Rachel
Rachel and Jamie were so welcoming! Easy to communicate with, kind, and accommodating for my daughter who traveled with me for the holidays. Their home is lovely and filled with light and good energy. Pupsters April Mae is funny, very well trained, and so lovable. I enjoyed this sit immensely.

This is a perfect spot for being in the City. Easy access to transportation, farmers market, Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy and Chinatown, Financial District not far away, and Union Square just a short drive.

Even more wonderful was the security in the building. As soon as you enter the building there is a sense of solid, secluded safety in the busy city.

And when I opened the door to this carefully curated, well-loved space, an audible exhale excaped - I could finally relax after a busy, busy day. And that feeling continued throughout my sit.

Every room has a view, so if you like total privacy, don't come here. If you do, however, love expansive views and to feel a part of the world happening around you, this is a wonderful space to be.

"The gentlemen", as I felt compelled to call them, are independent brothers and attentive companions. Harry LOVES to be brushed, and Lloyd loves the pet strokes. They both observe very closely, and have great personalities.

Laura and Charles thought of everything! I'd be happy to return to care for "the gentlemen" and to spend more time exploring :-)

Chidinma
Great experience. The communication with Chidinma was clear and friendly, the instructions on the pets and flat were comprehensive and useful. The flat is super comfy, located by the canal and next to the hip bars and resto. Amarachi and Kamsi were adorable and friendly, it was a pleasure to look after these little fluffy boys:)

It was a highly pleasant experience to care for Benny. Despite his reserved nature, he effectively communicates in his own unique way and thrives on having companionship. I particularly enjoyed the daily greetings at the door upon returning from my walks.

In addition, Kristen proved to be a commendable individual to collaborate with. Her exceptional level of communication made me feel supported throughout the duration of the sitting arrangement. Moreover, her residence exudes a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

I was able to execute my remote work responsibilities seamlessly without encountering any hindrances, as the house was thoughtfully equipped for work-from-home arrangements.

The proximity to beach access and nearby walking trails provided a serene and tranquil environment. Consequently, I found the overall ambience to be truly relaxing.

I wholeheartedly recommend this sitting opportunity and would eagerly accept the opportunity to return should the circumstances allow.

Karen
Housesitting here for Karen with Maple, Phyllis, and Tinker is one of the highlight experiences over our 8 year housesitting life. You simply cannot find a nicer people, a more comfortable home, or a more delightful pet family than you will find here. Maple is the most womderful creature we have ever encountered. She is easy to care for, interesting, curious and sweet. If you have not experienced life with a potbelly pig you haven’t lived, have laughed and giggled for an entire week living with her.

This sit is best for people who are animal lovers and caring confident caregivers. Karen will leave you explicit directions and how to care for the pets, so don’t be afraid to try. It is easy and you will quickly learn to understand Maple’s sounds and body language.

We are so sad to have to end this experience but are so glad we all met. We highly recommended this housesit.

Linda
Don and I really enjoyed our first UK House/pet-sit! Linda and Alex were very laid-back, welcoming and gave us clear instructions on what needed to be done with regard to the house as well as Barney & Maggie. Barney was a delight! He is very well-behaved, a real character and a pleasure to look after. Maggie mostly did her own thing (as cats do!), was no problem either and even came for a snuggle on the couch in the evenings :)
