Ally is wonderful. I could not be happier with the care she gave my kitten General Jinjur. She treated GJ like a prince, spent lots of quality time with them, sent photos and videos and even brought her own laser toy (which she generously gifted me at the end of the stay bc GJ loved it so much). The house was pristine when I returned - she had even washed the sheets and remade the bed so I didn't have to worry about it. Beyond all that, she's a lovely, creative, kind human being. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Ally!
Margaret was such a lovely host and her cats are sooooo charming!! I had a beautiful time in her gorgeous home, nice and cool during a big heatwave, beautifully decorated and lacking nothing, super comfortable! The bed in the basement was a dream, I slept great down there, very quiet. The neighborhood is very pretty - do go check out Luke's drugstore down the road, their ice cream is to die for and it's a fun shop. The location is close to 17th with its huge selection of restaurants and shops! Lexy and Taavi are incredibly sweet cats -- I'd never sat sphinx kitties before and it was a pleasure. I think it was a bit cool downstairs for Taavi, he stayed where it was warm upstairs a lot but was so sweet when he did venture down... Lexy was hilarious and so so so sweet, almost like a dog in her wanting to spend time, super playful and affectionate but also understands 'no' if she came for kisses and energetic cuddles too early in the morning haha-- I just loved her!! Both of them, but she's the big character. They both really know their names and come when called, it was such a great experience spending time with them! Margaret is wonderful, I enjoyed our communication and even just chatting -- thank you for your warm hospitality!!
Willow is a delight to hang out with so we had a great time taking zoom calls, watching TV, and playing in the park. Judy was great to make sure everything was setup to be comfortable and kept in close contact. For my first sit, this was a great experience!
Ailish and her husband could not have been finer hosts. Their home is warm and inviting. Their orientation to the house was excellent and I was very appreciative of their introduction to their neighbor. I felt at ease as they departed. The three feline boys were a treat…Budgie and Al were friendly companions while Greypuss remained more aloof. All three were a joy to care for !
Alex was a pleasure to sit for. She was welcoming, generous and available for any questions. Mavis is an amazing, gentle sweetheart and Baby is a big, fun puppy with a lot to say! Along with walks, they like jogging, too. Lots of adjectives lol but they are true and I had a lovely stay. Thank you, Alex!
We very much enjoyed our first house sit, Sarah and Moh's house was very comfortable and she offered us the use of the kitchen facilities. Xena the dog is extremely friendly, loving, and very licky! Which we didn't mind. She does also sleep in your bed! We loved looking after the chickens as well. Thank you!
Don and Melissa were friendly, polite, easy-going pet owners. They welcomed me and my kitten Bobby into their lovely home and community which was in springtime bloom of colorful azaleas, dogwoods, irises, daffodils, and other beautiful flowers. Bobby and I had a large private bedroom. The resident pets were pup Wooly who loved going on walks and playing in the lush, wooded backyard. He enjoyed sitting next to me whilst watching YouTube court TV, haha. Kitty Ferguson kept a low profile but I saw her a few times and could tell she was eating well. This was a satisfying, fulfilling experience!
