I had an amazing time with Charlie! He is a lovely dog, so playful, well-behaved, and very, very sweet. He loves walking outside, and there are so many great places in the area! Central Park is only about 15-minute walk away, and the East River promenade is even closer. If you keep walking down the promenade, it takes you to the Carl Schurz Park, which is very pretty. It was great to explore the Upper East Side with Charlie! Natalie is a very warm and generous host, and her family is wonderful. I loved staying in their apartment, which is super comfortable and has everything you need. And I appreciated access to the gym! It’s a fantastic gym, with great views. What a wonderful sit, I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Natalie, for having me!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with sweet cat, Toby-with-huge-green-eyes! Jim and Lori have a lovely, very comfortable home with beautiful views in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had a meet and greet the day prior to their departure and were warmly welcomed by them. Communication was always clear and timely. We were given detailed instructions, both written and verbal for Toby and their home. Toby was a bit finicky about his food but not enough to cause concern. He is really a very mellow fellow who quickly became our friend cuddling up with us to watch TV and sleeping on the bed at our feet. He is super easy to care for and loves a chin scratch and belly rub. We are grateful Jim and Lori trusted us to care for their home and Toby and would be delighted to return someday for another sit.
We had a great time looking after Skye for Bob and Pam! She is very easy to care for and so sweet! Bob and Pam gave us clear instructions to care for her and the chickens and they took the time to show us around the house and garden. Their house is simply wonderful with amazing views all around over Zion National Park (less than 5 min away!). Their garden is beautiful and we were able to enjoy some kale, beans and basil, as well as fresh eggs! We really appreciated their generosity and feel very grateful to have met them. We hope to be back one day!
Sue's place is just magical, the animals are dream to look after. Toby, the funny and cheeky lad, Winston, the real kittycat, Jessica, the gentlest and oldest cow I have ever known, not to mention the chatty hen gang:) Sue's instructions were thorough and meticulous and we were happy to spend an afternoon with her previously, goung through everything. We are happy to go back any time.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Daniel and Kelly's lovely home. It is comfortable and charmingly decorated with everything you would need for a 5 star sit. It is near the charming town of New Milford which is a short drive for groceries etc. Taking care of Tesla and Taiga was a joy! They are very different in personality and looks but so such fun to be with. Great companions! I highly recommend this sit! Thank you Daniel and Kelly for trusting me with your sweet cats! Loved being with them!
