Rhona is very sweet, and Evee is just a dream dog. The house was cozy & comfy (especially the bed) with two buses stopping directly across the street every 15 minutes! Before leaving Rhona took me to the market for groceries and gave me a bit of a tour - including Evee’s favorite walks. So I was all set for success and we had a grand time together. I hated to leave and would return in a heartbeat. If you get an opportunity to sit for Rhona, you will not be disappointed
This was a wonderful sit experience. Lochie is an exceptional boy! A treat to look after given his kind, noble, yet playful behaviour. Impeccable on the lead he also never strayed far off lead -- always in sight and often returning to 'check in'. Loved cuddles. So happy to have taken care of him. Lucy was brilliant. Easy to communicate with, very responsive, clear in terms of expectations... Everything was straightforward and positive. We really valued this. The home is comfortable and then some. Beautiful property and land. Gorgeous woods nearby for the walks. Thank you for choosing us, we loved Lochie and your home. Would come back in a heartbeat. And would certainly recommend this sit to others.
We had such a great time in Chattanooga taking care of Gabby. Linda was wonderful and so hospitable, and the house is gorgeous and comfortable. In the warmer months, it would be amazing to sit on the back deck and take in the scenery. Gabby is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever met. She is such a snuggler, and we were so glad to get the cuddles anytime we were home. My wife and I miss the snuggles so much! Overall, we had a fantastic time in Chattanooga and would love to sit for Linda again.
Rob’s place was amazing to stay at and look after with all the creature comforts you could need. The girls were a pleasure to care for and there were some great walks around for us to take them on. The chickens were super easy, we got some great eggs. Would sit again!
Craig and I had a wonderful time in Tideswell, it was great spending time with Lynn and Howard before they headed off, they are warm, friendly and very generous. Communication before, during and after was easy and plans straightforward. The house was immaculate, extremely comfortable and very well equipped, the garden is beautiful and peaceful. Evie and Jones are gorgeous cats, they warmed to us immediately and are extremely relaxed and content. They are both really friendly, affectionate and very good company, it was extremely hard to leave them. Tideswell is a lovely friendly picturesque village with so many stunning walks right on the doorstep, wonderful wildlife and beautiful countryside. We would highly recommend house-sitting for Lynn and Howard and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you both so much.
House sitting for Margaret was such a pleasure! Dexter was a lovely companion; both independent and cuddly. Communication with Margaret was a breeze and she provided all the necessary details before I arrived. She is both warm and easy going and was helpful throughout my stay as things came up. Her home is beautiful and cozy, a gem of a house sit...the best a wanderer could ask for! I highly recommend jumping at the chance to stay with Dexter if given the opportunity! Meeting Margaret and looking after her furry one and home was the highlight of my summer.
