I would give Katy 6 stars if I could! She was super easy to communicate with, she sent daily photos/updates, and she took excellent care of our cat Lazlo and gave him lots of playtime. She also took great care of our plants, which need a lot of attention in the Texas heat, and left our apartment immaculately clean. We would love to have her back to sit in the future!
I had a wonderful time staying with Jenny’s five dachshunds. They are absolutely adorable – each with their own personality, but also forming their own little pack (they all pile on top of each other to go to sleep!). They’re the best company! Jenny is a warm and generous person who went above and beyond to ensure the house sit went smoothly. Excellent communication before, during and after the sit. Her house is perfectly located for dog walking with the field just down the road. Lovely terrace out the back with sunsets over the fields to boot. Friendly neighbours too. Jenny’s house is great and has everything you need; it’s a restful place to stay. I’d thoroughly recommend a walk up Portsdown Hill (again, just 5 mins away on foot) for the most incredible views across Portsmouth and out to sea.
Terry & Jinks were an absolute pleasure. This was a lovely sit in a gorgeous part of the world. Terry is very welcoming & her home reflects this. Jinks is a character who kept me entertained during my sit. I would recommend this sit :-)
Chris and Brian were absolutely wonderful to sit for, they were so kind and welcoming to us!! Their lovely dog Nikka, took a minute to warm up to us, but this process was made so easy as Chris and Brian gave us very clear do's and don't's when introducing us to Nikka. They obviously care very much for Nikka, and through this made it very easy for us to look after her. Bedbug was the most chilled cat you can ever hang out with, really awesome to look after. All in all we loved our time in Foix, with Nikka and Bedbug and would definitely recommend it to anyone who has the chance to come and stay.
We had a wonderful time looking after Phoebe and Annette’s house. Phoebe is such a character, she loves so much playing, cuddles and the human contact: she was always around us ❤️… we gonna miss her so much! The home is nice and clean, the location in the bush is wonderful and it was so relaxing having that view every day, we also spotted few rosellas, lorikeets, a couple of black cockatoos, kookaburras and bush turkeys directly from the living room... that was amazing! 🤩 Annette and Charlie are very kind and welcoming and the communication was always smooth and easy, we highly recommend this sit 😊
