What a delightful experience! The apartment is cozy, and the neighborhood is peaceful. The animals, Zara and Amir, captured my heart. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Zorro; he was with his mom during my stay. I'm grateful for the magical two weeks spent here. This sit is suitable for experienced individuals who know how to handle dogs, remain calm, and confident around an energetic canine. Providing a sense of security to Amir was key, and he handled encounters with other dogs with ease. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity! I'd be more than happy to take care for them again in the future. The communication with Somicha was very easy and friendly.
Althea (Adassa) and Shaun (Yahanan) were wonderful hosts. They were warm and welcoming, and made sure to set me up for success with a printed out checklist with key information, a tour of the house, and a meet and greet with their beautiful dog Darling and their fish Oscar. They were also excellent communicators, responding quickly to any questions. Their dog Darling is extremely sweet and well-behaved. I loved getting to spend time with her out in the back yard, encouraging her to run around playfully, and just chilling with her in the living room getting work done on my laptop. Oscar is a very low-maintenance fish, and Adassa and Yahanan left everything needed right next to his tank as well as clear instructions. The home is spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is tranquil and safe, with families taking walks and kids playing outside. Vine Vegan restaurant and Saffron Express are both about 20 minutes away and have awesome vegan menus. I would definitely recommend this sit, and I would love to get to spend time with Darling again any time. I will miss her and wish all the best to this lovely family!
Simon and Clare were an absolute pleasure to housesit for. They left clear and helpful instructions regarding everything I would need to know, but were always on hand if I had a question to ask. The house is beautiful and full of comfort and charm, a lovely experience. Thank you both!
Donna is a generous, kind spirit. Dogs Robin & Alemendra are sweethearts. I will happily sit for Donna again. Donna met me at the airport, 2.5 hours from her house and made me feel welcome. She gave me her bedroom for my comfort and convenience instead of one of the guest rooms that wouldn't have been as warm. She made sure I had firewood, introduced me to friends and neighbors that included me in their holiday plans. She left her car for my convenience and made sure I was settled in and comfortable prior to her departure. I joined a Spanish family for holiday home-cooked meal and spent New Years Eve with a family learning new traditions. Thank you Donna for this memorable experience.

This was a wonderful sit! Jenny provided really helpful and thorough information before the sit and she welcomed any questions I had and was quick to respond during the sit if any questions came up. She was so organized with outlining a daily schedule for the dogs which was a great guide to follow and she had frozen treats prepared for them that I gave as part of their daily routine. Both Sonoma and Maru know their routine and love it! They are some of the sweetest and most well-behaved dogs I’ve ever met! Maru was a bit more reserved at first and took a day to warm up to me, but once she did she was super playful and loves belly rubs. Sonoma is quieter, but gentle and loving, and lets you know when she wants some attention. They were both fun to spend time with, easy fall in love with, but hard to say good-bye to. I really enjoyed my time with them. I would highly recommend this sit to future sitters and would happily come and care for Sonoma and Maru again in the future.
