We had a lovely stay looking after Runner. Karen and Niall made us feel very welcomed and comfortable whilst we stayed to take of Runner. He is a little independent boy who is shy of newbies. He does like to patrol his manner and come for his food when it’s feeding time. Karen and Niall live in a lovely area with lots of walks to do and places to see. Karen left us loads of attraction leaflets which was very helpful. We would definitely come back if we could. 😀
Peter and Sarah made our housesitting experience a real joy. The communication beforehand was great, they picked us up from the train station and made us feel very welcome. The instructions they gave us were very clear and easy to follow. They even lent us a car and invited us to stay an extra night. Their home is very comfortable, the animals all loveable and the area is very beautiful and peaceful. If the opportunity ever arises we would love to go back.
We really enjoyed our time at Kate’s place. The apartment is spacious and well equipped on a quiet road. It’s quick and easy to get into the city by bike or bus, there’s some great cafes nearby (Little Clive’s is a must for Banh Mi), plus there’s a big Woolies about 5 minutes away. Kate is fabulous, very clear about what’s needed, quick to respond and so easy to talk to. Violet largely kept to herself during the sit, she would bask in the sunlight on the balcony or lounge on Kate's bed quite contentedly. She'd join us in the kitchen at her meal times and eat everything we put in front of her, including her medication. Would recommend!
I had a great time in Karri's house with the cats and felt very comfortable at all time. Pumpkin and Shadow are super cute and I miss them both already. Pumpkin was next to me anytime and Shadow showed up for cuddles from time to time. It’s also very fun to watch them play with each other! The cats have to be fed three times a day and need medicine. Karri showed me everything in detail on the first evening so that I knew what to do and everything went really well. Communication was super friendly and easy all the time! The house was very clean and well equipped. I had my own guest room with a large, comfortable bed. The area around the house is beautiful and green. I made several excursions in the area. You can be at the beach in a quarter of an hour by train or in Amsterdam. Downtown Haarlem is about half an hour's walk or a quarter of an hour's bus ride away. I highly recommend this sit and would return any time :) Thank you!
Gwen and Steven are wonderful and charming people. They welcomed us with open arms into their beautiful home, and we had the pleasure of taking care of little Tia. The home was lovely, and we fulfilled the dream of being under the glass pyramid of the Louvre—haha! The time we spent with Tia was fantastic; she’s an affectionate little dog who loves sharing time with you. So, always try to include her in your plans because it will make her very happy. She behaves well when going for walks (: We appreciate the hospitality and the quality of the people we met. Thank you, Gwen and Steven! 🌟🐾
We had a lovely time in Köln being caretakers of Micky while Lorenz & Lucyna were on vacation. Lorenz & Lucyna are avid travellers and are generous and very welcoming. We met at their home the day before they left. They had prepared a delicious dinner of local foods and provided a tour of the property and instructions on caretaking Micky. We had a wonderful time sharing travel stories and getting to know each other. We also kept in contact while they were away. Micky is not a lap sitting, smoochy kind of cat but she is so loving, protective and easy to look after. She like to have a gourmet selection of food, a dailymassage, play in her play station and likes to sleep on your bed. The house is very comfortable and is about a 35 minute walk into the centre of Köln. The train and underground are also very close by. There is a local market that operates daily except Sunday and there are a number of restaurants and supermarkets a couple of streets away. We had a great time and would happily do it all again, thank you Lorenz. Lucyna and Mitsky!

I would highly recommend Donna and Anthony to look after your dog. They have looked after my cocker spaniel Roxy a few times and I would not hesitate to put her back again. I received daily photograph and update on how Roxy was and could see she was being treated exactly how I would treat her. I always recommend Donna as she has a 5 star dog hotel xx

Think I had a different experience from a lot of other people there was no meet and greet I was met at the door by a man I booked well in advance Donna gave me a date which was suitable to both of us this was to be a trial sleepover before I went for a 2 week booking. On arriving with Alfie my dog .I was met at the door by a man I assumed Donna was in another room he took Alfie. Only question I got asked was does he take tablets Didn’t get any updates or photos I had to text and ask how he was told he was ok .Alfie has been very distressed since getting him back to the point I can’t leave him he was a very content dog he was quite happy going for a snooze while I was out now he pines like a wolf (pug) also found out that Donna had actually left my dog to go to a Celtic football match I would have preferred it she had cancelled to arrange another suitable time also was told he was quite happy going out back for his toilet which Alfie does not .
The very best care you could possibly wish for. Both Anthony and Donna are genuine dog lovers and the dogs know it. I'm a devoted dog owner and absolutely hate leaving Biba and I honestly don't think we'd ever get away on holiday if it wasn't for this home from home Pet Hotel. Fab...u...Lous!!!

Hayley has been walking my dogs for 6 years now and she feels more like family to me. I trust her (and her family) completely with Roddy and Ghillie and they adore her. Whenever her car pulls into the street they know it is Hayley and are beyond excited to see her. They now stay with Hayley and her family overnight, twice per week, due to my work commitments and she sends me lovely photos showing how happy and relaxed they are. Hayley is very accommodating if I have to change at short notice, due to work commitments. I can't recommend Happy Pooch highly enough.
I have used Happy pooch for the last 6 years Hayley and Gav have been absolutely fantastic within my little dogs they treat him Like part of their family, they are there at short notice for me when things change and I need a dog sitter, I always leave Barney ( the dog ) with happy pooch when I go on holiday as I know he will be very well looked after. I’ve been working with Anna for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I started with some 1:1 sessions with my Romanian rescue and we also did the puppy class which was great ! Even with my very barky puppy, I felt comfortable in the classes and feel like Nala has made a lot of progress! She’s joined the group walk pack last august and Friday is now her favourite day of the week ! I couldn’t recommend Anna more, she’s flexible and able to cater for all your needs !
Anna has been walking my 2 year old lab cross, Clover, for over a year and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is well qualified and genuinely loves all the dogs. They have a brilliant time on her group walks. It’s so reassuring to have someone you trust take such good care of your dog. You are guaranteed a tired and happy dog at the end of the day!

The company as a whole have helped us immensely since we got our puppy, Milo, in April. Initially a home visit from Scott to help start us on our training journey, his gentle nature was what made me then book onto puppy school. We then settled Milo in for puppy day care which has been such a help on days where I need peace of mind that Milo is cared for when my day is full on. Milo adores puppy care, he drags me from the car to the entrance! Recently I have attended Scott's group walks as well which has been such a help. The group isn't just about walking, it provides me with social interaction with other dog owners, as well as personalised training tips for my own puppy. Scott spent a lot of time with Milo which has greatly improved certain things I was struggling with. His approach with dog training is incredible, always about finding the positives and helping the dog to achieve rather than setting them up to fail. Cannot recommend Stirling Dog Behavioural Centre enough.
We’ve been taking our four legged companion to SDBC for a while now. The weekend classes are a god send for new and existing pet owners. Having never had a dog before we felt very welcome and comfortable with such an open, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable team. We also make use of the day care centre which our pup loves going to! The dogs are well looked after and paired up based on a number of factors. So we are always safe in the knowledge that pup is having the best time with his other doggo pals! Keep an eye on Facebook for their cameo appearance! The shop has an array of delicious deli treats for our boy. Everything is great quality and well priced! Beats all the high street chains by a long shot in my opinion! Finally, Scott’s walking groups are a great way to work with a skilled trainer on how to get the best from your dog whilst walking in loads of different situations. Scott is incredibly patient, even with our overly excited spaniel! It’s a great way to get practical hands on experience while enjoying a nice walk with great company (the humans are ok too 😜) Can’t stress enough how much we appreciate everything the team do and would encourage anyone to come along and meet them! 🐶
Highly recommend Scott and SDBC. Went along to Scott’s teenage tear away class and came away wishing we’d used SDBC puppy classes. Attended individual recall session with Scott, great improvement with this and lots more confident letting our dog off lead. More recently had a consultation at home with Scott then a walk around our local park. Scott listens to everything and understood the difficulties we were experiencing with barking at and passing other dogs. He offered great advice and showed handling skills putting me at ease and helping rebuild my confidence and my dog’s. Definitely been an improvement all round while out on walks. These are enjoyable again with very few occasions of barking however thanks to Scott I’m now more comfortable handling these situations. 😊🐶😊
I've been taking Custard on adventure walks and walking with other dogs with Scott. The group sessions have been amazing for Custard! Not just for his socialisation, but for his little tics which I've not seen, that Scott has pointed out; something that isn't easy to notice by yourself. Custard can now walk with other dogs, no matter the breed without pulling constantly. I highly recommend anyone who needs help with walking with others or even trying new areas is extremely worth while. A couple of pictures and an after one, once the boy got back home from the great social! Thanks Scott, all I ask is more walks with lots of water please 😂.
I’ve been going to training and playgroup with my Puppy since November and SDBC is now part of our life and have made some lovely new friends. Everyone at the centre is amazing and have really helped my wee Teddy. We recently went on the puppy walks and I would highly recommend it. It really does help you put what you learn in class into practice and has really benefited us. Scott is great and takes time to help with any issues your pup has. During the 5 walks we saw such an improvement with all our fur babies.
Our experience with Stirling Dog Behavioral Centre has been first class. We were having problems with our 2 dogs (ages 4 and 6) barking and lunging at other dogs and we didn’t know how to stop it. Also, our younger dog had bitten the vet nurse at a vaccination appointment, and we had stopped going to the vet. We were going to go on holiday to Cornwall with the dogs and we knew we wouldn’t be able to control the dogs in a busy place. We had not really trained them properly, which was remiss of us but it’s never too late to start! Scott came to visit us at home first and assessed our situation. We live in the country and our dogs were not meeting other dogs routinely and particularly the younger one who was a lockdown puppy hadn’t met other dogs all through her first year. We started playing training games with the dogs and encouraging them to engage more with us and rewarding the behavior we wanted. So, at a basic level if the dog turns to you, you say yes and give a treat. Then a few weeks later we joined the classes. It was amazing our dogs could cope with being in a big group of dogs as they are all busy doing exercises and games, they didn’t bark etc. Our younger dog is still lunging but we know what to do now and hopefully this behavior will become less. We are being trained to train our dogs! The training has also helped us take the dogs to the vet. Our last vaccinations went like a dream as we distracted them with sausages! Their heads were in the sausage container they didn’t even know the vaccination was going in. So we are heading to Cornwall next week and we are looking forward to walks on the beach with well behaved dogs!
Nothing short of FANTASTIC! We have taken our pup to both the puppy classes, adventure walks and puppy play group. The puppy classes are well structured and a great source of knowledge for any level of dog owner. However, as first time dog owners they really helped reassure us more than anything that we were doing the right thing! The team are patient and always happy to offer any advice needed. Great value for money and the location is perfect for parking etc. Great for any aged dog and great for socialising. The adventure walks are a great way to get out and enjoy the great outdoors with your puppy and other owners. Scott usually takes the sessions and is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure everyone is included. Never misses a training puppertunity! Puppy Play group is a great way of socialising your puppy with other dogs! There are a great mix of dogs and our pup loves going. We’ve noticed a marked improvement in his confidence since he started going. The biggest thing for me is that they care! They care about the dogs and they care about giving the owners the tools to success. Can’t recommend visiting the centre enough! Wouldn’t be without it! 🐶
Would highly recommend Scott and the team at SDBC. I had a consultation with Scott and then attended group classes with my 2 year old rescue. I have also been on one of the adventure walks with Scott. All the staff are very knowledgeable and show great care towards every single dog they meet. Me and my pup now have a lot more confidence with the training methods we have learned
A wonderful place where dogs come first but their humans are nurtured too Ann and her team genuinely love their charges and it’s not just a business or a job to them. I had a huge amount of support for my Border Collie to the extent of SDBC helping me find the most fantastic home for her. I have a new puppy now and we are both looking forward to working with the team again. They also sell a wide range of natural chews and treats and will advise owners on the most appropriate choice. The dogs really love going there and that’s a better endorsement than this human can give. So it’s 5 stars from me too.
Our lunatic black Labrador puppy entered our lives in February 2020 just before lockdown. The timing was terrible and socialisation a real problem. A recommendation led us to the amazing team at the Stirling Dog Behavioural Centre and we’ve never looked back. Luffy loves it. He started with puppy playgroup and now goes once a week as a day care dog (for his own benefit, not because he needs to) and for obedience classes. He loves it; we’ve both benefited enormously and have come so far. So far, in fact, he now has a baby sister. I simply can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I was anxious about leaving my pup with strangers as he is very timid around new people. But when I collected him he was so happy and playing with the resident dogs! The owners couldn’t be lovelier and I would highly recommend!
This was the first time we have left our 15 month old ALD with anyone other than family. We only left her a few days but when we went back to collect her, she had already made herself at home and was quite happy amongst the other doggy residents - I was so pleased and can’t recommend Alison & Fraser highly enough. Alison and Fraser even had time to sent me a pic of Roxy chilling on the top of the sofa 💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾. Thank you again Alison & Fraser for taking such good care of our girl. She’ll be looking forward to visiting you again in July . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our buddy been visiting for days n sleepovers for 2years now its a second home to him now our wee bonnie also visiting too, Alison and frazer treat the dogs as their own, brilliant place for boarding be it day or night also holidays wouldn't put my dogs anywhere else big safe secure property, I can go to work or on holiday knowing my babies are looked after.

This place is a wonderful example of how to run a dog day care centre. Well organised and run with the safety of the dogs paramount. Shirley is supported by a wonderful team who all made my training a very worthwhile experience. The course is well structured which provides plenty of safe, supervised practice with the dogs. A great experience and comes highly recommended to anyone who wishes to become a day care provider.
Attended the 3 day training course for opening. Highly professional and wealth of knowledge. Practical training was to a high standard. Lovely to see such well trained staff, happy dogs and a well run daycare centre. I attended the dog day care trainers course here and absolutely loved it! Shirley is so knowledgable and down to earth, no question goes unanswered. The centre is fantastic with well trained staff who make sure no dog is ever left out, any dog is lucky to be a part of Safepaws!
Excellent my dog comes home thoroughly exhausted. I can now take him for walks and he will integrate with other dogs. He says he loves going. How they get him to nap at lunchtime!! Is a 5 star in my eyes. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who has a dog staff so patient and love their job. Long may they keep going.

I engaged with Paddy quite a few months ago now and introduced him to my pup, Rocky. We quickly built up a good rapport and Rocky was very quick to accept Paddy. Together we came up with an active and workable plan for laying the foundations for training and learning for both Rocky and myself. We contine with consistent and successful training and meet and greet sessions, thank you so much to Paddy and Mhairi and all if Flint Family Pet Services. We would be lost without this constant, caring and top class support.

Kerry was kind enough to help us out with dog sitting at very short notice. We have an anxious lurcher with separation anxiety, but Kerry was an absolute hero, taking Ripley’s “quirks” in her stride. She kept us updated with photos and texts, reassuring us that Ripley (and herself!) was OK. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter to help us out, it’s such a shame we live in Edinburgh or we would have been ecstatic to be able to have her walk Ripley on a regular basis! We will definitely use FurFriends in future for all our dog sitting and walking needs when we are through in Stirlingshire. Bodhi absolutely loves his group walks with Kerry and all his new friends. He can be a little anxious but he took to Kerry and the walks straight away. Kerry clearly loves all dogs and extremely knowledgeable and so natural with them. She keeps us up to date with how he is doing and uploads pictures from each walk so you can see how much fun your beloved pets are having. My mud loving boy always comes back spotless too, I would recommend Fur Friends all day long!

We got Maisie just before lockdown and she was not very good with anyone apart from us but Kerry definitely won her heart and she goes off with her with her tail up. So happy.
Japser loves his walks with Fur friends and his recall is even improving. 3rd walker we've tried, much prefer walks on his own, he's much more settled in the evenings and the advice to have a morning walk for him has stopped him wrecking the house. Kerry knows him so well already and even the cats go to her which is unheard of! She really cares like they are her own. 5 stars all round.
I use FurFriends for my cat Ginger when I’m on holiday, away overnight or working extended hours. He is an extremely timid cat, but has taken to Kerry so well. Friendly, reliable service and a real animal lover. Highly recommend!!

Rose has been a fantastic support as I settle a new rescue in, being able to respond quickly and effectively when I reach out. She communicates clearly in advance of any visit, agreed expectations with you, and supports you to understand your needs and how she can best assist. When Rose visits she takes lots of pictures and videos with your pooch, and comes with her own toys to boot. Rose is a genuinely warm and caring cat sitter and I can’t recommend her and her professionalism enough, book her now, you won’t regret it!
Can’t recommend Rose highly enough, I’m so happy we found her. Every day while we were away, she sent pictures on WhatsApp and let us know how our cat was getting on. We all loved seeing them, I actually think he’s missing her more now than he missed us!! It was also really helpful that she put our bins out and tried to keep our plants going. For anyone whose cats hate catteries, Rose is the perfect solution, our cat was definitely happier in his home environment.
Rose is so reliable and fantastic at what she does. Really makes us feel at ease with the updates and is helpful in whatever you need (even taking out the bins for our collection day!!). She will take great care of your cat.
