Thank you, Karen, for making possible our wonderful stay in Montserrat! Karen was very helpful getting us ready for the trip, and she kept in contact with us throughout our stay. She left clear and thorough instructions. She was kind and generous, and even gave us some money our last day when we were having trouble with the ATM there. She showed us around and gave us lots of good information about the island. Her dogs were very easy to take care of, and a pleasure to be around.
The dogs Jimmy Choo and Coco, cat Gucci, and horses were wonderful to sit for. It is a challenge during rain days yet the neighbors are absolutely charming and helpful. All was at ease and peaceful walks with the pups was renewing and refreshing. I visited many places, met a lot of kind people in Co Clare and Co Kerry across the ferry. Amazing. Fiona made my stay comfortable and welcoming. I would sit again. Thank you Fiona.
We really enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s home. The pets were adorable and the house just beautiful. The dogs were easy going and we enjoyed cuddles with them on the couch at night. The cats were a bit shy but became familiar with us as well. The beds were comfy and we were also allowed to use the laundry. The view from the balcony is just amazing and the calm area allows a nice retreat. We would definitely recommend housesitting for Danielle and would come back to do so every time. :)

Very lovely and welcoming hosts, Shelby was a pleasure to look after as she is very friendly and easy:) House is in a great location for exploring Edinburgh and its surrounds, I would happily sit for Shelby again!
Tanya and Xavier are delightful. They welcomed us in the best way, showed us around and made sure that we were comfortable not only in the house and with the pets, but also in the beautiful Gozo. The instructions were clear, they prepared the guide with all the details and was easy for us to follow it. Communication was easy all the time, both before and during the housesitting. Romeo and Sassy are really sweet. Romeo is a super active and joyful dog, really well trained. Sassy is a bit older so she is really chill and needs to rest more, she likes to sleep a lot, to eat and to bark all the time! It was such a pleasure to spend our time together. Luna and Yolo are friendly and independent, they like to wander in the house and sometimes they come along asking for cuddles. It was a nice experience, we would definitely recommend this housesitting if you are looking for a great experience, with great puppies and great owners.

My cat had the pleasure of having Tracey's company for 10 days whilst we were on holiday. Tracey was fabulous with my cat and could see from the daily videos how taken he was with her kind words and loving manner towards him. The biggest compliment is the cat didn't seem that fussed to have us home. Not really sure he noticed we had left. The reassurance that the cat was being well cared for and given his daily medication in his own home was amazing. I would highly recommend Tracey for your cats needs. Tracey was absolutely fantastic looking after my two kittens 😸. She went above & beyond with the care she gave on her twice daily visits. The videos & photos after every visit were lovely & so reassuring (I was very anxious leaving my babies). Tracey clearly loved my kittens from the moment she met them & they loved her. The Happy Pet Company were so lovely and efficient. We originally hired them to cat sit for our two cats for a week, but due to circumstances had to cancel a few days which they were happy to do. They updated us daily and sent pictures. Our cats can be quite fussy with who they respond to but instantly they greeted Steven which was a relief. We will certainly be using them again.

My pup crew, Bubble and Teddy, have stayed with Catrina on three different occasions now and I cannot recommend her enough! This wonder woman isn't just a dog sitter, she's a dog whisperer extraordinaire. Bubble, my high-maintenance diva, gets endless belly rubs and long walks throughout the day, while Teddy, my cuddle monster, receives expert-level snuggles that would put a professional cuddler to shame. They come back happy, healthy, and sporting suspiciously wagging tails, which tells me they've been living the good life – long walks, endless treats, and maybe even a secret stash of squeaky toys. And it's not just the dogs she spoils! Throughout the day, I always receive adorable photo and video updates! Both of my fur babies stayed with Catrina last Christmas and she also gifted them both a present! Talk about going the extra mile (or fetching the extra ball?). I honestly wouldn't dream of using anyone else when I travel. So, if you're looking for a dog sitter who goes above and beyond, beyond, and then some, do yourself (and your pup) a favor and book them at Spencerfield. Our dachshund Seve has been staying with Catrina several times a year for the last 11 years. He absolutely loves his time with Catrina & Kobe. He is treated like one of the family & he has so much fun when he’s there. We’re always happy to leave Seve as we never have to worry about him when we’re away. I cannot rate Catrina and Dogs at Spencerfield highly enough. My little munchkins have been going over to this luxury home from home 5⭐️heaven since my oldest was around 4 or so months. The lovely wee doggies get the real ‘red carpet’ treatment, including all the walks, snacks and pupper enrichment their little hearts could desire. They also get evening sofa snuggles too! When my boys are staying with Catrina and her family, I know I can relax and really enjoy my time away. Catrina provides regular pupdates and is great at managing my eldest boy’s special dietary needs which really gives me peace of mind. Dogs at Spencerfield is truly a unique business and I would never consider boarding my fur- babies anywhere else. Dogs at Spencerfield is fully council licenced which is such an important fact, particularly nowadays when everyone and anyone seems to be ‘doing dog boarding’. Arranged for our Corgi to stay here. Had an introduction at the premises where Catrina met us and our dog, and we signed all paperwork. Agreed on a date for a trial night which was then changed by Catrina, so we changed plans to accommodate. We were then emailed by Catrina 4 days before the re-arranged trial stay, to be told our dog (who she already met) was not small enough to stay, meaning we had to again cancel our plans, at our expense.
Cannot rate these kennels highly enough. Spotlessly clean, dogs exercised individually in safe enclosed fields. You can tell the staff love their guests. Unsurprisingly popular so book well in advance
My dog got a badly split claw, & these incredibly kind people saw her promptly for me before their working hours started officially & helped us out without taking anything for it. So kind. Would definitely highly recommend them

Put our dogs bonnie and cooper in for just over two weeks. They are 10 years old and have never been in kennels before. Having only rehomed our cat three weeks before our holiday, I was a bit dubious about leaving him in a cattery. I can't recommend these guys enough, they allowed us to drop him off at a later time, due to the distance we were travelling and also to visit him several times throughout our holiday. The cat pens are spacious and incredibly clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and most importantly our cat was happy when we collected him. We will definitely be checking for availability here on our next trip north.
I use these kennels with both my collies. One sadly died and we replaced him with a Bassett Hound. Riley (the Collie) came home and the first thing he went for was the water dish, and he drank for ages. When I put Riley and Freda in for a week, I told the teenagers that took our details before we left to go on holiday, I told them to remember to give Riley and Freda a lot of water, that was not a problem, The dogs got home and both hit the water bowl when they came in. Now I feel like my wishes aren't being listened to. That being said they are good kennels.
Cannot recommend this business highly enough. We have booked our dog in for both longer stays in the past and day-stays recently when we have been marketing our house. The kennels are always accommodating to our needs (have booked some stays the day before) and the biggest compliment I can give it that when we go to drop our dog off he is genuinely excited to trot off with whoever greets him.
Left our two Border Collies here for a week while we visited a medical clinic down south. Both dogs looked very happy and stress free upon our return. The whole team are very friendly and professional. No worries leaving the dogs here again.

Kristie and her team are well trained, professional, flexible, dependable, knowledgeable, and LOVE all dogs! I trust them with my senior German Shepherd and also with my (sometimes misbehaved) 5 year old German Shepherd. We have gotten some training for our 5 year old shepherd with Kristie and in just one session she is a better behaved dog. Go to One on One for all of your dog care needs.
Kristie, Isla and Kate are absolutely lovely and completely understanding of a new puppy owner. The team have been so caring of my boy, helping him grow in confidence with his training and out on the lead. Having had a little trouble in the beginning finding the perfect service for puppy visits, the team really came to my rescue. Not only are the team mindful of checking in with you to provide updates and ask questions, Kristie is very professional in the way the service runs. I could not recommend ONE on ONE dogs enough, especially when checking in on your new addition to the family 🐕
I simply cannot recommend Kristie and her team highly enough. One on one have been walking our girls for 5 years and Kristie was instrumental in the early training of our Australian Shepherd puppy. The walkers really care about the dogs and in return they are adored! Absolutely deserved of the 5 stars given here.
After alot of thought and hesitation. We took the plunge and contacted Kristie. So helpful, so understanding of our circumstances. Now our wee timid 'Fergus' cannot wait for his walkers Susan & Emma. He sits at the window waiting for the car and off he goes. Best decision we have made. We get regular updates on what the wee one has been up to, together with pictures. Cannot recommend enough!!!!

Such a reliable and friendly team! My pup loves going for his walks and playing with his friends. We have used the service since we first got pup and have really appreciated how the interactions have grown with him; from puppy visits and exposure to new experiences, to providing a great routine and socialisation with other dogs. Honestly the BEST dog walkers, I could not recommend them enough. We held off on using a dog walker for years, but from day one Kristie and the team have been amazing, wish we hadn’t waited so long. We get lots of updates and photos. Our girl is so excited for their arrival and comes home happy, exhausted and ready to snooze for hours.
Kristie and the team took on our Collie for daily walks at short notice while we were away on holiday. We met everyone involved prior to leaving wwhich completely reassured us that she ws in good hands.They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Information was communicated regularly so we could see our pup was happy while we were away and that was also very obvious on our return too. Would definitely recommend One on One and would be our first choice in the future.
I have been using One on One for over a year and would highly recommend. Kristie is very professional and has always made me feel at ease about leaving Marnie in her teams capable hands. Marnie loves her weekly walks with Isla, and gets so excited the moment I even mention her name. I stopped having a need for a dog walker some time ago, but Marnie’s confidence has improved so much from it that we couldn’t possibly give it up. Marnie also loved her holiday with Charlie and it was clear from the pictures and updates that she was having a ball and being treated like she was their own. Charlie even hung on to her a little longer when I was running late getting home, which I was so grateful for. We have also done some training with Kristie which was really helpful. Kristie in general has just been extremely understanding of all my Marnie related worries and has always taken the time to fully reassure me even when i’m being a little on the obsessive side. Can’t thank Kristie, Isla and Charlie enough for the service they provide and for taking such good care of my girl.
Miriam looked after our Cavapoo puppy Max for a week. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We had regular updates on Max throughout the week who was well looked after and cared for. We had complete piece of mind during our holiday. Miriam was great to deal with, she also provided us with a lot of useful tips and suggestions with Max going forward. She is very knowledgeable about dog breeds in general. Brilliant service and Max will be back for his ‘pawlidays’ again soon 🐾

Honestly what a genuine lovely lady miriam is although she was fully booked on the dates I needed she went above and beyond with lots of helpful information moving forward, recommend advice she gave, the amount of time she took out her own day to talk with me reassuring me and going threw option I'm so grateful for. I have been using Bespoke Home from Home Dog Boarding for many years - the first time was just after Miriam started it all! Border collie Mac was just a young dog then and he was always well cared for and given that extra special love and attention that you want for your special pet when you have to leave them. We have had 4 different carers over the years and all have been excellent. We now have two dogs, 2 border collies Mac and Midge, and whenever we leave them, we are confident that that they are in safe hands and that they will be cared for as you would care for them yourself at home. Sometimes, it is hard to tear them away and bring them home, they have had such a great time!! Thank you! :)
Unfortunately she couldn't board my dog, but she spent a lot of time with me trying to help me out. A very helpful lady who gave her time when she didn't have to.
Bespoke Dog Boarding was highly recommended to me by my vet. I telephoned the owner of the company and we had a detailed chat about my dog and his requirements, also his daily routine. I was most impressed by the owner of the company and can tell that she clearly is very knowledgeable about dog breeds in general. I was concerned that my dog who is a loveable middle aged lab, would be home boarded alongside, for example, a "Staffie" but after reading these other reviews, I am delighted to say that dogs who some may consider as potentially dangerous breeds would not be allowed to board with Bespoke Dog Boarding. This gave me peace of mind. I then met with one of the dog carers, who fell in love with my boy straight away and vice versa. The carers home and garden was beautiful. We spend over half an hour with the carer and played with my dog in the garden. I could see how happy he would be if he were to come here for his holidays. I have now used Bespoke Dog Boarding 3 times this year already as the service is fantastic. The dogs receive 3 or 4 lengthy walks each day, loving home comforts, constant companionship and I also received updates during my holiday followed by a selection of beautiful photographs after my holiday, showing Bailey having a super time with another 2 dogs from different families. When I collected him, he didn't want to leave!!!! I have now highly recommended Bespoke Dog Boarding to all of my dog friends. I would advise others to make a booking months in advance of your holiday as they are usually fully booked 6 months to a year in advance by all their regular clients. However I have sometimes asked for a short notice booking and if they have availability they will take Bailey. To the team of dog carers who may read this, thank-you for providing me with total peace of mind and I look forward to using your service for many more years to come.
Used Miriam for my dog Bailies 14 years at least three times a year and couldn’t fault her. She dosnt take dangerous breeds which I feel is a great thing as it is only for the safety of our own dogs . I can’t beleive the below negative posts when thease people have even used the company because they didn’t make it through the strict criteria . Well done Bespoke for not taking any dog just to make more money . Fabulous service and genuine dog lovers .

We had a wonderful experience with Angela! She helped us out last minute and took our dog for the day when we went into Edinburgh. She was so friendly and kept us updated with photos of our dog. He is very attached so didn’t like being away from us, but relaxed and came back to us full of smiles. Highly recommend!

My dog always loves to go on his doggy days out with Kirsten. He loves socialising with the other dogs in a safe environment and gets all his energy out. Summit Dog Walking clearly puts the dogs first so I know I can trust my pet with them always.
Our dog (Willow) loves her pack walks with Kirsten and the various dogs that go each week. At first Willow was a little nervous going in the van but Kirsten spent the time to encourage her and make sure she was happy and comfortable. Willow now leaps for joy every time Kirsten comes to collect her, it's easy to see that she loves her time away. We've also sent Willow to board whilst we had a holiday abroad and Willow came home having had a great time with Kirsten, Ben and their dog Jura. I can't recommend Summit Dog Walking enough. Kisrten is amazing, clearly loves spending time with the dogs and it's great seeing photos and videos of all the adventures they go on.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND - ⭐️ I can not start to say how impressed I have been with Summit Dog Walking! My pup has had a few dog walkers over the years but none have compared to Kirsten and co. Following on from covid my pup has become anxious around large dogs but With Summit he’s transformed. He loves the adventure days and pack walks with all his buddies (big and small dogs) and especially the home cooked treats on offer! I’ve even got an extra layer of comfort with my pup having a tracking collar on whilst with summit, meaning if the worst was to happen we will always be able to find him.
Really glad we found Summit Dog Walking- I was so worried about leaving Sylvi for the first time but met Kirsten and just knew she would look after her. Sylvi has a great time with Kirsten and the dogs, and I love to get the updates of them playing and having fun.
Kirsten is fantastic with the dogs, really friendly and down to earth. My dog is always excited to see her and go on off lead adventures with the pack. Would highly recommend.
Couldn't recommend a better dog walking service! My over-energetic pup loves Kirsten to bits and is always excited to go a run with her - especially on the adventure days. Gets along great with the other dogs too, and I feel totally at ease leaving him to it; I know he's safe and well looked after!
Kirsten and her team are absolutely amazing! My dog goes crazy when she sees the van pull up and she always has the best time on her walks - very reasonable pricing and easy to use portal tonnage bookings 100% recommend!
