We would like to thank Alan for giving us the opportunity to house sit in his lovely home. We had an wonderful time! Alans house is set in a rural location with some nice walks in the local area. There are Geese and Chickens to care for as well as the two dogs (Ruby and Coco). A word of warning, when you leave expect a broken heart as the dogs are absolutely gorgeous and leaving them is so very hard! So once again, thank you Alan for giving us such a great house sit.
This was a fantastic sit! Mathilda was such a sweetheart and full of so much energy! She is very food-driven and knows exactly what she wants, and when she wants it! We had a blast with the old girl and would watch her again in an instant. And Hanrich and Kent! These guys!!! Talk about a power couple! They were so kind, funny, helpful and clean! The house was very tidy, and they were perfect hosts. They left us some food and beverages, provided us with a very detailed manual of the house and Mathilda (so helpful), and even gave us a ton of recommendations for places to go in and around Amsterdam. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect sit.
An extremely charming country home, set on 15 acres of beautiful Tennessee farmland. Dogs were incredibly sweet and followed me everywhere around the property on our long walks. Also was able to enjoy two friendly horses and about a dozen chickens. Living accommodations were outstanding but the most striking thing that hit me was the privacy and calmness of the area. Nighttime brought out about a billion fireflies and the views were always amazing. My hosts were very friendly, provided me with all the information I needed for a successful sit, and even had a plate of delicious chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend this opportunity to all other sitters.
I was privileged to look after two “special needs “ cats for a month SPECIAL First you meet Dennis the Energizer Kitty, He flies by you bouncing off strategically placed pillows and pool noodles. Dennis is a contender for the Olympics. Watch him jump from the floor to back of a chair without touching the seat. Another SPECIAL cat Meanwhile Ms Rags and I sit in the red chair with my morning coffee. I drink the coffee, Rags doesn't and shouldn't. She has enough trouble with her waterworks NEED Their caring owners NEED you to come and enjoy their SPECIAL cats
Julie and Paul made us feel welcome from the moment we entered their home. Their dogs Shadow and Louie are beautiful, so friendly and happy. Pablo the cat was awesome. Thank you so much for letting us look after your pets and your home.
We had such a great time sitting the kitties for Raquel! They were all delightful to hang out with. Davina and I fell in love with each other and spent most of the time cuddled up on the couch together. Santana is very sweet and made sure to check in on us around meal times and when relaxing in the garden. The very talkative Stella kept her eye on us at all times and was very good to let us know when she needed attention. They are all very good kitties and know their routine well. Raquel's home is very comfortable and clean with all of the amenities. The beautiful artwork & décor, chefs kitchen, and lovely garden space made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely recommend this sit and would absolutely sit for Raquel again!
