Yury took excellent care of our dog Elbert and our apartment. He took Elbert on nice walks and to the dog park to keep him active and healthy. He was great at communicating, asking questions when needed, and sending photos. We came home to a very nice and clean apartment and a happy dog. We would love to have Yury house sit for us again in the future!
Everything about this sit was amazing! Clear communication about dates/times for arrival and departure. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Blue, she is very sweet, does great off leash around the cabin. She loved to walk around outside and is used to the freedom of roaming but never ventured too far away from the cabin. Blue LOVES her walks, I took her for a walk first thing in the morning which made her calm the rest of day.
It was an absolute delight to care for Mia in Joshua and Poornima's lovely apartment. Mia kept me entertained and challenged with her curiosity and intellect; encouraging me to come up with more inventive games to keep up with her. Communication was very easy before and during my stay so it was easy to send pictures and regular updates on Mia. I would love to be Mia's companion again and hope our respective dates work in the near future for another opportunity.
This sit was absolutely superb!! Marlowe is such a sweet boy, Hanna was so kind/accommodating, and the house was extremely cozy. Her neighbors are so rad, felt right at home from the first night. It was hard to leave, Marlowe will definitely be in my heart forever :)
Nala was a pleasure to look after. Easy going affectionate and very interested in whatever you were doing - lying or sitting quietly and observing! She is a Ragdoll cat with the most beautiful colouring in her coat and piercing bue eyes. The two chickens were no trouble at all and never failed to produce an egg each per day. This meant delicious omelettes - my husband's speciality when cooking. Gareth and Hayley are a friendly couple who made us feel relaxed and at home. Our thanks to you both for choosing us to look after your very precious Nala, not forgetting the chickens 😉
Absolute 5 star sit--Corrine and Mike are some of the nicest people we've met and Ruca and Fiona are the sweetest dogs. Fiona is a shameless cuddlebug who just wants to hang out and chill with you and Ruca is a dear old soul who loves her naps. We enjoyed their company. Their home is beautiful and we loved the big open windows overlooking the scenic fields and horses and the herds of deer running by (ok, maybe they were only 6 but it made me feel momentarily like we were staying in some sort of wildlife preserve). You can have a bonfire at the back, enjoy meals at the patio, the dining room, or around the big walnut island. Our family enjoyed long hours at the pool and slept on some of the most comfortable beds. Thank you so much for picking us for this sit last minute--we had an absolutely amazing stay. We'll miss Ms. Fiona and Ruca!
I had a fabulous sit with Louie, Poppy and Daisy. I met with Samantha on the day of the sit to go through things and the communication was excellent. I sent Samantha photos and updates throughout the sit. The pets were adorable and fantastic company. We enjoyed lots of play, walks and cuddles. I would definitely recommend this sit.
