Toni and Buddy were amazing, don’t hesitate to have them over to watch your house and pets. Toni sent pictures of the dogs while we were away and provided updates. She even stayed later on the last day so the dogs would not be home alone too long. The house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. We would have them back any time.
Todd and Tricia were excellent hosts. The home is on a busy street, but it is less than a minute to a beautiful walking trail where Hogon prefers to do his business. We walked the trail daily, he pulls a bit but is easily corrected. Bags for puppy poop are available at the start of the trail and we walked to Whatcom Falls and several parks on a daily basis. He's a sweet dog, but will terrorize the 5 chickens if he gets into the chicken run, so it's important to ensure it's closed tightly. At night they go in to roost and your close off the entrance to keep varmits out. The bed and linens were clean and comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances. All and all a simple and enjoyable place to hang out, I would recommend this sit to anyone who enjoys several daily walks, which Hogon loves.
Nicola, David and their boys were very welcoming and made us feel at home on our first visit. TJ is very playful and loves his walks. They have a lovely home close to lots of trails which was ideal for walking TJ. Nicola was very attentive and left an information pack which was very informative and easy to follow. Communication throughout the housesit was great. We would be very happy to look after TJ again.
Maria is Târgovişte’s best kept secret. If she leaves, the community will mourn. Her heart and soul is warm and generous, always wants to make sure you’re happy, fed, comfortable and … did I say fed? She’s easy to talk to and is great company. She has a large property and has put lots of work into making it feel like a home with creature comforts. Big shoutout to Vali and her for all they did for me while I was there- their kindness is priceless. Her home is filled with a beautiful energy for her family of dogs and cats. They love her and any sitter that comes will love her too.
House sitting for Laura and Thomas was wonderful. They were not only hospitable and friendly, but their house was eclectic, in a fantastic location for seeing New Orleans and their cat, Suleiman was easy-going and affectionate. We would definitely house sit for them again!
We only have words of gratitude for Natasha for giving us this opportunity. Harlow is a charming, cute cat and very easy to care for. The house is perfect for one or two people, and the neighborhood is quiet, with the Downtown area within walking distance. Natasha was an excellent host, attentive to our needs and flexible. We would definitely recommend the experience. Thank you, Natasha!
I loved housesitting for Phillipa and hanging out with her adorable cat Koro, an easy to please cat who enjoys his time looking out the window or cuddling on the couch. Phillipa's instructions were clear and easy to follow and her place has everything you could need. It's in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants and easy transport links to other areas. I highly recommend this sit and would be happy to return!
