We left our nine month old puppy with Jim for almost three weeks. She had a bought of diarrhea when we left her and Jim was able to adjust her diet and nursed her back to health in our absence. He would send us pictures and updates during our trip, which we greatly appreciated. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that our pet was well taken cared of and enjoying herself. I highly recommend Pet Hotel Buenos Aires.
We have used Jim Anderson to watch over our 13 year-old Labrador, Cooper, on several occasions, most recently during a two-month trip overseas. Both we (and Cooper!) have been very happy with the experience. Jim's home in the Buenos Aires northern suburbs is compact and has a small garden. That suited Cooper just fine as he doesn't need to run around to expend energy like he did before. Jim fed him and medicated Cooper exactly as we had specified. He also sent us daily updates with photos, which allowed us to know the dog was happy and well. I would be happy to recommend Jim's services.
Our 10-year-old collie/lab mix stayed with Jim for a few days before his big flight to Miami. Jim regularly shared photos, updates. Our dog had a great time and was well rested and ready for his flight. Would absolutely book again.
I left my 15 year old yorkie with Jim for what I thought was going to be a one month trip back home. That one month turned into 9 months. He took such amazing care of my girl - taking her to the vet many times, cooking meals for her, etc. She was truly treated the best she ever has been! I highly recommend him to care for your pet! He also helped me with transport of my dog back to the United States which was a huge help! I’m so thankful we had Jim during our time in Buenos Aires!
