Daisy was an incredible house and pet sitter- we cannot recommend her enough! She was incredibly reliable and communicative throughout our entire trip and the planning before. A very comfortable sit for very nice hosts. The home was very large and comfortable. Everything you need in the way of relaxing and enjoying the two, very, if a tad loud, active dogs plus some chickens in a run over the road producing, and often hiding plenty of eggs. Letting them loose into the field daily and locking them in at night as there were plenty of fox's around. I would recommend this sit to any sitter who does not mind a remote position, transport would be a must.I have been very lucky with all my sits to date and this was up there with the best.
What a wonderful stay. Tara was such a wonderful host and had everything outlined and organized. She took the time to show me around sonI felt comfortable. I took care of her two fuzzy loves of her life, Chandler and Bluey. I also took care of her partners dog named Oakley. Steve, her partner, made sure I knew all the important traits of his dog. Sweet Sweet Sweet and a dedicated buddy to have at your side. (And an enthusiastic walking companion.) To return would be delightful.
Lorena and I have just returned home after house and pet sitting for Alix and Chris, looking after their lovely young dog Lyra, their hens and a tank of tropical fish. We were undoubtedly extremely fortunate to have been invited to house sit in Alix and Chris’ quite beautiful rural heritage property in this lovely part of the country. From the very beginning, Alix and Chris made us feel extremely welcome. The accommodation provided to us was delightful and extremely comfortable, we had everything we could possibly have needed for what proved to be a very comfortable stay. Full and detailed instructions for looking after Lyra (plus hens and fish) and the property in general were provided and communication with Alix and Chris both before and during the house sit was seamless. It was extremely helpful to be able to visit beforehand and we very much appreciated this opportunity, we feel that this is essential when looking after a property of this nature. Our evenings were spent by a cosy woodburner with Lyra. This property is such a lovely combination of the modern and the traditional and is very tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, it is quite simply a lovely place to be and we were sorry when the end of our stay came, the time flew by. Lyra was a pleasure to look after and Lorena and I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of her, in all honesty, it was not easy to say goodbye to her! We would have no hesitation in returning for a future house sit should the opportunity become available, and if we were fortunate enough to be invited. We were made so welcome and comfortable and we felt that our efforts were genuinely appreciated, just a terrific experience.
I'm so glad that Danielle invited me to look after her adorable Lily. Lily is a very good-natured, cuddly little dog and good company. She was especially keen on going for walks in new neighbourhoods and was leading me all the way. She loves her belly rubs and baby carrots. The apartment is well-located in Victoria West and close to everything I needed to do and people to see while I had returned home for a couple of weeks during my nomadic journey around the world. The pool/hot tub and fitness/games room were a bonus as was the fabulous view of the Inner Harbour. The West Bay Walkway is lovely and the surrounding neighbourhood is great for walking on quiet streets. Danielle and I stayed in touch every couple of days and she was immediately responsive to any queries I had. I would recommend this pet sit.

Best place to care for your dog. Friendly and centrally located in the city center of Strasbourg. Easy to find. We left our big dog on a sunny busy day with Patch Guard to continue sightseeing and this has been the best decision ever to find a happy dog waiting for us. Highly recommended!!!

Rejected by the Animalis dog care site, it was with immense joy that I discovered this animal crèche which saved our stay in La Rochelle. The concept is just great. From the first telephone contact to the recovery of our 2 dogs, everything was fantastic. We left our babies in total confidence and they seemed to appreciate it. The petsitter is very qualified and caring. He spent his time in space with the dogs to reassure them, caress them, play with them. In short, like at home. The price is quite reasonable.
We left our dog several hours a day during our stay at Center Parc Les 3 Trois Forêts and everything went very well! I even had the right to photos and news during his care by Emma. It would be good for the center to advertise this service more because there is little or no visibility on the site... as well as to enlarge and improve the place because it is quite small and there is no shade.
We left our 2 dogs in care for a few hours at the 3 forests park center and the contact with the animal crèche team was excellent both on a canine level. One of our dogs, however, has a very fearful and independent, even “wild” character, but gentleness and kindness being essential, everything went very well! In short, I recommend with my eyes closed!
We were passing through Strasbourg and left our Oslo for 4 hours for a restaurant and a trip to the Christmas market. Very warm welcome 😊 Oslo was pampered, he had fun with his friends and was taken for walks. We even received photos to reassure us We picked him up without stress and he slept very well. Wonderful and very high quality pension! We had a big problem with a last minute change in Pedro's care during our vacation. Luckily, Veronique was very responsive and we were able to arrange the stay the week before (be careful, this does not seem to be a frequent case because it is generally booked up weeks in advance!). Pedro LOVED his stay and we really feel like he came away more confident and mature. The follow-up is great, with very detailed daily messages accompanied by photos, it was super reassuring; It was our puppy’s first extended care and our stress was quickly dissipated. It is obvious that Veronique has a great knowledge of canine ethology and is very rigorous in setting up the stay, which went wonderfully. Véronique takes very good care of our dog. He is very happy to be back with his walking group and the rest of the day is more pleasant for him. It is with complete confidence that we let Véronique pick up our dog at home to take care of him during his walk.
In professional retraining with the desire to open a dog boarding facility, I followed the training that Véronique offers. I recommend this training to have a general look at the profession with its share of joys but also disadvantages. This allows us to be realistic about what awaits us without sugarcoating the other side of the story. Videos show in real life certain everyday scenes that are important in interacting with dogs. Véronique listens to the questions we ask and answers them quickly. She also inquires when the questions relate to a more “specific” part of the legislation. I thank her for her availability and commitment.
We left Adèle with Véronique for 4 days and what can we say except that we found a corner of paradise for our dog. Leaving them is never easy, but we will do it again with our eyes closed! Nice meeting with L’école Bêtes: Kept my dog Zazou as a “last” minute for 3 days: lucky for me there was a free place. We trusted each other despite the distance from each other. I like this “like at home” way of care but also this rigor in setting up the meeting and the progress of the stay. Sending detailed news and photos every day. Very available for exchanges by SMS. For CATS too 😍 Véronique took care of our cat while we were away! Indeed, after a running-in visit a few days before our departure, Véronique went to our home to play with Thaï every day: regular exercise for 30 minutes a day, cuddles when our little one wanted, bowls well stocked and a clean litter box as well as lots of souvenir photos to keep preciously. It felt really good to see her through a screen every day! We will call L’Echappée Bête again 🙏🏻
