We so enjoyed our very first and then second sit with our fluffy pals Switch and Willie! They are the sweetest dogs who want nothing more than to be with you and be loved :) Beautiful, peaceful, cozy time with these two, who we already miss and hope to see again!
It was our great pleasure to housesit for Ann and Tom. They are generous, active individuals full of life. They provided comprehensive pre-sit instructions that were thorough and made all the difference. The care is for two very well behaved, people-centered golden retrievers which for us included daily walks into the Black Hills National Forest and a great many ear, chest and belly rubs. The five cats are a delight onto themselves. They are always indoors, some talkative, some less so, all enjoy laying with each other or on you when you sit down. A couple of them particularly enjoy playing with/baiting the dogs. Then there are the horses. Two of them that were pastured and took care of themselves with our responsibility to see their tank was full of fresh water. The area is remote but not isolated, the house spacious, the sunset and sunrises gorgeous, Ann and Tom a delight to know and a wonderful experience caring for their home and four-legged family. A great experience awaits any who are invited for the next sit.
This is a once in a lifetime treasure of a sit . Not only do you get to spend time with three beautiful kitty’s in an absolutely gorgeous home with a breathtaking backyard filled with flowers. additionally, if you’re a natural history fan, Mark has the best collection I’ve ever seen outside of the museum
Looking after Stephanie's animals was a breeze. Teddy and I got along very well and often had cuddles on the couch. With Stephanie's instructions, it was very easy understanding each animals needs. The house was spotless with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. My favorite was the espresso machine, which I used a few times a day. 10/10 would love to house sit again 😊
Absolutely wonderful stay. Can’t wait to comeback!
We so enjoyed our stay with Abs. She was a delight to sit, and showed us so much love. Irene's home is a large but cozy cottage with a wood burner, which we used during the first frosty nights. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There is a large garden and vegetable garden all set on the edge of the farmlands and foot paths. Such a peaceful place, and yet close enough for a quick trip into town. We would be very happy to sit Abs again.
