We really enjoyed our short stay down in Devon. Tracey has a lovely new home in a gorgeous part of the country. Dillon and Hamish were two very loving working cocker spaniels that were full of energy and loved your undivided attention. They were lovely to look after and a great excuse for some lovely walks in the coast. Mr Fuzzy and Wombat we're delightful cats with masses of personality that also liked our attention. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this sit and would jump at the chance of another opportunity!
We were lucky enough to find a same day/weekend sit which suited us. Gina communicated with us from the minute we applied right through until we got home at the end of our visit. Their home is beautiful, quiet, cool and only a few minutes away from a Sainsbury’s local and plenty of takeaways. We popped out on the Saturday for a couple of hours to Wood Green (ten minutes by car) to go to the cinema and also found an amazing Cypriot cafe - so so cheap too!! Figaro (Fig) was a quiet unassuming kitty. He loved his toy mice and was up for a bit of fun and runaround if you throw them. He loved to stare out of the open window and watch the world go by. It took him a while to get used to us but he quickly was rubbing my leg at dinner time! If you get the chance to sit for Gina and Figaro, you must!! Lovely lovely family :)
We had a lovely time sitting for Michel and Claudine. They communicated well throughout and were very hospitable - picking us up from Orly airport and cooking French food for us during the time we were at the house together. Their dogs Huron and Funky are very affectionate and well-behaved and we really enjoyed looking after them. They both have a lot of character and we already miss their seeing their happy faces. Their little cat Cali also liked staying close to us and would often come Meow-ing for a pat. Their home is in a lovely, scenic location with the Seine directly opposite, which makes for lovely walks. It's also easy to get into Paris with direct trains. We would happily sit for Michel and Claudine again.
If you have the pleasure of being a guest in the company of Kim and Marion, jump at it. We’ve done a number of house sits now and we’ve never had a video call like this one - just jumped in like we were catching up with friends we hadn’t seen in a bit. That vibe continued even after they left us with their delightfully funny kitties! My heart expanded when walking with Clara on her treadmill in the dark of the office before bed and I realized that I too was blind. And again when Henry tipped his head back to say hello and let out a little squeak. All around delightful. So much that we almost bought a house down the street but managed to show some restraint. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for the opportunity to care for your home and kitties! We hope to see you sooner rather than later.
Allie and Katya are wonderful hosts of a perfectly located home in a wonderful neighborhood on the north side of Union Lake. Allie and Katya are sweet, highly entertaining and easy to take care of - and Dawn, their owner is very clear and communicative making this sit an excellent option if you come to Seattle.
This was maybe my favorite experience with TrustedHousesitters. Freyja was the most sweet, playful, beautiful angel cat there is in all the lands. Erin and Nick’s home is an incredibly gorgeous retreat in the city. It has a well thought design for both humans and cats :) Being so close to the marina made for a lovely morning walks. Not only was Freyja a dream to live with, but Erin was easy to get a hold of and left detailed instructions for my stay. I would absolutely love to watch Freyja again in the future.

I booked the boathouse for a special family lunch. We were travelling from Scotland to Ireland so all contact was via email. Feargal the manager booked us in straight away and increased our numbers at very short notice. All contact after was with cathleen, a more helpful girl you could not meet. So, food - 2nd to none, service - 2nd to none, special care taken of booking - 2nd to none, location 2nd to none - all in all a 5 star review well deserved. No hesitation in recommending this fabulous restaurant and the team who will be taking care of you. Don't look anywhere else book the boathouse and you will not regret it. Amazing food, beautiful surroundings, fantastic staff. Everyone in our party is already making arrangements to go back for dinner. This will be our 'go to' place for dinner any time we are over visiting. Thank you boathouse team for making a special birthday extra special.
We have used Aiket Kennels for many years and have always been very pleased with the care our dogs get.
Had been using Aiket for 3 years for our dog and cat but then the pandemic came so no holidays, no need for kennels. With restrictions over we were off on holiday recently so our dog and cat had their own holiday with Gavin and Julie once again. It felt like we had never been away from the kennels as Gavin and Julie were as friendly and welcoming as ever. The kennels are also in a beautiful location so I thoroughly recommend them . **Update January 2023 - we received a text from Aiket saying that as of the 1st April 2023 they will no longer be doing collections or pickups, no reasons given. This is beyond disappointing for us because we are not drivers and Aiket are in the middle of nowhere with no public transport in their area so we will not be able to use them again after the 1st April, we are gutted. This is the absolute best kennels hands down that we have ever found. Julie and Gavin are very caring and pay scrupulous attention to the foibles and needs of our sensitive pooch, giving absolutely top class service. She always returns home so happy and lively after her hollies with them. They are the Only ones we trust with our girl and we cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you Julie and Gavin!

Great kennels. I have put my dogs in here for the past few holidays and wouldn't put them in anywhere else. The staff are great, the kennels are very clean and my dogs are always very well looked after. I would recommend them to anyone looking for boarding kennels in the area.

Lintmill ladies accepted Bud for her stay fairly quickly. The individual rooms for the cats are private and nice with different level areas for cats to sunbathe on! Our cat is nervous but she had eaten ok. I will have no hesitation to take our cat there again.Very reasonable price also.
This is my second time using Lintmill Cattery. The prices are reasonable. My nervous cat always seems well cared for. The accommodation is very secure with pens inside a secure building, so there is no chance of escape. I feel 100% happy leaving my cat here while I'm on holiday.
Our cats have been here 3 times, good pens, secure with lots of airlocks to prevent escape. No dogs barking which must make it more pleasant compared to many kennels

Used lintmill for the first time this year and couldn’t be happier! My cat Millie was in for a week and she’s come home so happy and so chilled! Really appreciated being able to see the cattery before I took her and to meet Jacqualine. What a beautiful setting too. Will definitely be using again 😊

Great friendly service. I had my cats here for a week in July and it was their first time at a cattery so I was slightly worried about picking them back up incase they had been freaking out all week but my worries were completely wrong as they were both very relaxed and seemed to have a good time. Highly recommend
Jacqueline your a star... she couldnt fit Cash in last time I needed her and he came back in a state and I wasn't happy with the cattery , but as always when Cash is at lintmill he's so well taken care of... he's relaxed well taken cared off and he's stress free... We've had our 20 month old retriever here a number of times in the last couple of months. We weren't sure how she'd get on and felt like bad dog parents for leaving her, but it turned out to be a godsend! Sarah is so kind and welcoming and Rosie loves to go and stay at doggy daycare. As soon as I turn into the drive, she gets excited and it's one of her favourite places to go. Plus, it's really affordable. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone

Sarah provides an amazing service!!!!! We were anxious about our 2 dogs boarding, but Sarah is so lovely with them, that our anxieties went immediately!!!! Kate loves Duke like he’s her own! He makes himself quite at home! We know he’s always so well looked after and we have no qualms about leaving him with Kate and her family. My dogs have been going to Little Cesar’s for around a year now. Kate is just wonderful with my two spaniels. They love going to her for their holidays. Infact they don’t want to come home. While we’re on holiday Kate keeps us updated with pictures and videos of our two playing, running in the countryside and spaniels love to run dig and sniff. They have the best time and this always puts our mind at rest. I couldn’t recommend Kate at Little Cesar’s enough. I hope this wonderful business goes from strength to strength. 🐶🐶🐾🐾
Our dog along with my parents dog stayed with Kate for a couple of nights and the dogs had an absolute ball. Kate updated us with videos to let us know they had settled in well and they had plenty of space to run around and play with each other. Can highly recommend Little Cesar’s dog walking service and homestay. My dog is anxious and has many triggers, and Kate understands these. She has an excellent way with dogs. Kate is reliable and trustworthy, and has been walking my dog for over 4 years - we would be lost without her. My dog also stays with Kate when I am away from home - she has lots of space to run and play, and Kate treats her like one of her own.
Poppy has been going to Little Cesar’s daycare for a couple of years and absolutely loves it, she somehow always seems to know when Kate is on her way to collect her and her excitement levels are off the scale! Kate offers a brilliant drop off and pick up service, which is ideal and she takes excellent care of Poppy. I would recommend Little Cesar’s to anyone.
My 12 month old ShihTzu pup Willow recently stayed with Kate at Little Cesar's. She was there for 2 weeks and I'm delighted with the high standard of care shown. Throughout her stay, Kate sent me regular videos of tiny Willow terrorising the other holidaymakers and having an absolute ball. What can I say Little Cesar's has been a gods send we boarded our 3 cockapoos for 13 nights with Kate in her own home..all 3 had the best time great communication while we were away video's and pics ..kate is such a lovely person and actually dog daft worse than myself cannot thank her enough and all 3 Boyz came home happy and well looked after ❤️👍🐶
Had my senior dog rocco stay with Kathryn while we went on holiday to celebrate our anniversary. This was his first time boarding there and I had nothing to worry about. He was well looked after and enjoyed the company of Kathryn and her family and not forgetting gorgeous Elkie! I got regular updates and pictures and felt very reassured. He will definitely be back the next time we are away.

Booked our dog in to cover our upcoming honeymoon this August directly after a successful stay in February. 2 weeks before our wedding and Knowhead are unresponsive to us on any means of communication, phone, text, Facebook or email. Had to find last minute accommodation for our dog, a simple reply to any of our communications even if they had made a mistake in the booking is the minimum level of customer service I expect to receive from a company. **update due to reply to review, we had been trying to contact for several weeks with no reply, if this was due to a holiday then fair enough but to this day, several weeks later we still have not recieved any correspondence from any messages we sent or answer phone messages we left, only a reply to this review**

Beautiful, safe, area for dogs to run, sniff, play. Well maintained and very therapeutic for the owners too. My rescue dogs can only be off lead here and they love it. I love seeing them really come out of themselves and enjoy the freedom, since they've been coming here, their confidence has grown.
Was extremely happy with our doggy day out here with our miniature jack russel Toby & fostered Rottweiler Archie. Such a great planned out place with peace of mind for ourselves to let our doggies enjoy themselves. Only regret was not booking longer as could easily spend longer there they really have thought of everything it’s a lovely place and love the quirky features. Will definitely be booking again and can’t wait for our next visit!
Visited for the first time today and was soo impressed, it was fantastic, such attention to detail and well thought out safe spaces with dogs needs at the forefront but which were also beautiful for the humans too, not to mention excellent value for money. My romanian rescue who can be reactive and so requires safe spaces to really let loose had an absolute ball and slept soundly all the hour journey home. Will definately be taking him for another visit hopefully in springtime . Thank you very much 😊

We have been coming here for 6 years. It is doggie heaven! Only downside is one of my dogs barks constantly from leaving home all through the 40 minute journey as he is so excited and knows where we are going!! 😲 All the other dogs do the same when we leave the bypass! 😁 Always something new being added. Margaret has created an amazing place.
Fantastic facility for a dog birthday party! Large field area with plunge pool for the dogs and outdoor seating for the adults. Agility area for the budding crufts enthusiats or just for the dogs to run about daft. Then a beautiful wooded area with a stream for the dogs to cool down in the shade.
My favourite place in Ayrshire for a secure walk with my dogs. They give the perfect space for dogs to run in an open field whilst also having a lovely woodland area with a small stream in it. Perfect
An excellent adventure for dogs and kids alike. Our Hugo hated it!!! He hated waiting in the car for his turn, he hated going back in the car to go home. But he loved everything else that was on offer from the agility course to the plunge pool. He even paid his respect to he who went before him. All hail Axl. Back again, our Hugo is definitely living his best life right now
We and our dogs absolutely love it here. Been twice now and it's such an amazing feeling letting our little terriers off the lead to follow their noses until their heart is content! Highly recommend this place, the owners are obviously very passionate about making this an amazing place for the dogs (and us humans) to have fun! Haven't used the agility bit as ours are not into it. But they love the field and the go sniff area! Secure, fun and beautiful with the wood carvings and the fairy house. The Go Wash facilities are great and the owner is always there to make sure everything is ok or to see if you need any help. Last time we washed the dogs, they smelled lovely for weeks! Such lovely products, clean and very efficient shower! Thank you so much for creating this amazing place!
Go play go sniff is amazing for dogs & owners as ur dogs are off lead in a very secure area. All 3 areas are very well maintained and Margaret has put her heart & soul into making it the best place around for dogs would recommend to everyone

I recently boarded my German shepherd, Bruno, at this wonderful dog kennel and was extremely pleased with the experience. I was initially nervous about leaving Bruno as he can sometimes be difficult, however the staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and loved. Their genuine care and dedication were clear in how happy and healthy Bruno was when I picked him up. I highly recommend this kennel and i’m grateful to all the staff especially Louise and Gillian for their exceptional care. We will be back!😊
Unfortunately, our experience was extremely poor. We had our whippet Enzo in for 8 nights. Enzo is a confident whippet, full of energy, crate trained and so we thought we would try him in kennels for our holiday abroad instead of leaving him with family. We advised the kennel staff: - first time in kennels and he may not settle; - if he does not settle, please contact us and a family member will collect him; The staff at kennels assured me they would call, if our dog was showing signs of stress. Upon collection, our beloved pet was significantly under weight, completely stressed and showing signs of trauma. Our dog was covered in dried faeces, and his paws were visibly stained with urine. He now cowers when we put our hand out to clap him now. After a relaxing holiday, having put our trust in these kennels, we are very upset. Our dog is now receiving vet treatment for dehydration and malnurishment. Please note, image is after being washed. The staff apologised for his weight loss, stating no matter how much he was fed he just lost weight. (So why not contact me, given my explicit instructions when dropping him off). The staff said he has had an upset stomach possibly due to too many treats from the kennel owner. He lost over 3kg of weight in a week!, and they dont bother contacting you. It is our view that to leave our dog to the point he was at with such weight loss exhibits a complete lack of care, due dilligence and shows little to no observation from staff. A confident dog reduced to a cowering wreck, when a call and some honestly could have avoided. I used to use this kennel 10+ years ago and the owner would go above and beyond.
Absolutely 5 star. Called after our dog sitter cancelled on the day. Luckily North Glassock had a cancellation and fitted us in right away for an overnight. Woman on the phone was very polite, very helpful and very professional. Staff on arrival were fantastic. Seemed to be very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Price is extremely reasonable especially considering the quality of the establishment and quality of care given. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back. Definitely worth a consideration for your dog!
Thor is always happy visiting his friends at North Glassock. He is well looked after.

This was our first time leaving our 2 labradors and we were very nervous. The staff were magnificent put our minds at ease and spent time getting to know the dogs. The owner Mrs Leslie. Greeted us personally which was nice and was so pleasant and kind. Gill and the staff were super ,dogs were in a lovely well appointed corner kennel freshly painted and spotless, the staff certainly know their business and our dogs were soon calm . I can't recommend North Glassock highly enough...they all go that extra mile for the dogs and nervous owners.

Thought we would try our Millie in North Glassock since our usual Kennels was closed in November. Its not luxury kennels but they are heated well, and the care they have for the dogs here is great! Which is just as important. I'd definitely have her staying here again as this was the longest she had been in any kennels and came out just the same as we left her - happy dog! :)
We have used North glassock for our cat jack for three years now and he has been very settled each time, this is the first year I have used the kennel for our dog Bella. I was very worried about leaving Bella in a kennel as she has never had to stay in one before however I will not be worried for the next time. Both Bella and Jack were well looked after and she even got a little bath while she was there. Happy animals = happy owners

I have two very elderly cats and have used North Ayrshire Pet Sitters for a few years. They have been great making sure both cats are safe and well and providing the daily medication. Its reassuring to get regular pictures and updates. Highly recommend their services.
North Ayrshire Pet sitters have looked after our 2 cats for over a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have had many occasions this year where I have had to travel down south for family emergencies and Lorraine has always managed to accommodate me and I’ve not had to worry about my cats once.
As one of North Ayrshire Pet Sitters earliest customers the fact that we are still using their service a decade later speaks for itself. We are now on our second generation of cats and always have complete peace of mind that they are being taken care of properly; not simply fed but getting play and fussing during the visits. We receive daily updates with pictures, and we know that we will come home to find them well tended and befriended.
Our cat Molly was recently looked after by the girls and we could not recommend them highly enough. They visited us before our holiday to meet us and Molly, gave us a time they would be visiting which was stuck to every day and send messages and pictures every day which put our minds at complete rest. Highly recommend Lorraine at North Ayrshire Pet Sitters. I have been using Lorraine for about 2 years since our eldest cat found it too stressful to go to cattery. Lorraine comes to the house, feeds them, sends updates and nothing is too much trouble, especially when I forget to leave extra treats. She also looks after the chickens, which is an added bonus. The kids love to get a picture through of the cats snoozing around the house. I trust Lorraine 100% and throughout the recent covid times she has put in extra reassuring measures. Highly recommend

We have an oddball assortment of rescue and ex-feral cats so a cattery isn’t really an option for us. Also, asking friends or relatives to look in on our cats twice a day feels a bit too much when everyone is busy….but, thankfully, Lorraine from North Ayrshire Pet Sitters came to our rescue! We were able to go away for an over-night break, safe in the knowledge that Lorraine would be popping in to feed them their breakfast and dinner and making sure they were all ok. Lorraine sent us a wee picture of the cats when she popped in to see them, and I have to say it was really nice to see them looking content whilst we weren't there and gave us great peace of mind. We returned home to very happy cats! Based on our recent experience I would 100% highly recommend Lorraine from North Ayrshire Pet Sitters to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Lorraine at North Ayrshire Pet Sitters has been looking after my 8 month pup for the last year and has been very accommodating with late requests due to my work schedule. She has been really great with my lab and always sends photos when out on walks or playing which is good updates. Lorraine is good with nervous or wary dogs as she is very patient and understanding .
I've been using this business for over 18 months now & Lorraine has taken my dog for walks in all kinds of weather, she has never let us down. I am disabled & was worried about my dog not getting enough exercise or having to be left alone too long while I attend hospital appointments so called on this business to help, I have never regretted it. My dog waits at the window for her to arrive every time so he's obviously happy & that's what I wanted. Trustworthy, cheerful & reliable, her attention to detail due to the Coronavirus lately has to be admired, her van has everything she needs to keep herself & her 'clients' safe.
