This was one of my favorite sittings so far. Helen is an absolute gem and one of the nicest and understanding people out there. She even managed to find a substitute sitter for myself so I could attend my cousins wedding. Her apartment is in a great and safe location. Everything you need is in walking distance. I was even allowed to use her bike and so I accomplished some amazing bike tours around Berlin. The boys were shy in the beginning but ate out of my hand almost instantly. After a while I made some really great process with Dr. Fauchi. Even though he didn’t want to be touched, he was looking for a close but safe spot next to me on the couch. That really filled my heart with joy. Thanks a million for everything Helen, your are truly one of a kind and the boys are lucky to have you!
Thank you, Kaye, for having us sit Archie and Molly in your wonderful home. Kaye let us arrive a night early, which allowed us to save money on accommodations. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The kitchen is big and bright and the patio is nice for eating and catching some sun. Her house is clean and modern with everything we needed for our short stay. We loved taking the dogs right across the street to the big park and playing fetch with them. Kaye was so kind to let us use her e-bikes, which was a first for us. She also offered us her car but we had a rental so it wasn’t needed. Molly and Archie are sweet and gentle doggies. We’d be happy to sit for them again.
Vanessa is a lovely host, very kind and communicative and super generous - she even bought me vegan snacks and offered to pay for my uber when I left! Remus is a great, affectionate cat and the house is beautiful in a great location. Would definitely recommend!
This was such a wonderful sit! Louann and Daniel are extremely nice and welcoming. Chipper is a very social kitty, loves to play and cuddle. She's like a ragdoll. Their home is so quiet, comfortable, beautiful and with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Its perfectly located to enjoy all the Knoxville area has to offer. Thank you!
Highly recommend staying at Oliver and Catherine’s house with lovely wee Lenny!! I had such a wonderful stay in their home, it is a very comfortable and nice environment to be in with a gorgeous garden and piano that I thoroughly enjoyed!!! Lenny the cat is absolutely divine!!!! I absolutely love this kitty, he is so affectionate and cuddly and really great company. Very easy to look after and just wants to spend time with you, such a sweetheart ❤️❤️❤️ The house has everything you could need, and Oliver and Catherine are absolutely lovely and very easy to communicate with. Claw & Paw were brilliant, Brett took care of our cat Kismet for a week whilst we were away and sent daily photo updates which we really appreciated. Previously we have used catteries and he always comes back rattled and unhappy but when we got back this time he seemed very happy and definitely benefited from being able to stay in his own house. Claw and Paw are super professional and have looked after our cat Michael really well. Brett met with us beforehand and talked me through the process then sent me pictures every day while I was on holiday. Sometimes Michael huffs a bit when we go away but we came home to a very happy cat. I had to go away urgently after this and Claw & Paw were able to step in and ensure Michael was well looked after. I highly recommend their service!
We found Brett at relatively short notice after deciding against using a cattery and couldn’t be more happy with him and his services. He was very professional and asked all of the right questions on the initial meeting such as vet information, medical and food requirements etc. He was able to come at our preferred times to feed and spend some time with our cat and even put the bins out on collection day. He sent us daily updates and photographs of our cat via WhatsApp which is a nice touch and very reassuring. The online portal is great where you can make sure all the information Brett has about your pet is up to date and he has the correct days. The prices are also reasonable for the service. Our cat seemed very content when we arrived back home. We will definitely be using Claw and Paw pet sitting again and would highly recommend.
I can not recommend Brett enough. He is so organised and has been so trustworthy when looking after my cat - he’s really excellent with her. Adrienn has been walking our dog for over 18 months now and has also looked after him whilst we have been away, both at her place and at ours. We love knowing that he has a great time with her and Gigi (through lots of updates), and is in safe and competent hands that we can trust. He is super happy to see them and obviously is happy and comfortable in their company. Always happy to accommodate last minute changes too which is helpful with a busy lifestyle!! Adrienne has been working with our 6 month old Husky pup for around 3 months now and he absolutely adores her. He is always excited to participate in the puppy training sessions and she keeps him motivated, stimulated and thoroughly entertained. He is a very high energy dog and he comes away both mentally and physically satisfied. Adrienne has given both me and my husband great training guidelines both in the session and after in written notes, to help curb his more problematic behaviours such as mouthing and jumping up and he is remarkably better behaved on the lead. She kindly took him for a weekend stay training and he came back to us so happy and well behaved. We are very happy with the service provided and at a very reasonable value. Would highly recommend.
Adrienn is great to work with. She really listens and pays so much attention to the dogs and their behaviour. She brings homemade treats and loads of affection and knowledge to every session. She's helped us with our 2 cockapoos and I would recommend her to any dog owner.
They are absolutely brilliant. We have two jack Russell terriers, and needed some help, Adrienn came to do a 1-2-1 session, after 3 times our dogs behaved totally different. Our pup loves Paws and Pause - she can’t hold her excitement when we drop her off in the mornings! This place has been one of the best decisions we made for her, she has become so comfortable around other dogs and is so tired when back home (which is a sign she’s had lots of fun!). The Paws and Pause team is also so wonderful. They care about the dogs like they are their own: they cuddle, reward and entertain each pup with such care, set up such fulfilling games, and update their instagram stories very regularly (so we can keep track of what pups are up to). They are generally very communicative and accommodating to last minute requests, emails, and even WhatsApps. Thank you to Paws and Pause for making our lives easier and making our pup’s life much more exciting on Wednesdays!

Watson can be a bit of a nervous, grump sometimes, but your staff is brilliant with him. The way they handle him with such care and patience is truly heartwarming. I also can't thank you enough for all the enrichment games and activities you provide. Watson comes home absolutely pooped, but in the best way possible. It's clear he's had a blast and gotten lots of love and attention. Knowing that Watson is in such good hands while I'm at work is such a relief. It's like his own little vacation spot, and I'm almost jealous! So, thank you again for taking such great care of my furry sidekick!
Our lovely girl goes to Paws and Pause twice a week and she loves it! The staff are always friendly and happy to help and they really do have the dog's best interest at heart. She has been coming since she was a 14 week old pup and every evening after her daycare day she is tired and happy. 10/10 would recommend.
Our pooch's favourite place - absolutely wonderful! I'm convinced that is she ever got lost (knock on wood) she would sniff her way back to Paws and Pause and not home! The team go above and beyond to make Paws a happy and enriching place for the dogs, while supporting people facing difficult circumstances. Our pup has been going to this dog school (it really is!) for about 4 months and has loved every second of it. What more can you ask for? Perfect opening hours (8-1830), great booking and payment system, constant video updates on how your pooch is getting on, lovely and professional customer (human) service and a doggy advent calendar - they have it all. I only wish there were more spaces on Wednesdays! ;)

Paws and Pause is honestly the best thing I could have ever done for my then puppy and now full grown doggo. She comes home tired after learning new skills and having enrichment games all day. I also really appreciate how socialized my dog has become and how good her understanding of boundaries with other dogs is after being at Paws and Pause for nearly a year. The team is the best and we love how Grace and Jodie have created a space and business with a mission that really means something and empowers others.
Paws and Pause is just wonderful. I first brought my pup to the puppy socialisation course which was brilliant in gently helping my nervous dog to get used to being in the company of, and then playing with, others. Since then she has blossomed into a confident teenager who loves to go to daycare there - she's always enthusiastic when she realises where we are going, and always well looked after when we get there.
Our dog loves it here! A great service, they are always attentive to my dog’s needs as well as helpful when I need advice as a first time owner! He always has a full and busy day of activities and we get to check in on how he's doing throughout the day, which is great and always makes me jealous when I’m stuck in the office! Also a brilliant social enterprise, and an excellent support and addition to the local community.
This place and the team are amazing, my Greyhound is a super anxious guy and he's totally blossomed in just the few weeks that he's been coming here. The socialisation and care that he's recieved has really positively affected him so I would recommend Paws and Pause to any dog owner - especially if you're aprehensive because you have a more anxious dog :) I'd say to just go for it cause the team are great.
We were early customers of Canazza Pet Daycare in London. Vanessa was an extremely good influence on our young, energetic Vizsla pup - Poppy can be a lot to handle, but we always felt so safe leaving her with Vanessa. She's everything you need in a doggy daycare (and boarding) service - super punctual, reliable and communicative about the day's activities! Would highly recommend.
Vanessa is an absolute delight, for owners and pets alike. She's reliable,friendly, and will take excellent care of your pet, whether it's just for the day or overnight (lots of walks, play time, socialisation, etc.). Vanessa has looked after our dog countless times and he now likes her more than us! I couldn't recommend her more, and neither could he.
Vanessa looked after our dog/house last week and I cannot recommend her highly enough - I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use her again. Vanessa is the best dog walker and cat sitter ever. She goes far beyond the realms of normal carer, our cats and dog love her, she’s kind, sympathetic and utterly trustworthy. She looked after our very old and unwell cat, giving her the best care possible and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Love Cats provide a great service. The sitter I’ve had, who is local (less than 5 minutes walk away) has been brilliant-and my cat’s not easy to get on with! Pawpairs have walked my adult dog so knowing they also provide puppy daycare made the decision easier to get a puppy. Both dogs really enjoy their time with Pawpairs and return happy and tired! I get peace of mind with updates throughout the day. The dogs are clearly happy by their behaviour and desire to go out daily with Pawpairs. Having a puppy can be challenging however seemed relatively easy this time around with Pawpairs help!
A safe and reliable pair of hands for your furry friends! We've used Pawpairs on a number of occasions to cat sit our two senior cats while we're away - we love getting updates and photos from the team. Recently we've had Holly, Nat & Tan in to look after them and they were all brilliant.
My dog Lilly is a really frightened rescue and the staff always do their best to accommodate her needs and to give her a nice time when she goes there to be groomed. Best dog groomer ever! Lilly always comes home looking like a million dollars and now, because she's treated so well, I see she's more used to the idea of going to pawpairs to have her beauty moment. Pawpairs squeezed my labrador in today for a last-minute & much-needed shampoo and blowdry -- they were so accommodating and helpful and managed to squeeze me in despite being booked up in back to back appointments. They were so quick and did an incredible job. My dog smells so clean and is very fluffy, and all of the fox poo he rolled in earlier is now totally gone! Thank you, Pawpairs, I'll definitely be back.

Pawpairs is absolutely amazing! Our whippet puppy Cruiser just adores his day there each week. Nick, who runs the company, is an incredible private dog trainer and I know he sneaks in training with our pup whilst he's at day care which is an additional extra. The centre where the dogs stay when not out on walks is kept very clean and secure. It is spacious, light and airy with "chillout" areas for the dogs to rest or have a little time out when over stimulated. What's more, the team send photos and updates on our dogs day so we know he's safe, happy and having a great time. We visited several local day cares and would HIGHLY recommend. Leaps and bounds above the others.
My pup has been with PawPairs for about 6 months and he absolutely loves them! He goes on walks and gets groomed with them too. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful and I love that I can book walks online. If I every have any questions the team always answer quickly. One of the dog walkers, Hollie/y, has to be mentioned because she is absolutely fantastic! She is super friendly and helpful, always making sure Hux comes home as clean as possible (actually all the dog walkers are amazing!). They also send photos every day which I really appreciate!

Deborah is very professional and thorough. She’s CRB checked and insured unlike many other Dog Sitter/daycare/Walker providers. Lilly has the best time when in Deborah’s care and you can tell that Deborah and her partner really love animals which is a real bonus. Our puppy has been going for walks with Sharon at least twice a week for several months now and thoroughly enjoys himself. He's well looked after and clearly enjoys socialising with the other dogs. We've also used Sharon's daycare which has given us great peace of mind, knowing he's cared for and has company when we need to go out to work or out for the day.
Our lab has stayed with Sharon several times now and she has become our preferred and regular boarder. We just know we're in safe, positive hands with Sharon. Our dog is always desperate to jump out of the car into her house every time we come! I know he has the best time.

Sharon has taken my dog (Cocker Spaniel) out for a walk a few times (over the past two years) and I completely trust her to take care of my dog and give her a good walk. I've just used Sharon's services for a few days boarding, and was very happy. I will be using Sharon again in the near future. Sharon is the only person I use except for a friend and family. Would recommend.
Kate & Shay are the perfect cat sitters, I've used their services for the last 3 years after my vet recommended them as trustworthy & caring - which they've proved to be. I have a very nervous rescue cat but she immediately took to them at first meeting! On my last trip, my flight home was cancelled at the last minute but it was no problem for Lucky Paws to schedule an extra feeding until I could get home again the next day. Very happy with them in every way :)
I have been using LuckyPaws for a few months now to petsit for Pablo and Maya my two cats. They are reliable, friendly and caring petsitters. Always available to petsit at anytime, really appreciate their services, I would highly recommend.
I’ve used Lucky Paws for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic! I regularly travel, and I feel really comfortable and secure knowing they take care of my cats so well when I am away from home. They respond really quickly to any query - and have never failed to agree to any request - no matter how short notice. My favourite thing of all is that they post an Instagram picture of my cats each morning or evening after they’ve visited. It gives me such reassurance and peace of mind to see my cats happy and fed! Kate and Shay have been looking after our cats for the last couple of years whenever we go away, and we can not recommend them highly enough. They are so reliable and always manage to fit us in, even at very short notice. It’s so brilliant to be able to go away and not worry about the cats in any way, knowing that whatever happens Lucky Paws will be able to handle it. We've been using Lucky Paws to feed our cats whenever we're away for a couple of years now. Kate and Shay are clearly big animal lovers - you feel confident that you are leaving your pets in good hands - and they always go the extra mile. We particularly appreciate the way they always check that we've arrived home safely, in case the cats need an extra feed due to our being delayed. We would highly recommend them.

Kate and Shay have been great dog walkers! Reliable, conscientious, and very caring and consistent with our dog. He always seems happy with them, and I might even say he has been better behaved since he started his walks with them! He's not the easiest dog and we have been through a lot of walkers so it was a relief to find a dependable service with Lucky Paws!!

Lucky Paws have been our cat sitters for the last 18 months for our nervous rescue cat. They have been perfect and I feel totally confident leaving her with them. I can see from the videos that my cat adores them. They are the only people she’ll tolerate apart from me and my husband.
I could not recommend Lucky Paws highly enough! They are so reliable, professional and friendly. It takes a while for our slightly anti-social sausage dog to get used to people... but he loves going on walks with the team and misses them when we work from home! We look forward to seeing what he has been up to through the regular picture updates on instagram. Kate and Shay are so helpful and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
