I have an incredible time taking care of Mir and Piriplut. They are both wonderful and very sweet cats, I’m just gonna miss them so much! The house is also very nice and well communicated. I really felt at home since minute 1 there. There is a particular nice energy that you can feel as soon as you arrived, I loved it very much. All the communication with Francesca and Alessandra was great as well, and all the instructions were super clear. I highly recommend this sitting to anyone who truly loves cats and is ready to be given a lot of love from them.
Shelly and Tim live on a beautiful piece of property where the sunsets are not to be missed. Shelly's orientation process is extensive but so is her desire to make you comfortable in her home. Tim was delight to talk to. He and I watched baseball and he allowed me to use some of his tools to fix my trailer while he was away. Shelly loves her family, her religion and her pets with equal passion. She is also an amazing cook/baker. Her two dogs are a delight to walk on the property or away at their favorite spot. You are given a car to transport the two dogs. Both enjoy walking and are fairly laid back and low energy at the house. After the sit, Shelly and Tim opened their home even further and invited me to stay an extra night until my next sit. They are both very kind and warm people.
Glen & Todd were very welcoming hosts and picked us up from the bus station in Coimbra and cooked us a great Mexican meal on our night together. Chloe & Sadie are soft, gentle dogs who love nothing more than quiet company, a mooch to the gorge, a cuddle on the sofa & time with humans. The cats are all friendly and ready for a stroke and snack too & relish in their time outside when the weather is good. The birds need food & water and like being wheeled out onto the terrace in the sunshine. Glen & Todd’s home is spacious and stylish with an exceptionally comfy bed (we are bed experts) and your own bathroom. We were unlucky with the weather but still explored the amazing countryside around their house when the rain stopped. It’s jaw dropping in places. If you want to see rural Portugal then this is the sit for you.
Had such a lovely week with Bonnie and Maisie. They are best dogs to take care of and will want lots of cuddles and pats. The beach and forest is on your door step so it’s the perfect setting for daily walks. I felt very safe and comfortable in the home & Hayley is very friendly and had good communication throughout. Missing the pups already.
We loved this stay, Great communication. All hour questions were answered in a timely manner. We feel like they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Daisy grew on our family pretty quick she did amazing with our one-year-old daughter they were always playing.
I had an amazing time watching over Catharine and Brendan's stunning home, and an even better time caring for Rory. Not only is he one the smartest pups I've met but he's so loving and great with other dogs and humans. Catharine was extremely kind, communicative (even with the vast time difference), and thorough throughout this entire process, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly a 11/10 experience and by far my favorite sit. I highly recommend this lovely family if you are afforded the chance :)
