire weeks indulging in the peaceful solitude of the area. 

Xena is extremely easy to love, incredibly sweet and gentle and so easy to care for! The beach access and the natural beauty of the surrounding is just awesome :)

We had a wonderful sit! Lara and Gianmarco gave us a warm welcome at their beautiful apartment where they introduced us to Estrella and Chorri. They gave us all the necessary information regarding the house, the garden and their two sweet cats. Estrella is a real lady and Chorri a playful friend who loves to sit with you and get your attention.
The location is great, with the bike it’s about 25 minutes to drive to Basel centre and take a refreshing swim in the Rhine river what we did a lot. Basel is a beautiful city. Altogether a great sit and highly recommended.

Annie’s fur fam are just THE BEST. I had such a lovely time with them all. The dogs are super chill and each have their unique, mellow yet bold characters. The horses are super sweet and the chickens are cute. 
It’s quite a bit of work to do during limited daylight hours, however there is lighting at the stables and a head-torch if you’re into walking fields in the dark 😅 
Annie made me feel very welcome and was responsive to any questions I had while she was away. 
The house is well equipped, warm and very homely. I would absolutely sit for Annie and her family again. Thanks for having me!

Had a great time taking Scout to the beach and chasing her in the water. She gets a little frisky after birds on walks but wearing a hip leash was no problem!  Blake's awesome apartment is just a mile to the dog beach and a lovely retreat from the triple digit heat elsewhere.  Definitely recommend and would sit again in the future! Thanks Blake!!
