10/10. They are amazing! My dog loves it there. The daycare is the best around. Everything about it is so convenient, especially not having to book ahead. He is always so tired after a big day of playing. The staff is so kind and good to us and our dog. They will bathe him if we ask and he comes home smelling and looking amazing. We have boarding him here multiple times and have had great experiences. My favorite part is that I have not had ANY issues with sickness with my dog after coming to the facility like I have had at other nearby locations (kennel cough multiple times elsewhere). I would highly recommend!

My 10 month old puppy spent her first 3 week vacation at Wolfgang's. I was so worried about her but Elaine sent pictures and videos of her playing with all of her new friends. The staff here is amazing! I will definitely use them again. Such a great experience for dog and owner.

Extremely pleased with Woofgang, and their entire staff. We use them for daycare, to get our dog some socialization and playtime twice a week or so. She is currently 9 months old, and has been going for about 5 months. We went to them based on a recommendation of a close friend, and could not be happier with the service. All the staff are great - very friendly, and always know what is going on with our dog. At this young age, she is obviously more playful than most and they are very proactive about making sure she can play with similar dogs and energy levels. Anytime we need anything, or have any concerns, they are extremely responsive. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I am the type of person to have a lot of questions before I can feel comfortable placing my pups in dog day care and I spoke with an absolutely lovely young lady named Maddie and she alleviated any concerns I had. She was so patient, kind and understanding of my concerns in our interaction and I would 100% feel at ease with my dogs in her care. I highly recommend this establishment! I had a few follow up questions later and I spoke with Payton, she was so much fun to talk to that I can only imagine how much fun the pups have that are in her care. These girls are absolute gems!

I couldn't ask for a better owner and staff. My dog is always so excited to go there. I have boarded my dogs as week. You can leave there happy and relaxed your dogs will be well taken care of. Sometimes I think my dog wants to live there, instead of with me. I promise you won't be disappointed.

We love WoofGang! Our pups come back so tired from playing. When we go on vacation, we check out WoofGang FB page, as we know we will see pictures of our pups playing on there.

Thank you again to Elaine and her wonderful staff at Wolfgang. We recently lost our beloved lab to cancer. So we decided our beagle who had been very subdued since losing his best friend needed to spend sometime at Wolfgang. Sometimes the right dog just happens to come along. For us it did in the form of an adorable girl, named Sally. She was just the right dog at the right time. Many thanks to the caring staff especially Kim, her foster and Lauren. I hope her family knows she is loved and happy as is her best friend, Kermi, our beagle.

I love this place. Elaine and her staff have been amazing with my dog. Contrary to what some reviews say, they do not leave dogs outside hours at a time. Dogs are rotated inside and outside so they can get fresh air and go potty. Elaine sends me photos of my dog playing. He loves everyone there. I have referred at least 5 friends to Woofgang and they have all appreciated what great care they take of the dogs.

Wolfgang is a great place for our milo. The caretakers give all the pets personal attention. It is always kept very clean and looking nice. The outside play area is very big so they can run and play and not be crowded. The sleeping quarters are very private so they can get some sleep after a fun day. Thanks Woofgang.

Woofgang is sooo amazing! I miss being able to take my dog, Scout here and haven't found anything comparable where we moved. The staff is so personable and they really take the time to get to know each owner and dog. I felt comfortable talking with the employees about how my dog's day was and I knew they took the time to check in with her and take note on how she was. They treat all owners and dog's like family!

Great place for Grooming & Boarding. Our dog was taken care of as he should have been & maybe gets a little more spoiled when he goes for his grooming's! I had multiple places tell me that they couldn't groom our Alaskan Malamute because of his size & massive triple coat! Gold star does an amazing job with him!!

The staff is professional, and they work with you. Anna, is the groomer I deal with and does a great job. I highly recommend her. My dog is a wigglely worm, but Anna was able to handle him and give him a cut. My customer experience with Gold Star has been great. Thank you for taking good care of my pup.

Natasha is great. I have a baby that’s a very finicky and very aggressive at times but she always finds a way to get it done thank you Natasha you’re wonderful.

We had the somewhat of the same issue, rude staff. Actually it was the owner. It was a very unpleasant first time experience. We were not aware they had a break in their hours on Sunday's. We were traveling back and wanted to pick up our fur baby. Evidentally they were closed and did not open for another 30 minutes this was prior to our approach to the owner outside - we overheard her say jesus christ, read the sign.. unreal a business can thrive/opperate in this manner. Our dog also came home with fleas. She has never in her life had fleas. Use caution when boarding your pet here or conversing with staff. They need a sign "may bite or beware of owners"

Rude staff. I used the grooming services for years. They lost their experienced groomer and the quality of the cuts went way down. The main woman at the front desk is routinely rude to customers. I would find a place that truly appreciates their customers. Response to reply: yes, I have not been back due to the treatment I received. I’m very happy with the groomer I’m going to now. How you treat customers matters. I have no interest in discussing what happened. Actions have consequences and in this case it cost you a customer. I hope you and your staff will do better in the future.

My baby had a amazing time there. He is a very bashful loving non verbal rescue. I was so worried at first, we've never been apart. They were wonderful with my precious baby

Absolutely the most loving second home for fur babies! Love the building and play areas! Love the staff! Very safe and clean. Air ventilation makes all the difference for the fur babies!! Highly recommend!

At Gold Star, Benson enjoyed many good times at the daycare where he had many friends and learned good behaviour. Ellie groomed him beautifully. When boarded, my husband and I had piece of mind knowing he was in a clean environment and well taken care of. We unexpectedly had to board our dogs. We found Gold Star, and fortunately, they had space. It's always a little scary to just drop off your pet babies someplace, but we read other people's reviews, and frankly, we were in a bind, so we decided to chance it. The place was very clean, the people were very friendly, and the dogs were very healthy when we picked them up. I should also mention that the price for the 3 of them was good. All in all, we are extremely happy with them, and they are definitely now on our list of places we can send our babies. FYI, we are very picky. Our list only has 2 names on it!

This was the first place I took my dog. I even bought a 10 day package. WORST mistake ever. The staff doesn't spend enough time with the dogs. He came back from daycare and was never tired. HE even had more energy. The staff told me that he was even being aggressive. I have NEVER been told that in my life. My vet and word of mouth have said this place is known for having kennel cough. Needless to say I still have days unused from my package. I would NEVER GO BACK. OWNER BE WARE.

I boarded my golden retriever pup for three weeks due to travel at Pups paradise Perrysburg. From the first time i called them to find information about the facility until the end of my baby's stay, I waa thoroughly impressed. The ease of booking, how thorough they are in terms of following instructions, the ease of checking on your pup while they are out of your sight. I saw multiple times on the camera that one of attendants picked up my puppy and walked around the floor. They genuinely seem to be dog lovers and take good care of the dogs. She was genuinely happy there at her "Disneyland". We are definitely going to go back here and highly recommend the place.

I absolutely love it here. More importantly, my dogs absolutely love it here! They do a ton of fun stuff for the holidays.

Amazing facility! Amazing workers! Very happy with the organization and the structure of the team. They made me feel extremely comfortable dropping off my pups. The cage free boarding made by dogs feel protected in their little room. We were really impressed with the temperment test conducted to ensure the other dogs will be safe to play with. Will return!

They exceeded my expectations!! They stayed at the Perrysburg location. They treated my two babies like I would. My babies were there for 12 days. We loved the fact that they have pup cams, so anytime throughout the day we were able to watch them. They kept notes regarding them in which they shared with me when we picked them up. We have used other places for boarding and Pup Paradise are the best. I highly recommend them for boarding. It made our trip more enjoyable knowing we were able to check and see they weren’t sitting in a cage all day. The facility is very clean and the staff is outstanding. Brought my new Puppy here to test his Temperament with other dogs. PASSED! Now can board him as scheduled. Like this place and have been using them with our previous dog for many years. Highly recommended.

Amazing facility! I have a dog that is super anxious and does not do well with other dogs. Pups paradise was able to provide isolation boarding for my dog. They have separate play areas for one on one play if your dog is not social. For dogs who are social they allow your pup to play all day in the pack. I would highly recommend checking this place out! They’re super accommodating and flexible.

My dog stayed at Pups Paradise while we went on vacation overseas to see family. Unfortunately while on vacation, we got covid, were quarantined and unable to return on the expected date. I contacted Pups Paradise to notify them of the delayed return and they were nothing but understanding and kind. They made sure I got updates on my dog, quickly responded to my phone calls and emails and kept him for an extended period of time with no issue. Knowing he was safe and taken care of made everything much easier on us. He seemed to enjoy his stay and you can tell the staff really cares and wants to make sure the pups are happy too. I highly recommend Pups Paradise and we will definitely be using them in the future!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The staff is so caring and wonderful - do Not hesitate to trust your dog to them.

Alexa did an AMAZING job grooming Mochi! we couldn't be much more happier!! I know it can be difficult to groom a cat especially since it's Mochi's first time but Alexa has exceeded our expectations!! Thank you! We will be back

I’ve been a longtime customer and agree with the previous post that the service has declined. For grooming this summer, I left a 30% tip And the response I got was “ is that all”? I scheduled a 5-day boarding and on the day of drop-off, I was told that the dogs are kept in kennels for 12 hours and no one comes in the evening to check on the pets. When I made the reservation, they said someone would be there in the evening to check on the dogs. As it was the first time boarding my pets, I was hoping to see the space to know what to bring but the staff said they had a policy and don’t take questions or show the kennels on Mondays, even if you’re dropping off. They were frustrated that I had questions and decided to cancel my reservation 2 hours before my work trip, stating the owner doesn’t care if they cancel on boarders. The staff used to be awesome but now they’re impatient and rude.

This place is terrible. Have taken our two collies here a couple of times since moving back and we will not be going back after this last "grooming". Dogs were not even brushed out after bath, much less getting the de-shedding treatment as we had requested many, many, times leading up to this appointment and were charged for! They also hacked our girls hair on their rear end, stomach, and tail, which is not how you groom a collie! Nails were barely trimmed. Overall horrible experience with staff that does not listen to instructions, "grooming", and asking for tips before we even see the dogs! Will not be back.

I’ve taken my doodle here for almost 5 years now. The service has declined every visit. I have sympathy for being understaffed, but I don’t have sympathy for being rude and not communicating with customers. My dog’s appointments have been lasting for almost 5-6 hours, they can never find her file for grooming notes every appointment, and they’ve stopped doing any form of customer service. Only positive is they seem to treat my dog kindly.

The staff here is sk sweet, I highly recommend! I took in my dog for grooming services and they gave me an appointment pretty quickly. My beautiful dog, Akela, was beautiful after grooming. They really took their time with him that first time because it was his first time at this salon and they wanted it to be a pleasant experience for him since it was his first time. When I picked him up they were very attentive with him, he genuinly loved the staff. I also took him to doggie day care for the forst time recently and he loved it. Great if your dogs are energetic! I will take him in for boarding next month.

My dog Akira LOVES going to PPLS! She gets so excited as soon as we pull into the driveway and can’t wait to go inside and see her friends! Everyone who works there is wonderful! We also love their grooming services! She always looks great after she gets a bath or gets groomed! I love when she has cute little bows in her hair after her grooming! 🥰 We used their boarding service once when we had to travel and they took great care of her! I definitely recommend them!

I am so happy with their services!!! Everyone is so nice and kind. Today was Winter's first grooming service, and we are so pleased!!! She seemed so happy after being groomed and pampered!! :-D. Winter is our 9-y.o. female sheltie dog. She is a beautiful dog! She is very loving and sweet but very particular about grooming and boarding places. If she doesn't like it, she would definitely let you know. Thank you all for your services and for taking good care of our little princess!!!

This is the best dog boarding, groomer, and daycare I've ever been to. I've been taking my mini goldendoodle here for about 5 or 6 years now and LOVE it. The staff is so nice and helpful, my dog's grooming always looks so cute (we usually use Christy!), and the daycare and boarding make me feel so much better about leaving my dog there when we are out of town. The facility is clean and cute inside and the staff are attentive and caring. When my dog had a medical issue and couldn't use 2 of her legs, they let her sit with them in daycare and sent me a picture with an update while we were out of town because they knew I was worried about her. I definitely recommend this place for any of their services for dogs!

What an amazing place to take you furry loved one. I was impressed the very moment I walked through the door. The staff are so friendly and kind, I felt very comfortable from the start. They offered me a tour and I'm glad I went . Their facilities are very clean and they run a tight operation. Had my westie groomed by Grace and she gave him the best cut he's ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to board, groom or have their dog in day care.
