We had a ball at Sarah-Jane and Trevor's farm. Their dogs were a hoot and the house was very comfortable. If you are considering a sit, please note that this is a fantastic farm with chickens, fish, dogs, a cat, and wonderful neighbors. With so much going on, you won't want to slip out for too long. We would definitely recommend this house sit to others who love BIG dogs and living on a farm for a bit. You will never eat a fresher egg in your life.

Susan
We spent a wonderful week in December at Susan and David’s lovely Harpenden home that was bright, clean and cosy (the Christmas decorations were an extra treat for us and our daughters).

Malcolm and Sonia (the chickens) were a delight and we bonded every morning over breakfast as we topped up their food and water, they especially liked when we brought them tomatoes and lettuce.

Twix (Hamster) was a little cutey, although we didn’t see much of him because when he was awake and playing, it was night time and we were asleep and vice versa, but we did get to interact with him a little.

The fish were very therapeutic to watch and very colourful!

Now to the stars of our sit, Ninja and Steve - the most cuddly cats we’ve pet sat for. If we were on our laptops in the kitchen they would happily join us and take a seat on our laps or if watching a movie in the living room they would snuggle up and make that lovely purring sound before falling asleep on one of us .

Susan and David’s home is warm and comfortable and they were lovely hosts, showing us around and leaving detailed instructions.

Our assigned bedroom could easily have been a boutique hotel room with a lovely ensuite.

Phoebe (daughter) was very kind to lend our girls her bedroom and allow them to play with her toys.

This was definitely a 5* sit; lovely pets, gorgeous home! (and lovely gesture of choccies & wine left for us to enjoy during our sit).

Would happily pet sit for Susan and her family again (we are already missing our cuddles from Ninja & Steve x)

I had a very pleasant stay in Marseille.
I'm not sure if I took care of the cats, or if they are the ones who looked after me ... T
There was always at least one by my side. I felt well surrounded and coming back home was a real pleasure!
Sterling and Fruit were the boldest, Poopi sat not too far away and Pickle hesitated between asking for games and hugs or being shy.
The apartment is very nice and bright and close to everything. Lewis and Sarah gave me lots of advice (thanks to them, I did an in-depth comparative study of good Marseille pastries)
I highly recommend this family and hope to have the pleasure of coming back to see them!

Christina and Tom were very welcoming and I had a wonderful time at their beautiful house. It's a great location in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to shops, tube and cafes.

OJ was a sweet-natured boy, very relaxed and tolerant of a strange person in his house, and he enjoyed a fuss at feeding or treat time.

I'd love to look after OJ again.

I spent a lovely few days looking after Ethel & Ernest, they are incredibly sweet little cats and were great company. Alex's home is clean and comfortable, and well-located in a quiet street. Alex was a delight to communicate with. I definitely recommend this sit and would happily return.

Shannon
Shannon was very communicative and left me with everything that I needed for a successful sit. Her house is clean and well appointed, and situated in a really pretty neighborhood that was filled with spring flowers. The puppies were so cute and well behaved, and we had plenty of cuddle sessions followed by games of chase around the house. I would definitely recommend sitting for Shannon!
