Hello there! I would like to share my experience with Fire Hydrant Pet Sitting. Fire Hydrant Pet Sitting was referred to us by another petting sitting company. I reached out to them and Kylie immediately responded to my request/inquiry. Kylie helped to schedule a consultant to meet our dog and to go through his routine while we were on vacation. Kylie and Steph came to the consultation and they took thorough notes along with playing with our dog and making him comfortable with him. While we were on vacation, Kylie sent me the cutest and the best photos of our dog. The photos made us miss him even more than we already did. On top of the photos Kylie sent us a recap of the day with our dog. It was so thorough and detailed about the day. Moreover, Fire Hydrant Pet Sitting uses a user-friendly platform to communicate with their staff, schedule pet sitting, dog walks, and more, and payments. It's a one stop shop. We needed a last-minute pet sitter for our chickens in December and Kylie came through for us. I LOVED my experience. My pup was taken care of so great, I had to leave town for an overnight and they were able to help me last minute. I felt so safe and comfortable after meeting them and seeing the extraordinary facility they have set up for the dogs to play all day. Not only this but I got text updates of how he was doing along with some update photos to see my boy having the best time with his new friends! We rarely have to board our dogs, but we decided to travel just before Christmas and I was so happy to find London Ridge Pet Resort! Adriana is so friendly and very obviously loves sharing their home with their doggie guests. Our dogs were so well taken care of and happy while we were gone, and we loved the daily photos we received. I loved that they would have lots of room all day to roam freely and not be confined to a small kennel or crate for any amount of time. I’ll never take them anywhere else. My dog Charlie and I had a meet in greet with Adriana and her family. It's apparent how much pets are loved and treated like family.This place is great. Charlie felt comfortable and at home. The grounds are gorgeous very clean. Charlie is excited to come back soon

This was our first time leaving our dog at this resort and we were so pleased we did. Luca was welcomed with open arms, the playground is perfect for dog socializing, exercising and resting. Adriana was very helpful and kept us informed of Luca’s status. So thankful we found it, affordable too.

If you are looking for a place that feels like home for your pups London Ridge is the place. Our Goldendoodle loves coming here and playing with his friends. We have left him twice up to six days and feel very comfortable, knowing that he is well taken care of and gets the attention that he needs. Adriana is amazing and our pup Bentley gets so excited when he sees her. The backyard space is a resort for your pups. It is spacious, clean and they even have their own cabana if they want to hang out. I give this place five stars, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We needed a place for our lab to stay since our usual pet resort was booked. I contacted London Ridge Resort, Adriana was quick to respond, and luckily had availability. Our lab loved his stay because of the home away from home environment. We are so grateful we finally found a place that is close to our home and treats our lab like family.

The best dog sitting/boarding! We felt like our dog was open vacation like we were. She was so comfortable and excited to be there. Also Adriana was so communicative with pictures and texts letting us know all was well. Appreciate them so much!

My fur baby had such a a good time and was so well taken care of. This was the first time I had been away from her overnight and her stay was four nights. I was sent pictures while I was out of town showing how much fun she was having. They take such good care of your dogs and make them part of their family so I don't think my fur baby missed me at all. I'm going to start using them for daycare as well as when I go on vacation. We had our toy cockapoo, Lady groomed here today. The staff was both friendly and helpful, and it was obvious that they treat your babies like their own. They did a wonderful job grooming Lady. I dropped her off at 10:30 and they had her done right after 12! So happy with our service and would recommend her to anyone! Also super affordable!

Best Buddies Pet Care is a great place to go with your dog to learn how to train him. They have a very non impactful way of training that is very effective. If you have a dog: old, young, or in between then go there and let them help you so that your dog will be happier and more secure.

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin?! I am so thankful to have found Best Buddies Pet Care and am SUPER excited for their recently opened daycare/boarding facility. After the owner of Olive's previous daycare facility sold the business, we found that service with the new owner was less than desirable. So, on the hunt we went for a new daycare for Miss Olive and we came across Best Buddies Pet Care (B&B) and I sent an email inquiring about tours. Kimie was beyond pleasant and very helpful in answering my MANY questions. We went ahead and scheduled Olive for a complimentary assessment and a tour of the facility. The day of our appointment arrived and upon entering the lobby door, Kimie was right there to greet us and Olive loved her! The facility is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and modern. It is comprised of a lobby, a grooming area, the main daycare/boarding room (cage-free with a television, an electric fireplace for ambiance, a trundle bed along with small cots for puppers, and a state of the art artificial turf potty area), and a back room that has seperate, gated off "mini rooms" (used for feed times and if a pupper needs some alone time). The entire place felt homey (not overwhelmingly large) and I love that their focus is more about quality than quantity. Kimie, thank you so much for taking the time and giving us a tour and answering all our questions. This discerning dog momma is so happy to have found you & Olive is looking forward to playtime and boarding with you again!

Chino’s Caring Kennel always gives my mini schnauzer, Gabby, the best care and the cutest cut. Their groomers are first rate! I have taken her to others in the area, but they just don’t compare. I have never been disappointed with their service. I recommend Chino’s Caring Kennel to anyone who values top quality at a fair price.

Have been bringing our two dogs Buddie & Ollie here for about 3 years now and we couldn’t recommend them more. Ollie is a 16 pound Maltese and Buddie is a 78 pound Labrador retriever. Both of our dogs have boarded multiple times and have gotten bathed and groomed here multiple times. The staff has always been helpful, kind, and friendly. If you’re looking for a place for your fury little friend to stay or to get bathed or groomed look no further. Chinos Caring Kennel is the place!!!

It was my first time at Chino Caring Kennel. I felt nervous leaving her at a new kennel. The wonderful thing is that they were able to update her shots for me as well as keep her for three days. She also received a bath service and she was very happy when I picked her up. Thank you to the wonderful employees at Chino Caring Kennel for taking care of and loving my Princess when I could not be there for her. I also was able to call and get a progress note on her.

My sister recommended Chino’s Caring Kennel she leaves her dog there. They have good customer service, making appointments is easy. They respond promptly and they’re always busy. Which makes me believe they have repeat business. Our dog is not the most social she is suffering the loss of our mother’s attention since she developed dementia. She’s skittish and a bit antisocial, but the staff is very patient and loving toward Maya. I would definitely recommend their business and continue to trust our pet with their care.

My Rottweiler has been going to Chino Caring Kennel since he was a baby. He is 4 now. He has boarded there and he is groomed there. He is always excited to walk through the doors. Peso is not the nicest dog at times, and is very opinionated about what he wants to tolerate and what he doesn’t. This doesn’t stop the groomers and other handlers from getting done what he needs done, and they never complain. Archer is our old rickety German Shepherd. The groomers at Chino Caring Kennel call him grandpa. He is special needs in that he can’t stand up long and sometimes falls over, but is well taken care of—treated very gently. I will never take him to anywhere but Chino Caring Kennel for his grooming.

1st time kenneling our 14 1/2 year old girl. (I was more stressed than she). Picked her up after 4 nights away. She was groomed and very happy. Thank you for taking great care of our girl. Yes, we would ask you again to care for her. Yes, we would refer your services to others.

No other grooming facility was able to clip my dog’s nails, she really hates it. Norma Jean was very patient with her and got them all done! I love Chino’s Caring Kennel, all the staff there are professional and kind.

We have been coming here since we had our first dog in the early 2000’s. The boarding and grooming are top notch. All of our animals have always seemed comfortable going and coming from Chino’s Caring Kennel. The staff are always nice and really seem to enjoy working with the animals. We have boarded for a weekend and up to two weeks, we have always been satisfied with the care of our dogs. This is the only place we will take our dogs to get groomed or be boarded.

Hello. We found Skys the Limit pet service on line after we learned that our normal sitter was unavailable. Our rescue dog is very much the homebody and prefers to be home vs anywhere else. I believe Skys the limit did very well this being my dogs first encounter. Their outdoor facility was exceptional. My dog was able to run and play outdoors. They provided many photos to show the dogs adjustment and interaction to other dogs. They were professional and required vaccination documentation upfront. I believe my dog to have had a good experience at Skys the limit. I will use them in the future.

This will sound fake, but honestly she can do it all. I’ve used her for boarding for my dogs, I’ve used her to go check up on my cat, she’s taught my dog to walk on a gentle leader because my dog was too strong for me and always pulling me. Not anymore thanks to Aki. She takes my dogs for walks around my neighborhood, she picks up to take to the dog park. She goes hiking with them for hours every Thursday. Shes extremely educated with the skill set to run her business with compassion and confidence. She sends daily pics and videos. She’s punctual and caring and my animals L O V E her. I can always rest assured that everything’s under control with Aki. She’s a real class act. I’ve been a client for around 4 years. She was recommended to me by a friend at the dog park🐾 We highly recommend her!

I found out about Sky's the Limit pet service because I needed someone to watch my two yorkies while I'm at work. I'm not really a fan of sending my dogs to a boarding place because of how many other dogs there are. So I contacted Aki and she offered to walk my dogs for me while I'm out and play with them in the house. She totally seems to love dogs and my dogs have become quite fond of her. I love how my dogs can be taken care of in the comfort of their own home and all for less than a lot of boarding places!

Aki is the best. By providing daily pictures and updates, we knew our dog was safe, happy, and well taken care of.

1000 out of 10 dog boarding facility. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of care you're getting for your pups and kitties. The picture updates are amazing and really make me feel so much better when I'm away and get to see how my kids are doing. Amazing staff really makes this place different than the other places, from top to bottom! I can not recommend this place enough

Pet Service Solutions is and will always be my go-to Pet Hotel for my pets. I love how they greet your pet before you 😆, Expect to receive photos of your pet while you're gone. I have used them a few times to board Jasper my Great Dane, and I always receive pictures of him making new friends and having a good time. Pet service solutions also offers grooming services in case you wanna come home to a good smelling fur baby 😁😁 I highly recommend this place !! 👌

Our girl loves this place and everyone that works here! They truly take the time to match up dog play styles which is so important when selecting a day care for your beloved pup. They send lots of updates when she is there throughout the day which I love too. She is pretty stinky at the end of the day but I’m pretty sure she lets other dogs pee on her or she rolls around in it but she loves it there!

My little maltipoo Muffin had a 3 day vacation at PSS. She had an awesome time and was taken care of by the staff. PSS would even text me photos of her playing and having fun daily. I would recommend this pet Day & Night Care for all.

Amazing place! My dog has been coming here for day care for several months. The day care is great! They keep large and small dogs segregated and pay close attention when introducing new dogs. An employee is also in the group play area at all times for safety. I just finished one on one training sessions with Julian and am beyond pleased! I was not only pleased with the pricing and training techniques, but the time and dedication given to my dog has been beyond what I expected. I definitely recommend PSS Pet Hotel for all your pet needs!

The staff are exceptionally amazing. They took care of my baby very well. I was gone for a week and they sent me daily status & pics of her. When they dropped her off to my house, they even went out of their way to give her a clean bowl of water. I’m truly thankful that I found this pet daycare/hotel. Thank you to all the staff. !!! Do NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! Left my Frenchie for daycare and grooming. They texted me later that day to say my dog was having an allergic reaction after his bath and was now at some vet in Upland. Turns out they had either left him unattended on a tight collar for a while or the untrained worker was overly aggressive with my dog. This led to a large restriction in his throat creating a large lump and salavary gland collapse. A year later and they are still denying wrong doing and any help towards his surgery. Yup he needs surgery.

Albert was very kind and professional. Very welcoming and you could tell by the staff that they love the animals. The facilities was very clean and the facility didn't smell. I would definitely take my dog there.

My 5 month old puppy, Rocky, stayed in this resort when I had a business trip out of town come up on rather short notice. It was his first time being outside of the house and with strangers. I was nervous for him. But the staff at this resort were kind, professional, caring and helpful. They made my puppy’s stay very comfortable and he was happy. They posted photos of his play days and pool day and he looked like he was having a great time. They bathed him before I picked him up and the whole process was very smooth. I will also soon bring him for day care since he had such a good time. Thank you guys!

I’ve used their services 3 times now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the superior care they provide my little pup! He loves it there and I feel so comfortable knowing he’s in good hands when I leave him. They’re the best!

We tried it out for the 1st time. My pup loved it! He came home clean and happy. I love that they have the pool area for them. The only con is that they open at (830am) much later than most daycare facilities. My work start time is 830am, so I'd always be late to work if I have to drop him off at HPR, which is why unfortunately we have to continue using his other daycare (PSS) which opens at 7am, and sadly my pup is not fond of it. HPS, please consider taking drop-offs a little earlier (8am)! You'd have my business every day! :)

Awesome resort for Stella, she has the best time. Plenty of 1 on 1 and the social pool time is incredible. Don't forget to have them treat your puppy to an ice cream.

This was the first time we’ve boarded our dog so we didn’t know how he would handle not being with us. We were going on a 5 day cruise and just before sailing I looked at Facebook and found a couple of pictures. Chili was having a blast. Will use them again

I’m so glad I found Heavenly Pet Resort. Visited a couple other places but they were too expensive, not clean and no private rooms. My dogs are my kids so when I leave them with Heavenly Pet Resort I know they will be well taken care of. They post pictures of my babies, trim their face hair and even have bandanas on them. I love being able to see them while I’m away on Instagram knowing they are running around on the yard and having fun. Thank you Heavenly Pet Resort!

We’ve use Heavenly Pet Resort several times. This place is awesome. They treat our senior lab wonderful. I know he’s treated well because he’s not running for the door the minute we walk in. He willingly goes with the wonderful staff. We always get private play time and ice cream. After all he’s on vacation also. I love that they post pictures on instagram. This last time we were able to see that he finally decided to give the water area a try.

We used them several times, we absolutely loved taking our dogs there, they seemed happy and we would get the washed before we picked up, so they came home smelling great. The last time we took them was July of 2024. The reason being we left them there for a week, they go in so happy. Saw a few pictures over the week and they looked happy. We picked them up and one of dogs seems a little off, but we assumed maybe overwhelmed or something. I said give him 24 hrs to readjust, but he just keep getting more off. Without getting into too many details, our dog had salmonella and almost died and $4,000 later in vet bills trying to heal him. Unfortunately, he is still dealing with the side effects of the illness. I don't know how he got it, and I can never prove it was the resort but the facts are we dropped them happy and healthy, they looked happy in the photos and never did I hear from them that he was ill or not eating or his poop was not normal. We pick him up and noticed he was off, and he just kept getting worse until we found out why. I can never leave them there again in good faith.

We have been taking our dog Todd for about a year now. He LOVES it. He doesn’t even look back when we drop him off. Now we take him and his new brother Theodore. Theodore is still learning the ropes but can tell he has a blast. I don’t ever feel nervous leaving them. They get play time and ice cream. We all appreciate all the photos they take and post on instagram. 5 stars!

Gizmo loves to go to Heavenly pet resort. We were just away out of state for 10 days. He always comes just bouncing right out of the kennels. Happy to see me. He has fun playing with all the other small dogs in the group environment. He runs around and plays when he comes home he is as fresh and clean as when I brought him, no smells no fleas! I also like the daily pictures they post! I never worry about going and leaving him. Sandy and the other gal at the front desk are awesome. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name.

Great experience. Gray stayed over for the long weekend and took care of my 2 dogs, one of them which requires medication daily multiple times. I received daily updates with videos and pictures. Gray took great care of my dogs and the house as well. Would use again for the next trip !

We were lucky enough to find Zenia and Barkhaus just before a trip and the reviews and recommendations don't begin to do her justice. She took care of both dogs and was very detailed in their care and handling all their special requirements. Great communication and frequent pictures helped us enjoy our trip. Definitely will be relying on Zenia in the future.

I am so happy I found these wonderful people! I was nervous leaving my two dogs while I journeyed far from home (they can be a handful), but after the meet and greet with Helen and Z, I instantly felt better. They were kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and loving towards my two large dogs. I received several updates from them during their visits and it was nice to see my dogs happy and comfortable. Their background in vet med/pet care and skills for animal handling is also a huge plus. My daughter found barkhaus pet sitters to watch her dog at our house while we went on a week vacation. I have a stray cat I feed and 5 tortoises. Z , Helen and Alyssa came over to our house for a meet and greet and it couldn’t have gone better. They are very organized and took down lots of notes. They stayed at my house for the entire week, taking care and feeding the cat and tortoises. Also taking wonderful care of my granddoger . We got videos, pictures and updates everyday it was very comforting! They also watered all my plants (which is a lot). They sent us lots of photos and videos and always updated us each visit. They helped refresh water and food, cleaned the litter boxes and even swept the area around the litter box to keep it clean. Helen and Z are the kindest, most professional, and most knowledgeable pet care workers I have ever met. They have now looked after my two Maltese dogs and my cat. When we initially met, they were organized and thorough, even offering background checks! Each time they visit, they send pictures of my pets and let me know if anything has changed with the animals. They are both trained as vet techs, which is extremely comforting. I am confident they would know even better then I would how to react in an animal health emergency! In fact, when my cat had recent health issues, Helen and Z were the first people I consulted. They are incredibly responsive via text message/phone call, so I always know I can get ahold of them quickly. Finally, their prices are EXCELLENT - they truly offer the BEST care available for the most affordable prices. They view every animal as one of their own, so you will know that your pets are in capable, loving hands without breaking your budget. I cannot recommend them more strongly!!

Helen and Z with Barkhaus are the best!!! At the last minute before our trip, we decided to contact Barkhaus instead of boarding our dogs due to the excessive heat. Z sounded very knowledgeable over the phone and even squeezed in a last minute meet and greet. When she got to our house and interacted with our dogs Rusty and UB, I knew I could trust her with our babies. She was very thorough and professional. Z and Helen treated our dogs as if they were their own. They sent us daily pictures and videos of our happy dogs. They even cared for our bearded dragon. They provided us with wonderful service and gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. I completely trust Z and Helen and will be calling them again to care for our pups.

Z and Helen are spectacular!! They treated our cats like they were their own pets. They offered to send videos and photos if we wanted them (we did) and each text made our day brighter. They clearly love animals and you will not be disappointed with this incredible service. And, they do not just show up and get out as soon as possible. They spend time with your pets. Helen is just the best! I reached out to her after having a difficult experience at a very large daycare with our puppy. She was super responsive, extremely helpful and most of all she really cared. I can't say enough about Nathalie, she truly has a heart of gold. I am happy to be new customer and won't be going anywhere else! First class all the way and complete piece of mind now for work or travel.

Comfy home dog boarding was the absolute best! At the beginning of my experience they were extremely helpful. Their communication is top notch and they were extremely flexible with my schedule. I also was receiving updates and able to ask for updates myself throughout the day as well! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. And to top everything off this was on Christmas and Christmas Eve! I would reccomend this boarding to anyone going to Disney but also to anyone in the area at all! They also did the cute wrapping paper trend and put a little Santa hat on my puppy ❣️

They did a fabulous job caring for Goober! They were super responsive when I was inquiring about the Disney daycare, and accommodated me picking him up on Christmas Eve when they were supposed to be closed. I got pictures throughout the day and he looked so happy! Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants great care for their pup :)

My three little fur babies boarded for three nights at Comfy home dog boarding. I was super nervous on my way to drop them off because it was somewhere new. My anxiety was calmed so quickly when I stepped inside with them. The employees were so incredibly nice and you could tell they were going to take extra good care of my babies. Every day I got photos of them and they brought a smile to my face to see them having such a good time. I will definitely be returning, thank you for taking care of my fur babies.

We were visiting Disneyland and we called very last minute and were able to accommodate our fur baby Archie right away. We never leave him anywhere but at Comfy Home dog boarding they made him feel like home. They updated us with messages and pictures throughout the day and keep us with a peace of mind. Moving to a new city definitely was hard to comb through finding a new place for our dogs to stay at if we travel. Thankfully we saw Comfy Home Dog Boarding. When we saw the place, it was so clean and pretty. Then, we booked 10 days for the boys to stay. Comfy Home Dog Boarding sent us pics and updates on our boys and we really appreciate it especially since we'd miss them. The boys were also spoiled with lots of time out in the backyard, lots of pets and treats (they even made a dog friendly thanksgiving meal, so cute!). We also really liked that they set up the place exactly like a home where the dogs can roam around and really feel at home. They were also friendly and communicate to us very well. We're happy with how the dogs were treated and we'll be back! We definitely recommend this place!

I booked Meadow for 2 full days with pick up and drop off. Comfy Home Dog Boarding were very accommodating. Their hours allow us to enjoy full days at Disney. They sent me photos of Meadow through the 2 days. It looked like she had a great time. I would definitely recommend Comfy Home to anyone and will use them again!

We had an excellent experience with Comfy Home Dog Boarding! Right from the start, Lizzie was super helpful and kind! She gave us a tour of the home and made sure we felt comfortable before we left. Throughout the day, we got pictures and updates which was so nice getting that peace of mind! Berto also assisted in taking care of our dogs and was also very friendly and gave our dogs great care! He reached out to arrange a pick-up time for our doggos, and was super responsive and flexible. Would definitely recommend!

Araceli and her team are awesome! She offers a regular 8hr daycare and a “Disney Doggy Daycare” from 7am to park closing which allows you to “rope drop” Disney and stay the WHOLE day if you really want to maximize your day! She’s also VERY flexible with pickup/drop off times! Comfort Home Dog Boarding isn’t like a regular commercial doggy daycare where there’s basically an unlimited amount of spots open. Araceli makes sure there’s a good ratio of her team members to dogs so there’s always supervision and makes sure all dogs that are taken in are dog friendly to prevent any incidents. She also is really thorough and makes sure all dogs she takes in are up to date on their vaccinations and she sends updates with pictures to you about your fur babies. Comfort Home Dog Boarding is THE place for us to bring our dogs for doggy daycare in OC!

This was the first time I leave my dog Cami anywhere. She’s either always with me or my family. However, certain plans changed and I had to look for someone to help take her in for the day while my family and I enjoyed our day at Universal. I found Comfy Home Dog Boarding on google and decided to look into them. After reading all the reviews I gave them a call. They took my baby in last minute and provided me with reassurance that they’d look after her. She’s never been around other dogs in general so I was a little nervous about leaving her. They are exactly who they show to be! They sent me updates of her and showed me how much she was being loved. I highly recommend this place for anyone who’s either leaving their fur baby for the first time somewhere other than with family or just in general honestly!! 10/10 experience and if it ever comes to needing someone to look after my girl I will definitely be coming back!
