All Creatures Pet Care is first-rate. Brooke has taken care of my golden doodle since he was a puppy, sometimes for up to three weeks when I have traveled. The care is exceptional! We started sending our puppy to doggy daycare with Brooke so she could socialize with other dogs, have fun, and get used to being away from us (pandemic puppy problem--we are ALWAYS home!). I highly recommend All Creatures Pet Care! Our dogs Chance and Shelby love going to weekly daycare. The socialization and exercise is great for them. They are excited to be picked up and always come home happily tired. We enjoy and appreciate getting the updates and photos from their visits. Plus, the pick up and drop off services are a big time saver for us. We also use All Creates Pet Care for vacation boarding for our dogs. Chance and Shelby are treated like part of Brooke’s family. We have complete peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy and getting personalized care and attention. They also provide dependable home visits for our cats, fish and turtle while we’re away. The fees are reasonable and the services are top quality. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pets!

Brooke and her team are literally the best. They will treat your pet as if it were their own. I’ve used them for about two years now, and I will never look elsewhere. They are extremely professional and will handle any of your concerns with the upmost importance. As a busy dog mom, I can assure you that they are the most reliable pet service in our area. They pick up and drop off for almost all of their services and they make it a seamless process through their app. All Creatures will communicate with you one on one and they are always more than willing to answer any questions for you. They provide pictures throughout the day, and you can even track your dog walker through their app. Brooke was a vet tech for years and warned me about an issue with my dog that saved me thousands. I was given faulty advice from my former vet and after leaving them, Brooke recommended a vet who I absolutely love. I also have a very dominant, alpha dog and I wasn’t sure if my training was effective or not so I consulted with Brooke and her team and they were able to provide effective solutions to correct those behaviors. I could honestly go on and on about how much I have benefited from All Creatures. If you are stuck between services or if you are seeking a pet service, I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be let down.

When I say LeeAnna is the best, she is the best!! It is very difficult to trust new people but she was very inviting right away. She communicates and puts our mind at ease when on vacation. We never worry about our fur babies. We have a new puppy who was a little worried with a new place but hours after dropping her off, LeeAnna sent us a picture and she was already comfortable! King and Nova love it there and the care that she puts into taking care of them as if they are her own is very comforting!

We love LeeLee’s pet care! We adopted a young beagle who needed way more exercise and play than we were able to give. Scout goes to ‘daycare’ two days a week and has so much fun running around with the other dogs and getting all that young doggie energy out. LeeLee is so kind and conscientious making sure that Scout is safe and having fun. Her love of dogs is so evident in everything she does and says. We feel so lucky to have found her!

Highly recommend LeeAnna as a trusted dog boarder. It was my first time leaving my dog and she made me feel comfortable instantly, sent pictures and videos daily, and daily updates. I felt so at ease and will be using her again! My dog had the time of her life there as well!!

Leanna is great with the dogs. Since the moment you meet her and she meets your dog you can tell how caring she is. My dogs stayed overnight a couple of times, she kept me updated with pics and videos of how they were doing. Prices are reasonable and you get a discount for more than 1 dog. She's been available every time I needed to bring my dogs. She pays attention to any diet if needed and interaction with other dogs is per the size, only a low # of dogs at a time. I will recommend anytime, this is a person who treats animals like another family member not just animals for business. Her mom and children are also there and pet and love the dogs all the time. 5* 🐶

LeeLee’s is a definitely a home away from home for my pup! It is clear that LeeLee & her family are dedicated to providing a high level of care, attention & love to visiting pups in a safe & clean environment. There are play areas inside & out as well as plenty of toys & activities. I thought my dog Cree would need time to adjust to a new daycare but he was comfortable & happy from day one! I couldn’t ask for more! ❤️🐕‍🦺

Lee Lee is the best pet sitter around. Very responsive, respectful, easy to work with and someone you can trust. I adopted a new kitten and she helped do house visits while I was away. She not only took care of entertaining the kitten and making sure there was plenty of water, food and clean litter, but she also sent many daily pictures. She even offered to help check on my other animals like the fish and guinea pigs which was not originally an ask. Highly recommended!

As a dog owner, you can tell when your dog feels safe and loved. I trust LeeAnna completely and know that she takes great care of them because my two dogs always run up to her porch like it's their second home when I drop them off, and they look like they're right at home lounging in her living room when I pick them up before they realize I'm there.

We were looking for an in-home pet sitter for our new puppy and LeeLee’s PetCare saved the day! Our puppy received individual attention, and great socialization time with children, adults, and other safe dogs her size. Our pup stayed for a full week and we received updates and pictures each day, it was great to have the communication while we were out of town, to know she was in great hands.

LeeLee did a great job at taking care of my cat. She played with him, did his litter and checked to make sure he had enough food and water in his feeder. Another thing is, she got mail from the porch and mailbox if there was any. She was super helpful and was great with communication. The best part was LeeLee sent photos and videos of my cat to show me what he was doing. I am glad my mom found her service!!!

LeeLee went above and beyond to become familiar with my pups before caring for them. My male dogs has anxiety issues, and I have an 8 month old Boxer puppy. LeeLee contacts my weekly dog walker to become more familiar with my dogs specific needs. She also spent about an hour in our home talking with me and playing with them. LeeLee is personable and caring

Olivia is amazing with my rambunctious, reactive with strangers at home, quirky dog. She took the time to slowly get to know him and let him know her. She comes to my house to let him out now and he is excited to see her. Marty also goes to her in-home daycare and loves it! Olivia is an amazing Pet Sitter!

I'm so glad I found O & O! I feel so lucky to have her. I never have to worry about how my pet is doing when he's in her care. Olivia is the hardest working person I've ever met. Dogtopia of Elsmere is the best place to bring your dog for daycare, boarding, and grooming. My dog loves going to daycare while his parents are at work. He can play with his dog friends, get pets from the friendly staff, and enjoy the multiple theme days every month! You can tell the staff at Dogtopia really love their jobs and each and every dog. They maintain a safe and clean playroom. They plan multiple theme days and parties throughout the year that make every day at daycare memorable for pets and parents. My favorites include Valentine's Day treat exchange, Dog Prom, Back to school week, Halloween costume contest, and pictures with Santa! My dog and I love Dogtopia!

I took my puppy Cookie Monster here for the first time and everyone was great!! When I dropped her off at 9 they told me that she would be ready at noon and they would call me. I was called right at noon. She looked great when I picked her up. Diana did a fantastic job and did everything that we discussed at drop off... this is going to be my permanent groomer!! The office staff was great as well! Gemma was very friendly when I scheduled my appointment... Thank you for everything!!

Wanted to love Dogtopia of Elsemere, but I don’t plan on bringing my dogs back there again. From the first full day my huskies stayed at Dogtopia, after the intro, I noticed that one of my huskies was crated for an hour at multiple times via their webcam. It’s important to me that my dogs aren’t crated for extended periods of time, otherwise I could simply crate them at home rather than pay someone else to crate them (and I expressed this on day one). When I asked the manager if there was any issue with my dog that was crated, I was told there was no issue. It wasn’t until I told her that I saw my dog crated for about an hour that she revealed that the “dog trainer” Maya was new and that my dog should not have been crated for longer than 30 mins. I’m not one for second and third chances, but I gave them another chance and noticed that when the manager was the dog trainer in the gym, my dog in question did not get crated for long periods of time multiple times. Yesterday was the 3rd full day my dogs stayed at Dogtopia and Maya once again crated my dog (the same one I referenced) multiple times over 30 mins. When I asked the staff member at the front desk if everything went ok, they responded yes there were no issues. I then pointed out that one of my dogs was crated multiple times and sincerely asked if he just isn’t a fit with the other dogs. That’s when the staff member finally said another dog wanted to mount my dog and my dog wasn’t interested so their solution was to rotate crating my dog and the aggressive dog. I don’t think that’s a fair solution. The aggressive dog should be crated not mine. To top this all off, my dog that was crated has had diarrhea all through the night. I brought the food they’ve been eating at home to Dogtopia for their lunch, but who knows what happened. My pup was also fine before his daycare visit. Apologies for this review being so long, but if you decide to use Dogtopia’s services I would monitor their webcam to see how your pets are being treated and ask questions because they aren’t transparent at all. I would also not leave my dog there while Maya is the trainer on call.(Btw learned their summer “dog trainer” staff is comprised of mostly college students). I should be able to trust the people I’m paying to leave my dogs with and I just don’t trust Dogtopia of Elsemere specifically and Dogtopia generally.

Rosco seemed to enjoy his first experience. We will have him go a couple times a month for socialization with other dogs. We loved watching him on the camera. He's not been with other pups very often.

I am so glad we decided to bring our pup to Dogtopia. Aside from our dog loving it, the facility is very clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Being able to access the webcams eased my mind the first few weeks when I wasn’t sure! 10/10 would recommend!

We took our seven month old puppy for the first time to Dogtopia in Elsmere DE yesterday. I was very nervous and within minutes of watching the webcam was relieved and impressed. The caregivers are very attentive to all needs. We have booked our first boarding and are confident leaving our pup overnight. It’s too early to recommend overnight boarding, but definitely a daycare stay. Our pup enjoyed the day.

Everyone is friendly and attentive. They know you and your dog when you arrive (usually before you even enter the front door!) The facility is clean. Mist importantly my dog is happy and exhausted at the end of the day!

Everyone was very welcoming and you can tell they are all dog lovers. I really love the fact that they separate the dogs based on size or temperament. It shows they really pay attention to how the dogs interact with one another before placing them together. The camera access is the cherry on top to make me feel at ease to be able to check in with our two pups whenever I needed. Thank you!

Michelle and her staff at Dog Dayz are incredible! I originally looked into daycare options for Lola as a way for her to meet other dogs while working through some social anxiety, but none worked out until we met Michelle and Sarah. At only 10lbs Lola was nervous at first in a new environment surrounded by much larger dogs -- Michelle was optimistic about how daycare could benefit her and has continued to work with Lola week after week to get more comfortable in the pack! Lola has been going to Dog Dayz for 6 months now and loves it. She has even made a few friends! I appreciate knowing she has a safe place to interact with other dogs while I’m a work. The staff pay such close attention to her and always check in during the day with updates. We have had a great experience here and I can’t recommend it enough!

Michelle and all of the staff that work at Dog Dayz have been so amazing and patient with our dog Reese. Reese is reactive towards people but loves dogs so much and had done amazing at daycare where we used to live, but we were nervous to put him in a new day care environment after moving. I explained my situation to Michelle and she was so accommodating and accepting of him, letting him come in on a trial basis with close supervision to see how he would acclimate. Now he goes once or twice a week and he is obsessed with Dog Dayz! All of the staff have been wonderful with Reese and his behavior issues. It is so nice and comforting to know that he has a safe and accepting environment to play and socialize in. We love Dog Dayz!

I was nervous to take my rescue to a daycare but knowing they specialize in rescues and after my first meeting at Dog Dayz I knew he was in good hands! A neighbor recommended I reach out to Michelle and I could not be happier with how I’ve watched his confidence grow with other dogs and people. Before I even put my car in park in the parking lot he’s ready to jump out to see his friends. As a 2 year old his energy seems endless, but he’s always pooped when I pick him up. I’m so thankful to Michelle and her team at Dog Dayz for the positive changes I’ve seen in my pup.

We are new residences to the Wilmington area and we’re looking for a space for our dog Bogey to make new friends and have weekly social interactions with other dogs. We are so grateful we found DogDayz. It’s a big open facility with lots of different dogs and plenty of attentive and knowledgeable staff. Bogey absolutely loves going there. He gets so excited when we drop him off and doesn’t want to leave when we come to pick him up. It’s the highlight of his week and we love knowing he’s playing and getting exercise while we are at work.

Very friendly staff who clearly love dogs and are also nice to people! ...my dog goes twice a week and returns exhausted from playing. I like the gate system they have set up to ensure nobody darts out, I feel my dog is safe and the dogs are well supervised and cared for.

We love the competent and responsible staff at Dog Dayz! Been clients for over 10 years, now with our 2nd pup who loves the people and all her furry friends. She's always excited for another day at Dog Dayz and she's so tired at the end of the day that a cat can use her as a pillow!

The staff is what separates this place from all of the rest! They love our girls, and our fur kids certainly love them back! We are happy and blessed we found them!

I feel so blessed to have found Dog Dayz. The staff is unbelievable! They are true dog lovers, and sincerely care about your baby or babies. I contacted several services when I decided my active puppy needed to go to daycare two days a week. The only one that responded was Dog Dayz. Not only did the owner, Michelle, respond within an hour but it was on a Sunday afternoon. She was responsive and informative, and we immediately set up a meet and greet the following week. My Milkshake has been attending two days a week for almost two months now. I could not be happier. Michelle, Kimm, Cierra, and Dylan are amazing to work with. Cierra and Dylan have reached out to inform me of things I need to know about, and I appreciate that greatly. Milkshake gets beyond excited the second we grab his harness and leash and say “are you ready to go to school”. He cannot get out the door fast enough! When he comes home, he is a different dog. The energy he is able to release by playing with his friends has decreased his hyper activity and negative, destructive behavior. I feel less guilty because he has not been in a crate all day. It makes my evenings less stressful because he puts himself in his crate and sleeps for at least 2 to 3 hours while I cook dinner and do my evening routine. This is the best decision we could have ever made and money well spent! Once I can afford to increase his days, I will surely do so! Thank you Dog Dayz staff for your dedication, hard work, communication, professionalism and loving hearts. ❤️ I added a pic of Milkshake passed out after a day with his friends. I have been entrusting my dogs to Dog Dayz since 2002 (almost since their opening). What an amazingly experienced and caring owner Michelle Latham is. She and her staff are incredibly knowledgable with regard to dog training, dog whispering and also in running a business. My dogs have always come home from their “dayz” there: better socialized, better behaved, and doggone tired (sorry, couldn’t help it). Dog Dayz was the first doggie daycare in the area and they are still the best!

Dog Dayz has been wonderful for our big, energetic 2 year-old puppy. She comes home completely worn out. The team is so sweet to her, and more than once, they’ve alerted us to her health concerns before we’ve noticed them ourselves. We’re so grateful for their attentiveness—they really love and care for your pets.

We absolutely love Camp Bow Wow! We rescued our dog earlier this year and Camp has been so helpful. Our little guy was nervous around people and Camp Bow Wow has improved his confidence so much! He also has separation anxiety and he is so excited to go and see his counselors he doesn’t even realize I left. He loves the activities and we love the pictures! The counselors are so sweet, kind and caring and I feel so comfortable knowing he is with them. He is one happy camper!

We love bringing Frankie to socialization class, day camp, and boarding. The best part is how much she loves seeing her doggie friends and especially the staff. You can’t beat the tail wag or smile.

Omg!! I’m very happy I made the switch from Wilmington Dogtopia to Camp Bow Wow! THIS PLACE IS SO MUCH BETTER in so many ways! Like the communication is transparent, I got to see the facility in whole. where he would play, where he would board. I met many of the workers. They have a awesome new camper package. Everyone was really friendly. I had the pleasure to watch my pups interview. Just an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to my friends and family.

Camp Bow Wow Delaware North is run by experienced people who truly care about the dogs. The indoor/outdoor facility is modern, extremely clean, and has roomy "cabins" for overnight stays. The grooming staff, particularly Michelle, do a wonderful job with our dog, Maggie, who is old and a bit feeble. Their caring attitude is comforting. All of the staff we have come in contact with (which is many) offer wonderful customer service. I can't imagine a facility and staff that could do a better more reassuring job. I'm constantly impressed.

I absolutely love this place. The people are so friendly. They love the dogs. My dog loves coming here. The other customers are so sweet as well. It’s an awesome network of people. Boarding is just as easy as daycare. What a relief it was to find this place. Thank you so much❣️Being able to check my pup on camera makes it that much more stress free.

This is a wonderful place of care, play, training, and grooming. We've been using Camp Bow Wow for just under a year now, and I'm impressed. We have two dogs who are just over a year old and we've used various services at Camp Bow Wow so I can reflect on a little of everything offered. I tell neighbors and relatives, now I thought I'd share with strangers researching Camp Bow Wow. Camp Bow Wow deserves five stars for the care of the facility and care of the animals! We appreciate the atmosphere provided and cleanliness of the facility. It's extremely convenient to use the dog care for half or full days. Sometimes, our little guys just need to interact with others for a few hours, or we have errands and doctor's appointments, so we use their services for a few hours. Without fail—whether they boarded overnight or just attended a day here there, it was always clear they were well taken care of. This is why they're always so excited to go back! It is obviously a lot of fun for them and there's always someone around, too. Your dogs are not just left alone in a room or in a yard. Dogs must sense that kind of care, I'm convinced. I've checked in on camera throughout the times they've stayed, and I see a dedicated staff member who takes care of each play area. I also notice they rotate, which I assume keeps workers from burning out, becoming impatient, or careless. I truly could go on and on with positive thoughts here. Nothing is perfect so of course I had a couple of little things here and there that bothered me. These did not relate to the care of the dogs but could have been resolved with some better customer service training or maybe a person was misunderstanding me and I misunderstood them, or we were both having a bad day. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I threw these thoughts in here, so anyone reading knows I'm not just gushing over them as if I've never seen anything I disliked. The good heavily outweighs those couple of experiences though.

Oh, my goodness! This is the best place to let your dog play or be boarded. Everyone at this Camp Bow Wow location loves dogs and is so professional. They are very available via phone or email when you need to speak with them about your dog or any details in regard to services offered. There is another Camp closer to us, but we prefer to drive an extra 20 minutes so that our Theodore is well taken care of and loved on. I can't say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow Delaware North! Kelly

After visiting two other doggie daycare and boarding facilities, we knew Camp Bow Wow was the place for our little Dommy. Jenny and all the staff are wonderful! They're very attentive and professional and made us feel comfortable with leaving our fur baby in their care. No other facility was willing to give us a tour of their facility or where our little one would be housed, or the play area. Camp Bow Wow is very organized in all aspects of the services they provide, 1/2 day or full day camp, boarding, training, and grooming. They have no problem taking you on a tour of the facility and answering any questions or concerns. Since it was our first time using the day camp and overnight boarding, we were very happy they provided an App for a webcam which allowed us to view our little one when we were missing him or just needed to know how he was interacting with the other fur babies. Our baby has never been around other dogs before this visit. He was exhausted when he got home, but was better behaved than before his time at Camp Bow Wow. We think he was bored before attending Camp Bow Wow which resulted in him destroying any toy or pillows we provided, within a few hours. We bought him a new doggie pillow and a few chew toys after he got home. It's been almost a week, and he hasn't destroyed either of them! We're looking forward to his next visits which we feel will help more with his socialization and alleviate his occasional boredom.

I am always pleased with my dog's visits at Camp Bow Wow. Whether I am using them for doggy day care or grooming, I know he is going to be well cared for. Michelle is a wonderful groomer and always gives me updates on how my dog is doing - which I find so helpful because my dog can be a bit of a diva when it comes to getting a bath. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

Camp Bow Wow is the go-to place for my family whenever we need dog boarding or training services. We've used their facility in more than one state, and it's always been a great experience. We recently used their training program at their Delaware location, and the 5 package deal was well worth the money. When we adopted our Golden Retriever, we were about to have our third child, and I had surgery six months later. Our Golden was trained on the basics, but he was not great at discerning how to behave around small children and was constantly knocking them over, which was a hazard in our two-story house. The trainers at Camp Bow Wow were amazing, and their guidance and training have made all the difference. Our Golden is like a different dog now, and we owe it all to their expert training and advice. We also appreciate how much fun our dogs have when they are there. They always follow our overnight instructions perfectly, and the trainers have even sent us update pictures via email while we were away. While they can be expensive with multiple dogs, their pricing is still reasonable considering the level of care and service they provide. The owner even reached out to me before our dogs first overnight stay to personally speak to me (dog mom to dog mom) about flea and tick brands. Needless to say, I’ve been ordering the one we discussed and recommended and it was probably the best decision I could’ve made all thanks to a 2-minute phone call. Overall, we highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for their excellent dog training and boarding services. The trainers are top-notch, and the dogs always have a great time. They are worth the money, especially in times when you need the extra help with your furry friend. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

We were did 3 weeks of board and train and were very satisfied with the results. Our dog struggled with resource guarding, walking on a leash and reactivity. We saw a huge improvement over time. Our dog still requires additional training but Corey help provide the resources and tools to ensure we were set up to do that on our own.

Corey is just the best! Frank, our 4 year old rott mix was a handful. We went to other trainers and used all the methods from Cesar Milan, love that guy, but Frank still had big issues. We struggled with dog aggression, reactivity, and a handful of other problems. We did a 3 week board and train and would recommend/already have, Corey to everyone! We are living in a whole new world! I will say, if as a pet owner, you’re not willing to also put in the work, no training will work. Corey helped build our confidence and Franks, we can’t thank him enough!!!

Corey was amazing! I was having reactivity issues with my black lab Maverick, I contacted Corey and we decided the 2 week board and train hybrid package would be best for Maverick! The package was worth the investment. Maverick has made great progress since the beginning of his training sessions! Corey is patient, kind, answered any and all questions and is great at explaining concepts to make sure you understand! Corey kept me up to date with pictures and videos of Maverick! Maverick is much more confident in social settings, has greatly improved his recall, and listens to commands! I can now confidently take Maverick out in public. I am beyond happy as my wildest dreams have come true. I have a 100 lb. livestock guardian dog and live on 7 acres surrounded by parkland with hunting and 2 heavily used roads. I wanted so much to be able to have my dog off-leash to walk around and to and from the barn. Corey taught us many things but the most important was recall and keeping her at a heal. It happened today! I had stuff in my hand and decided to not put her leash on. We were doing great and as we got closer to the barn, I spotted at least a dozen deer. I stayed calm and kept walking. She stayed at my side without hesitation. She looked at the deer and stayed with me! All the way back to the house was even better. Corey was wonderful with my puppy. He made it fun for her and she loves seeing him now for boarding as well. Corey was the best investment I have ever made in a dog. Thank you. Joy Latzko

My dog Louie took Corey's 2 week puppy training and I feel like it made all the difference to set him up to be a disciplined and well behaved adult dog. Half the training is done with the human owner, and he did a great job teaching me how to continue with the training. Corey also is the only person I'll board my dog with. Furthermore... We just completed Corey's hybrid training package and are EXTREMELY HAPPY! with the results. Corey helped us with a 5 session package 1 on 1 at our residence with our 4 month old Shepherd Ace. Corey is a great trainer, very patient and gentle . He gave the whole family plenty of tips and tricks to work with Ace. I feel very confident in continuing Aces training myself and will definitely bring him to Corey for refresher training and when he needs boarding. I highly recommend using CoreK9 Solutions !

I have a very anxious, older dog, who is unable to be kenneled. With a family trip to Disney coming up, I needed to find an alternative to a traditional boarding facility. Terry has provided us with so much more than just that. She gave us comfort and peace of mind. We did weekly daycare visits leading up to our trip so that my dog could get to know Terry and get comfortable with her. This helped so much with her anxiety. When it came time for our trip I knew that my dog was in good hands and that she would feel comfortable and safe with Terry. Terry took care of her, like she was her own and sent me daily updates letting me know how she was doing, which I loved. Terry Lynn is very much dedicated and devoted to caring for pets - her own and yours! She scheduled a meet and greet with us for all 3 of our dogs, providing a sense of relief in leaving them overnight. She has soothing music playing at all times and easy access to the secured yard. Terry Lynn was kind enough to send us pictures and reassurance throughout the pups' entire stay. She is kind, professional, and a genuine animal lover. Terry Lynn’s critters is our dog Harper’s favorite place to be! Harper has been going to Terry’s since she was a puppy and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Terry is incredibly accommodating to our work schedules as my fiancé and I both work in healthcare. She loves all the dogs at daycare as her own and we are so thankful to have Terry love our Harper.

Terry took care of my 3 cats while I was out of the country for 10 days. She sent me photos, in and of itself a feat because I never expected them to come out, and communicated with me frequently. She had to have a medical procedure during this time and still made sure my cats were taken care of. I highly recommend.

Terry is a fabulous, caring pet-sitter. Our dogs, Ollie and Ellie, and kitty, Tommy, love her and she treats them like family! She did at-home visits while we were away sending texts and pictures frequently. Our kitty needs medication administered twice a day and she had no problem doing that for us. She brought in the mail and even refilled my bird feeders when they were empty. She goes above and beyond. It is such a great feeling to be able to get away on vacation knowing your pets and home are well cared for. I highly recommend Terry.

Terry is the absolute best pet sitter I’ve ever found, and truly the only non blood relative i’ve ever totaly trusted to take care of my sweet, adorable and very challenging rescue bichon, Spencer. Spencer came to me as a last-chance foster off death-row, after burning his way through shelters and foster homes. He suffered from the most intense separation anxiety- a vet even suggested putting him down at one point, to end his suffering! He came a long way with training and a behavior consult, but he never was able to shake his separation anxiety…. enter Terry. This woman made it possible for me to attend law school and work, and Spencer actually enjoyed week long stays while I vacationed out of the country. I’ve moved out of the area, but have yet to find any one as sweet, kind, caring, responsible, trustworthy and knowledgeable as Terry! your fur babies will thank you.

We love Content Critter and highly recommend this family to care for your pet! We had issues previously with our dog getting stressed when we would leave her with others - but not with Claudia and Jed! She is so excited when we arrive at their home (shown in photo - this is her smile as well pull up). It is so reassuring to know she is in good hands when we go out of town. She is truly a Content Critter when we get home.

My Goldendoodle Star loves Claudia. She got in the car with her the first time she met her and never looked back. That’s saying something because Star doesn’t usually like strangers. They board Star at their house and she always comes back happy. I can go away and never worry. They are professional and personable and very reliable. Love them.

We’ve been using Content Critter for several years to look after our cats when we’re away from home. They have always done a wonderful job, providing pictures and updates of our “fur babies“ and going above and beyond to look after them. The last time we were away, there was a major storm with power outages, and Nicole even checked in a second time that day to make sure our pets were okay. We have used Content Critter since 2008. Claudia and her team are amazing! They are trustworthy, kind with our elderly (20-year old) cat, and reliable. It gives us peace of mind when we leave knowing that someone is watching our fur-baby. They email daily service reports with notes about their visit, and often share photos. One of their team members left us an amazing note after our most recent trip with details about our cat while she was there and a very helpful suggestion based on her own experience with an elderly kitty. It is just another reason why we continue to use their services! We are so so grateful to Claudia and her team, I love to travel but hate to leave my darling kitty. It's such a relief getting updates and photos during our time away, and I am really impressed with the level of care and detail this company provides.

I’ve been using Content Critters to take care of my cat while traveling for the last 8 years. I’ve travelled quite a bit for work and personal travel over these last few years and I’ve always been able to rely on Content Critter to be there. The online booking system makes it super easy to schedule and they’ll email updates with photos while you’re away. My cat is always well fed, played with, and the litter box is left clean when I return.

My dog Mason and I love Playtime. Every member of the staff are very conscientious, caring, and wonderful with the dogs. Jess is excellent at matching dogs by temperament so there is a lot of interaction and fun play. Special events like birthdays and holidays are celebrated with great photos taken by Lauren. Alise does an amazing job of scheduling and treats every owner and pet as if they are the only special customer. My Mason squeals with excitement when we pull into the parking lot and comes home tired and happy.

We used to send out dog to daycare here. She loved it! The staff here are great at communicating how her was at daycare and how she interacted with other dogs. They also occasionally sent emails to check on our pup. We have since had to rehome our pup but she definitely loved it here and I would highly recommend them for the daycare and grooming services.

My Belle was bath there and they were awesome considering my dog was never professionally bath before. Belle looked amazing. Thank you so much for everything you guys are amazing.

We love love love Playtime. We have 3 dogs. One of them is very timid with other dogs. She was turned away from one of the big dog daycare/boarding chains because she "wasn't having enough fun" (she laid in the corner and kept to herself in the playroom). From the first phone call with Playtime, I could tell this place was different. The owner/manager took a good amount of time getting all the details about our dogs and explaining everything thoroughly. I had never felt so comfortable with the idea of someone else caring for my dogs. When we brought the dogs in for a temperament test, they let us know that our shy dog was a bit nervous, but it's nothing they couldn't handle. They actually made the effort to give her attention and try to get her to play and to be more comfortable. The service was incredibly individualized, which we truly needed. I can't say enough good things. Our dogs were happy and well taken care of while we were away. We love checking the FB page to see if there are any pics of our dogs. We've been back for daycare but please please please bring back overnight boarding. This place was a godsend!

I am beyond delighted wirh Playtime Doggie Daycare and Pet Salon. I brought my two pups here after careful review and interacting with the staff. They spent quite a bit of time with me before they even took care of my dogs. They have an established business (14 years I think)and have a substantial staff; who all appear happily employed. You are able to view the dogs in their day care, who seem content in the silly way only dogs have. Big dogs are separated from small dogs. One surprising observation all the dogs are shockingly good looking. Great cuts. Glossy coats. Bright excited eyes. That in itself is a revelation regarding the high quality care given. The facility is spotless and smells clean. When my dogs greet me after their grooming their tails are wagging and they are excited. Plus the cuts are beyond gorgeous! Shout out to Angie their groomer! Even my vet commented on the superior quality of their cuts. Please research where you leave your pets. I have close exposure to a kennel and it's heartbreaking what the dogs endure without their owners knowing. You can't stay in business 14 years unless dogs are your passion.

I like bringing my dog Chase here for grooming I like his groomer, prices good and smaller place. Rating low bc for the past couple of months I have not been pleased with the front reception. Each time I arrive I am very pleasant. The greetings, attitude/tone is not. I was never informed about discount if you bring your dog every certain amount of wks for grooming each month. I never knew this until I heard her share this with other customers. When I asked her about it she gave me a strange look said info is posted on side wall. An ongoing customer each month should be informed of this by communication! There was a time I dropped off my dog /receptionist was eating lunch/talking and I was left standing there waiting (can’t remember how long) to be serviced and when she finally greeted me her face/tone was not pleasant! Lastly after Covid it seemed the smell of the reception area has been horrible, to the point I felt sick on my stomach. I understand it’s a grooming/play facility for dogs however it can smell better. My husband picked up our dog for the first time last month and he spoke about how bad the smell. In this field of work you treat all that come in with Great customer service as well as keeping front area smelling fresh. If not , for me I will spend my money elsewhere and will not recommend your facility.

This place is great. My pup really doesn't like being taken from her family to go for her bath, but they are so sweet with her. They do a great job with her bath, along with nail trim, and keeping her floppy ears clean. My family also utilizes their daycare option from time to time, and the dog's love it. The people here know dogs, and take every precaution to make sure your pup stays safe. Costs for baths range, depending on breed and need, but they're definitely competitive.

My dog has not done well at other daycares, because she get nervous and overwhelmed. The staff at playtime took their time to help her feel comfortable and safe, and she even made a friend! They do an excellent job grooming her as well. She looks beautiful!

My husband and I just adore Mary, she has been our groomer for our Sasha, Daisy and Lula for close to 13 years. Mary does a wonderful job, she is knowledgeable on breed pacific cuts, she is caring and so kind, when my fur babies get out of the car, they get so excited to see Mary, they know they are going to get lots of love we will not take them anywhere else
