Teresa and Doug were ideal sitters! They were very involved with our lively 4-year old boxer, taking her for walks, to the beach, and playing with her. Extremely communicative and quick to check in if there was a question about Lola or the house. Teresa and Doug made sure our house was very clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to have in our home and I highly recommend them!

Angela and Andres were amazing! We have 2 dogs, 6 piglets and 16 chickens as well as vegetable and flower gardens. Angela and Andres totally embraced the homestead activities and took impeccable care of everything. The house was immaculate upon our return and after a very long day of travel we were greeted with a homecooked meal including a homemade dessert! They brought their dog along with them and she was very well behaved and my dogs just loved her company. I would highly recommend Angela and Andres!

Alexander and Stephanie were great sitters for our home and Gord. I, unfortunately, did not meet them F2F, but my family did. They were happy and secure in leaving Gord and our home in their hands. Gord seemed very happy upon our return, and the house was just as we left it. We are also grateful for the care and attention to our garden, flowers and my daughter's many house plants. Alexander and Stephanie were fantastic with replying to messages and updates on Gord and what he was getting up to. Thank you for coming all this way to stay with Gord. We hope that you enjoyed this part of Canada!!

Morgan was incredible! She took great care of the cats and Hugo. The house looked great, as well. She was very responsive and kept us informed about everything. Can’t wait for her to come take care of everything again!

Heather and Paul were absolutely lovely in every way, from the first video interview to the final text when they were on their way home. They asked great questions, and arranged their arrival time so we could do an in-person handover. I could tell my Lilly was well cared for and loved, which made it much easier for me to focus on my business while away. Their great communication made even a last minute problem (that *I* was responsible for!) easy to for me to manage. I had made a mistake in the end date for the sit (which means I actually needed a sitter for a day longer than we had arranged) and as I made alternate plans for a relative to care for my cat on that last day, they were very kind and compassionate, offering to give Lilly her medication a bit earlier in the day so my relative didn't have to take that on. If it hadn't been for their excellent and timely communication, I might not have discovered my mistake until much later. I would most definitely invite Heather and Paul to stay in my home again! Thank you for everything!

Chase and Blair really are fantastic sitters. This was the 2nd time they sat for us. Everything went perfectly, we came home to a clean flat and a happy cat. We’d love to have them back again!

Christine and Mark were the perfect pet and house sitters! We went away for 6 days and left our 4 animals (!!) in their care, 2 senior dogs and 2 cats. By night 1 our skittish cat was already comfortable with them (which is rare!) and hanging by their sides. Christine and Mark are both animal people and it shows. They even brought along their own pet first aid kit in case of emergencies! We returned to a sparkling clean home and happy, healthy animals. What more could you ask for? Thanks Christine and Mark!

Julia had favorited my listing, and after reading her profile, I private invited her to see if she was interested in my sit, and she was! Process went smoothly, great communication before and during the sit. She coordinated with me on her arrival time and picking up keys (as it was agreed that she'd arrive after I'd left), sent me a pic/text when she arrived, and then sent a few pics over the days I was away which I always love to see. When I came home, I found Bootsie lazing contentedly. He was not skittish at all = happy! My home was clean and tidy. I plan to keep Julia "starred" and will invite her to future sits on chance she might come back again.

We're fairly selective about who we'd let take care of our dog, and Amanda did a great job! She was very reliable and answered messages right away. She checked in with us daily and let us know ahead of time if she had any changes to her schedule, always keeping Trevor's needs as a top priority. That said, she was self-sufficient and we trusted that she would get the job done no matter what. We had a couple of snafus on our trip, and Amanda was very flexible and supportive in helping us solve them, even willing to cut her day short to make sure Trevor got his dinner on time. The house was clean, and Trevor was relaxed and happy when we returned. We would welcome Amanda back any time, even if just for a visit.

Monica took wonderful care of our pets, in particular our senior dog who requires more work than our younger dog. She was communicative and reached out when questions came up and we felt very comfortable knowing that she was was taking great care of them in our absence! She left the house as we left it and we were very appreciative of the care she took with Baxter and Ruby and our home.

Cris was an absolutely ideal housesitter in every way. We can't recommend her highly enough! Our cats were sorry to see her go, and we would gladly ask her again to care for them and our house. She was perfect.

Beth and Chris were superb house and pet sitters in every way. Both of them are very sensitive and gifted with animals, and my shy rescue dog took to them immediately when they arrived. They are warm, thoughtful, organized, attentive to details, and left my home in very neat and clean condition. They gave me great updates and sent sweet pictures of my pets. They are also very interesting people to get to visit with. I couldn't recommend them any higher, and feel that anyone would be lucky to get them as their house and pet sitter!
