An easy handover with Andrew & Julia just before they left for their short break & a waggy introduction to Oti their fussy little spaniel. We enjoyed a very comfortable sit in their lovely house in the small & quiet village of Skerne but close by is Driffield with more facilities. Oti was such a good girl for a young dog. Walking her off lead was easy & her recall was excellent during our lovely walks not far from the house. She loved playing on Fraisthorpe beach only a 20 min drive away & playing fetch, but she hadn’t really got the concept of bringing the ball back lol. Cuddles and tummy rubs on the sofa were a special time we all enjoyed. Something about Oti just touched our hearts & saying farewell was particularly difficult. She was such a sweetie we won’t easily forget. We can only hope we’ll get to take care of her again sometime in the future. Thanks for a memorable sit 🐾💕
Wonderful sit! Charlie and Nate are such sweet dogs and I really enjoyed walking them to the beach and the surrounding area. Roland and Suzanna were extremely helpful and kind allowing me to sleep over the night before and going over everything in detail for the sit. The house was beautiful with a pond in the backyard and an amazing work from home space that really helped me as a remote worker.
My stay at Libby’s was absolutely wonderful!!! She graciously welcomed me into her beautiful home and made sure to take the time to show me around. She provided tons of detail to help me care for Zelda and Fitz and was very responsive throughout the stay! Fitz is one of the most well behaved puppies I have ever cared for and was incredibly cute and cuddly! I enjoyed walking the property with him and swimming in the lake! Would definitely come back again, such a peaceful retreat!
Smee is a lovely dog who was a pleasure to look after. He was absolutely no trouble at all , well trained, entertaining and i enjoyed looking after him. Lucinda very kindly met me at Oban and arranged a lift for me back to the train station. Smee and Lucinda live in a beautiful part of Scotland with an incredible ever changing view. A pleasure to meet them both x
We really enjoyed this sit and fell in love with Nala's quirky but loving personality. Pamela has a lot of experience preparing her home for sitters and guests, which was apparent from our initial communications. She genuinely cares about her sitters having a positive experience. Her home is comfy, modern and clutter-free with some premium touches that made the stay memorable. We loved the outdoor living room area (overlooking the pool) and the location can't be beat! Nala is similar to other Bengals we have met but she surprised us with her instant affection. She is quite independent and clear on how/where she wants to spend time in the house so we were honoured that she chose to hang out with us often and follow us around when she was in the mood. She is a sweetheart who likes to be fussed over so we had fun spoiling her and keeping her in her routine. Thank you Pamela for making a fairly short notice sit experience super organized and enjoyable.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.

He was great! Super friendly and despite my dog being usually very energetic he said she was mellow for him, which in my mind is a testament to his skill with animals. Art is wonderful! I was very happy that my dog, Taz, instantly liked Art; and Art was able to include Taz into the group on the first day! He sent me several pictures, so that I could see that all went well, and Taz was having a marvelous time! So now Taz goes for a walk with Art every week. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. 🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.
I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.
We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!
I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.
Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.
Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.
Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!
Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Randy and his team. They were incredibly professional and polite during my first time boarding my dog. Meeting Randy and his staff reassured me that they genuinely care about the dogs and their clients. While I was in Oahu, Hawaii, Randy sent me video updates of my dog, which allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation.

We dropped our dog Jackson off at The Pack when I was coming from out of town. Randy worked with me to accommodate my last minute booking and was a huge help. Jackson is a big dog who is reactive with other dogs - Randy handled him confidently and was able to give him care that allowed him his own space. He checked in regularly and made me aware of how Jackson was settling in. By the end of the visit, Jackson had even met and played with Randy’s dog, something we have never seen happen successfully with another dog sitter! Thanks Randy, we will be sure to drop by again!
We brought our dog Juno for boarding and had an amazing experience! Juno has never been boarded and is overall an anxious dog. Randy and his team did an excellent job keeping her comfortable and happy throughout her stay. We will definitely continue to use The Pack for boarding and plan to bring Juno for some daycare since she seemed to have such a lovely time playing with the other dogs and staff. Randy and his team are clearly dedicated to providing affordable and thoughtful dog care services to our community and I fully recommend them to those looking for dog boarding/daycare. :)
Randy and his team are great. They are always accommodating if my travel plans unexpectedly extend. They truly play and interact with the dogs! Cookie is always tail wagging excited when I pull up to drop her off and she goes straight to sleep after I pick her up so I know she has been mentally and physically stimulated during the stay. I highly recommend The Pack for boarding.
Randy runs a great operation! He is open and transparent about his business and he is full of love for the dogs. Our pup has been going to daycare once a week and it has been building her confidence and socialization. Randy sends us photos during the day and we can tell she's having the time of her life! Drop off and pick up is easy. We love The Pack!
We love The Pack! We are so grateful to have found this wonderful place. Truly a home away from home for our two Mini Dachshunds. I could tell my boys were well loved and cared for during their stay! The facility is very well laid out with plenty of gates and fences for pet safety. We love that they only crate at night and free roam and socialize during the day. I also appreciate that they are seperated according to size. It's really a perfect place for boarding. Randy and Toure are wonderful care givers for the pups!!
Honestly the best experience… I can see the level of trust and the rapport between Randy and my husky Goku…. I’ve been coming to the pack exclusively since Christmas there hasn’t been an incident or Ill experience not once. Randy provides excellent feedback and updates regularly. I appreciate their service provided and trust he and staff completely with Goku. I highly recommend The Pack if you need doggy daycare services or boarding. After 2 years of wonderful service Touré has been an excellent addition to the team at the Pack. He’s take on wonderful care of Goku with my last trip away and upon my return told me gave me a very detailed update. My dog was returned clean most importantly safe without incident and he was very happy. Touré sent me picture updates keeping my mind at ease while we were away. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Randy goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you can leave your furry friend at his home with your eyes closed! He has a super straightforward process to get a reservation and he gets out of his way to accommodate your needs and your pup's needs. I left my 1 year and 4 months old Goldendoodle Leo at The Pack for 3 nights and every day I would get a video update of Leo playing and having the best time with his new friends. Randy treated Leo as one of his own dogs and made sure that he was safe, taken care off, and of course having the best time. He even gave Leo a new bed to sleep while he was there. After pick up, Randy found Leo's tag on his play area and offered to mail it to us at no cost. The fact that The Pack reviews are ALL 5 star reviews not only speaks of the quality of service, but of the genuine appreciation us customers have toward Randy and his business. If you are shopping around to board your dog or need day care, The Pack is the best place for them.
Suzanne watched our two dogs for 12 days while we were away in Europe and we could not be happier with her services. Our dogs felt instantly at ease upon meeting her. She has a fantastic backyard where the dogs can roam and play all day. She was communicative and sent us daily photos/videos throughout our vacation. We will definitely board our dogs with Suzanne again and recommend her to our friends & family.
My Koko had her first 1 week stay at Suzanne’s and I can’t tell you how relieved I am that I found someone that is trustworthy and understanding. Koko did great and Suzanne sent videos or photos everyday which was such a comfort to me. Highly recommend her.
This was our first time bringing our 8 year old frenchie to Suzanne's place, and we couldn't be more pleased with how his week went! Suzanne’s is a beautiful property with a large secure yard, dogs have plenty of room to play and run around. Suzanne and her husband are experienced boarders, very friendly and caring and have the utmost concern for the safety and comfort of the doggos in their care. They both clearly enjoy their canine houseguests and the dogs seem to be having a great time there too!
Suzanne has been looking after my dog Coco for many years. I always feel very comfortable leaving him and he comes back very happy. Would trust anyone else to have Coco whilst I’m away!
Karen and Matthew take wonderful care of our two dogs which is proven by the fact that they seem very happy when they're dropped off and when they're picked up. She sends us pictures of our dogs during walks, which we always enjoy getting. Highly recommended, wouldn't trust our babies to anyone else!

I feel very lucky to have found Sue. She is kind , flexible and communicative. My dog absolutely loves her and returns happy and tired when she’s been out with Sue. Sue started walking our dogs when we made the crazy decision to add a new puppy to our family. Our older, 10 year old dog was a strong alpha female who was very particular and our new puppy was a wiggling ball of energy. Sue was amazing with both of them. When we first met Sue, the intake interview she did with us to get to know our dogs put the interviews we had with potential nanny's for our daughter to shame. She took time to really get to know us and our dogs and figure out how to keep everyone happy. Her patience was endless - from dealing with our puppy submitting to others and peeing in her car to accommodating our older dog by ensuring that she had a private place to sit up front in the car. Sue was consistent and reliable and we always knew our dogs would be well cared for. Our dogs loved her and ran to the door any time she arrived. Sue went above and beyond the call of duty and always returned us tired, happy dogs. We brought Sue on when we had a full house with a puppy and a young child and were crushed to leave her when we moved 4 years later. I have since highly recommended her to other friends in the area who have loved working with her. The care she provided to our furry family members was outstanding!
Sue is simply the best! She's been taking care of my big, 10 year old guy, Jonah, for a little over a year now and I have complete trust in her when he is with her. You can tell Sue truly loves animals, has years of experience and she is super communicative. She is super flexible with my schedule and I know Jonah is in great hands when he is with Sue! Sue has been part of our family ever since our husky was a pup of about 1.5 years old, and she is now 12. She has been a second mommy to our girl and helped us raise her. She is very attuned to her pack, and has always let us know if our girl has been acting out of sorts and alerted us to any concerns. She has always been very flexible with scheduling, and always provides ample notice for time off. If you are looking for someone that will care for your pup as if they were her own, then Sue is your person. I enthusiastically endorse her and would highly recommend her if you need someone to keep your pup company during the day.
Sue easily handles our rambunctious 80 lb ball of energy. Chula is so happy to see Sue that we fear for innocent victims of her tail wagging! Sue is a very trustworthy and competent dog walker who makes the outing fun for the whole crew. Highly recommended!
Sue clearly put the animals in her care at a priority. They come first in her eyes and that is reassuring for any owner. We have been working with Wag N Wheel for over three years now, our dogs love their walks with Sue and it's great to know that additional services like pack walks and boarding care are available if/when needed.

Fabulous pet care!!!! Michelle took great care of my resident and foster kitties. She took time in the pre-trip meeting to learn all the details needed. My kitties really liked her...even the shyer ones came out. And I loved getting her daily updates and photos. You can tell she truly loves animals. Michelle is the best pet sitter I've ever had, (and I've had many). It's tricky to find people experienced with, or willing to look after exotics or special needs animals. Michelle is experienced and capable. During the first consult she asked me questions specific to rabbit care such as history of GI stasis and status of RHD vaccines. My semi-feral cat, who is scared of many things, was comfortable coming out and getting head scratches from her. Michelle monitored for issues with all of my pets and notified me when there were changes that could indicate a health issue. Communicating and paying invoices was super-easy with the online system. Sadly, I'm moving and will soon have to search for a new sitter. They will have difficulty living up to the standard Fur and Feather has set.
We were so pleased with the service that Michelle provided for our pet guinea pig. While we were on our vacation, Michelle kept our guinea pig at her home for over a week. She is very knowledgeable and has so much experience taking care of all kinds of different animals -- we had the utmost confidence in her skills and ability to care for our very picky and skittish guinea pig. She made us feel very comfortable and asked all kinds of questions about our pet to make sure that she had all the information she needed. During that week, not only did Michelle provide excellent care for our guinea pig and catered to its every need, she went above and beyond. She gave our guinea pig a hammock to lie in (which it has never had before -- but loved it) and provided extra items for our guinea pig to play with. Michelle also sent us updates and pictures to reassure us that our pet was doing great. I think that our guinea pig had even a better "vacation" than we had! I would highly recommend anyone to seek out Michelle's service for their pet -- she was amazing! We were so relieved to be able to go on our vacation stress free knowing that our fur baby was in such capable hands!
Michelle is amazing! Give yourself, your house, and your pet the greatest gift and partner with Michelle! After a few not so great boarding experiences, we were looking for someone to come to our house to care for our Bearded Dragon. Michelle WAAAAAAY exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, Michelle has deep experience working with exotic animals, both for in-home clients and in vet and zoo settings. She gave us some incredibly thoughtful and helpful tips to be better Bearded Dragon parents and our little dude has never been cared for better. We also got daily updates, which the kids LOVED. On top of being a passionate, attentive, and deeply knowledgable caretaker for pets, Michelle is equally knowledgable about caring for plants. She took good care of our plant babies and our house (took in/out the garbage/recycling cans, collected the mail, kept an eye on the house, etc.). We will never leave home again without making sure Michelle is available to take care of our pet and our house. Thank you, Michelle!
Thank you Michelle for taking such great care of our Guinea Pig Emma! She is timid around most people but in Michelle's care she did really well. She even got a mani/pedi during her stay - we were so scared to cut her nails and tried a few times but Michelle is a pro with guinea pigs! We had a flight fiasco on our way back during the holidays but Michelle was understanding about the change in time for pick up! We will be back :)
Michelle is the best! We have two adopted, female guinea pigs, and it's not super easy to find boarding for our girls! My friends and most people we know have dogs and kitties, and I can't trust family or friends to care for guinea pigs when they have another large animal in the home or they simply don't have experience with guinea pigs! Luckily, Michelle is experienced with guinea pigs, as she mentioned she had them growing up! First off, she was recommended to me by another business when I was frantically searching around Yelp for pocket/exotic pet boarding. It was super easy to communicate with her in advance. She gave me reasonable rates, and she used a very handy online portal to communicate with me, confirm boarding dates, and later, for payment! We brought our girls, with lots of blankets, food, and their cage, to stay with Michelle for 5 nights! They were more than comfortable on the dining table! I asked for daily updates and Michelle was more than happy to send with photos. I felt super at ease knowing Michelle's expertise with all sorts of animals - she is a registered vet tech! We got to enjoy our vacation knowing our girls were in good hands. She even fed them little treats, and gave them lots of snuggle time - per our request! I look forward to boarding our girls with Michelle in the future!
Michelle is the most trustworthy and reliable sitter we could’ve found for our leopard gecko, Mouse. He needed several medications while we were away and Michelle’s experience as a vet tech completely put me at ease. Michelle was *amazing* with our cats and very respectful of our home. The first visit interview was really thorough, and she asked questions that hadn’t even occurred to me - it’s clear she’s a pro! Our cats have different personalities, and Michelle took the care to make sure that our shy one got as much play time as his more outgoing sister. We had cameras up to keep an eye on things, and we noticed that with the exception of taking a few photos for us, she wasn’t on her phone during the visit - she spent the entire visit attending to our cats, which our little attention seekers loved. They followed her around the minute she walked in the door, knowing she was there for play time 😂 We were really nervous about traveling for two weeks, but Michelle made us confident that our kitties would be in good hands. She did not disappoint!
Michelle has been the perfect caregiver for our bunny. She is very easy to communicate with using website, phone and portal system. She is reliable and dependable. She has also been very helpful with our feisty bunny who had been troubling us for months by making messes with his litter box! She figured out solutions and games for him and he stopped his messy behavior under her care. Whenever we return home, he is always content and calm, like no time has passed. And she offered to water our plants as well which was such a relief! Thank you, Michelle!
Michelle is the best! She asked the most thoughtful and thorough questions both before accepting the job and during the in-person meeting. My cat Mona is getting older and needed medicated two times and day and Michelle easily accomplished this task. She also spent time grooming and snuggling Mona as she needs a lot of attention. I got a detailed account of the day with a picture which made my time away much easier and Mona was in good spirits when I returned. I would highly recommend her services.
