By far my favorite sit so far! Rio, Yoshi and Sven are SO SWEET and easy to take care of. We had a blast walking all around Hollywood, hanging by the pool and chillin on the porch. Dinty was extremely communicative and sweet! I would definitely sit here again!

I very much enjoyed my sit with Harry. Laura and I had email chats leading up but did not meet. The Information Pack covered everything you could think of. Harry is a sweet, friendly and easy moggie -- as well as handsome! The house is very comfy. The bus stop is very near to get into the city centre - with a view of the mountains during the journey! I had the bonus of wonderful weather and Taylor Swift in town! Thank you to Laura, a great sit.
Enjoyed my sit with Lou and Kitty. Kitty is adorable and loved playing with her feather toy. Lou is a big loveable boy. I really bonded with him. Could not give him enough hugs. Kelsey has a lovely home. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking at all the plants. She had everything we needed and great communication. Would definitely do this sit again.
Had an amazing time sitting for Cosmo. Riffi and Rick where wonderfully detailed and went so far as to intro me to the neighbors in case I had any issues (there were none). Would totally stay again!

Would like to say a huge thank you to Ashley for having our girl stay whilst we were away. Frank, my cockapoo, had the best holiday at Ashley's. Big walks every day and all the care and attention he could want. A happy boy when I collected him, but not sure he wanted to come home! Ashley is very professional, informative, friendly and very good at keeping you up to date with how things are going with text and photos. My first time leaving Dandy with Ashley I was really worried as he had recently lost his Dad, Beano, but Ashley took great care of him. My wee Buddy loves Ashley looking after him overnight or daycare. Plenty walks and in and out of the garden all day and lots of praise and cuddles. Very lucky to have Ashley's obvious love of dogs looking after mine, would defo recommend Ashley's doggy boarding and daycare.

Our cockapoo has been going to Jimackie every week when we are at work since she was a puppy. She loves her time there and Jackie and Jim love her as if she was their own dog. It is great peace of mind to know that she is being so well cared for when we are at work or on holiday. As first-time dog owners Jackie has been so helpful in assisting us with training. We would be lost without them and can't thank them enough for everything they do for us.
Bella has been visiting Jimackie for about a year now to get ready for her holiday in October. She loves it and has great fun playing with the other dogs and getting out and about to lots of different places. All the dogs have the run of the house and get treated like part of the family. I feel very comfortable leaving Bella knowing she is well taken care of, given lots of cuddles and attention by Jackie and Jim. The daily videos and updates make going on holiday easier know she is having a great time too.
Rolo, our cocker spaniel has stayed several times at Jimackie Pet Services whilst we have been on holiday. He absolutely loves staying with Jim and Jackie and you can keep in touch by reviewing their daily walks on Face Book. All the dogs using this service are thoroughly ruined and well looked after.Both Jim and Jackie are dedicated to the dogs. If you're looking for a temporary home for your pets while you are on holiday for a day, a week or even longer, then look no further this is the place for you. Prices are very reasonable.
Oscar ,my 2 year old show cocker ,spent just over a week having a great time staying at Jimackie Pet Services this summer. It was great to find somewhere that was able to feed him his raw diet without a problem. It was also great to see him on the videos they posted throughout his stay,all the great walks he was having.. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and when we go on holiday again ,Oscar would love to spend his holidays with Jim and Jackie

Luna has been going to Jackie & Jim for the last two years and we feel very lucky to have found such wonderful people to care for her while we're away. Forrest loves it! If your dog likes beach walks, forest walks or quarry walks this is the place for them! Tonks, Maverick, Teddy, Tia, Santa Paws, Bella, Penny and so many other dogs love it there and have taught Forrest valuable lessons. It looks a bit harsh sometimes but hey Forrest can be a bit of a pain but Tia sorts him out and tells him that's not what you do. The dogs have such a good time. Jackie and Jim are kind, fun but firm with the dogs which is great for breaking bad habits in your dog. They also do overnight care so you can rest easy if you are stuck in traffic or go on holiday. Forrest loves it! 💖 💖 💖
Absolutely brilliant, can't praise jackie and Jim enough for their love care and attention they provide for my boy. It's definitely home from home for Riedel and he has come on leaps and bounds since going to day care, he is now not as nervous around other dogs which we never thought would happen. I love being able to watch daily videos seeing them all having so much fun on their walks. Highly recommended and wish I had known about jimackie pet services earlier.
My woof's (Cali&Poppy) are not allowed to stay anywhere else except with Jackie and Jim, they are both spoiled at home and recieve the same when they go for their holidays to jimackie! I enjoy my holidays so much more knowing the girls are having just as much of a good time. They are always happy to be left and I love being able to watch the videos of their walks and having fun. Nothing is ever too much hassle, will always recommend. The girls are definitely looking forward to their summer holiday x🐶🐶

Would highly recommend Michelle at TLC Pet care & dog walking services. We booked Michelle to look after our 2 rabbits whilst we were off on holiday. Michelle was thorough in getting to know what the bunnies routine was and sent us pictures of what she had kindly set up for them during their stay. Michelle is a very caring and punctual girl who clearly loves animals.Not only does she offer dog walking but all sorts of different services to all types of different animals.Michelle was a former RSPCA inspector as well and her knowledge of animals is invaluable.I know I can contact her anytime for advice.When Michelle is out with the dogs she always looks after them and gives them all her attention to them.Their welfare is her priority.I would definitely recommend/trust Michelle with all animals in her care as she is clearly an animal lover. Van is very clean, comfortable, ventilated water provided and safe. Michelle makes sure doggies are comfortable water etc when drops off. Michelle is a brilliant dog walker and boarder! Our excitable two year old Labrador has been walked by Michelle since he was a puppy and he absolutely adores her. It’s clear she loves what she does - she doesn't just walk dogs; she invests time and effort in understanding each dog's unique needs and our Lab comes home happy, exercised, and clearly well-loved. Michelle is punctual, reliable, and professional and her communication is excellent. She sends daily updates and lots of photos to keep us connected which is lovely (and often hilarious) to see! Our lab has also boarded with Michelle several times - he comes home tired and happy and it gives us great peace of mind to know he’s well cared for when we’re away. I own a border terrier and due to change of job, some days my dog would have to stay at home. I contacted TLC Pet Care and agreed to meet up with Michelle on one of her dog walks, I was very impressed by how she handles the dogs and has very kind nature towards them. She knows each of individually and how to treat them to get them to obey her. Considering there was 11 dogs that was impressive, After spending an hour with her, I had no hesitation in having my dog booked in with her, for her to take him out on the days I would have to leave him at home, now four weeks later I’m sure my dog prefers to stay at home knowing he is going out on one of her walks rather than coming to work with me. I highly recommend to anyone TLC Pet care and dog walking services.

Dan & Shelly run Dundee doggy daycare, and you couldn't meet a nicer couple. They build a relationship with every pooch in their pack and show real care for the pups in their care. Really nice people who will take great care of your fluffy family while you are working. I could not recommend them highly enough.
My 'grandpuppy', Bo, attends twice a week and loves it. They not only take great care of the dogs but develop meaningful relationships with the owners too. They have a range of activities, including paw printing to make greeting cards, as well as playtimes and designated nap time. They notice behaviour and promptly report any concerns or changes. Highly recommended.
Our dog has been going for last 7 months and she seems to love it, always pining to get in when we arrive! The staff are dead friendly and always share any concerns they have if your dog hasn't been right that day.
Some time back, I had just moved to Scotland and was in desperate need of a good day care facility. There are very few options in Dundee, so this location was top of my list. Brought my well socialized dog for assessment. She is big, young and very friendly. She has a soft bite, and handicaps herself for smaller dogs. She is enthusiastic however. They said they were not sure about her fit, and could I bring her back for another assessment the following week. It is a 40 min drive each way and an additional hour off work while she is being assessed. That is fine. However, when I got there the following week, the guy clearly had no clue I was coming, seemed surprised that I was back at all. I knew from his face the decision had been made the previous week. I left, hung around for an hour, went back and got the dog and the feedback. Of course, she had not passed the assessment. I was told, we "don't think she is inherently a bad dog" (she is not at all bad...) "but she is not the right dog for here". That is fair enough, if you don't think so, no problem. Want to have her in a place that works for everyone. What I do not appreciate is having another work day torpedoed when the result of the second assessment was determined before I got there. I see no reason to make me jump through a bunch of hoops and make an already stressful relocation even more stressful if the outcome was already known.
Cannot rate this place highly enough. They are fantastic at what they do, brilliant with the dogs, friendly and chatty with owners, it's an all-round 5* experience. The positive changes I've seen in my dog over the last couple of months with him going just once a week are incredible. Thank you!!

Excellent place for dogs. They get to socialise and play all day. Great opening hours. The workers and owner are very friendly, care about the dogs and give behavioural advice. I can’t rate them high enough.
Been taking our dog Bear hear for some time now. A great place for him to socialise with lots of dogs and to tire himself out! Staff are welcoming and friendly and care for the dogs as if they were their own.
Sorry, but I'm not a fan of this facility. Brilliant for older dogs but they have absolutely no clue whatsoever about the development needs of puppies. Got my young pup back lame, stinking and terrified to go back in the car.

Absolute Dogs are absolutely fantastic. Always do a brilliant job on our 2 dogs Seamus and Nora. Staff are great always lovely with the dogs, friendly, helpful and polite. Unfortunately we are moving out of the country and will no longer be able to use AD. We just hope we can find a groomer's as good. Thanks guy's

My 3 dogs love this place. The doggy day care is fantastic. 2 longs walks a day. They always remember there names, and take care of you puppies from start to finish. The grooming service is excellent and I would not go elsewhere. Best grooming salon in Dundee, I know my puppies are safe there. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work. 🌈🌸🐶🐶🐶
Offered multiple times to volunteer to dog walk for them but they never got back in touch after saying they'd been phoning me. Website is never updated. A Family friend had to give up a dog they rescued after it was being aggressive and the women in the kennels were very rude saying "not everyone can look after dogs" whilst my friend was in tears at having to give the dog up after being to a behaviouralist and them rescuing the dog from a terrible start to life. Kindness doesn't cost a thing....
Dot, Ashley are great they're so good at their job they really do match the right dog with the potential new owner they have a lifetime of experience and they're so helpful with any questions and give amazing tips when removing a dog. Don't like the fact that they pick up dogs that they know are not strays they know most of the dogs owners there not very friendly either but suppose it's good for some dogs living a miserable life with horrible owners they get a chance with a new family x

We used Longforgan kennels & cattery for the first time back in May (following our move up to Scotland) & we’re thrilled to bits with the level of care Rachel gave our cat & dog. They were both great when we got them home, so know they were well looked after. We are booking them again for three weeks soon & knowing we won’t have any worries while we are away.
We have been coming here for years and our cat receives the highest standards of kindness and care . She has a large , heated pen during her visits with excellent food and biscuits . Rachel who runs the establishment is outstanding and we highly commend her . We receive updates whilst away which give us peace of mind and we would not go anywhere else . Many thanks to the kindest and most professional lady .

Just started using this cattery a few months ago. Very pleased to have found it! My elderly cat always appears healthy and happy when I pick him up. The cat pens are in a nice garden where the cats can spend time outside. The indoor sleeping part has a heater for when it gets cold, perfect! Great communication and easy to organise future stays. Will continue to use Longforgan!

My cat and dog have stayed here a few times now - most recently last month (November 2019). Its lovely to know that they're well looked after while I'm on holiday - and there aren't many kennels who would take the trouble to shampoo an unclipped Bearded Collie.. he came home smelling lovely!. Fantastic place to bring our beloved kitty for a feline get away, whilst we enjoyed some well deserved time off. The woman who owns the place was so nice, and it is evident that she really loves cats (and dogs). Roll of honour for her cat who is 20 years old and looks like a lion.

Been using La Pooch since 2019 and have loved the job they do. Very friendly staff and they are attentive to each dog they groom. Very knowledgeable as well, and will let you know after each groom if they noticed any matting, fleas, ticks, lumps, or wounds that you as an owner may have missed. They can cut many different breeds as well.
Our Bordoodle Ollie is a wee bit anxious with new people, but Hanna was absolutely brilliant with him! We received a text from her halfway through, just to let us know he was getting on great. We also popped in a bit earlier than expected and Ollie was happily wagging his tail on the grooming table. You can tell Hanna really loves her job and he came out looking and smelling great. I can see why Hanna and La Pooch was recommended to us. Thank you Hanna.
Hannah and her team are absolutely fabulous! Bailey loves them and has been groomed by them over the years. La Pooch is the place to go to if you want professional grooming and a friendly service. They take their time to know the dog and treat them as family. A testament to how professional, friendly and also how thoughtful they are- we are moving away from Dundee soon and Hannah offered to speak to the new dog groomer re Bailey's needs and cuts. Highly recommend Hannah and her team!

horrible used to go in find my dog cowering in the corner with big dogs standing over her terribly ran! what a differance you notice with a very good groomer with higher standard, my dog has went to lapooch since 6 months old to recently she is now 3 years old, my dogs last groom I couldn't pick up my dog so my sister did so I called to make a new app 6/7 weekly as I usually do and no phone calls have been answered no text messages have been answered and no social media messages have been answered have had no choice but to change to a one on one groomer it's ashame the a business doesn't answer numerous phonecalls etc maybe overrun. most definitely over run

I had my dog booked into la pooch about 2 years ago in June I booked about 6 weeks in advance. Then about 2 weeks from my appointment day I called and called and called on various days before my appointment to reaffirm my appointment but no reply to any of my messages or phone calls that’s why I gave one star and cancelled my appointment. Surely if you run a business you should return phone calls. Then customers won’t think you don’t care.

What a fantastic spa - Monika made us feel really comfortable. She explained the entire process, the tools and potions she would use. When you're leaving your wee child with someone, it's fantastic to have a lot of reassurance and information. She's a true cat person!! Monika is amazing. My dog does not like being groomed due to a previous bad experience but monika is so patient and will do what ever it takes, no matter how long to get my pup spruced up. I actually love going to see monika!

Took my cat in for a nail trim. Very reasonable price and they were so gentle with her despite it being her first time at a groomers. Would definitely recommend and I'll be going back again when the need arises!
I can honestly say Monika is the best dog groomer I have ever met she is kind caring loves animals she cried real tears when I told her about the loss of one of my babies. She has a heart of gold 💛 and she only takes your dog/dogs when grooming them. They come out looking beautiful and smelling beautiful and they are stress free. I completely recommend her to everyone xxxxx

Absolutely amazing, monica gives extra time to know the dogs, all the organic products used, the groom was perfect extra time spent on my wee old man buster, just felt so comfortable from minute I spoke to her when booking appointment, definitely be going here from now on x
Great service, wonderful shop owner (monika) , loving the dog treat shelves that is at the front door when you enter so dogs get a choice of which treat they like and just take one to make them feel & be more comfortable and I thought that was a great idea as I couldn't get my dog to leave the place when i went to pick her up. Overall, I loved the place and the way my dog looked after a full wash, cut, and trim, so I would definitely come back and would highly recommend the place to anyone who is looking to treat their dog to a pampering day. Prices are reasonable. Thank you
