I highly recommend dog sitting for Gregg and Mario! They were very accommodating and kind from the moment I arrived in El Cerrito. They allowed me flexibility with arriving and leaving a bit before they left/returned due to my schedule and were generous with leaving me plenty of food. Hunter and Buster were a joy to watch :) Hunter is calm and friendly and Buster is adoring from the moment you arrive and becomes your constant companion. Buster had recently been adopted when I came, so he was still struggling a bit with having accidents in the house, so I recommend closing bedroom etc doors before leaving the house. Also, the house location was great. I was within biking distance to Berkeley which was fun, and it was maybe a 15 minute walk to the BART station which can take you into San Francisco. But mostly the house is a great place to relax – the garden and the views from the windows were stunning. Thank you Gregg and Mario!
I can’t explain what a wonderful experience I had at the Brown’s lovely home in Cuenca, Ecuador! Diane and Brian were amazing hosts. I not only had a beautiful home, but it was full of love, wonderful dogs, and plenty of yummy food. The grocery store was down the street, along with anything I needed. I really didn’t need anything because I had the best 4 dogs on the planet! I miss them so much already! Talk about “filling my cup!” My experience was over the top. Thank you Diane and Brian for a wonderful experience! I have a new family in Ecuador.
Derek, Hilary, Loupie, Semi and Bindi have a delightful, spacious and well equipped home in a lovely spot. The dogs enjoyed showing us their favourite walks and coming further afield in the car. Then they would happily sleep the rest of the day away. They are very attached to each other and it was lovely to see their care of each other. Bindi the cat was very friendly and loved cuddles and took no notice of the plethora of birds large and small visiting the feeders in the garden. The local wildlife in the form of pheasants and 2 types of deer visited too. Yet we weren't far from the well equipped large town of Newbury with its easy parking, many villages with pubs, walks and canals. All in all it suited us very well, and we have already been back for a second sit with more in the pipeline.
Iris is the most dreamy cat I’ve ever met! She was on my lap 5 minutes after I walked in and melted my heart immediately. She is the sweetest creature who likes to keep you company whatever you doing. I thoroughly enjoyed looking after her and would be back at heartbeat!! Esther is very welcoming host, who showed me around their beautiful house before the sit and left detailed home guide, which was very handy! Thank you so much for having me once again X
Teddy was a gorgeous and easy to look after cat. We really enjoyed his company—he is really friendly and well-behaved. The home itself is very comfortable, tidy, and strategically located for exploring London. Ali and Daniel were kind and communicative hosts who helped with any questions we had. This was a very enjoyable and easy housesit and we would not hesitate to look after Teddy in the future. If you have the chance to care for Teddy, we highly recommend you apply; he will melt your heart.
Colette has a wonderful place along the river. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Colette was quick to respond to any questions we had and left detailed instructions for us. We would definitely stay here again. Haiku and Tara were loving and well behaved. They are very easy to care for. Haiku loves lots of attention and Tara likes her space, but if you're lucky, you'll get to see her magic trick :)
