Traci was very accommodating, communicative and worked within our schedule. Based on the pic of our greyhound Enzo chilling on the back porch, he clearly wanted to be with her. The house was as clean as we'd left it.
Jenny did an awesome job. It’s so nice to be able to go on a vacation and know that your dog and house are well taken care of. From the time she walked in, she made sure that she had a small bag of Pupperoni treats to greet Leo who met her at the door in my arms. Since Leo usually will bark his head off at strangers this did not happen with Jenny because she "bribed" him with the treat. Leo was literally playing with Jenny on the floor and was eager to show off his tricks for more treats!! They quickly bonded and they had a great time together the entire time we were out as was evidenced by the pictures, videos and text messages that she updated us with daily. She even send us a link with all the pictures and videos she took with Leo. She also took excellent care of our house and all the tasks we needed done like putting out the trash and recycling, checking our mail and turning off the sprinkler system as we had a thunderstorm here the day we left. She even washed Leo as he gets dirty while walking outside especially after the rain or sprinklers in yards in our neighborhood. He smelled so clean!! Jenny also made sure the entire house was clean and washed all the linen she used during her stay. We can truly say we couldn't have asked for more and she went over and beyond what we expected.
Michael was wonderful. He is kind and intentional. The pups immediately were drawn to his calm energy. They absolutely loved him! It was a privilege to meet Michael and have him in my home. Recommend 100%! Thank you, Michael!
I loved my time at Eja’s house! The kitties were adorable and so easy to take care of. Elio was definitely the playful one and was always purring to me and showing me his belly to get some cuddling time. Lucy was very chatty and was always jumping on me to get some affection. They were both well-behaved and lovely cats! The apartment is located in a very nice area with many transport connections. And the vibe was so warm and cozy. I loved the style of the rooms and you can feel that Eja and Mads put a lot of dedication and love into making their place a lovely home. The communication was great since the beginning and they were both very friendly and easygoing. Would love to meet them again and their kitties :) Thanks for everything!

PLUS they are staffed 24/7 so the dogs are never all alone in the building!
We have been taking our dog Rudy here for a little while now, and let me tell you, this place is amazing! Bill and Debby are absolutely phenomenal people and manage a great operation. Wonderful spot for daycare and I don't trust any other place with my dog for overnight trips. They send several texts a day with updates and photos. There is a live camera feed of both the play area and the kennel which gives me such piece of mind. You get to watch on your phone how much your pup absolutely SHOWERED with attention. Also so conveniently located on Highland Road!
I highly recommend Companion Pet Lodge for doggie daycare and boarding. They are completely and emotionally invested in your pet the entire time your pet is there. The owners are onsite and everyone is actively involved with your pet all day. Great facility with padded flooring in the daycare play area and an indoor potty area so your pet does not leave the facility. Very clean environment. The owners, Bill and Debby, are terrific and accommodating and Ryan and Emilio are great with the dogs and it is clear they love interacting with them. They play with them all day. My dog loves being here. You will not find more loving people to care for your pet at any other facility. Choose Companion Pet Lodge.
We love this place for our dog. The owner is awesome and has a Husky himself. King always gets the best treatment when he stays. King looks beautiful after his bath and double blow out! It was so nice of you to blow him out twice! His coat looks so luxurious and soft! Thank you so much for taking good care of our dog once again! My dogs recently stayed 2 nights at Companion Pet Lodge. I received lots of pictures, videos, and updates during their stay. They had a blast and I could tell they were so comfortable and happy there. They truly care about giving the dogs a personal, loving, and fun time while we’re away. They even took care of my special needs dog with megaesophagus. His care isn’t too difficult, but it’s different from a normal dog and they took the time to learn and care for him perfectly while we were away. They truly love and care for our dogs. They put their heart and soul into their business and it shows. My dogs can’t wait for their next stay! I can’t wait for the peace of mind knowing that they’re having a blast and loved the whole time I’m gone.
Our dog LOVES coming here! It’s a bit of a drive for us, but it is so worth it. They have fun theme days for daycare and send pictures over text throughout the day. I also really appreciate their hours - being open at 7am is perfect for dropping off before work! You can tell the owners & staff really care about each dog!
Such a wonderful facility. Calmed this dog owners first boarding experience. I was able to log in and see my pups. And every time they were so happy running with the other dogs. Also, received text pics throughout the weekend. Thank you, we will be back for our next trip!
People here care about you pet like you do. They have a camera so you can see your pet in their sleeping area at any time. Complementary bath when we picked him up and they do a great job at trimming his nails. Little more expensive than many other places but knowing your pet is well cared for is worth it. Our 16 year old dog was there for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. Nice caring people.

Michelle from Sit, Stay, Walk was amazing! It was everything we wanted in a pet sitter. She kept a log of her visits, with a list of the duties she completed, she gave us periodic updates, everything clean and neat when we came home AND she got our mail!! Amazing!!

Very upset! The sitter (S.E) locked our dogs OUTSIDE in our un fenced yard the weekend before the 4th! So people were already setting off fireworks! A conversation that I had with the sitter several times warning about the unpredictable nature of dogs and what will freak them out! Our neighbor corralled them after hearing them whining for SEVERAL hours! When I contacted the sitter she said she had “just” left but the neighbor proved that entirely inaccurate. When I contacted the owner as this was all happening she didn’t even feel the need to respond to my text AT ALL!!! I contacted her again after six hours and she didn’t even apologize! I waited several hours for the sitter to show me in photos that she was in fact back home with my dogs safely in the house. She didn’t rush and I HAD to ASK for proof she was back and everything was as it should be! Unbelievable! Then she had the nerve to take the tip I left in advance and left our shower a mess! Never ever use this company!!! The owner doesn’t even care!
This is a very professional organization, patient and caring. You would be hard pressed to find a business that is as concise and timely. I've been taking my 15-year-old dog, Benji, to Jesse for grooming for years, and she always does an amazing job. She's so gentle with him and ensures he's well cared for throughout his appointment. Five stars for Jesse!
The staff is very nice and they do a very good job grooming my small dog. The only complaint is they gave me a price and charged me $12 more later. I have been taken my dog there a few times and they always tell me the price has increased.
Melissa, Jay and the other trainers at Union Lake Pet Services are top-notch trainers who love what they do. They're endlessly patient with our Riley, who is adorable but NOT the smartest or quickest to catch on! We LOVED the drop-off training; after each day, we had a 30-minute session where they "trained" us humans...and then we could just practice and reinforce at home! Riley is now a fully certified therapy dog, happily reading with kids at a local library, thanks to their hard work!
Union Lake Pet Services is amazing! My pup has been coming here for training and daycare since he was just a little guy. As the staff know, Desmond is a bit quirky. He started developing some behavioral problems as he grew from a pup boy to a pup man, and they have been there with me every step of the way. He loves daycare and the staff is great with him. I try to take him weekly to keep him socialized. But I also take him in when we are having company because he is fearful of strangers. But here you can tell he trusts everyone and he knows it is a safe space which is a huge deal with him. But the main reason I came here to write this review was because I wanted to give a shout-out to their training side. Dez has problems with resource guarding and fear agression. He has made so much progress with his resource guarding. Before he would snap and bite. Now we can walk around him while he has high value things like bones and even call him away from them and I can pick them up with no issue. But a short while back, someone who he has bitten before came home, and he grabbed his chew treat and brought it over to her wanting to be pet. And then she moved to the other part of the yard and he picked his chew back up and carried it over to her again for more pets. Thats crazy progress in both his resource guarding and fear agression. I was so surprised I had to take a picture to show them. Thanks so much for everything you guys do!
I took my pet in for the first time. I was very disappointed. I got home and had my daughter in law trim her face. She is a Maltese Pom. 68 dollars is an extreme amount to began with. I would hope it would last. This is two wk. now and she is ready for another hair cut won’t be going here.

I needed a doggy daycare for my rescue pup, as I anticipate not being able to WFH forever. I researched all the local doggy daycares, and union lake caught my eye for several reasons. They have a vets office attached, dog training and behavioral modification can be added on, the dogs can get a hot lunch or peanut butter long added, and the facilities looked clean and expanded. They were also the best price when buying packages to lower the cost of daycare. I started off with the 3 day intro to daycare so that my dog would get more specialized attention during her first few days making sure she was acclimating to the environment well. We are on day 2 of 3 and I love it. They have sent me videos both days of her playing and having fun so I know she is well taken care of. This place is affordable and when I have to go back to work its conveniently located. Super happy with our experience so far!
Athena has had bad experiences with past groomers. This place is hands down the best experience. Claudia spent time going over what we wanted and Athena was calm. The grooming area is completely open so anyone can view the going ons inside. Her grooming was impeccable and so reasonably priced. This is our new grooming place. Thanks so much for the gentle and excellent service.
The Daycare and Training team have been great! Our Ridgeback puppy loves going here and has really started to accept all of the training tactics. I’d highly recommend going here
Has so many options for dogs, I use them for training and daycare. The Staff is so incredibly nice and clearly loves for animals. For my cats I use them for grooming and they always do wonderfully.
