Alta has given us a warm welcome from the first moment, she is such a lovely pet! Very active and willing to walk also😊 Marissa’s apartment is around 20 minutes train from Zurich, an ideal position to explore Switzerland and the surrounding areas. The house is bright and comfortable, the kitchen very simply equipped but ok for a few days. Even if we haven’t met in person, Marissa has been very kind to us via message all the time, it has been a pleasure for us to look after her doggy 🐶 ❤️
Monica and Joel are wonderful hosts. They made dinner for me on the evening that I arrived and explained everything. There’s a notebook with all the details in writing as well. Piero is a great cat. He spent most of the time outside. When he did come in he was friendly and affectionate. He sat in my lap every evening and even joined me in bed. I highly recommended this sit.
Rachel and Andrew were great hosts! Communicative, welcoming, kind. They left us detailed instructions for Pet care , their home was clean and comfortable.Loved all the beautiful plants throughout the house. Andrew has a beautiful garden where we got to try some blueberries, peppers, and lovely herbs. They even left us some of their delicious hot sauce and jam! Sturgil is the sweetest! So loving and cuddly. Lyra does her own thing for the most part, but will emerge with the sound of a whistle which is cool. Loki the wild child is hilarious and playful. I highly recommend this sit and would def do it again. Thanks for the stay y’all!
We really enjoyed our housesit with Skitty and Paisley. They are two of the sweetest kitties and were such fun to watch. Chris and Dave were a pleasure to interact with. Their home is beautiful and we especially enjoyed being in the yard/garden area. We would highly recommend this sit if you are considering it!

Freddie has been going to Waggy’s daycare at least once per week since he was 12 weeks old (he’s now 13 months). As a professional dog trainer, I was really impressed when I visited Waggy's. The team were friendly and cared for the dogs like their own. They took the time to understand their characters so dogs under their care were placed into appropriate social groups; there was even a shy, old and quiet group which gave individuals who wanted more space from other dog's space to potter and nap at their own pace which was an especially important addition to their services I felt. Absolutely brilliant! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. My dog Pickles is very shy very timid very scared of people he doesn’t know and these folks went above and beyond to make him feel as safe and as welcome as he possibly could be. They absolutely have the best interest of every single dog at heart and you can see it in all the dogs that are so overjoyed to be there. If you’re looking for a kennel I would strongly recommend you consider this one.
My two dogs stayed at Waggys for 3 weeks over Christmas 2023 while I traveled. Both my dogs certainly don’t love all people but they do love Waggys!! I could tell from the pupdates and their demeanour in videos. The Waggys team always replied to my emails and requests very quickly (about their food, putting on their coats, pick up time etc.) and I was very impressed. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Hampstead. Nuala and Mikey will be back 😊 Nuala and Mikey were back at Waggys this Christmas 2024 and it was lovely again, the pupdates are so great!!!!! Super attentive staff who made sure they both received a lot of cuddles. Thank you!!!!!
Waggy’s is the best place for my 4 dogs to go to when I’m on holiday. I would never go anywhere else. The social media updates are fantastic and I know they’re so looked after and they have the best time. When I drop them off I know that the dogs are so excited to be back and they love all the cuddles and play time. Greg and his team are phenomenal and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of leaving their dog/dogs there.
My dogs Mela and Rosa stayed at Waggys over the summer holidays. From the initial visit I was so impressed with the place and how the staff interacted and looked after all the dogs. I’m not one to leave reviews but they are so fantastic I had to! They helped an elderly lady and looked after her dog when she was taken into hospital at short notice and they were incredible. Great policies and procedures in place and you can tell they love dogs and animals! Constantly updated me on the little dog and returned her fully loved, nails trimmed and cared for. Amazing service, you couldn’t ask for more when leaving your family pet with people!
My dog Teddy loves his daycare! He can't wait to get in a see his "friends" dog & human!! They have fun enrichment activities & even "school trips" to an enclosed field! The team take excellent care of my Teddy & I am happy to go to work knowing he will have a fun day!

Chris is so great with dogs her knowledge and experience is so vast she is a true dog lover - her team are fabulous at what they do always showing love and providing fun for the dogs at their day care. It really feels like a bunch of kids having fun in the playground when you walk in with all the toys and different activities and breeds they have in!

We have been using Petcare Pawfection for a number of months now and cannot fault it! They are incredibly professional and we are always confident our dog is going to have a good time. Jasmine and Jack are the kind of people who truly love dogs, and have the experience to communicate with them effectively beyond the one-size-fits-all stuff. My pup, Puff, has had his share of bad sitter experiences (through no fault of his own, or the sitters'---just extremely unfortunate set of circumstances), and I was worried he would have a hard time staying outside of my house. Petcare Pawfection folks were very understanding and patient, gave great advice, and eased Puffle in until he was comfortable staying with them. Now he can have a holiday too while I'm away, and it's such a relief to know he's loved and cared for, and is having a great time with his buddy Mila 🥰 He gets so excited when I'm dropping him off!!
Amazing house sitting experience with Petcare Pawfection. After our regular dog sitter fell ill, I was urgently looking for someone to watch Freddie, my stubborn Newfoundland dog with a big, dramatic personality. Jasmine responded incredibly quickly and professionally and got everything arranged for the house sit with a days notice. She was very considerate of Freddie's needs and provided me with regular updates and photos on how things were going. Looking forward to using their services again in the future!
My wife and I have used Jack and Jasmine's service recently when we needed to travel away for a week and were highly satisfied. As recent newcomers to Cambridge with a dog recently arrived with us from Mexico they were very flexible and took great care keeping us informed through daily photos of walks and reassuring us the dog was in good spirits. We will be using them again.
Jasmine was absolutely spectacular!! She made us feel so at ease with leaving our babies for a week. She sent photos and videos regularly which made us so happy, and really got to know their quirks and personalities. She is a true animal lover, fantastic pet sitter and our picky huskies are now very attached to her!!! She really goes above and beyond and treats your pet as if it’s her own! And that is EXACTLY who you want taking care of your babies! Cannot recommend her enough and will absolutely be using her in the future!
We had an absolutely brilliant experience with petcare pawfection. We chose the home sitting service to not overwhelm our dog with new environments: Jasmine responded quickly, was very open to our requests, and highly understanding and caring of our (energetic) puppy cavapoo. Lots of updates, pictures and videos were sent to reassure us during the two day dog sit to keep our mind at ease! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for dog sitters - we know we will definitely use this business again next time we need a hand with our puppy!
I dont like being without my dog, but I had to go away for work for a few days. He's had issues when being left with or walked by other people in the past, so I was concerned when leaving him with Jack and Jasmine at petcare pawfection. My concern was unfounded - he had a great time! He ate well, played hard, swam and got cuddles whenever he wanted. Needless to say he had a great time. How do i know all this? Because i got regular updates and photo's/videos. And when i felt the need for an additional update, a quick message and withing a couple of minutes I knew what the floofy little beast was up to. I will definitely heave him with them again if I have to - to say I'm happy with the service they provide would be an understatement.

Phoebe, our 1yr Golden Retriever, LOVES going to Day Care with Dave and Gabby 💜 the environment is a home from home and she loves spending time there with Basil, their family dog. Overnight stays have worked really well, with tailer-made arrangements that suit our needs. Lucy has helped us with dog walking and all the team understand Phoebe's training needs as well as understanding, with great compassion, our own family situation with chronic illness. When we say to Phoebe that she is going to Dave and Gabby's she pricks up her ears and runs to wait by the door ☺️ and if I chat to Dave too long on pick up, Phoebe taps his leg to go 🤣 So happy with their love and care 💜 and the updates of photos and news through the day is a beautiful bonus. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Couldn’t have asked for better service! Dave looked after our 2 dogs (and us) on our wedding day, the dogs really seemed to he and trust him and that took a massive weight of our minds on the day. He even brought the pups along to our reception in the evening for us to have some photos taken with them making our special day even greater. Our puppy is still a little nervous of strangers but due to Dave’s calm demeanour she thrived! Would not hesitate to use them again to look after our girls and highly recommend them to everyone !

A really well run, family business. It was such a relief going to work and knowing that our dog would be well cared for in the middle of the day. They have a high level of knowledge when it comes to dogs, and were always professional and respectful about coming into our home. We Love Pets are also flexible when plans change, and easy to communicate with.
Excellent service. Our dog loves Dave and his team. She waits by the door for him even on days he's not scheduled to walk her. The team are always really flexible with changes. They walk in very small groups - my dog is often walked by herself or with one other dog and they really take care to match the dogs. Our dog is a bit old and grumpy and they've taken care to match her with less energetic/playful dogs and she loves it. We also get lovely pictures after every walk so we can see how happy she is. Really pleased with this service. Highly recommend.
Gabby, Dave and their team are doing an outstanding job taking care of both my fur babies when I'm busy outside the house. I've a dog who goes on regular walks with them. And recently I was on holiday with the dog, so they popped into my house to look after my cat while we were gone. They're exceptionally well organised, and the walks and pop-ins run flawless. Before working with each animal someone from the team came over to meet the animals and to talk about the logistics. They're also so good at getting back to emails quickly and every day I get little updates in the form of messages and photos from the walks. My dog looks like she's having a ball every day she goes on the walks and meets other dogs! Through every interaction with the team, either in person or via daily messages and photos it becomes clear that they're full-heartedly looking after the animals. I also apprechiate how flexible they are. There are so many options to suit each individual animal's and owner's needs - length of walks, time of day, group walks, single walks, day care, boarding, pop ins, you name it! I recently moved to Cambridge, and naturally a big worry was to find a dog walker. We Love Pets Cambridge has more than exceeded my expectations and I really feel that both animals are in the best of hands with them. Thanks for all the loving care to the whole team. I can highly recommend them!
As they say in the name! Dave and his team really do love pets. I have been so impressed with their attention to detail about what my dog likes and needs. And great feedback after every activity with some great photos too. They limit the number of dogs they look after at any one time and so I’m confident they know what’s going on with all of their precious pooches. They have also shown great flexibility when I’ve had to change plans and are totally reliable. But the best reason is that my dog absolutely loves them back! He is always so happy to see them😀
Cancelled last minute and refused to work with us just before the start of a week because I wasn’t well and needed more time. Felt seriously let down and my pup just got abandoned- not someone to count on and lack empathy. Wish I could give less than a start to be honest
Would have no hesitation in recommending Jess, using her services again. Jess looked after my Boarder Collie, Sky, for a long weekend, I was very lucky she was free as it was very short notice. Very friendly lady, took beautiful care of Sky, gave me updates and photos of Sky which gave me great trust in leaving her with Jess & Sky obviously had a lovely time away. I am not used to leaving Sky with people she doesn't know so was a bit nervous but as soon as I met Jess I knew I had no need to be. I will definately be super happy to leave Sky with Jess again. Fully recommend, trustworthy & caring.
Jess was great with our cocker spaniel, Otto. She took care of him for a long weekend and arranged to meet him a few days earlier for him to familiarise. Jess was very good at keeping us updated on messages, and we could tell that Otto had a great time as he was so friendly with her when she dropped him off. We'll board Otto with Jess again and we highly recommend her.
I would 100% recommend Jess. She looked after our old dog Lewis for 5 days and we got him back extremely happy and well cared for. We were kept updated with daily photos and videos of him on walks, as well as eating, sleeping and drinking water, which really put us at ease, as he is reluctant to do these things without us around. Charlotte looked after our cat for 5 days, she made the time to meet and greet before we went away and to meet our cat with us. We had the BEST cat sitter! Emily was wonderful! She took extra special care of our two indoor cats. She sent us photos everyday so we could relax on vacation knowing she was taking care of everything. She even retrieved a package from a neighbor when it was delivered there. Emily was great! We are extremely happy with the care given to our Cat Casper from Charlotte and Evie of Cambridge. It may be more expensive than the Rover App and Pawshake App but knowing Casper is well looked after and our wishes have been considered is more important. The business is a lot more professional. Emma is an amazing professional, I have two fussy cats, one eats only if there is fish, the other don’t eat fish, etc. she remembered all the instructions I gave her and put them all in practice. Lianne Hunt has been looking after our sweet little girl cat Bobbit 3 times now and we are very happy with the service provided. Lianne cares very much about how our girl is and sends us very comprehensive reports, including photos, to let us know how our girl is doing. Our girl is very shy and she takes a lot of time to be able to trust someone, however Lianne has won her over and our girl has shown her affection for Lianne. We are extremely happy to leave our girl in Lianne's capable care. The comprehensive reports and photos are a great reassurance to us while we are away. On our latest trip away, Lianne was unavailable for the 1st two visits and Emily stood in for her and also showed the professional care we have become used to. The service provided by the company is second to none.
Our labrador actually pulls to go into these kennels. They took great care of her while she was recovering from an operation. Staff are lovely and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else, and neither would our dog.
Our dogs have been going to Westlodge for almost 11 years and we wouldn't let them go anywhere else even though its a 90 mins drive from us. When our beloved Riley became unwell at the end of his life they took such great care of him and next week they will be meeting our 22 week old Josh for the first time when he visits with his big brother Dougal. We have never had anything but excellent attention from the team and our dogs return home well and happy. 100% recommended.

Our Border Collies have just had a week here and were very obviously well cared for during their stay. Updates we're provided whilst we were away, including photos of them playing in the large enclosed field. They were bright and happy when we collected them, had been groomed and staff were really accommodating around collection time. Many thanks, we will certainly book again in the future.
These guys were looking after a rescue dog on behalf of ECGRC. We picked her up from here and they very kindly agreed to look after her whilst we were away for a holiday. They have some really upmarket doggy accommodation and they care for their guests.

Our Dog stayed for 10 days when we went on holiday, unfortunately she has a accident a couple of days before and she needed her paw stitching up which left her with a lovely big bandage on her paw. The bandage needed changing at the vets every couple of days and Kate was really helpful advising they would take our dog to the vets while we were away for the dressing changes. This was a huge help and meant we didn’t need to organise someone to pick her up and drop her off every time she needed to go to the vets. This took a massive stress off us which meant we could enjoy our holiday! Can’t fault the team, they were very accommodating and caring. Would 100% recommend.
AMAZING pet hotel! The cattery side is great with it's themed rooms & V.I.C suite (Which my cat clearly loved as he was sitting at the top of the cat tower overlooking the pond when I collected him) The rooms are much nicer than other catteries I have used in the past. The staff are also friendly & clearly love animals, so can leave my cat here with no worries at all. :)
Clean and bright with big rooms (for the cats don't know about the kennels but I imagine too) and the staff is super sweet and kind. They can accommodate pretty much everything (food, litter, medications etc). Overall I'm incredibly happy with how clean the place is and if you forget about the stress of being away from home which is true for all cats my cat was extremely well looked after and cared for and I had peace of mind.
My dog settled in very happily, and I received progress reports with photos when requested. He was clearly looked after superbly well. Here he is being brushed by his devoted carers!
Very friendly and professional team, my kittens were well looked after. My first time using a cattery for my new kittens (6 months old) and it was a positive experience. I visited beforehand and the staff were very welcoming and took time to show me around and answer questions. I will definitely use this cattery again in the future.

100% will be using them again. Put my dogs in for a week, and I feel they didn't want to come home after! The staff are fantastic, and the quality of care the dogs had was brilliant.
Such a wonderful establishment. Our dogs are always well taken care of. Plenty of outdoor breaks throughout the day with large fenced in grass pastures for your dogs to run around in. They keep our dogs together which is huge for our anxious pups. Highly recommend!
Excellent! Our dog Scout boarded recently for four days and came back happy, well looked after and smelling lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and shared their experiences and opinions of Scout after, all of which made it very clear that they had been attentive carers. Very reasonable on pricing and an easy to find location too. We'll definitely be return customer!
Love this pet hotel. Left our 3 labradors with them twice and then just 2 of them on the last visit. Our youngest lab was in season and they were really happy to take her. She also has been off her food so they made sure that she was eating every day. They could not do more for you. Staff extremely friendly. Kennels clean and all made up ready for you when you drop your loved pets off. We were extremely worried about leaving our girls in kennels. However now we have found somewhere we can now go on holiday together without the dogs first time in 5 years. Could not recommend them enough. The only thing I would say is book early as they get really busy.
The best pet boarding facility for anxious pups! My two dogs are a mess when we’re away and they always seem so calm when we go to pick them up. They are big dogs so it is sometimes especially hard to find someone willing to care for them. We are at ease when we travel knowing that they’re well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I was very anxious about leaving my dog for the first time ever anywhere.. But when I collected her out was obvious she sas having a whale of a time, I was expecting her to knock me over lol she didn't even look at me she was too busy playing very happily, excitedly with the girl that bought her out to me. She cannot wait to return . Thank you. Peace of mind... Priceless
Fantastic service. My dog can be a little nervous around other dogs. Eliza was understanding and set up the right conditions to allow her to settle in. I got updates on her day and her behaviour. She came back a happy and tired dog!
At long, long last there is dog daycare in central Cambridge! Hooray! Arthur absolutely loves going to see Emma (the eponymous pet nanny) and her gorgeous boy Tadgh. They play so well together and he runs in without a backward glance. The opening hours are brilliant as well: no rushing to drop off and pick up, and they're even open in Saturday mornings. Highly recommended!
