Gillian was a wonderful host and is now, hopefully, a friend for life. She was so kind, welcoming and accommodating, provided lots of good food and her house was very clean and comfortable. The pets were a delight, Copper the dog was adorable and Tizzy the cat was a real character. I really enjoyed my time here and I would highly recommend being a sitter at Gillian’s.
Elodie is such a great host - very sweet and organised, and she obviously really loves her cats, which is lovely. Understandable because Berlioz and Troopie are so loveable! He is so intelligent, active and funny, and she is so sweet, gentle and pretty. It was awesome spending the weekend with them, and in such a comfy home. It was really convenient for public transport and Elodie left lots of tips on how to make the most of the area (Poutine from 'Frites Alors' was a highlight). This was my first overseas cat sit and it was a really positive experience so I'm very happy. Thank you Elodie!
This was an amazing sit. Kim and Robert are very kind and welcoming. They allowed me to come the day before and made me dinner. I had the pleasure of watching King Tut who was sweet, loving and definitely lives up to his name. The house is amazing and the backyard is beautiful. Great walking and bike paths near by. Romeo and Mozart are incredibly friendly, energetic, and lovable dogs. They are a blast to play with, take on walks, and have an easy feeding schedule. The owners, Frederick and Betty, are super nice people and incredibly accommodating. The cottage is breathtaking and within a mile of the Langley restaurant and shopping center. We loved doing petsitting here and would happily do it again.
What a fun time we had in Evergreen! We were pretty nervous taking this sit, as we'd never cared for brachycephalic breeds before, plus we knew it would be hot at the height of summer. We needn't have worried - Amy was there for our (many!) questions, and was great about communicating throughout the sit. We had a blast photographing Otto and Oscar, who are a truly hilarious pair. I don't think I've ever laughed so much on a pet sit. They will steal your heart away fast. The location is stunning and convenient to shops, restaurants, hiking trails, waterways, and all the other fun stuff mountain towns have on offer. The wifi worked well, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and claim separate work stations. After the doggos, the views and the patios were the highlights of this sit. It would probably be an amazing place to cuddle up by the fireplace during the winter as well. Thank you, Amy and Ken, for the hospitality and the confidence boost! We miss the boys terribly already.
Absolutely loved sitting for Sara! We instantly fell in love with Truly, Trooper and the rest of the gang. We walked the Goldies every day around the property, such stunning scenery and they were very well behaved. Truly loved a cuddle on the couch and Trooper loves playing fetch with his tennis balls in the garden - both have great personalities! Sara made us feel so welcome in her beautiful home, and was always available for any questions during our stay. Would highly recommend to future sitters!
