Not only did she give us frequent updates with photos, she also gave Maisie daily multiple walks and lots of cuddles and snuggles. Ramsey was an amazing cat sitter for Harry & Sassy. Was very organized and communicative. Left the house in great shape including cleaning the refrigerator, the wood floors and replacing paper goods and toiletries. He was wonderful with the cats who obviously were attached to him. I feel like it was a vacation for Harry & Sassy with daily grooming and play sessions.

Valerie & David

Valerie and David were the perfect people to help look after our golden retriever Lady. They were extremely kind, thoughtful, responsible, sensitive and aware. We found the best dogsitters in the world. They sent us photos of Lady, they took her for 2 if not 3 walks every day, gave her tons of cuddles and love and affection. They worked next to her in the day time, and tucked her in at nighttime. On our return, they had cleaned the house from top to bottom, bought us fresh fruit for the house and extra baking bits, a beautiful wooden family tree sculpture which they had decorated with calligraphy, baked us warm fresh cookies and written a beautiful card. I could have honestly cried with happiness. We cannot recommend them enough and give them 100 / 10!

Fiorella, along with her partner Pietro, watched my cat (Adelle) and my home for 10 days. Fiorella was so easy to communicate with from the start. She made time to come by before her sit began, and kept me updated regularly while I was away. I found her to be very reliable and caring, and it was clear that Adelle warmed up to them quickly. They took excellent care of my plants and home and left everything tidy and clean. I would gladly recommend them and hope they are available for future sits with Adelle!

Mary was an amazing pet sitter. Ruthi was well taken care of and she left the apartment spotless. She sent photos often. Ruthi, who is well known in the neighborhood was her usual friendly self, this was enthusiastically shared by our neighbor. She is welcome back anytime she wants.

Emily & Greg

Emily and Greg were our first housesitters and it was a wonderful start for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable with us and even more important, that Rebel was comfortable with them. I was fortunate they lived in the next neighborhood over so they stopped by several times to walk with Rebel and me and the day before our trip, Emily came by to take him out alone to ensure there were no issues with a stranger coming into the home while we were gone. In addition, Rebel is a large rescue dog and, although he is usually well behaved, none of us were sure how he would be when we left as we adopted him during the pandemic and we have been home pretty much 24/7. In addition, she had to attempt to keep Rebel from consuming too many cicadas which was a chore in itself. All went perfectly. Our house was left tidy and she even had to clean up some things that Rebel got into - he loves pillows, tissues and plastic bags. This was by no means her fault, we left them where he could get them.....and he did:) Emily communicated with me by text daily and we talked about how it went once we returned home. We came home to a happy dog which of course made us very happy and more comfortable with doing this again. Feel free to reach out to me if you need more information about this housesit. I cannot say enough good things about Maggie, Lucy, Brian & Debbie - what a wonderful family. (Not to mention, their home is a serene paradise on 5 acres that overlooks a stunning lake! Debbie has a green thumb - and it shows! We saw bald eagles, herons, osprey, a loon, hummingbirds, deer, an otter, and more.) Maggie is the most fun border collie; she loves to tug and snuggle and play. Lucy is a perfect sibling for Maggie - they love each other and taunt each other and play with each other. Adorable. We loved getting to know Brian & Debbie, and hope we get a chance to sit for them again.

I had a pleasant time sitting at Emily's place, even though her kitty barely came out of hiding :-(  
Lotus was alone at the house because Emily had taken both dogs with her.  We both expected Lotus would be happy to be home without dogs and warm up to some solo attention, but she did not, which was a great sadness to me.
Emily has a modest home that is clean, neat, and comfortable, with Roku tv (I watched lots of cooking shows).  It is a convenient location for anyone with a car who wants to explore Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill; and Emily was a dream to communicate with.  
This was a home-town sit for me, so I did not sleep over (having my own pup at home) but the accommodations would have provided a nice place to sleep, bathe, cook, and be a great home-base for seeing the Triangle area.
I would sit for Emily again.

We spent 4 nights sitting for Becky and her sweet cat Zora in her home in Saugerties, NY in the beautiful Hudson Valley. The location is convenient to the village of Saugerties. Becky is a gardener, and it is lovely to sit on her back porch looking at her handiwork. Her house has a nice layout and is located on a quiet side street.

Zora is a senior cat, low key and somewhat shy at first with strangers. She does need to be kept hydrated several times a day and sometimes meows at night.  We found her to be easy to care for. Becky was great about checking in to see if all was OK and we did the same for her.

This is a sit for people who are cat lovers, enjoy country life and the sights and sounds of nature. A car is necessary.

I had such a great time at Valerie and Jon's appartement. Their cats, Janet and Baby boo are the cutest and very sweet. I really miss them. It was a very quiet place even if it's in the city. I also really enjoyed the garden that was lovely and calm. The neighborhood was such a great place to live: Many restaurants, café, terrasse and parks. Also it was situated just next to the metro and I could go downtown Manhattan or Soho in no time. I recommend x100000 this home. Thank you again!

Her house is in a great position for walkers to walk in the Dartmoor National Park. In the evenings, I took Noddle for a 1.5-hour walk every day. If you like walking, The Moor is really worth it. Noddle was a anxious dog but he accepted me immediately and I think we were comfortable with each other. He would run very far when I took him off the lead, but he would always come back when I called him.
The cats lived freely, especially Fleur, which was very cute as she would come to my side to be stroked.Coco likes to be on her own, but she never misses her evening snack and I thought it was adorable that she was waiting on the bed for it.
Nathalie was very kind and provided me with everything I needed to go for a walk. This made the walks at moor more enjoyable. I was very happy that she was always concerned about my comfort and stay. Her neighbours were also very friendly.
I look forward to staying there again next time.
