This is the 3rd time Jean and Stephen have house sat for us, and we were a little worried as shortly after we had left we had very deep snow, and living in a semi rural area, we know it can be difficult. However, we didn't need to worry as they had everything under control, and we got regular updates from them letting us know the current situation. This is very important to our peace of mind when we are so far away. All our pets were very well looked after, even our very shy cat who normally hides, was content to come out of her hiding place to spend time with them. The house was perfect on our arrival home and Jean had made us a wonderful meal, which after 18 hours of travelling was fantastic. We can go away knowing our house and all our pets (5 of them) will be in safe hands, I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation.
This is the first time we have left our dog with a housesitter and although Purdey was very upset with us when we got home, we were really pleased with how Aly looked after her and our elderly cat Rajah. Rajah was in better condition than he had been when we left him and the house was spotless. Aly is already coming to sit for us again in a few months which is great! Thank you Aly! X
Dustin did an incredible job caring for our home and Meatball on a really tough week; we just lost our senior rottie and Meatball is very depressed. Dustin went out of his way to take Meaty everywhere with him, feel him special food, and sent a ton of updates. When we got home Meatball was definitely in better spirits and you can tell it was primarily from Dustin's care! Would whole-heartedly recommend Dustin to anyone looking for a reliable and caring housesitter.
I had the pleasure of looking after Oscar and Reggie and it was a positive experience all around. Nicola and Sav were very helpful and their furry companions were well-behaved and a pleasure to care for. They followed their routines, and enjoyed attention, care, and playtime they needed. Regular updates and communication with Nicola kept me reassured. The house is nice and spacious and backs right onto some nice walks. I appreciate the opportunity to have cared for the dogs and lovely home, and I would be happy to do so again in the future :)
