Dog Sitters in Dove Valley, CO

Elizabeth was a wonderful sitter for us! She was self-sufficient, communicative, patient with our two cats, and reliable. She left our home nice and clean for our return. We'd highly recommend Elizabeth as a pet and home sitter!

Zeinab and Allan were really nice and took good care of our dog while we were gone for a long weekend. From what we can tell they never left him longer than we had requested which is most important to us and they day we were departing he vomited and I didn’t have time to get him chicken to go with his rice to help settle his stomach and they were kind enough to get him some and when I offered to pay they refused which was not expected but very kind! That being said, it seems like he didn’t get his full length of daily walks while we were gone and the biggest disappointment was when we came home our kitchen and living room floors were very dirty. Which was surprising because we have a robot vacuum that runs daily and had the house professionally cleaned before we left. Turns out the vacuum got jostled off the charger (it was working the morning we left…so that was strange) so it never ran (they didn’t mention this to us or seem to know where it was located in an obvious spot in the living room when I asked upon our return). The kitchen floors were left sticky like something had been spilled and never cleaned up. It’s not a major thing just a bummer to come back from a long trip and have to clean your own home that you left in great condition and we had discussed cleaning in our video call as well as during the hand over (as sitters ourselves we know departure day is almost all cleaning). They did wash sheets/towels and even put them on the guest bed which was very helpful! I had only asked the put them in the wash and if they had time to run it. So all and all I would recommend but be very detailed about expectations and pointing out where all cleaning tools and items are located for a more enjoyable exchange for both parties.

Monica is a reliable, organized and great communicator. All our plants are well taken care of and our home looks great every time we get back!

Erin and Garret were great pet sitters (and house sitters)! I received photo updates of the happy kitties and came home to a clean house, they vacuumed the house and emptied the dishwasher, sheets were off the bed and in the washer and kitties were well taken care of. Would have them back anytime!

Meghan and Sean were an absolute delight! We got to meet with them the day before our trip and our minds were immediately put at ease. We knew they were the perfect people to leave our home and animals with for two weeks. They are super neat and tidy. Our home was in even better shape than how we left it. Our dog and two cats took to them right away! You won’t find a better duo to take care of your world while you’re gone. We would have them back anytime!

Gretchen's kind and competent manner put the pups at ease immediately. They sensed that she was a dog-person. And she is! I also felt at ease knowing that Gretchen was caring for my dogs and house while I was away. I came home to a clean house and happy dogs. Thanks again, Gretchen!

Sandra and Randy were wonderful! They communicated quickly and clearly with me, from prior to us leaving on our trip all the way until we returned. I got updates and photos daily and the dogs were clearly so happy. The house was also the best it’s looked after coming back from a trip and using TH (and it’s always been clean/tidy- but Sandra and Randy went above and beyond). I would be so happy to get to have them sit for us again and if you get the opportunity, you should definitely take them up on sitting for you! Zero complaints- they were wonderful!

The sitter quicly established a good relationship with my dogs and I felt confident that they were being well taken care of. The house was left cleans. I got pictures and the level of communication was excellent.

They were amazing and I think the fur babies really enjoyed having them there!

Lauren and Curtis were wonderful! We got photos daily and they really took time to make sure our pets were well cared for. They took great care of the house and were very communicative. We would use them again for sure!!!!

Tayler is the best house and pet sitter that we have ever had - I would give her 10 stars, if possible! First, I really appreciated that Tayler took the time to meet our pets before we left for our trip; she quickly built trust with our pup, Cammie, which is often difficult to do due to her shy demeanor. Tayler went above and beyond to continue to build this relationship while we were gone and was even able to take Cammie camping! I had complete trust in Tayler to love our pets as her own. I loved her frequent photos and updated while we were away; I truly can't thank her enough. In addition, Tayler somehow managed to keep our highly anxious cat, Sid, from licking himself excessively. Typically, when we travel, Sid has to take medication, but he seemed very happy when we returned - it was such a relief! I highly recommend Tayler and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Candace did a great job taking care of our dog Molly. She left the house super clean and kept in communication along the way. She also took Molly on a lot of great walks.
