Elizabeth home was cozy and comfortable and in a great location. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet also. Nora was so cute and would sleep on the bed to keep each other company. She was quiet and never meowed or complained. Elizabeth kept in contact and left me detailed instructions and was lovely to communicate with. If the dates ever align again I would be more than happy to look after Nora and Elizabeth’s home. Thank you again Elizabeth.
Thanks Wumpy and Andrew for a great house sit. We loved your place, a very comfortable family home in the country with some great walks and views around and we loved Wattle, Tano and Sita. They are extremely well behaved and very friendly dogs, and were always happy to join us on their favourite walk, in the garden or on the sofa. Excellent, top quality dogs! Our time at Edmund and Chris's place with their two babies couldn't have been more perfect. The hosts from the get-go were responsive, communicative, detailed, generous and thoughtful. They provided thorough written instructions and they recommended restaurants and bars to check into, and places to go to get the most out of Paris. C&E made us feel welcome and prepared for the stay. It shows a lot about the owners when they are concerned about your comfort, repeatedly checking in to make sure you're doing well, and go the extra mile to do thoughtful things for you. The babies Jaxon and Josie are both smart, curious, loving and well-behaved. If we passed other dogs on a walk they were so good and would just stay right with me, and listened really well to me. I actually could just tell them something and they would understand. It is so easy to care for well-loved dogs that feel secure and comfortable in their surroundings! It was efortles to take care of the JJ's. We had a blast getting to know them. Each has their own, unique personality and we grew to love both of them over our days spent in Paris. They are super affectionate and the best snugglers. The house. E&C’s home is beautiful! A real gem. I've been to Paris quite a few times already and I've never seen such a gorgeous apartment. It's an oasis in the middle of lively Le Marais. Would really recommend this sit! A wonderful crew, beautiful house, and great location!
Blissful sit with Bella and Benji. Communication was excellent before, during and after the sit which proved very useful as we both arrived feeling somewhat under the weather. This allowed us to have a brief handover with Fiona and Nigel outside which worked very well. Both Bella and Benji gave us a lovely welcome as did Fiona and Nigel. The house was very clean, comfortable, warm and cosy with everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Bella and Benji were generally very well behaved and really get on very well together. There are lots of lovely walks from the house with spectacular scenery thrown in too.They loved their cwtches on the settee in the evenings and are both very loving hounds. Highly recommended sit

Extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I've used their services several times for my regular cat and my diabetic cat. She can do it all. Alissa will go above and beyond. During a visit, my diabetic cat was having unexpected problems, and after observing the cat more and discussing it, we decided to take the cat to the vet. Alissa took her there and explained the situation to the hospital. Everything was fine when I got back.
I highly recommend Alissa. We hired her to stay at our home with our senior dog for a week while we were out of town. Our 80lbs dog can be quirky and difficult to convince to go go for a walk, but Alissa got her out and about several times a day with ease. She sent us daily updates, including pictures of our kids pet fish. She made sure our dog felt safe and loved while we were away and took excellent care of of our home in the process. She is trustworthy and reliable and I will absolutely be hiring her again.
Alissa did an amazing job in looking after my chihuahua on a short notice! She tries to learn about your pet down to every detail in order to properly care for them and I loved that. Definitely would have her as my go to pet babysitter.
This was our dogs first time being boarded. We have a 3 year old, 100lb Shepard mix and 20 month old, 65lb husky/boxer. Alissa came to our house for a meet and greet before hand to get to know us and our dogs. Alissa has a calm, soothing demeanor; our dogs took to her within minutes. During their overnight boarding, we were provided with pictures and updates. We are extremely happy with Alissa’s boarding services and look forward to future boarding and housesitting services.
Alissa is the only person we trust to watch our three pets when we’re away! She is so loving with them and handles each of their needs with care. One of our dogs is a senior and our cat has litter box issues so the needs are… specific. She is highly communicative and sends us multiple photos and updates every day. Alissa is amazing! My family was invited to a spontaneous last minute trip for 4th of July, literally the morning of the trip. Unfortunately, the place we were going did not allow dogs, and we have 2 of them. You can imagine how flustered I was, making calls all morning to find someone who can watch our pups. We had an excellent experience boarding our dog with Jocelyn. It had been several years since we boarded our dog with someone outside our family, but Alissa and Jocelyn met with us in advance and put us at ease. We got daily updates while we were away. It was very easy to coordinate times and dates. We will definitely use this service again!

For those of you looking for a pet/house sitter, I'd like to give my highest and strongest recommendation to Alissa from Alissa Pet Services. We have 3 male dogs, (23, 28, and 165 lbs) and she cared for all of them for nearly two weeks in our home. She is kind, professional, and put in a lot of effort to maintain their routine and schedule. She didn't miss a beat and handled all 3 flawlessly - even when some of the dogs were stubborn. Most importantly, she updated us several times a day with pics / videos and was able to problem solve her way out of curve balls the dogs tried to throw. For example, when the dogs didn't eat because they were anxious we were gone, she demonstrated extraordinary patience and made sure they didn't miss a meal. She kept our house exactly as we left it and when she returned our key, the dogs happily greeted her (they usually bark at anyone who enters our home). Over the years, we have worked with so many people when it comes to our dogs and Alissa certainly exceeded the bar. Alissa is amazing and I genuinely believe I have found the holy grail of dog sitters.

We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.
Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. It gave us peace of mind while we traveled over the holidays. Getting to meet her a couple days in advance and show her around was nice too. Would definitely recommend LA Pet Sitting and Sinead!
I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. She’s extremely knowledgeable about how to care for dogs, flexible with my timings, and just an overall pleasure to talk to. We recently picked Lucy up from a 16-day stay, and not once over that period was I worried about how she was doing. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!
So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.
Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙
Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!
Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. epi and his team are the very best. i love that they don't have just a big dog and small dog area like most doggy daycare facilities. they separate dogs into different packs every day based on temperament and rotate them between quiet, dark rooms for them to rest and the outdoor play area. my pup comes home tired and happy, but not completely exhausted at the end of the day.

The only place I trust with my dog. They separate dogs by energy level and rotate them around as needed instead of just small and big dogs. The owner Epi is very knowledgeable and a nice guy. They also offer overnight boarding.

I'm really at a loss for how this place has this many good reviews. Everyone I talked to seemed high and could barely hold a conversation, let alone communicate with each other, and then they would act as if I was the one who was unprepared. My s/o picked my dog up the next day and had the same experience. They handed over my dog on a leash and he asked if there was anything else, they said no despite me bringing in half a bag of dog food. When I went to pick up the food the next day, (besides taking forever because nobody could figure out that simple task), they handed me back a bag with 10ish kibbles left. I don't know the experience my dog had since they don't have the dogs visible at the door, but he was sick for the following week. I'm not sure if they just share all the brand's of food among the dogs staying, or if they seriously gave my dog that much food in one night.
I love the owner Epi, he really knows dogs and he is reasonable and respectful. We're feel so blessed to know our dogs are being cared for just as we would.

Charlie is so helpful and takes the best care of pets. My cat Gnar gets so happy when she goes there and Charlie’s boarding is so helpful throughout the boarding process. I can’t say enough good things! It was very last minute and Charlie was able to take care of our cat with update videos and texts! She came to our rescue and took care of our pet at our home while we were away and even spent some time with her and gave her some good company. Charlie is very sweet and loves kitties! I’m excited to also set up boarding even when I’m not on a trip so my cat can socialize in a safe and clean environment. You can tell Charlie really cares about all animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and safe. My cat is shy so I was concerned about leaving him while traveling. Charlie provided a safe environment where he could get comfortable, roam freely and make friends with other cats boarding with her. From the video updates I received, I could see that Rocket loved his staycation and highly recommend Charlie's Feline Services!
Charlie is excellent! Nice, clean place where my cat could roam around or hide if needed (which wasn't needed). Charlie sent videos and photos each day and even gave me a personality profile check for my new cat as I get to better understand him. We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.
I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.
There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.
We have used Tiger to care for our dog for over 3 years and she is amazing. She takes the dogs on long hikes in the mountains every day and our high energy dog loves it! Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. If you need to be able to enjoy your vacation or need to travel for whatever reason, I strongly recommend Pet Care By Tiger.

Wagville is the best! We found ourselves in need of daycare and boarding for our little guy, and Wagville was an answer to our prayers. It’s been 2 years now and I am still impressed with how consistently amazing they are. Jill at the front desk is super on top of it and I always rest easy knowing that my dog is in the best of hands with the caring staff. They genuinely love dogs and go above and beyond to make your pups feel safe and comfortable. My guy was turned away from the first daycare we tried because he was too nervous. Wagville was so helpful in his transition that now he wags his tail when we arrive!

Couldn't even get an appointment for an evaluation.. there are soooo many hoops and obstacles to negotiate that its nearly impossible.. but even after i did everything they required, also more than any other boarding facility and without leniency on the Influenza vaccine shortage they refused to give me a review date until after the week after I needed boarding. Why make it impossible for potential customers to use your service?? especially when there are many other boarding options available in LA. I went to K9loft and had an evaluation the next day and a reservation for the time I needed.. sure it was more expensive but it was also hassle free. Wagville's list of requirements are a barrier and the woman I was trying to work only added to the the difficulty with to get this appointment. I made intentions clear of when i needed boarding.. and they literally gave me NO options but to go elsewhere. I don't understand how they stay in business, being so difficult.. good luck.

We take our dog here to board because he is a little too big to fly. They have a video feed that allows you to watch your dog during normal business hours. There are both indoor and outdoor areas. Our dog has spent up to two weeks there at a time without ill effects and he seems happy to check in. They have requirements for overnight stays, you need a valid dog license and up to date medical stuff to book a spot. They also have day care which we've never tried.
my favorite place to take my dog that i never get to take my dog to because they don’t let you drop off or pickup on weekends unless its for the whole weekend. cant pickup on sunday. cant drop off on saturday. also gotta call ahead for daycare which is sometimes difficult. that said, i love the indoor/outdoor openness, and that the dogs sleep out in the same area they play.
Best place to take our doggy to daycare. I love the emails they send and they take such good care of the pups and the facility. Highly recommend.
Wagville is amazing!! The staff are so caring and kind and I love that I can watch my pup on the web cams. My dog absolutely loves it and gets so excited when we pull up to the building :) so happy we found such an awesome place for doggy day camp!
WagVille is run by an excellent team. Everyone is professional and skillful and create a warm and playful atmosphere for our dog, Luna. We love the level of attention the dogs get and the nice routines set by WagVille. Your dog can play indoors with fellow pooches or outdoors in the wading pools. The webcams are such a nice touch and are well positioned. Any time we need a sitter, we rely on WagVille. Long term stays are no problem. Just be sure to call ahead because they are in high demand as they should be. Raving reviews only.
Left my dogs there for a weekend getaway. They have a camera/webcam where you can see them. Discount given for multiple dogs. A bit pricey than some other doggy camps but you get what you pay for. Service is awesome. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Will use their service again.
The Hounds Club is great and I couldn't recommend it enough! The staff is very friendly, professional, and genuinely love your dogs. I feel very safe leaving my dog with them. They always have someone watching the dogs and playing with them at all times. They take your dog's enjoyment and safety very seriously. Give them a call and check them out. You won't be disappointed.
A dog trainer I worked with recommended Hounds Club to me as a good place to help meet the needs of my puppy’s endless energy. I like that they assess all dogs who come through first to make sure they know how to best care for them. My puppy loves it there, is always excited to go and always tired and happy coming home. I feel really at ease and safe leaving her at Hounds Club for daycare or boarding. It’s a great relief to trust that my dog is in thoughtful and caring hands. Below is my pup getting picked up.
The staff at Hounds club was excellent with my pup! It was his first time at a groomers and they took extra care to ensure that he was comfortable with the whole experience. Upon picking him up, he was full of energy, ready to play and not scared at all. Elyana was great with his first puppy grooming and gave us great information and recommendations for my pup. Ben was very friendly and informative about the services offered. Great time here overall and will definitely be back!
I've been coming here for over a year now. When we get there, my dog rushes to the interior door that leads to the dogs, or greets anyone in the lobby. She loves this place. As do I. For Halloween this year, they had a costume contest. My pup did not win.
Our pup Mookie is new to the Hounds Club and absolutely loves it. He needed more playtime for his puppy energy levels. Hounds Club was the trick. Staff are friendly and rates are reasonable.
Our dog Baby Girl just had her first daycare at Hounds Club and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic - great parking, easy to get to, spacious and I love the windows inside where you can see the daycare area. We had tried another company prior and we weren’t thrilled with the experience and are so relieved to have been recommended Hounds Club, the difference was night and day. They were thorough with our dogs temperament test and the fact Ben got down on the ground to meet our dog and interact with her just showed how much they care. During her test how they brought out a dog one by one to hang with our dog was just another attention to care I loved to see. We had wanted to book a boarding the next day but he explained that with her slight nervousness it’d be best to wait and that dogs have to have a couple hours of daycare first before boarding, he was in tune with our dog’s best interests and it was certain things like that that were such green flags, it showed how much they care and pay attention to your dog and really want what’s best for them. We did daycare the next day rather than boarding and Baby Girl had such a fantastic time, I love that there are cameras to watch on the website. She came home so happy and tired. The other place we tried she smelled really bad when we picked her up. Overall I’m just very impressed by their whole operation, it’s all set up perfectly and the level of care is above and beyond. I have total peace of mind leaving our dog in their care
It was my dog’s first visit, and he loved it! He has been to previous day cares in the past, and he was always anxious when leaving. I could tell he felt extremely at ease after a day at The Hounds Club! Can’t wait to bring him back :) the staff was also extremely helpful and receptive. Thank you!!
We have been very pleased with Hounds Club. The staff is very caring and we are delighted how welcoming they are when we drop off our fur baby Jax. It's nice to know that he is in great hands when we utilize daycare twice a week.
The team at Hounds Club took great care of our pup for his first visit to the groomers. Elyana took time talking to us and getting to know Bowser before the session. Made sure we knew all our options and gave her advice. Will definitely visit again.
