Beautiful home and lovely dogs! Clyde is so sweet and Bonnie will keep to herself, until she wants you to pet her! Both dogs were easy to take care of. They had everything I needed here, as well as lot's of shops nearby. Minnehaha creek is also super close, so you can take some beautiful walks through MPLS!
Stuart provided an awesome space for us to hang out in downtown Austin while we watched Rocky, a loving, energetic labradoodle. We were close to all the parks and green spaces that Rocky needed to sprint after his favorite ball. Rocky was sweet, quiet and a great dog to sit for- we miss him already. Thank you for such an enjoyable week!
Howard is extremely well organised and an excellent communicator. Kimba is a very affectionate girl and well behaved. We enjoyed our time in Stockport, much history, incredibly beautiful scenic drives and walks and we were on the doorstep of two beautiful parks for Kimba walks. Howard and Laura were a lovely couple, very hospitable and we appreciated the opportunity to maintain Kimba's routine and care for their beautiful home in their absence.
The sweetest bestest boy!! Jerry is such a sweet, loving and loyal buddy. He is a lover and has a very gentle, sweet and calm demeanor. He likes to be close without getting in your way or being a nuisance. He likes to know where you’re at and will either lay by your feet or under the table just hanging out if you’re busy. Occasionally he might share a toy and enjoys a little tug game for a few mins. He rarely will pee in public and like most people, virtually always poops in the privacy of his own abode. Forever loyal and obedient, never makes a mess and won’t throw a fit if you need to run errands. He likes to share the bed with you and be close but will promptly move over or give ya space if asked. He’s a happy go lucky boy on walkies; 45 mins was a good time for a casual walk which afterwards will be perfect for nap induction: He’s never one to bark unless surprised by a dog and will immediately calm and back down at your command. The hardest thing you’ll struggle with is leaving him when the sit is over :)) The neighborhood is super peaceful with lovely houses and wild flower gardens to delight in during walks. Super safe with easy street parking. Jerry’s mom, like Jerry is a total sweetheart. She’s prompt with communication, kind and considerate.
I had the pleasure of housesitting and dog-sitting for Edward and Elisha's place recently, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment my partner Winston and I arrived, Elisha was super kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Elisha prepared the bedroom with fresh, clean sheets, and she even provided new toothbrushes and toothpaste just in case we forgot to bring our own which was extremely thoughful! Another thing that stood out to me was their generosity in letting us use their cooking supplies, foods and even their outdoor grill. Rusty, their dog, was an absolute joy to take care of! Rusty was such a good dog, well-behaved and friendly. He enjoyed napping throughout most of the day and loved going to the dog park near their house. It was really fun seeing him have so much fun with the other dogs. He also enjoyed playing in the backyard with his favorite ball and made us run around with him. Thank you, Edward and Elisha, for your hospitality and for allowing Winston and me to take care of Rusty and your home. It was a pleasure to meet you both and we hope to see you and Rusty again in the future!
We had a most enjoyable time caring for Jon’s and Caroline’s beautiful home in Boulder, CO, and their loveable dog, Sadie for two weeks in June 2024. Jon and Caroline are friendly, interesting, fun-loving people. They were as accommodating as could be, and their expectations of us were well explained and entirely reasonable. Taking care of Sadie was easy and stress-free. Sadie is a gentle, quiet, and friendly dog. Her diet is simple, and she eats well. Sadie enjoys going for several walks each day on a regular schedule and seems to be good friends with every person and dog in her neighborhood. When walking in warm, sunny weather, Sadie likes to step into cold water (creeks, reservoirs, or irrigation ditches). She has no inclination to go far from where she enters the water. At night, Sadie slept quietly on the floor of the bedroom in which we slept, and she did not once disturb our sleep. Sadie really is a sweet companion. Jon’s and Caroline’s home is very comfortable, and their neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The nearby recreation trails are great for walking Sadie, and bicyclists are remarkably safe and courteous. The parks are well maintained and are busy with people of all ages having fun, which gives the neighborhood a liveliness. We would like to housesit for Jon and Caroline again, and we would recommend the opportunity to other housesitters.

So lucky to have found K9 daycare. We use the service for 1 day a week and it’s the only day our furry family member is at home all day, she absolutely loves coming to daycare. She plays games, gets cuddles and is part of the family. I have also started to use the dog walking service once a week too and it’s fantastic, I don’t need to hurry home to let her out. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dog and love the service, would highly recommend.

I am so pleased we chose Balmoral Kennel and Cattery as Lola’s first time in a kennel and away from us. They put our minds to rest straight away and we’re incredibly friendly and professional. We knew Lola would be in safe hands and loved seeing the photos on Facebook. We could see she was having a great time too. We will not be taking Lola anywhere else. I highly recommend Balmoral Kennels and would like to thank them so much for taking care of her.
Can’t recommend Balmoral enough. We used the day kennels while on holidays in Blackpool. They were amazing with our dog who is nervous. They helped her gain confidence and she couldn’t wait to go in the second day. All the staff are so friendly and you can tell they proper love animals. Its clean, efficient and easy to use. Thank you so much for looking after Tilly so well.
I’ve been sending my 2.5 year old lab here numerous times after a small issue at another kennels. My dog adores the staff here and pulls on her lead to get in every time I park the car putting me at ease whilst she stays there. Mandi and the team do a fantastic job and care so much about the animals! We would never consider anywhere else now. Great work guys!
Our 3 cats stayed there for the first time. The were reluctant to leave after being there two weeks! They couldn't have been looked after better in Buckingham palace. The staff and the place itself is lovely.we have a new kitten now so the Four of them will be staying there again in June.
Please don't use these kennels. We brought Gracie a Dogue De Bordeaux who was 8yr old and a black Lab Bella who was 3yr old to them for a 17 night stay. We thought they where a 5 star kennels, how wrong I was. First thing was, I never got sent one picture of how the dogs where doing, I had to ask for any photo or video, this eventually came, and you can see Gracie protecting the younger lab dog Bella in the video while being surrounded by other big dogs. You can tell she isn.t comfortable. We arrived back in the UK and came straight to kennels to pick our dogs back up, both where soaking wet. When asked why. The reply was oh we bathed them, but Gracie slipped and so we haven't been able to dry them. The dogs couldn't wait it seemed to get in the car and go. We sent a message via Facebook messenger asking how long Gracie had been breathing the way she was as it was totally out of character. Gracie was well exercised and took out daily to the beach or field and even socialised with another dog walker who she adored. We got a reply on messenger saying, we didn't say she had slipped in the bath so denying everything. So I took her to vets as an emergency as didn't want my dog in any pain. They gave her antibiotics and steroids and painkillers. Not once did this company offer to pay towards this vet treatment. After 3-4 days Gracie was getting worse, we took her back to the vets, who then asked if sedation was ok, which I agreed. They scanned her chest - no problem. They came back to me and said has anything happened to her throat or anything upper, so I told the vets that the girls told me she had slipped when being bathed, so this is when the vet told us that the problem is basically one side of her throat has had trauma and she is choking to try and breath. I said what is the option, they said there isn't an option. The kindest thing to do is let her go to Rainbow bridge while she is sedated. This is what we chose, even though it kills me we have to do what is right for the dog. So we walked out of there with no Gracie, and a huge vet bill to pay all because of this place!!! If I had of known what a place this was I would never of used it. I will forever until my dying breath NOT recommend this place. I wont ever be back. After talking to lots of other people who have used this company they have all stated the same, all have issues with this kennels.
Very high quality day care and boarding. Always feel my little dog is well cared for, cuddled and safe when I'm away. I would highly recommend this facility.
My cat has been staying here for nearly 4 months while we move house. We have been visiting her regularly, and the cattery is always cleaned to a very high standard. Mandi and her team are brilliant. They all clearly care a lot for the animals, and my cat always seems happy and chilled when we visit. I can't recommend Balmoral enough.
So pleased we found Balmoral when we moved to St Anne's for kennels and daycare ! Archie our husky starts 'talking' as soon as we drive up the lane as he's so excited to meet his friends, staff are so enthusiastic and caring, they are a credit to you x
We've been using Balmoral for occasional doggy day care for our (now 1 year old) Border Collie for some time now. Combined with our training and play with it it has contributed to him being a sociable and good dog. Mandi has an excellent set up, has a great team and runs a tight ship altho with a relaxed feel. Our dog has just returned from his first 5 night stay and whilst he's obviously happy to be home it is obvious that he's had a great time and not been distressed. To be recommended!
Absolutely brilliant boarding kennels/cattery and doggy daycare 🐕. Our boy visits each week and also boards when applicable. They look after him so well, it's like sending him to family 🥰. There is plenty of fun to be had in the daycare centre and lots of space for walks. They add photos regularly to their FB account, so you can see the mischief your pets get up to 🤣🤣. Wouldn't take my boy anywhere else.

Cannot recommend Alpha Pet Care service enough. Not only has Jen taught my dog to recall, but his obedience levels have raised in every direction. He comes home so happy and exhausted after a work out with Jen and the dogs. It's so wonderful to see the rapport that Jen has with dogs and my Freddie loves her so much. Knowing your walker loves dogs is such a plus point.
Poppy has thoroughly enjoyed her walks with alpha pet and the gang. Jenifer is brilliant with Poppy and runs a very professional service. This has helped Poppy to become socialised with other dogs.
Cannot recommend Alpha pet care highly enough. We use their services for cat sitting, and when i first contacted Alpha pet care I was very cautious as we have only ever trusted family to take care of our cats. However Jen put me at ease straight away, and we had an initial meeting to get to know her and get the cats approval of course. Jen was genuinely interested in their needs and we were impressed. fast forward 6months and we haven't looked back since, Molly, Luna and Rupert love their company and play time, and we love getting the updates a photos (really put our mind at ease when we were on our honeymoon). Thanks again guys!

Our bouncy, excitable Labrador Retriever has been going for walks with Alpha pet care, Jen and James for a year now. He absolutely loves it and gets Super, crazy excited when he sees them which to me speaks volumes. It's great being able to see how much fun all the pooches have through the daily photos uploaded and each walk definitely leaves me with one sleepy doggy. Most importantly though it's so reassuring to know how well looked after our pooch is whilst with Jen and James. I most definitely recommend Alpha pet care to all.
We have been thrilled with the service provided by Jen for our cat. We have used a cattery before but we knew he didn’t love the experience (although I appreciate the security they give too). He is very much an outside cat; he doesn’t love being inside (home is his place for food, security and cuddles). We looked into the idea of a pet sitter for our holidays which would allow him to come and go as he pleased still. Jen came round and made us feel instantly at peace. She was very very accommodating with the fact he is raw fed and followed all feeding instructions. Whilst we were away for the two weeks we had loads of updates. As it turned out he was usually in when she went to put his food out and we know he was getting cuddles and attention. We came home to a very happy cat who was not at all stressed. We will certainly approach her again!
Alpha Pet Care has been part of our life now for over 2 years and i'd be lost without Jen and her pet services. I work full time and didn't want to leave Bruno alone all day. Then I found Alpha Pet Care. Jen came round to the house for an initial visit and she hit it off with Bruno straight away. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with leaving Bruno under her watch but also with leaving a key for my house with her. Jen is extremely reliable and gives us plenty of notice if there are days she can't do due to well earned Holidays (These are few and far between though). Jen updates me everyday with pictures of Bruno and his pals enjoying themselves on the beach and he is always shattered when he comes home. He now sits by the door waiting for Jen during week days and is always giddy to see her. Jen also now looks after Bruno when we go on holiday. He is a bit of a pampered pooch but loves going to stay with Jen and doesn't get stressed at all like he would in kennels. Jen and alpha pet care are now part of our family and they do an excellent job. Can't recommend them enough. A huge thumbs up from me and a high 5 paw from Bruno.
I have just used Jen for the first time and she looked after my dog George for 3 full days and nights. I was very happy to receive some texts and pictures letting me know he was safe and well. I found Jen easy to communicate with which was very reassuring as I was on holiday in Blackpool; I am not a local. So overall I was very happy with the service and George clearly loved Jen and her other pooches. Would highly recommend and hope to employ Jen again on my next visit as she made me feel as though I could relax and enjoy my trip knowing George was safe.
I would recommend alpha dog walking to anyone! Jen has been so helpful with us booking our walks in ad hoc and will always help when she can. Our dog lola loves the walks down the beach and I feel she has since become more confident around other dogs since walking with alpha. I also love the fact Jen is very active on Facebook and you can see the pictures of your dog on their walks x

I can highly recommend Joanna as she has been amazing with Lola my German Shepherd who is a rescue dog and has been through a lot of trauma this last year. Lola is a different dog now and has benefited immensely from the care and love Joanna has given her when they go for a walk. The training advice Joanna has provided has been excellent and it works. Joanna is also a brilliant people person as well so puts dog owners at ease straightaway and anyone who meets her can see how much she adores any dog she comes into contact with.

Having recently become a first time puppy parent I am so glad to have found Joanna. We have graduated from her excellent puppy classes and now really enjoy going to the socials that she organises. I have recently met Joanna and she is a lovely caring lady. She loves her job and this is evident through her training sessions and fun socialisation sessions. My dog loves her to bits, nothing is too much trouble. She is very knowledgeable and is more than happy to advise you on any issues you may be having with your dog. Highly recommend.
£5 socialization classes A BARGIN!! After wasting £160 on 1 to 1 training with other trainers that didn't help at all. I took my young dog reactive German shepherd to a dogs tails socialization class and at a 5 ponds i couldn't complain especially when after just two sessions he had a massive break through and was off lead running with the other dogs brilliantly 👏 thank you so much for all you do, free advice and support at hour group socialization for an hour for just 5 pond its more than worth it. I try not to miss a class now. And everyone says how he's like a different dog at the class there all so friendly. Would also recommend for shy and timid dogs for the small dogs class on a Thursday. Or 1 on 1 training with her for those that want specific training. Her dog walks are also a bargin. Definitely someone you can trust who cares more about the dogs than the money, which is rare to find these days. Eveyone I've met who uses A Dogs-Tails services whether it be training, socialization classes, walks or dog sitting, all highly recommend her, myself including ☺️🐕

I take my dog to the play dates every Friday at Midgeland Road Riding Centre. These are fantastic for socialising with a mixed group of other dogs. I recently used the dog boarding service whilst I was on holiday and was absolutely thrilled with the service. The dogs are extremely well cared for and pampered for their stay I highly recommend this company and will be using the services regularly This is a 5+ star company
Joanna is loving, caring person. Who looks after your Dog as if it was her own. She reassures you of any concerns you may have. She has a lovely way with animals and you can see the animals adore het too.
Nigel took my fur baby out when I had knee problems. What a lovely man he is. My boy is wary of men but Nigel calmly took his lead and off they walked. Would highly recommend Woof Patrol to anyone.

We have been using Take The Lead for quite a few years now. Our four doggies love their walks and I know they are being very much looked after when we are at work. When we’ve had emergencies Lee has always been there for us too. We don’t know what we would do without him!

Our Labrador Tilly has walks each week with Lee, she loves him and knows exactly when he's due to arrive . Tilly is 3 years old now but still thinks she's a puppy and gets over excited but Lee handles her very well . Lee has been walking our 4 dogs for a number of years, he is known to Twiglet, Bramble, Chipstick and Pixy as Uncle Lee. Take the Lead provides an outstanding service for dog owners, including walking, feeding, dog sitting and looking after your dog if you are going on holiday. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough, he is very experienced, loves dogs, is100% reliable and trustworthy and our dogs love to go on their walks with Lee.

We have used Take The Lead for a while now. Lee GPS tracks all his walks, and is happy to show the walks on request - although, I can tell how tired they are when they return anyway. Lee offers a full hour walk, and we’re more than happy to recommend him to others when anyone asks us who we use. He’s also very helpful if we ever need to alter walks due to our work patterns. Most helpful, held place for my dog once furlough is over...❤️
Lee has been walking my dog since she was a puppy . I first met him by chance on a dog walk so id seen him with other dogs in his care . We are so luck that he was able to take our dog on ! Hes so caring and trustworthy and reliable.When my dog was sick and coudnt walk with him he kept in touch throughout that time .If my dog could talk she would say how happy and safe she is when walking with Lee she loves him . My dogs are walked regularly by Lee, I am more than happy with the service, and I feel confident that my dogs are in safe hands. Lee has also helped me out collecting dog prescriptions as I'm disabled and cant collect myself, he does this without hesitation. Would recommend to anyone.

I can't recommend Take The Lead enough!! Our dog Sam is walked by Lee and has boarded with him too. If you want a hard working, caring, honest dog walker that actually puts in the effort - look no further. My dog is only small but is a live wire and needs long walks to calm him.... Take the Lead fulfills this requirement. It took me a while checking on dog walkers, watching them work, where they go, how long theyre out for, and many disappeared without a decent walk. Once id seen Lee working i had to stop him for a business card.... the rest is history.
May I say that Lee taking Patch out is the best thing that has happened. He is friendly, reliable, professional, trustworthy and very caring. I cannot stress enough my recommendation for him to walk and care for my dog. May I also say that I leave 5 ***** for his abilities as a professional dog walker and not, whether or not he answers the phone. Well done, Lee! x

Today was the first time that I have taken my cat to Cosy Kennels and Cattery for a groom. I found that all of the staff were very professional and friendly and my cat was extremely relaxed, which hasn't happened at previous places. As it is so difficult to find groomers that will do cats, I shall be staying with them and would recommend them to anyone 😊
You can leave your pet here without any worries. They are friendly and love the animals they accommodate. So well looked after. I'd highly recommend.
Dogs bark constantly day after day and as I live nearby it is causing a problem. Why are they making such distressing noise. Maybe they put profit before care.
I took my dog for a one day doggie daycare, his first time. Prince Gardner can be a bit anxious. Prince spent the day at Cozy Kennels and left as happy as anything. The staff & owners I met were nice & laid back (which is good karma) when dealing with pets. I will definitely be taking Prince Charming again. Thankyou to all staff who looked after me. Our dog goes here 4 days a week and loves it. He spends all day running around in the paddock with his friends and drags me in every morning when I drop him off. All the staff are fantastic - friendly, really helpful & obviously caring. Prices are really good value - both for daycare and boarding. I cannot recommend these guys more highly
Guy hasn't been in kennels before so I was a bit worried leaving him even for just the two nights .staff were absolutely lovely and Guy had a brilliant time . He enjoyed playing with other dogs that he met when he went for one day last week just to see how he be there .Definitely will take him there again to stay and will now take him for the odd day care with no worries.
Our elderly dog (adopted when her owners passed away) had never been into kennels at all. As we have no other cover she has been for 1 day doggie day car, 1 grooming session and 1 overnight stay. Although nervous she was absolutely fine and I even saw her interacting with other dogs which I never would have believed. All the staff are very caring and helpful.
My dog was so scared of being groomed and we had struggled so much with a few groomers. I stumbled across Cozy Kennels online and explained how terrified Sandy gets at the groomers but I was told they could manage her. I couldn’t believe what an amazing job they did and the way that they have cared for and loved her since her first groom to try and break down her fears has been nothing short of amazing. She has just had her second full groom and she is doing so much better. I can’t recommend Cozy kennels enough. They love animals so much and it shows.

He has been with you at Cozy Kennels for many years, (four occasions this year!) and every time we collect him he looks wonderful x I highly recommend you consider this kennels before any other. Our dog is particularly anxious and we would not leave him with anyone else.
