I really wanted to love this place. You can tell their team genuinely cares about the dogs; every single time, they know every dog's name that walks through the door. The personal touch is evident, and the daily report cards they sent were a delightful touch. It was so much fun to read about my dogs' activities and see the photos they included. These little updates really made me feel connected to my pets while they were away from home. However, I was a bit disappointed with a few aspects of our experience. We had asked on two separate occasions prior to our dogs stay for our dogs to be fed separately. Unfortunately, this request was not honored. We had to call once we saw on the camera that they were being fed together. This oversight was concerning, as one of our dogs will consistently eat my other dog’s food, and feeding them separately was important for their health and well-being. Additionally, during this visit, one of my dogs became really sick. She is fully vaccinated, so I’m not sure what happened. I understand that illnesses can happen, but what was particularly disappointing was the lack of follow-up from the facility. There was no call to check on how she was doing after we picked her up, which would have been appreciated given the circumstances. While I appreciate the team's evident care and the effort they put into making the dogs feel welcome and loved, these issues affected our overall experience. Proper communication and follow-through on specific requests are crucial for pet owners' peace of mind. I hope these areas can be improved because the potential for this place to be truly wonderful is there. With some adjustments, I believe they can provide an even better experience for both the pets and their owners.

This place has been fabulous so far. I called this morning at 7:15AM in a bind: last minute work trip and my established boarding facility hadn’t responded to calls, texts, portal requests or carrier pigeons sent since Saturday afternoon. Not only did Club K-9 answer the phone immediately, but they answered my million and one questions, confirmed availability, slotted him in for a same-day playgroup evaluation, AND gave me a complete tour of the building. That’s right, at Club K-9 you can see the food prep kitchen, the grooming area, all boarding options (blue, gold, and club suites), and play areas. You can also see it all virtually through their website’s virtual tour, but it was so reassuring to see that the in-person experience matched the online view. Everything is SO CLEAN, not a whiff of the urine smell I’ve come to expect at boarding facilities. And the staff were lovely and sat down with my 80lb GSD “Peanut” and I to do his intake questionnaire, I didn’t feel at all rushed through the check in process. And they respected Peanut’s introversion and let him sniff and get comfy before handling him. My experience so far is limited to drop-off, but I’ll update this review once Peanut’s vacation is done! Thanks so much for helping us out Club K-9!! UPDATE: If I could give 6 stars, I would. I picked up Peanut this morning after his week long stay at Club K9: he was happy, sleepy, a bit dirty (he romped in the yard every day and I was a derp and didn’t request a bath), but not kennel-smelly! A bit of a wipe down with puppy wipes and a good brushing and he was good to go! They followed feeding instructions perfectly (I have exactly the right amount of food left in his bins), and even took great care of a couple of hot spots he had when I dropped him off, both of which are nearly healed now. Peanut will be a regular weekly daycare attendee and we’ve already booked his December stay. This place is fantastic!

My pup, Kaleb, goes to club k-9 usually 1-2 days a week for daycare and absolutely LOVES it. The whole facility is very nice and clean (doesn't smell like pee!). I love that let the dogs play outside when its nice out and they put out fun toys. All the employees are super friendly and nice. They send report cards and picture of your dog at every visit. Kaleb comes home absolutely exhausted every time!!

We absolutely love bringing our pup to Club K-9! He adores all of the staff and the other dogs. He has never been more comfortable at a day care during the day, and comes home sufficiently tired but not stressed. The facilities are incredible and we are thrilled to have Club K-9 as our preferred doggie day care option!

My puppy Bella loves coming here. I appreciate that she is able to play outside when the weather is not too hot, and can play with her friends in the “playpen.” Also, I enjoy watching her on the webcam. This place is amazing. It's a brand new facility and I was able to get a sneak peek before the doors opened. Heather, who manages Club-K9 did a fantastic job explaining to me the current and future operations. They have four separate tiers of boarding. We got the Gold rooms for our pups because it's perfect size for two smaller dogs to stay together in. They have so many amenities for the pups it's crazy! Indoor track with a three separate play pens in the middle! They also have an outdoor dog run for good weather days! The Club Suites we're absolutely incredible, with a TV, lounge chair and plenty of space for each pup. I might pick the Club Suites for the next pup vacation because it was like being at home. They do grooming and have trainers there as well. The main take away is that it's extremely clean, open and family like. I don't feel like I took my family to a jail cell. You should swing by and get a tour!

Club-K9 is the only place I will take my dog. The facility is exceptionally clean and bright and my dog has the best time when there. The staff is amazing and you can tell they all genuinely love and care about dogs. Your dog will be all smiles ... after they wake up, of course. You won't be disappointed!

Three stars for the kind and professional employees here when I left my dog for a few days during holiday season. However, I do not plan to bring him back here. When I picked him up and took him home after his first stay at club k9, I noticed his urine was much much darker than usual-they must have not let my dog drink enough water. My dog likes to drink small amounts here and there and graze on food throughout the day. Also, I left 4 days worth of food for my dog there and he only stayed three days, however club k9 must have thrown away the rest of his food before they handed dog and belongings back to me. It would have been nice if they handed any unused kibble back to me, that stuff is not cheap. I will end on a positive by mentioning that club k9 emailed me a free daily report and photos of my dog during the stay.

Our dog Makko had the privilege of being the first guest! We travel often and have tried a few daycare/boarding facilities, this by far is the best in NoVA! The communication with Heather and her team was excellent. Not only was Makko in good spirits when we picked him up, but he smelled good from his spa day as well. 5-star experience and we will be regulars!

Club K9 came recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment my dogs and I walked in, the friendly and professional staff made us feel right at home. The facility is top-notch – clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed to keep the dogs happy and entertained. I was particularly impressed by the large, well-maintained play areas where the dogs can socialize and play safely under constant supervision. The team at Club K9 genuinely cares about each dog’s well-being. It is evident in everything they do - from how they interact with the dogs to how the facility operates - and truly sets them apart from other facilities in the area. My dogs really enjoy their time at daycare and come home happy and well-exercised. I also appreciate the daily updates and photos, which give me peace of mind knowing they are having a great time. Sophie and Pippa love spending their Thursdays at puppy camp! They are always so excited to get there and come home exhausted from a day of play ( Mom loves that!). Hali, my older dog is always well-loved and even the cats were happy ( as much as cats can be) when they spent the weekend. I really appreciate that doggy daycare is available 7 days a week, not just on weekdays. Everyone is friendly and loves on my pets. I know that Sophie, Pippa, and Hali are going to be well cared for and have a wonderful time.

I’ll start by saying that our two walkers we had were great. With that being said, the communication between the owners and us were lacking through our whole service relationship. The last straw for us was when we weren’t told our dog walker was no longer working for them, while our service was coming up in two days. We had to scramble to change our traveling plans. As we cut ties, we hope that ACPC will improve their email, text, and/or phone communication in the future to better build trust with their clients.

I used to be a former employee and recently got a puppy, my pup goes there all the time now! He really love all the employees and other dogs there. I can see how much he is loved every time I drop him off! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is always so attentive, even though we aren't there every day, they always remember our furry loved one like she was there yesterday! They make sure she has all the things she needs to be comfortable and a safe time here! Our girl is excited to go and that shows she is well taken care of! The grooming services are great and a pleasure to come home from a trip to a clean and well taken care of pup! Thanks for all you do!

I’m so sad to be writing this review because I got along so well with the workers at AoC. I brought my puppy in for daycare and he seemed to love it after his first day. However as I brought him in for his second and third day, he returned with deep cuts on his mouth and face. I wasn’t too alarmed , since he is a baby, and younger large breed dogs tend to rough house. But this should’ve been my first indication that the dogs are not supervised. In addition , his harness and hankie were extremely dirty & his white chest was covered in dirt and loose hair. A day after his 3rd visit at daycare, My puppy could not hold any food down; completely lost his appetite, began vomiting profusely & had severe diarrhea and fatigue. This gave us all a scare and we rushed him to the ER where they ruled out Parvo (thank god) but concluded he had contracted a parasite or virus from another dog. The only place he would have got this from was the daycare which goes hand in hand with the lack of supervision I suspected along with a poor, dirty environment that isn’t properly cleaned or disinfected. I’m only writing this review to save other pet parents the scare of their fur baby getting sick, and to prevent the hefty vet bill. It’s really unfortunate but just want to let others be aware.

Tuddy loves coming here for daycare and boarding! The staff are friendly and communicative and the prices are reasonable. Thank you for taking such great care of Tuddy!

Cooper comes here often and loves it! I can tell because he is eager to get through the door and see his friends! I tell everyone we meet about All of Creation, I wouldn't trust him with anyone else!

Pro: my small mammal pet is alive and healthy. Con: Provided bedding for the cage to be changed at least one time during the stay, and requested that the bedding be changed about half way through. Come to pick up my pet and the cage is a mess. It is obvious they didn’t change the cage and bedding that I provided was unused. Also, the place smells really bad. I guess the $25 a day is just for the space and making sure there is water and food. I will probably just ask a neighbor kid to look after my pet next time.

I went to all of creation pet care thinking my dog would be coming out the same way he came in, in safe condition. They poorly informed me that Sachi (my dog) got scratched from rough playing and did not report to me until conditions have worsened (blaming it on hotspots). After speaking with the owner, unapologetically James tried to change the story to originally what the staff had reported to me on text. They did not apologize to me once about the situation and continued to blame it on my dog, if u have any questions or need proof of my situation I am happy to send u screen shots onto why you should NOT take ur dog to this horrible place. Save ur money while u can

James and his team are excellent with our dog, Louie. They help us with walks regularly and boarding. They are punctual, reliable, friendly and truly care about the care of your pet. They have a terrific system of separating the dogs into groups and they let the dogs play and have a blast! Highly recommend! A++!!!

We have mid-day dog walk with Pitter-Pat. The walker is super nice and friendly and the flexible schedule convenient for us. We also tried their overnight pet sitting when we were on vacation, it was awesome.

Excellent pet service! The manager and the walker are very flexible and professional. Definitely recommend.

We have used Paw pals pet sitting on multiple occasions for our bunnies while we are away. Many pet sitters are not interested in small pets however; Mary and her team, are amazing and we trust her implicitly! We are very happy with the outstanding service we have received from her team including texts and photos of our pets when we are out of town. They always go the extra mile and we highly recommend them!

Highly recommend as pet sitters! Initially, a sitter from the company will visit the house to meet the pets and learn where everything is. Tatiana took careful notes and we got her some spare keys. While we are away, Paw Pals sends sitters to come and look after our boys. They feed them, scoop litter, bring in mail and packages, and they will even manage trash, recycling, blinds and lights so that everything is comfortable for our kitties. Each time they check in, we receive an email message with updates and pictures, which is so comforting when we are on the road. Also, if you don’t let Paw Pals know when you are home, they assume something has happened and will continue to care for your babies. If something were to happen, I know they would be okay. Five stars for Paw Pals!

The folks at Paw Pals pet sitting are fantastic to work with. This review includes a bit of a long story but goes to show how dedicated they are to their job and the care they have for the animals they watch over. I reached out to Paw Pals, even though I live outside their service area, in a bit of a panic because our scheduled dog sitter for our family vacation suddenly wasn't available. The local sitters we've used in the past seemed like they wouldn't be able to accommodate us on such late notice and so we were scouring the internet for other options. When I submitted a request to Paw Pals, I expected to get a polite no thank you - you're out of our service area. Instead I got a call from Jen, who was so kind, helpful and accommodating and essentially bent over backwards to help set up a sitter for us. We met the sitter at her home and it was more of the same. So friendly and welcoming to our dog and fully prepared to watch her for two weeks. We ultimately didn't end up booking with Paw Pals, only because our local sitter had an opening that allowed someone to stay in home with our dog (who is a very anxious senior shepherd-collie mix). But just based on the limited experience I had with them, I would highly recommend Paw Pals. These folks are fantastic and I only wish we lived closer so we could utilize their other services on a regular basis. Five stars all the way!

I have used Paw Pals for several trips over the last few months, and they have been phenomenal every time! Mary is extremely kind and responsive, and she makes sure that my cat and dog have the care that they need every time I am out of town. All of the pet sitters that I've had have been incredibly sweet to my pets, and they treat them like their own! Will gladly continue using Paw Pals every time I need a sitter.

We used Paw Pals for our two cats during the holidays (2 weeks). Our experience was absolutely amazing! From the amazing communication we had with the Paw Pals team and the cat sitters to the amazing job they did with our cats. One of our cats has always been reluctant to meet new people but after these two weeks she's now the first to greet anyone! I love the updates with pictures you get after each visit which is something I always looked forward to while missing our cats. Part of our holiday included being on a cruiseship which left us with very little internet connectivity but at no point did I feel the need to worry as we knew our cats were in great hands. If you need a cat sitter I'd look no further than Paw Pals. I highly recommend them.

They are professional, courteous, and truly love our fur family! Mary herself is an organized and stellar administrator of her pet care business, keeping detailed records of our pet’s needs, scheduled pet visits, payments, and balance due easy to keep track of as the pet owner. The pet caretaking team is reliable and trustworthy. When our dogs see any of their Paw Pal friends, they get SO excited to see them! Follow up comments are left via text to keep the pet owner informed of the visit and how the pets are faring. Paw Pals has allowed our family the peace of mind to leave our pets at home, for work, weekend getaways and longer times away when necessary, where they are the most comfortable and familiar. We are grateful to Mary and her team for giving us the ability to enjoy pet ownership without feeling tied down. The responsibility of having pets comes with the need to keep them safe and comfortable at all times, and Mary and her team affords us this when our family has to be away.

Mary and her Paw Pals team are amazing!!! They have taken amazing care of my cats for several years and have always made me feel comfortable and confident that my kitties would be well cared for!!! And when my oldest cat needed special TLC which meant multiple visits a day, multiple medicines with special directions and sub-q fluids, Paw Pals took extra special care of her and always kept me informed of how she was doing with every visit!! I can’t say enough!! I also recommended Paw Pals to friends who are also now regular clients with Paw Pals!!!

I hired Paw Pals based on my sister’s referral. Meet & greet was very thorough and detailed. I was surprised that my finicky cat came to check the sitter out. Subsequently, a sitter watched my cat over several separate visits, and it was clear through the visit reports that my cat loved the sitter. All the visits were completed having followed my directions & with professionalism. I would highly recommend Paw Pals to anyone who’s looking for a dependable, personable, & professional sitter.

Very positive experience working with Paw Pals Pet Siting. Owner, Mary Telesz, came to our home to meet our pets and get accustomed to their daily routine. When we were away she sent updates and pictures to let us know they were doing well. She informed us when she was introducing a new pet sitter through the business for the following days of our vacation, and the sitter left us detailed remarks. Overall recommend and will use Paws Pals Pet Siting in the future.
