If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Denise and Christine took care of our large and diverse pet family for a week after our pet sitter of many years recently moved away. The idea of having to have someone new come over was worrying because we have a lot going on and it’s not an easy task. Denise and Christine are AMAZING. They took time and patience to gain the trust of our very old and grumpy chihuahua who gave them hell the first few visits along with juggling multiple other cats, dogs and a indoor/outdoor pot belly pig. I got thorough reviews after every visit along with cute pictures and updates on each individual pet, they kept the house tidy and even took out the trash can to the road on recycling day. My old dog required medicine 3 times a day which made me really anxious but they even sent pics of him eating it so I could rest assured he was getting what he needed. They loved every single one like their own and I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed. We have definitely found our new pet sitters and now have no reservations about going away knowing our children will be loved and cared for while we are gone. Thank you so much Denise and Christine along with Bad to the Bone - you are top notch with the service you provide and I highly highly recommend.

I hired bad to the bone twice to care for my mini horse Fitzgerald. They always do a great job and follow directions. Bonus part is you can see the visit and where they walked which I love since exercise is critical to my horses wellbeing.

Doug was the best ever! he is so compassionate with the dogs and so calm with their owners. he kept us updated and sent pictures and solved problems on excellently. Can’t say enough good things! thank you Doug for driving my pups across the country.

Bad To The Bone is AMAZING! We love our little Olive so much and to trust a company to love her the same way can be a concern. But no concern here with Bad to the Bone! They are amazing, communicate effectively, and trustworthy. Doug and his team are the best and offer so many services to help us pet parents in this busy world. Highly recommend!!!

Bad to the Bone was recommended by another pet sitter and I'm glad they were. Caitlin, Mandi, and Melanie did awesome job taking care of our chickens while we were gone for vacation. Getting messages with photos of our girls and the completed care activities, which really brought a peace of mind while we were gone. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs, even chickens! We've already booked them for our next vacation.

I have been using Amber at Bad to the Bone pet care for the past five years to watch my four cats!! She does a fantastic job each and every time, going above and beyond to make sure our kitties are well taken care of while we are gone and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet sitting services!!

Best pet-sitting service ever! They have so many options - every need can be met. We hire for the half-hour once a day. Amber is our local pet-sitter, and she is the best! Full reports every day that are a delight to receive. Don't hesitate to hire them.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful and totally professional care given to my pups by Christine for an overnight stay while we were out of town. My dogs loved Christine and she loved her time with them as well. Three little terriers can be quite a handful at times but Christine managed the house and them with ease. At the same time she managed to keep in touch with us about the dogs and send us amazingly adorable pictures throughout the stay. It’s comforting to know your babies are receiving such good care and we will use Bad to the Bone again soon.

Have used BTTB and Doug Keeling since we first arrived to Jacksonville in 2016. They’ve been there and have helped us and loved our pets like we do - through sickness, health and death! They’ve always “been there” for us, and for each of them, through thick and thin. They’ve called us in the middle of our vacations to let us know that we had a very sick kitty and Doug personally has sat for hours at the vet with our kitty to make sure he got the best care. Doug and the caregivers each followed up for several days after we got home to follow up on Loki‘s and then Moki‘s health And treatment progress. They’ve taken Salem for her beauty come outs and trim treatment and taken her, Rocker & Sampson for nail trims (that’s quite a price cess with our three dogs). Will continue with BTTB until all pets have passed on. Give them a try - you and your pets - will appreciate it.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Ella and the team at Bad to the Bone are truly the best! After using them once, we immediately booked them for our next trip away. Ella treated our pups like her own!

I cannot recommend the barking lot enough! We have a rescue dog who is very high anxiety, doesn’t always get along with other dogs, and is scared of everything, including some people. But Sue is an expert and so great with her! We’ve tried other places in Jacksonville, but no where else gives our dog the same level of attention and care. You can tell how passionate Sue is about animals immediately when you meet her. It’s so great to be able to relax on vacation knowing our dog is being taken care of by someone who is so knowledgeable and caring! Sue is also very easy to reach and flexible - when we are on vacation we’re able to text Sue directly to check in on our dog and see how she’s doing! And she’s able to accommodate pretty much any time that works for us to pick up or drop off. The pricing is also very very good. We are so happy that we found the barking lot and will never go anywhere else!

Sue sits for and walks our Maltipoo Pearl. To say Sue is dog knowledgeable is an understatement! She’s honest, no nonsense and knows her craft. I highly recommend Sue as a dog sitter!

I've boarded our 70lb chocolate lab with Sue at the Barking Lot 3 times now and can say that I completely trust the Barking Lot to take good care of my pup while we are away. We adopted our dog from the shelter last year and not only did Sue take great care of our fur baby, but she recommended to us the right trainer to address his reactivity, and even taught us what to do differently to improve his coat. Whatever the Barking Lot lacks in aesthetics, it's made up by Sue's knowledge of and dedication to dogs. Make no mistake: Sue. Knows. Dogs! We will be back again whenever we need to board our dog in the future.

I’ve been coming to The Barking Lot for years with my dogs. They love going to doggy daycare everyday. They are well taking care of and very happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. Sue is very compassionate. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else other then The Barking Lot

Sue is an absolute lifesaver. Our 40 lb Florida brown dog Marty loves coming to “Aunty Sue’s” for daycare and boarding. Sue provides complimentary baths and is very flexible with the plans, a necessary for our hectic schedule. We love The Barking Lot!

We lost our home in Irma and our 4 boxers and our doxie "The Pimp" were displaced. Susan, Brittany and Melissa went way beyond the call of duty in taking care of our babies. These people know how to take care of your fur babies. I highly recommend The Barking Lot. If you can find it in your heart please donate to this more than worthy organization.

I called Sue and asked her if she be interested in taking care of my dogs one day when I had to go in to the hospital for daytime surgery she told me she was really busy and that she would call me back later that day she never called me back I even drove down to her business she doesn't allow people inside and I just want to tell you she is just downright rude! I even left her a voicemail after she never called me back to please call me back and she never did! If this is how she treats customers she should go out of business like I said she's downright rude!

My sweet dog Elsie is blind and has special needs. The Barking Lot meets her needs and more. She is always lovingly cared for there I highly recommend the Barking Lot.

Sue and Melissa are miracle workers. Bear adores them, loves coming here and is improving in his behavior because he works with them every week. I can't recommend this place enough.

Just picked up my baby girl Daisy from a 3 day stay here. She's all smiles plus being fresh & clean from a complimentary exit bath. Miss Sue always take great care of my babies! We will definitely be using her again for any boarding needs.

Doggy day camp is critical to our family. My wife and I work full-time and we need a trustworthy, loving and dependable place for our puppies. Our boys have fun every day and get lots of exercise (ball day, music day, bow-tie day, water day, etc.). Moreover, you can always check them out on the Webcam on their easy to use app. Overall, Dogtopia is a life saver for our family! The staff is awesome and they are passionate about caring for our puppies. We highly recommend Dogtopia to everyone.

My dog loves everyone at Dogtopia and he is not a “people” dog. He is always super excited when I drop him off and I almost always have to carry him out when it’s time to leave! I love being able to check on him with the cameras and I trust the staff with him while he is there. The theme days are also a bonus ❤️

No one mentioned he’d gotten injured, STAY FAR AWAY FROM DOGTOPIA. I didn’t drop him off like this no reason I should have picked him up like this.

I have trusted Dogtopia with both daytime play and overnight stays for my Australian Cattle Dog, Rusty, ever since he was only a few months old. Cattle dogs are extremely high energy, and nearly every time I pick him up he is happy and exhausted. Even when we go on week long trips, a hard occasion for our high-anxiety dog, I know he has a great time. He is always in great spirits and good health at both drop off and pick-up, and seeing his tail wag excitedly as we arrive for drop off tells me all I need to know about how the staff treats him. Rusty is 3 years old now, and I would not trust him with any other facility. The staff knows him and is always happy to see him, and the planned events are always both cute and fun. He likes the doggy ice cream days, water days, and bobbing for apples in the fall best! The cameras are easy to access and the staff is always quick to answer the phone if you ever have any questions about your pup or their stay.

I adopted an 8 year old standard dachshund last year and decided to get him into a daycare a few times a month. My daughter recommended Dogtopia and I couldn't be happier. He did his first overnight this weekend and did great. The employees are amazing and really interact with the dogs.

My grand dog has been here numerous times, both for daycare and extended stays while we travel. He loves it and we love the camera system that allows us to see him, which gives us comfort. His Dogtopia friends love him and know his name regardless of how long it’s been since he visited. The activities and structure are great. We highly recommend.

Highly Recommend! My dogs stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving, they were treated like family pets. I received regular updates and photos and regular communication. They were very accommodating with my weird diet for them. Nikki and Dave are extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior and dog nutrition and overall wellness. Your pups are in great hands and you are supporting a small business too. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Will be bringing the girls back for daycare!

Nikki and Dave took amazing care of my girls during a 6 night stay. They were in constant contact and texted me daily with updates on their visit. My girls had the *biggest* smiles in every picture, showing me how happy and content they were with both the people and other dogs who were boarding or just hanging out for a day of play at Duval Dogs. Such a great addition to the neighborhood - what a relief to know that my dogs will be in the absolute best of hands when I go out of town. We’re all looking forward to their next stay!

AMAZING!!! Wish we could give them a 10 star rating! We just picked up our pupparoos after a week long cruise. This was a last minute decision for us as our dog sitter canceled last minute. They were so accommodating for us! Since our pups have never been boarded for more than a day at a time we were very nervous. Nikki kept us at ease through the entire week with daily pupdates and pictures. 10/10 we could not be more pleased with Duval Dogs! Thank you so much to the staff for being so awesome and taking care of our babies when we needed it! If you want a safe and fun place to drop the kids this is it!!!!

I was overjoyed to see a dog day care and boarding facility return to this corner of Murray Hill, and my high hopes and expectations have been met and exceeded by the caring staff and their lovable mascot! The first impression is clean, thoughtful, and even witty decor (the neon “Vacancy” sign SENDS me!) with reassuring AC (even in this summer heat) that demonstrates the care and pride these folks take in their family enterprise. Their philosophy of caretaking for pets posted on the wall (look up the Hawaiian word “kahu”), the homemade frozen treats in a freezer behind the counter, the thoughtful vetting of four-legged clients’ vaccination records and behavior, and their “anchor dog” Boagie’s own gentle verve further demonstrate why I trust these folks with my dog. Maple always comes home bright-eyed yet blissfully tuckered out from a day of play with her new friends (something her twelve year old “brother” just can’t help her on given his old bones), and I receive messages with photos, videos, and behavior updates (from the social scoop to the literal poop) from the day. With the early deals Duval Dogs is offering, all us dog people in Murray Hill would do well to sign up and support this emerging local gem.

Fantastic new dog daycare! I have taken my dog here twice since they’ve opened. The staff are extremely friendly. The space is clean. They have outdoor AND indoor space for the dogs to play. Lastly, the owners are genuine and passionate about what they do.

Unfortunately I don't live in Jacksonville anymore, but I have heard amazing reviews and how accommodating the staff are. I personally know the new owners and I would send my pup there everyday! It's comforting to know that your pup is treated just like one of their own!

Nikki and Dave and the entire staff are so amazing and knowledgeable! The new facility is BEAUTIFUL and clean. The yard is spacious!! And, the host doggo's, BOGIE and ODIN are very inviting and hospitable!

Duval Dogs is wonderful! Awesome space for our dog to enjoy day care with friendly dogs, and staff who really care about dogs. We will be taking her back for more fun.

Carolyn is the BEST! Both she and her mom, who both worked with my dogs, did everything possible to make things work for us. My dogs are not used to other people, but Carolyn kept at it until they both accepted her completely, no small task with my guys! Daily emails with lots of pictures let me know they were being loved and well cared for. Carolyn even took the time to wash their blankets! Best vacation ever for me, knowing my dogs were in their own environment with someone who loved them...definitely plan to call Carolyn anytime I need a sitter!

Carolyn has never let me down. She takes incredible care of my babies and sends me text and picture updates when I'm away. She has taken the time to get to know me and my pets. Carolyn is amazing! I have used her twice now and will continue to use her when I have out of town travels. She has taken such good care of my Jesse and spends quality time with him. Always communicates promptly and sends pics of how you pet is doing. She will even do overnight stays so your precious dog (or cat) does not feel alone for too long. I've used Carolyn about 6 times to watch my young cat and am thrilled with the way she interacts with Joy each and every time. Carolyn is prompt in all her communications with me, and spends a great deal of time with Joy, not just rushing in and out to refresh her food and water. I can highly recommend Carolyn.

Carolyn goes above and beyond. She loves your kitties as well as you do while you are gone. My very skittish kitty who usually only loves his Momma and Daddy was out the first visit, eating from her hand the second and wondering why we bothered to come home after her third and our outgoing guy didn’t miss any loving either. Carolyn sent pictures so we wouldn’t miss our Boyz so much and we came home to very clean litter box and feeding station. The mail was in and we felt so safe to leave them again. We would recommend Carolyn highly!! She leaves no detail un handled.

I travel fairly frequently for work but my wife has always been home to take care of Bartle Doo, our cat and also the master of the universe. I've always been hesitant for both of us to leave, even for just a few days. Boarding stresses your pet, and your pet would rather be home anyway. But too many things can go wrong in the home without care, and relying on the kid who lives across the street is also a bad bet. I've been using Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jax since 2013, and now I can travel with my wife without worrying about cat care. Carolyn provides reliable and affordable service! It sure makes life easier. I especially appreciate the text messages and pictures from her visits. Besides feeding, playing with, and caring for your pet, Carolyn will also pick up your mail and water your plants if need be. Five stars!

Carolyn gave loving care to my cat Poe while I was out of town for a week. As requested, she communicated daily through text and pictures. She was responsive when he needed more cuddle time.

Reigning Cats and Dogs provides exemplary pet-sitting service. During the initial meet & greet, she professionally and sincerely took time to understand my cat's and my needs and preferences. She knew all the right questions to ask! I felt at ease immediately, and Romeo immediately responded to her gentle petting and scratching. During her visits, she conscientiously texted me with adorable pictures and updates to let me know all was well. I felt relieved that a caring and professional person was not only feeding and providing fresh water, but also cuddling, grooming, and playing with my cat. She also cleaned the litter box regularly. I had a couple schedule changes, and she graciously rearranged her schedule to accommodate last minute changes. I was so thankful, because with her quality of service she must be very busy. It demonstrated that she truly cares about the pets she takes care of. She spends 30 minutes during each visit, and her rates are reasonable and competitive. I recommend the compassionate care by Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jacksonville unreservedly and enthusiastically.

The hosts were great and very gracious during our meet and greet! Yet I didn't use them; it wasn't the best choice for me. Ultimately I just decided to go a different route that was more suitable specifically for my pet who is accustomed to a quiet environment with only few people.

I found Little Paws by recommendation from a colleague. My dog Ariella loves these two ladies. She was timid at first, but they took their time to make sure she was comfortable. And now she excitedly waits for their walks. It has been so helpful when we are in Jacksonville :) Wishing they did long distance house calls in California. 💙

I had to board my cat for one night for a renovation in which she couldn’t be in the home. They are very sweet and took good care of my cat. Prices are great and the staff just seem to really care about animals. I will be bringing my cat back for any other necessary stays.

Great family business in A beautiful area on the river. Reasonable prices too. My dog has guarding issues and they understand him and he LOVES them! I drive from St. Augustine to take my Dogs there. Highly recommend this business.

What a great place to allow your dog or cat to rest as you complete a long awaited vacation or out of town Job trip. Friendly and kind, animal loving Family operated Pet Resort. I felt completely confident in their ability in caring for my cat for the second time we have used them while we go on vacation. Mr. Kitty (as my daughter calls him) was rested and happy when we picked him up. Although, I think he kind of missed all the other friends he made at Creature Comforts Pet Resort.

Creature Comforts is my fur son Rocco's home away from home. We've been boarding him here for a few years now and are so thankful we found them. The staff are super cool and kind people. I love that it's on a beautiful property in a cozy house/farm property. My lil buddy forgets I exist when I take him up there and always comes home clean and happy. The negative reviews seem to come from bougie ppl who want luxury spa "beaches jet set" treatment/ care or who have animals that experienced separation anxiety (which does happen guys) and want to take it out on these nice ppl. Take the negative with a hefty grain of salt. I read that someone called my side of town a low income bad area.... Y'all can stay away then cause we adore this place and our community!

We love this boarder. The family is wonderful. Diamond enjoyed the walks. They took care of her.

We recently took a 15 day vacation and needed a place to board our Bernese mtn. dog Lola. I am so pleased we found Creature Comforts. They took such good care of her. The staff were caring and looked after her like she was their own. They have a genuine love for animals. She was taken on walks twice a day and came home happy not all stressed out. They even bathed her which is a feat on its own. Thank you again to all the great staff and I can highly recommend to anyone it's well worth the 35 min drive from the island. Will definitely use again.

During our move from Virginia to the Jacksonville area we needed to board our six cats for 30 days. I couldn't be more pleased with the kindness and quality of care shown to cats! The owners and staff even still remember some of our more silly cats and their levels of affection. Everyone was very responsive and provided open communication. I really appreciate the layout of the cat play areas and the amount of Windows they can bask in the Sun. The property is beyond beautiful and is second only to the affordability! We are using their services again this weekend as a matter of fact...

They did amazing with our two dogs. Both our babies loved it there. They even had to say bye to the ladies before we could leave. We definitely love the come home with a bath idea. They are a little pricey, but if our babies are happy so are we.

Would not board my dog anywhere else, she thinks Creature Comforts is her second home and loves the staff. Besides boarding, they offer day care and bathing.

The lady was very accommodating and helped us even when they were closed. Very sweet lady and you could tell that she cares about the animals. They have a whole cat wing for kitties to hang out and chill out for a while. They also have that area for dogs. This business has been in operation for quite some time and the house that has the kitties is over 100 years old. Not too far from I-10 and I-95. They also have River Frontage which is pretty cool. I would definitely give these folks a try. They seem to really care about what they do. That's what really matters when were talking about our furry friends :-)

We absolutely love Greenwich Canine Concierge! Whitney is the best. Our sweet girl loves going on playdates with her friends. She has lots of play time, snacks, & napping to classical music. Whitney offers pickup & drop-off during the week. Such a wonderful service!

Greenwich Canine Concierge, and specifically Whitney Alexander is amazing. I know my pet is getting the finest care and truly enjoying himself while in Whitney's care. I used to feel bad boarding my dog, not any more. I can tell that my pet adores Whitney and loves the time spent in her care. Whitney is Coco’s favorite spot away from home - she absolutely loves going to hang out at Greenwich Canine Concierge, a magical spot in Murray Hill. I know she’ll be well taken care of and have an opportunity to play with other sweet dogs during the day, which is great as I work full time. Thank you Whitney for all you do!

Whitney is the best! My pug Penny absolutely loves her daycare. I started using daycare after my baby was born because I didn’t always have time to give Penny the play time to get out her wild 1 year old pug energy. Whitney is the best in the area because she also does pick up and drop off. Other daycares I tried, I had to bring baby with me, get her out of her car seat etc, it was a whole thing! But Whitney comes to my house and drops Penny off at the end of the day tired from a day of playing. I feel good knowing Penny is socializing and getting attention. Her place is beautiful and she always sends photos of Penny running around in the gorgeous yard having the time of her life with the other doggies. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for daycare or boarding!

We are in love with Greenwich Canine Concierge! Whitney is amazing and goes above and beyond with her services. She does pick up and drop off for day care and you always get lots videos and pictures to see what your doggy did all day. I. feel so blessed to have found a place where I know Millie is well taken care of and also having a blast!

Many of our neighbors and friends have used Whitney over the years so she came highly recommended. So when we needed someone to watch our stinker, Kiwi, she was the perfect person. She was prompt, respectful of our home and took great care of our kitty. Kiwi loves people and has a new friend with Whitney.

First time cat owner here. My husband and I hired Mayra for a few drop ins while we were on a 10 day vacation. During our meet & greet, she spent about an hour at our home getting to know us and our 8 month old kitten, MoonKnight while answering all our questions. This was our first time hiring a pet sitter and being away from MoonKnight for more than 4 days. Mayra's knowledge and experience with caring for cats as she has her own reassured us of our decision to hire her. She even accommodated a last minute emergency drop in request when I noticed on our camera footage that MoonKnight accidentally closed his kennel door while playing near it. This wouldn't be such a big deal if his litter pan wasn't located inside his kennel. I was at the airport and feeling stressed! I immediately texted Mayra around 7:30 am on a weekday explaining the situation and asked if she could drop in the same day. Thankfully, she responded soon after and accommodated my last minute request. I felt so grateful and relieved. I really appreciated that she didn't give us a hard time as I felt bad for blowing up her phone with texts so early in the morning. I felt at peace leaving for vacation knowing that we could trust Mayra to handle everything. Mayra always arrived early or on time for her drop ins and she would send us photos of MoonKnight while we were away. He was showing her his belly (a sign of trust) by the last drop in :) She's a caring, professional, and experienced cat sitter. We highly recommend her and would hire her again.

I was very impressed with Amanda she treated my cocker spaniel Augie with lots of TLC and made him feel right at home with her dog Charlie. You can tell how much she cares and loves what she’s doing. I will definitely be using her services again in the future.

I felt like we were old friends immediately. I feel so comfortable with my cat and my home in her hands. A 10 out of 10!

Mayra has been the best from day one! She came into our life when my baby was just a puppy and has been such a great help along the way! I typically have her pet sit 3-4 times a month and I know my Ren is in good hands. Plus I always get cute pictures when I’m away to make it better. She goes above and beyond and I don’t trust just anyone with Ren!

I could see him in his kennel in the camera and he’s so relaxed. He was given his peanut butter treats in his bone as requested, he had access to his toys and he was given his medication. He absolutely loves going to camp here and the camp counselors/rufferees are SO attentive which gives me so much peace of mind leaving him with them.💙💙💙 Thanks for all you do!!!

Please God, please, if you love your fur babies, find another place. I was charged almost $100. extra for a holiday rate that I was not told about when I dropped them off. Then charged for an afternoon pickup when I wasn't told about that either. I never once saw my cats out of their cabana nor did I see the door open. To Adair, who was too busy to call me back, I knew I shouldn't have left my cats with you. What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I wish I could leave zero stars. 😪

This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and truly cares about all the animals. I’ve been using them for over a year, they accommodate any need or last minute need that comes up. I have even had my dog go through their training program and the trainers there are amazing a. She came out so much better than when she went in. I’m recommend this Pet Paradise location to anyone I know. So pleased with them in every aspect.

I took my little toy poodle Coco to pet Paradise for the first time on this past Wednesday, it was definitely a great experience for myself and my pet when I picked her up after being groomed she was happy and I could tell she was well taken care of her groomer was Pamela. She is awesome and so is the place. I have already made my next appointment for Coco!!!

Staff was incredibly kind, and their care with my dog reflected in their ability to trim his nails and complete the ultimate bath. Normally he is too anxious to allow other groomers (even his normal vet) to do these things - previously he had only been getting nail trims when getting vaccines (while ASLEEP) due to his anxiety. I’m so thankful, very much considering transitioning to pet paradise for all needs.

Love, love, love Pet Paradise. Oh, my dog Bella does too! Well, she's more on the obsessed side. They take great care of her and she loves swimming. She whimpers half way home when I pick her up. I'm convinced that's her asking for more play time in the pool. She went there just about every week day for the first two years of her life until.i was certain she was ready to be on her own. The one drawback - they cannot kill her energy, but I can't blame them for that. She still wants to play when she gets home but that's all her 🥰

Our doodle has the best time going to Pet Paradise. The associates are always happy to greet him and they take the best care of him. He loves playing with the other dogs in Day Camp and we love being able to check on him with the livestream cameras! The groomer is fantastic and we like that he comes home clean after a day of fun and a bath.

This is my Pet Paradise of choice. We’ve taken my dog to other locations, but this one is the best!!! Apparently, this was the first location, and they told me that they actually like dogs! @ayoitskailo always has a good time at this location. They even put a life vest on him and helped him swim 🥹 they love him, and we love taking him there!

Highly recommend Pet Paradise on University for daycare and boarding. My puppy is very spoiled and always by my side so the anxiety on both sides was big but we were able to walk in at any time to tour pet paradise. We booked our shih tzu Charlie for boarding for a weekend and got a free get acquainted day which was great. We dropped him off before work and picked him up after and he had sooo much fun at his first day of daycare. We even got to see him on social media which I loveeee. Once we dropped him off for boarding, staff asked great questions like if were available during our trip to be reached at any time, If there’s a time difference etc. we paid the $5 for a report card which were so sweet. Personalized pictures and report of how he was doing each day. I even called to check on him and they were so specific mentioning he hasn’t been eating but he’s slowly gaining confidence. By his second day, I saw pictures of staff holding him which is so big because he can be mean to other people carrying him!! Pet Paradise really cares for the details and puts in the effort to ease parents and also bond with the dogs. I’m so grateful to have found a great place I trust. Also the price we paid for 2 nights and 3 days was incredible.
