Gea and Andrew were very nice. I arrived the night before they left. We spent time together with Floki, during which they explained how to take care of him. We also took a walk together to Greenwich Park so that I could bond with Floki, which was very attentive of them. The flat is amazing, very secure, well-equipped, and the location is great. Floki is very sweet and energetic. He loves affection and dislikes being separated from us. When we went to the park, he would run fast and far, but when I stopped or didn't move, he would come back (this is the trick to get him back on the leash ;-). He requires quite a bit of attention, so in the morning, I tried to take him for a long walk so that he could rest while I was working. Floki barked sometimes when he met other dogs or when he needed attention. Most of the time, he got along well with other dogs, and he never attacked them or me. Regarding eating and snacking, it's very easy as Gea and Andrew have them prepared!
JC and I filled in last minute for a weekend when Kellan and her family were stuck overseas due to airline system failures. We enjoyed a great weekend at their home in the best Cambridge neighborhood. Raglan is the sweetest dog; he is so well behaved and has such a gentle nature. We highly recommend this sit.
Hi Sonia It was a pleasure to house sit and look after your gorgeous fur babies . I loved them and I do believe they loved me . I look forward to looking after your home and your babies again . Lisa
Kai and Sidd were super sweet and well behaved dogs! We loved hanging out with them and we were sad to leave them. Steph was very easy to work with and left great notes about the dogs! We hope to watch Kai and Sidd again soon!
We really enjoyed this housesit! Lonneke is very kind and welcoming and even made us a yummy dinner upon arrival. She explained everything and communication was easy throughout. We were comfortable in the house and couldn’t get enough of the stunning views (and surroundings). But the best part was of course the fur friends: Aura, César, Manu and Isa. Aura is a sweet and easygoing dog who simply loves keeping you company, and the cats all have different and funny personalities. We already miss them and would love to do this housesit again in the future.
This was a fantastic sit! Luna is a sweet, playful, and social dog. Above all, she’s a fabulous hiking partner, and the opportunities to do so in the neighborhood abound. We took lots of off-leash walks on trails, and I was continuously impressed with Luna’s ability to greet other dogs in a friendly manner. Bonzo is also fabulous, I loved how he curled up at my feet in bed or the chair as I worked. The dynamic between the two is unlike anything I’ve seen, and brought a smile to my face several times a day. Elan and Tom are both excellent communicators: clear about their expectations and very responsive when I needed to make an unexpected emergency vet visit. Their home is beautiful and well-equipped, a magnificent place, and they graciously opened it up to me. One side note - because of the interaction between Luna and the housekeepers, in retrospect I would have preferred to forgo the generous offer to have the housekeepers come. I’d sit for them again in a heartbeat; there is so much to love about this wonderful family.
