Sandra and Richard were just lovely. They arrived the night before and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing about their travels and experiences - plus it was reassuring to see how comfortable they were with the boys. The updates and pictures were all gratefully received, and to be honest we both think that Sandra should start a sideline in comedy script writing 😂 Communication was brilliant, both prior to the stay and then throughout our holiday. The boys were super happy on our return and the barn was immaculate. We really hope they’ll be available for another sit sometime in the future.
This was our first booking, and I must confess that initially there was some anxiety. That all changed when we met Diana for an in-home visit prior to our leaving. Diana can best be described as conscientious, respectful, professional, and gracious. She answered all our questions and put us at ease that we made the right choice. It took minutes before she was on the floor with Harley cuddled in her lap. It is clear she loves "fur babies". Diana asked all the right questions about our home and its upkeep. While we were gone, she provided necessary updates and addressed situations that came up. She also provided us "proof" of her caring pet-sitting by sending periodic pictures that featured Harley being "loved on". My wife's "hobby" is housecleaning, and she was delighted to find that the home was spotless upon return. We can wholeheartedly recommend Diana for anyone in need of a sitter who cares about your property and your shaggy friends. We couldn't be more satisfied with her stay.
