Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

I would highly recommend Rachel. She looked after our two pampered Ragdoll cats for a week. She is friendly, professional, trustworthy and reliable. We had daily updates with photos and videos which completely put our minds at rest knowing our girls were getting the best care and attention. She follows all instructions to the letter as all pets have their own little quirks. We will only use Rachel now as she did an amazing job. Couldn't fault her 😻

Rachel has worked with my rescue dog Tilly for many months now, and the improvements in her behaviour are huge! She walks far better on lead, enjoys playing games and will actually offer her paws to be wiped dry! She has built a fantastic rapport with her and Tilly clearly enjoys her walks with Rachel. I would recommend Tracy and her dog boarding services without reservation. I was desperate for a days doggy care to be able to speak at a conference in Bromsgrove. It’s always difficult to totally trust a service that is several hundred miles away from your home. Without Tracy’s help and excellent communications, I would not have been able to fulfil this commitment. Organised, helpful and above all, a trustworthy and caring place - see photo - to leave my dear friend for the day. I will be using again next year.
Tracey is incredible with our puppy Poppy and Poppy adores her. She treats her as if she is her very own dog and we get regular pupdates. She is very caring, trusting and understanding. I would highly recommend her for looking after your furbaby. Tracey & Martin were fantastic. Made every effort to make our 12 month old dog feel comfortable and welcomed her into their home as part of their family. Much more personal service than using a kennels. Would definitely recommend. Our dog had a great time and made some new friends!

She shows attention to detail with his every need and whilst in her care, she sends photos of him whilst walking, playing or chilling in their beautiful home. Absolutely fantastic getaway for people and dogs alike. Other services include dog boarding in the dog hotel, where digs have their own sofas and TVs! Dog behavioral training is also available. Beautiful serene country setting with beautiful country walks. Extremely welcoming and accommodating hosts, and fantastic rates. Overall a fantastic experience that I personally plan on repeating as often as possible.
Stayed in the cottage. Wonderful accommodation and everything we needed was provided. Dog treats forbade dogs and doughnuts dog us as a treat.

Highly recommended. I lefy my boy there for 12 days (first time in kennels) and they kept in contact with how he was. Pictures and he was so happy while he was in there. Only place i will trust in lucking after my fur baby. Well worth the 1hr drive to take him. 5*

Cant recomend enough! From enquiry to boarding all staff were extremely helpful, kind and considerate and filled me with confidence ans reassurance my dog would be taken care of well which he was and settled in well, even recived an update and pictures half way through stay. when picked up settled back into home routine with ease and was very calm after initial excitement. thankyou all! routine
Both my dogs had been there together recently and they were so happy at pick up. They seemed very happy there and will definitely take them there again,
Had to put my puppy Rhodesian Ridgeback rolling for 7 weeks. Weighed the same when he came out as he did when he went in. Ribs, spine and hips were showing. Massive Sores on both front ankles. Damage to his tail. Damaged ear lobes. Small sores in other places. I was advised if i went to visit him it would disrupt his stay and for the whole time i was reassured he was fine and happy. Waited for 3 weeks for promised photos of him but after excuse after excuse and not getting any I went to see him as I felt something was wrong. Needless to say I removed him from this kennel that very same day as he was in such a poor mental and physical state. Not once did he get referred to their "24 hour on hand vet" but he was self treated by Five oaks staff with sudocream on his front ankles. Not once was I informed of his detiriation. I took him to the vets 2 days after I got him after I was able to feed him and put weight on him and that's when he weighed 32kg the same as when he went in 7 weeks prior. The vets fees cost me £94 including treatment for all worms and fleas of which five oaks wanted a copy of the vets reference so they could recover the fees but did not follow through with that. My pup was 7 months old when he went in and needed 3 meals a day. It cost £105 per week for his stay their and was so poorly treated. How anyone could treat animals like this I would never know. Please keep your loved ones away from this place. Shameful
Whenever we go on holiday we leave our dogs at Five Oaks Kennels. We never had any problems. They are quite flexible and very friendly. Most importantly our dogs don't really want to go back when their stay comes to an end. This proves they are well looked after!
Always at ease knowing that our beast is happy there. He's an 8 year old staffie and has been going since he was a puppy. Kevin and his daughter are always welcoming and will always find room for him even at short notice. They know him so well they even have his favourite pen for him. Can't be happier with his care and their service.

Every dog owner needs Di & Mark in their lives !! Both are super knowledgeable and ensure that your dog is well looked after in their care, treating all of them like one of their own. My dog Juno goes there three times a week for day care whilst I am at work and boards a couple of times a year too - I am able to drop her off at 7:30am, which is a huge advantage. Juno gets excited when I drive up the road and when I pick her up at the end of the day, she is so tired I have to almost drag her to the car ! All of the dogs in their care get to mix with their own age groups/energy levels in large separate areas throughout the house and garden and even get to go out on long daily walks over the local fields. Nothing is ever too much for Di & Mark and I personally wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our dog now. Thank you for such a fantastic service (Bonnie, Simon & Juno)
Our dog Bella has been going to Padi day care since she was a puppy- almost 5 years ago! Bella loves her time playing and chilling with the other dogs. Di and Mark are always there for practical advice when needed and their home is a doggy haven. Their job is not an easy one, but they all work very hard to make sure the dogs needs come first and we trust them with a very precious member of our family completely.
My dog goes to Paddy day care 3 times a week and loves spending time with the other dogs. I've noticed an improvement in him since going too, he is happier and more chilled. He is nervous of people he doesn't know but settled in really quickly and adores Di and Mark. It's lovely how Di posts photos of the dogs during the day on Facebook, makes yummy home made dog treats and gets the paddling pool out for the dogs. I'd definitely recommend this reliable, friendly and professional service.
I have been using Padi day care for my Dog for just over 2 years. Di and Mark cannot do enough for your Pets. My dog loves going there. Di and Mark will also do their best to accommodate last minute changes of plan. Short notice overnight stays etc. I now have two dogs and they both go to padi. I have no hesitation in recommending padi. Keep up the good work.
We have used Padi dog day care frequently over the last 6 months to look after our rescued Galgo for us during the day or overning when we are working or cannot take her away with us. We have always been very happy with their knowledgeable, friendly and flexible service, and our dog always returns to us in a happy and unstressed state. We would have no hesitation in recommending Padi doggy day care to anyone and look forward to using their service in the future.

I have been taking my dog Bella to Padi Home Boarding for Day care for nearly 4 years now and Boarding when we go away and she absolutely loves it! It gives me comfort knowing she’s being looked after in the best possible hands. Di And Mark are lovely, polite and professional and real Dog Lovers, they treat Bella as one of there own. I couldn't recommend Padi Home Boarding enough!
Took my little Yorkie to Diane & Mark for holiday boarding for the very first time and I'm really impressed with how well she was looked after. Highly rate this place for boarding bunnies- communication on point whilst we were away to keep us updated which not many boarders do! Great to know bunnies in safe hands as Sue is a trained veterinary nurse and could spot anything early if needed. Our two rabbits came back super chilled and happy. Sue was amazing and gave me multiple daily updates while my buns stayed with her for bonding for a week. She sent a run down of how they’d been included pictures and videos so I could see they were ok; it was so reassuring. They were well looked after and Sue clearly adores rabbits and is extremely knowledgable about them. I have used other bonding services before and Sue is by far the best. I won’t go anywhere else now and I live an hour away but it’s worth the travel!

Milo was a foster bun staying with us while the rescue tried to find him a forever home. Thanks to Sue, his forever home is now with us.
We used Sue's rabbit bonding service for our two rabbits (both male and neutered) and we're so happy that we did! Sue provided multiple updates and videos of our buns each day, answered all our questions thoroughly and was so friendly. Sue is really knowledgable about rabbits and provides a document with lots of information and advice for maintaining and strengthening the bond when your rabbits return home, which has been so valuable. We've had our buns back home for 4 days now and they're doing brilliantly together which is a big relief and so lovely to see. We already feel confident leaving them alone at night time and when we go out which is amazing. It was a 2.5 hour drive each way for my partner but it was absolutely worth it! Great bonding service from Sue for my two bunnies. They got on very well whilst with Sue which, along with the comprehensive instructions for their return home, has stood us in good stead to continue their successful bonding. We have 2 giant continental boys: When buying them (first time adult pet parents) we were told 2 boys were a great pairing! Little did we know… Our boys had their first fight when their hormones came through, they were separated then put back together after a few weeks after neutring with no arguments. The first time we left them with other people, they had a massive fight where one ended up with a swollen face and another with a chunk out of his ear and the emergency vet had to be called. We separated and tried to bond ourselves after a long while which only amounted in more injuries for them. We then found sue who had a 5 month waiting list but I was certain I wanted them to go with her. Fast forward to their stay: sue was fantastic, multiple updates, pictures and videos of our boys, herbs, pellets and unlimited fancy hay! Fast forward again almost 6 weeks since having them back we have had no issues, they are very in love and are having the best time with eachother (and we’ve now bought fancy hay)🙈 long story short: we thought our boys were beyond repair and we would have to get them girls and half their space, and now they/we are one big happy family thanks to sue. Xx she also boarded our buns for a week and we have already booked for next year - it’s so lovely not having to worry that the people looking after your buns don’t see them as family and as important as dogs … sue loves your buns as much as her own and you know they’re being cared for fully xx Sue is 2 hours away from us and we will drive to her every time we go away now.
Honestly the only bunny bonding service you will ever need. I was petrified of taking my bunnies anywhere and scared they would forever live apart. After a few dreadful attempts myself to bond my rabbits, two of which ended in genuinely dreadful injury, I was dreadfully sad thinking my rabbits would have to live apart and be forever alone. I was scared taking them to someone else and scared of more injury. Within an hour of leaving them with Sue she sent pics and a video of them happily sitting together. She is a genuine miracle worker. You can trust your gorgeous babies with this woman and she will change your life. Not only that she is a super lovely woman. Sends videos every single day and you never feel like you're bothering her with your questions!! Also she's far too cheap!! I'd have paid twice the money, if not triple. Thanks Sue for restoring happiness into my bunny family!
We gave our four rabbits to Sue a couple of months ago for re-bonding whilst we were on holiday, after several failed attempts of our own. Sue kept us really well updated every day with lots of photos and videos and we always felt sure our beloved pets were in safe hands. We’ve had only one slight incident since getting them back, but Sue was on hand to give advice and reassure us though this and they’re now getting on better than ever. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Sue again for boarding when we’re on holiday and cannot thank her enough. It’s amazing to see our two pairs back together after we’d pretty much lost hope! Linda and Di cared for our animals (three dogs, seven cats, two ponies, five sheep and six chickens) when we went on holiday for two weeks in September 2019. We had left them in their care last year and come back to find them all happy and healthy, so we were even more confident leaving them this time. Several of them need medication administered daily: two of thedogs require eye drops several times a day and one also needs oral medication. In addition one of our cats had developed lymphoma and needed several different types of medication daily as well as a special diet. She became unwell while we were away – Linda and Di informed us and took her to the vet immediately. When we returned she looked wonderful despite her condition and we were so grateful to them for all their care and attention to her. The other animals were well and happy. We were able to enjoy our break, relaxed in the knowledge that Linda and Di care for the animals as if they were their own and could cope with any issue that was likely to arise. They also put our minds at rest by regular updates. We use The Pet Partnership if we need help walking the dogs and have called on them at short notice on occasion, which they have always managed to accommodate. The caring and reliability provided by The Pet Partnership has been, and continues to be, invaluable and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have used Linda and Di at the Pet Partnership now for a while. They are an absolute Godsend - when we are away we know that our cats are in safe hands. Not only do they come in and feed them, but they spend time with them, and the cats have got to know them well and now look forward to cuddles! Far, far better than using a cattery which we have done in the past and its also a much more cost effective alternative. We also make the most of the pet food service and I have food and other supplies delivered by Linda and Di on a twice weekly basis. This saves me the hassle of fetching it myself, and again the cats look forward to the attention they always get. Your pets are in the safest hands with the Pet partnership. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
5* trusted caring service, I would recommend these to anyone. I have two dogs and have used Di & Linda with them both, once was they took my 24 year old dog to the vets for emergency treatment in their pet ambulance and the other was to take my Chihuahua puppy for her first lot of injections and to be microchipped. To me my dogs are part of my family and loved dearly and I know they treat all the animals they look after in a very loving professional kind way.
Just returned home from doing Pet First Aid Course today with Linda and Di. Excellent course delivered in an easy to understand way. I have learned so much today in order to ensure my beloved Coco the Cocker is in safe hands and I will be able to put into practice the skills learned with my job as a Professional Dog Walker. I have owned dogs for 40 years and have used several different boarding kennels. I now would go nowhere other than Station House Kennels. The dogs are well cared for and my dog is always happy and relaxed about going. It is always quiet and peaceful, never any barking or howling dogs as they are all content in their very comfortable quarters. I am not local to Hartlebury and I travel 10 miles to get there as it is the best kennels I have ever used.
I have used station house boarding kennels for over 20 years. Ray and Julie run an excellent establishment, and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I have recommended them to various friends, who have also been very impressed with the care their dog has received.
Fabulous Kennels run by Dog Loving experts. Our two dogs look forward to their stay at the kennels and will be their next weekend. Ray and Julie always look after the girls and they love being there due to the fabulous facilities and the calm quiet environment they enjoy with the small number of dogs that are accommodated at any one time.
Excellent kennels. Mac our dog is always well looked.after and is happy to be there. He runs up the garden and thinks he's on holiday. Ray is one of the most mild-mannered gentleman you could wish to meet and really cares about the dogs. As for the.dogs.making a continual racket it's absolute rubbish, you can't hear them from the gates.vindictive comments certainly not deserves Excellent
Brilliant service from Ray at Station House Boarding Kennels. Willing to put himself out to accommodate last minute requests. Kennels are clean and spacious and our dog always happy to go there. Wouldn’t use anywhere else!
Excellent kennals - our previous dog stayed here and was well looked after and always returned home happy and full of beans! Now our new little lady has been and her first experience of kennals has been a positive one. We have tried others before Station House and nothing compared care wise - we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Extremely rude and intimidating owner. I have complained about extended periods of distressed howling coming from his kennels and he basically told me I was moaning, he was fed up with it, and he knows my exact address. He also said (after all that) that he's blocking my email and I should have the courage to face him. Very intimidating. His method of negating any criticism seems to be discredit the person and call them a liar, so I expect that in any response he will make here. I see, however, I am not the only person to have experience of this. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
I have used these kennels for a few years now and I am happy with the set up and the care my dogs receive. The dogs are always calm when I collect them so they don’t mind being there.
Absolutely awesome Kennels,Ray and Julie looked after our 5 Rottweilers while we went to our Son’s Wedding Celebration in York. 10/10 brilliant kennels and plenty of exercise area for them. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, Ray the owner is knowledgeable and caring. The kennels and grounds are immaculate. My dogs stayed for 2 nights and were so happy here I will definitely use the kennels again
