My daughter and I house sat for Liz's two gorgeous fur babies Ollie and Alfie. Well trained dogs, that are sooo cuddly and playful. We had so much fun. Beautiful clean home on the canal. Easy access to parks and cafes and main roads. Liz left food for us. Would happily sit for Liz again.
Cyndi and Rich were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome into their home for the week. The property itself is beautiful and pristinely clean. Mr Bo Jangles and Stella are both very friendly pets and a pleasure to take care of!
I spent two glorious months with Lafayette and Leon in Helsinki. It’s very hard to leave! Pets Lafayette and Leon are not only beautiful cats, but they also have delightful personalities. So adorable! Lafayette stares at you with those big eyes, looking completely content with life as he sits on your lap and ‘nurses’ the blanket. Leon loves being petted on the side of the head, making biscuits, and snacks at every moment possible. The big event of the day is when you throw water on the sauna and Lafayette (especially Lafayette) and Leon come in to watch the water trickle down the drain. Both are very affectionate and easygoing. I’m seriously going to miss these sweet babies. Hosts Liz did absolutely everything to make my visit pleasant and smooth. She took me to a talk at the university on the first day (downtown) and showed me around. She also took me to dinner and left their museum cards to use. The morning that Liz left, she took me down to the dock where she swam (yes!) in the water. I really appreciated how much thought she put into showing me everything inside and outside the flat. Communication was always easy. House and Area I have to say that every flat in the world should have a sauna! It was wonderful, so thank you, Liz and Holly, for making that available. Their flat is warm, comfortable, and easy to maintain. It’s located out of the downtown area, but still close to absolutely everything you could possibly need, including buses and the metro. The water is a two-minute walk from the flat, and I spent many hours walking along the beautiful gravel pathway that stretches for miles along the water, including in the snow. I’m sure Liz and Holly will never want to leave their paradise again, but if they do, I’d housesit here again in a heartbeat.
The pets were great. They have a routine and very calm. It was very nice and quite bldg with not a sound at night. Lots of services within a few blocks. A pleasure to care for them both. Craig always quick with communication.
We had an amazing Christmas and New year's in Athens looking after Fivos and Mochi. These two cats have such great personalities and thankfully they seemed to instantly take to us. We really enjoyed sitting for Rani and John and will look back on our memories fondly. Their apartment was really cute and quirky and has all the convenience you need. Also the balcony is fabulous as are the views of the acropolis and city from it. My husband and I both work from home, so if your sitting and you need to do that, the dining table is big enough for two people working off a full laptop and second screen set up. It's also really close to multiple supermarkets and within walking distance to the acropolis (12 mins) we walked everywhere! As for the cats, they were great, they are very very playful with eachother but the majority of the time it's all friendly. Fivos loves his alone time, Mochi is a bit more of an attention seeker and it's wise to give them separate alone time. Sometimes we let Fivos into the balcony alone or into the bedroom for a nap. They are great at using their litter trays (and the little Rani uses is amazing!!). Their feeding schedule is easy to manage but it's hard to forget to feed them as the boys will let you know when they are hungry! Communication with Rani and John was fabulous, they are very friendly and approachable, provided us with lots and lots of information about the house sit and the general area. They should start a travel blog in my opinion! We would go back to sit in a heartbeat 💓 we truly enjoyed our time with Fivos and Mochi and are very grateful to have had the opportunity to spend time with them and in Athens. Thanks Rani and John!

Golden Leash made my wedding day with my pups a BREEZE! Alex and Stephanie were fantastic! They also dropped them off back at home and fed them their dinner afterward! My dogs were so happy to be involved and having a team I trusted to handle them during such a special time was incredibly important. They followed my written instructions and timeline to a T and even dressed in cocktail attire in case they were caught in photos!! Golden Leash is beyond the best choice! For my pack of wild animals, they have been a gift. My two dogs are a handful but I never worry about the walkers handling them. Each one is professional and treats my pets like their own. We used their services for the weekend of our wedding and couldn’t have been happier.
We have used Golden Leash for both dog walks and overnight care with our dogs and they've been awesome! Our dogs are very high energy/reactive with other dogs and sometimes need special attention and the walkers were great with them. Both Christina and Alex stayed at our house on separate occasions and when we came home everything was super clean and they sent updates and pictures the whole time. I use Golden Leash 4/5 workdays a week to take care of my three pups. The staff are amazing and always read my notes about the pups. I have a reactive dog that requires patience and space and a dog who had major surgery this year. Everyone has been attentive to their needs and communicated when necessary to make sure they are taken care of and safe. I've also used them a number of times for in-home dog sitting while I am away and that has been amazing, too. Maggie is typically the staff member to stay with them and she is fantastic with them. They love her, she sends me updates and pictures, and she takes special care of my reactive pup who gets extra anxious when I am away. I can tell how much she cares about them. Golden Leash is wonderful and my pups LOVE having them come to visit them.

We have been taking our dogs to K-9 Designs for over 12 years now ! We have moved three times, a little farther away each time, and we still make the trip to bring our babies here. Our dogs have been boarded, both long and short term, and groomed here and we always know the girls are in great hands! One of our previous dogs was a very senior boy and now with another getting up there in age, there are few places I would feel comfortable with leaving them for extended trips. They always take great care and we are so appreciative! Prices are reasonable and all the members are communicative and helpful. Highly recommend !!

Gave me prices. They are competitive. They groomed her exactly how I wanted her to be groomed. They called me as soon as she was done. She smells AMAZING! The groomer gave me feedback on how she did. I will definitely be a returning customer.
We just boarded our cavalier Lily with Emily for 8 days and we could not be happier with the entire experience! Emily made sure Lily would be very comfortable staying with her, and sent frequent pictures and updates on how Lily was doing throughout her stay. Lily has some separation anxiety issues but she flourished at Emily's and came back to us 100% happy and relaxed. Lily is definitely looking forward to staying with Emily again!
I met Emily this past summer at Royersford's Community Day festivities and boy am I glad I did! My pup was immediately enamoured by her from the minute they met at her tent at the fair. Emily is personable and has a clear love for the work she does - not to mention, her and her mom make the cutest knitwear. At the time, I was new to the area and was nervous I wouldn't be able to find someone who would take on a little puppy like mine, but Emily was up for the challenge. I found Emily via Roam Away from Home’s Instagram! She made it easy to set up a meet and greet and book our first overnight pet sitting. It’s amazing to have someone close by who we trust, to watch our little dog while we were away on vacation! We boarded our dog for a weekend with Emily and it was a great experience. My dog can be shy around new people and other dogs which normally makes for a stressful experience. Five-Star Paws Up! Our two bulldogs, Luna and Mabel, recently enjoyed a 7-day “vacation” at K9 Resorts of Audubon over the Christmas holiday, and we’re convinced they had a better time than we did! From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were in excellent hands. As owners of two bulldogs with more “quirks” than a reality TV show cast, we’re always a bit anxious when boarding them. But the team at K9 Resorts — led by the incredibly knowledgeable and attentive owners, who also happen to be credentialed veterinarians — erased all our worries. They treated Luna and Mabel like royalty in their executive rooms (yes, only the best for these diva dogs). Bulldogs are, let’s face it, walking bundles of health challenges. But somehow, when we picked them up, they looked better than when we dropped them off! Their wrinkles were spotless, their coats gleamed, and they had the distinct vibe of dogs who’d just been pampered at a luxury spa. Meanwhile, we were recovering from holiday stress and looking at them like, “Who even are you?” The care and attention to detail from the staff were nothing short of extraordinary. It was clear they understood bulldog-specific needs and went above and beyond to make sure Luna and Mabel were comfortable, safe, and happy. Whether it was managing their dietary needs, monitoring their health quirks, or just giving them extra cuddles (we’re sure they demanded it), the team truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be treated like family — or, let’s be honest, better than family — K9 Resorts of Audubon is it. This isn’t just boarding; it’s the canine version of a five-star resort. Luna and Mabel are already campaigning for another stay, and honestly, who are we to say no? K9 Resorts gets two bulldog snorts of approval and a big thank-you from their very grateful humans.
I don’t know who likes K9 Resorts of Audubon more, me or my dog Buddy! We have been bringing Buddy for daycare and boarding since November. I like the excellent staff. They provide a safe, clean and fun place for my dog to play, making sure that he rests and gets out of the heat. I am comfortable leaving Buddy for daycare and boarding. I am pleased that he is both exercising and socializing. The owners are veterinarians, which is a plus. Buddy likes K9 because of the staff and the dogs. Buddy wags his tail and barks when he arrives and the staff smiles and greets him. He likes playing with dogs, snuggling with the staff and playing in the water. It's been a little over a month since the Grand Opening and I feel more at ease and pleased with the quality of service and care given to my dog. I have never left my beagle with anyone, ever. A pet lover is always worried "will they be safe?After talking to the owner who is a veterinarian, and talking to staff I realized that my dog would be treated kindly. They treated me kindly when discussing my fears. That's how I knew they would treat my Beagle kindly. It's nice and clean also. I loved seeing the pictures of my baby on the Facebook. I would recommend! All the staff that I came in contact with were great. A special shout out to Savannah for remaining composed during my million questions!
We LOVE K-9 Resort in Audubon. Doodle plays all day, comes home, runs around the yard and then is promptly in bed by 7:30. He sleeps all night gets up the next day looking for his friends at K9 resort. It is clean, folks are happy and it is cost-effective!

Today was my dog's evaluation and 1st daycare. He's two years old and he pranced right in like he'd been going for years. He came home like he was exhausted from playing all day. The team members are professional, the policies & procedures are well detailed and the facility WOW; emaculate and state of the art. We plan on going back for another daycare and possibly an overnight stay, I've got a wedding this month.
Loved this location! The facilities are bright and clean (and smell fresh), and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. They showed me photos and videos of one of my dogs, and were able to tell us how well our dogs had done in play groups. Also my dogs were really well bathed! Clearly cleaner and fluffier than the usual end of stay baths. Highly recommend
Jacques and Lori always take great care of our two cats! We know the cats are in good hands whenever we need them to stop by to feed them and scoop the boxes. The updates and cat photos from each visit are great and very welcomed. This is the best pet care business in the area!

Jacques and Lori provide loving, personalize care for my furry babies. They love and treat my pets like they were their own. This allows me to travel worry free knowing my pets are well cared for. They watch all of my pets which includes a dog, 2 cats and a guinea pig. The overnight option allows me to leave my epileptic dog home knowing that she’s comfortable and safe in her own environment

Jacques and Lori are fantastic! They took such great care of our 16 yo kitty Julia for a week while we were away. Gave her medication with food every visit, and took time to pet her, brush her and play with her! Sent texts with pics every visit, even went out of their way to get more bird seed for our bird feeder, because the birds (and squirrels lol) greatly entertain our kitty. We will absolutely use their services again soon, and feel so much better about leaving our cat alone for an extended period knowing she'll be well cared for. We cannot recommend Soph N Bean highly enough!

Jacques of Soph N Bean was tremendous with our cat Penny. She hadn't been left alone for more than a couple of nights in her life so I was very worried how she would handle us being away; Jacques texted each day with a photo and update of Penny which helped us enjoy vacation free of worry. Great service! We have 2 cats, one "feisty" diabetic who needs insulin shots which can be tricky to accomplish. We had struggled to find a service to to handle this which limited our ability to go on vacations. Jacques was great, always on time and provided updates and pictures/videos after each visit. Soph N Bean was very accommodating, professional and organized, and allowed us to have a relaxed, worry free vacation, highly recommended!
Kudos to the staff here for being able to trim our dog's nails. We've tried multiple providers over the last year with no luck. She is a sweetheart usually but becomes Cujo as soon as she sees the nail clippers. We will definitely repeat!
The facility is top-notch and we appreciate the attention to detail in keeping everything clean and organized. We also love that they give back to the community by helping provide service animals for veterans. They also have webcam access so we can check in on our dog. Not only that but they also provide fun events every month. It’s adorable and our dog Zoe, is always excited when she knows she’s going to daycare there! We love Dogtopia and the number 1 reason is Julie!! She is an amazing soul with an incredible talent. She truly is a dog whisperer!! She does an amazing job grooming our little guy. Our Theo is a covid pup and does not like being social, but he fell in love with Julie right away and we are so thankful. He always comes home from his spa day looking like a movie star pup! In addition to Julie, we love the place itself - its always clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. We love that you can check in on your dog on the webcams when he's in daycare. In addition, they have been extremely accommodating with us during holidays, when we need to board our lil baby.
We found Dogtopia in a wonderful twist of fate when we met Julie (the owner) at an event in Phoenixville. We started talking about our pets and found out that she's a groomer. Our groomer had closed and we were looking for one who was comfortable with skitzy, long haired mini doxies because our Theo is a handful. We were on a waiting list for a puppy when covid hit, and ended up bringing him home in June 2020. With the pandemic in full swing, he was never socialized and has a real issue with most people outside of our immediate family. Julie understood and suggested Theo do a meet and greet. Well, the very first time he met Julie, he flipped over on his back and fell in love with her!!! Needless to say, we booked his grooming appointment and have been over-the-moon with Dogtopia of Valley Forge ever since! Julie and Steven are amazing, compassionate and accommodating and they run an incredible daycare & grooming business. Not only does Theo get groomed here, he does occasional daycare here as well. We LOVE the fact that we can log in to the webcam and see how he's doing. If you are looking for a daycare or groomer - do not hesitate to give them a call. It will be the best decision you ever made for your pup!!
Julie & her husband are amazing people and are amazing at what they do. You can tell how much pride and love they have by talking to them just for 10 minutes. When I met Julie I knew right away I could trust them with my pups after we had a horrifying experience elsewhere with our senior golden retriever. We brought our youngest golden retriever in 2 weeks ago and she still looks amazing. Honestly one of the best grooms she ever had. I could tell she trusted Julie immediately because she went right to her which she never leaves our side. She got right into the basin. We cannot wait to bring our senior retriever in soon. Before Dogtopia opened, Julie occasionally pet-sat for my family. Her genuine passion for dogs and her and Steven's expert-level knowledge of canine care are truly impressive. Now, we use Dogtopia for grooming, daycare, and overnight boarding. The facility is top-notch, with all activities meticulously planned and executed.
I would give 6 stars if possible for the excellent & kind staff and their service at Dogtopia Valley Forge. We boarded our dog Milo for more than 3 weeks continuously day and night, and in that period our experience dealing with this Dogtopia location was nothing short of amazing. Milo was cared for very well, was provided his meals and supplements at the right time that helped him maintain his weight and health, and that kept him in good sprits throughout. When he had a bad throat because of his excited barking, the good folks at Dogtopia also took him to the vet and ensured he got his voice back. Needless to say, we recommend this place for day-care and boarding ! Webcams are a bonus!
I can’t say enough about the team at Dogtopia at VF. My puppy has only been enrolled for a couple of weeks and it’s been the best experience for both of us. Their entire staff is amazing. They obviously love dogs and I am so happy I found them. Such amazing people.
My 6 month old puppy absolutely loves going here . The owners are so friendly and responsive and obviously love what they do. I appreciate the live stream to check in on my pup and the staff are so well trained to calm any situation in the room. Could not be happier with our choice!!
We were very nervous about taking our reactive and high energy dog anywhere. She immediately warmed up to the staff and never barked once (which was rare). They all shows her the love she needed and made her comfortable and made her stay there a great experience.
Absolutely, hands down, the best boarding, daycare, grooming and rescue in the area. Victoria is the kindest, gentlest, compassionate person I have left my boys with since moving back to the Philly area. She sent use updates and pictures everyday and I felt completely at ease with her and her husband from our first meeting. Mickey and Rocky came home exhausted in that “we had a great time way”!!! When we went to get them we were greeted by them AND their new friends. So stinking cute. If you have any questions or I can help share with you our experience please ask. Found EnVi on Google. Read some reviews and went to go do a meet and greet with our 4 lb HavaPoo named Scrappy-Do. The owners house was awesome. She had a great set-up with lots of employees and plenty of room for the dogs. We were told to bring whatever she is comfortable with, we brought her sleeping crate and some toys. The owner texted pics of scrappy every day. We felt very comfortable leaving her with ENVi. (Victoria). On our day of pickup there were lots of happy dogs playing about. The whole experience was very smooth. I highly recommend EnVi. Here a oic of Victoria and a lot of happy dogs about .
They are life saviors. Gus frequents their day care and I also board him there when I travel. For context, Gus is a 2 year old white English bulldog. For non-bulldog owners, it means I have a high maintenance dog that can’t be outside for long during summer months because it’s hot and he can have a heat stroke; it means that he’s on medications more often than he’s not; or that he’s recovering after yet another surgery… Through all of that, I have 0 hesitation to leave Gus with them and never think twice if Gus is okay. Considering how careful/attentive one needs to be to keep my dog healthy, they are more than on it. I never had a single issue. As a matter of fact, I had to board Gus just last week due to work travel and he was 2 weeks after serious leg surgery. They are a Godsend and I don’t know what I would do without them.
My Doberman puppy Athena has only been boarded and at the doggy day care a handful of times but ENVI is a God sent! Victoria is so flexible and understanding with time it’s so helpful for anyone with a unsteady schedule. And my pup comes home so tired and we’ll taken care of for such a affordable price! I recommend everyone I Can about them. Definitely a place you want your dog to be at if you want a peace of mind that they are in good hands. I cannot recommend ENVI enough!

Grateful for finding this place. My only go to for my dogs. Have used many times for over a year now. Whether it's vacation , a weekend away or just a day to socialize and let them play with other dogs. They care for your dogs like their own. The care received here at EnVi is top notch. Victoria, Alicia and Jon are so kind and professional. All are genuinely caring folks who love what they do. They can answer and help with any training questions or issues you might be having with your pet. The dogs have great fun both inside and outside! Plenty of room to run and chase balls and each other. It is wonderful to have this personal support and guidance during our pet loving journey. They deserve 10 stars! 🐶🐱❤
Top notch. When dropping my dog Charlie off I feel nothing but it is knowing that he's going to be treated like one of their own. Kept us well informed and sent pictures throughout the couple days we were gone and wonderful people I recommend them highly
We have been using weekly daycare and occasional boarding services at Cubby’s for the past 3-4 years. Every. Single. Encounter. that we have with their staff is pleasant and professional. They take amazing care of our dog and we are so grateful for the entire team they have assembled.
Said simply, Cubby’s provides caring and confidence. They are professional and comprehensive in how they evaluate dogs for their services and communicate. And because of that, they instill confidence that your furry kid is in good hands. At the same time, you can just tell they truly care. Every one of their staff are there because they love dogs and care about their well-being. I also like that there’s consistency of the core staff, which is important for them as a business but also build your confidence that they “know your pup”. My dog always comes home exhausted - almost “drunk” exhausted! He loves to go and you can tell he has fun. They organize the pups by play and interaction style, not just big and small dogs. They offer tours and let you see the spaces your pup will be in.
My dog and I recently took a confidence building class with Sasha and it was top notch!! This was my first experience with Cubby’s. Sasha is an amazing trainer! Her love for dogs and passion for helping humans handle their canine companions more skillfully is unmistakable. Thanks to Sasha’s ability to quickly notice and clearly communicate about barriers/problematic patterns and missteps and then tailor practical skills and homework to correct and overcome them, both my dog and I grew tremendously from this course. Sasha also takes the time to explain the psychology behind her directives so you are not wondering about the logic behind them. This class was really just a lot of fun thanks to the fact that the trainer seems to put her whole heart into it. Not to mention great value for the price. I would take another class with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sasha!!!

I've been so thrilled with my experience at Cubby's! They are extremely professional and take such good care of my dog. Took our French Bulldog for the 1st time , TERRIBLE experience!!!! She was panting so hard when I picked her up that I was terrified!!! She was probably out in the hot sun with nobody paying attention to her!!! When you pick up your dog , the people don’t even acknowledge that you’re there, they turn the other way!!!! AWFUL experience!!!
Absolutely love Cubby's! Great staff, super friendly and our dogs seem to like them. They do great work grooming our dogs and have great prices. They can get a bit busy so make sure you schedule accordingly.
Our son Dutch is an only child and we wanted a fun and safe place to occasionally send him, where he could bond and play with other dogs. We are so happy we discovered Cubby’s Canine Castle! Because our boy had never played with other dogs, he was a little shy at first. The staff at Cubby’s realized this and took the time to slowly integrate him with the pack, as opposed to just tossing him in and having him figure it out on his own. They actually took the time to make it a positive experience for him. During those few weeks they called me several times to update me on his progress. He’s so happy when he goes there. He comes home completely drained from playing all day. (Lucky for us). I was a little nervous at first, but after a few weeks I’m completely satisfied with my decision. In addition to using their daycare services I’ll be utilizing them for boarding this spring. We could not be more pleased. The staff at Cubby’s really care for the pets they take care of. All of the employees are extremely kind and friendly. Thank you to the staff!

Marissa did an amazing job. This was our first time ever having someone other than family watch our dogs and we were absolutely blown away. Her attention to detail and love for animals makes her the absolute best choice in pet care. She respected my home and my two dogs. We asked for pet care and got so much more than that. We found someone who cares as much about my dogs as I do. We found our permanent pet sitter hands down. We can't wait for our next trip away to use her again!
Just finished a 2-week vacation overseas with Marissa and her team caring for 2 elderly Shepards in our home. This is the first time we used Pampered Pups. They came highly recommended from neighbors. They didn't disappoint. They were a WOW. Will use them again. Great reports and photos every time they came to our house. I believe our dogs were disappointed when we came home. We use Disney's Pet Care facility when we are in FLA. Marissa and her team out-Disney Disney. Would highly recommend them. They are great.

Marissa and her staff has been a game changer for us. For 20 years we took our dogs to a wonderful kennel. We live on a busy street and we always worried about pups getting away from sitters. Our Newfies are almost 11 and 14 and we thought they’d be happier in their own home while we were away. All of the people who have taken care of them since we started are just awesome. Amazing communication with the staff and Marissa. We have traveled a lot in the last few months only because our dogs are in such great care. Thankyou Marissa and staff! Hank and Etta are soooo lucky!
A literal life saver. I was using another service while I was away, and quickly became uncomfortable with the care I felt my puppy was getting. I called Marissa in literal tears, left a message and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was so worried it was too late to use her services in this emergent last minute situation. She calmed my nerves, got me on the books immediately for the next day, and made me feel comfortable and assured my baby would be cared for. I can definitely be an overbearing nervous dog mom, and she didn’t make me feel bad or overbearing at all. Marissa actually validated my feelings and took the extra steps to text and keep me in the loop the next day. I cannot recommend her services enough! her responsiveness, understanding, the updated, the photos, all of it. 10/10 highly recommend.
We were in a pinch with our puppies and cats, family vacation at risk. I posted on Facebook asking for help and was referred to Pampered Pups by Marissa. While she was on vacation Marissa organized coverage for us. This enabled our family to spend the 4th of July at the beach house with our full extended family. We were nervous as we always take the dogs with us and have friends check in on the cats while we are gone. After reading the reviews we felt confident. Now here we are a week later writing our own 5 star review. Michele, our dog sitter was amazing. She brought toys for the dogs, sent pictures of them having fun in the backyard and on walks. Our cats were taken care of, even our small fish were happy. Thank you so much, Michele. You made us comfortable to the point that we could relax and enjoy our time away. See you next time!!!
Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. Excellent app to use for pet info and communication and very fair rates. Loved our whole experience with Marissa and will be booking again soon!
I have used Pampered Pups for twice-a-day cat care, once for an overnight trip and once for a weeklong trip, and both times were great! I really appreciate the pictures and summaries that are sent after every visit. My cat has minor health issues, so I am thankful to have in-home pet sitting that keeps her happy and healthy, and helps me not to worry about her. So grateful to have Pampered Pets in my town.
We've been taking our dogs for years to a wonderful kennel. They are older and we didn't have the heart to not leave them at home where they are happiest. Our first experience with Marissa and her team was outstanding. Morgan took such good care of our dogs..pics and reports several times per day. We felt so comfortable and reassured. They had 3 visits per day and I know they were happy to be in their own home. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly recommended!!!
I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. She is very professional and genuinely loves her job and my dogs. My pups were spoiled and given tons of love and attention. The house was immaculate and the pups happy and healthy. The Creative Critter Sitter is AMAZING! If I could give 5+ stars I would. Sandy is the pet whisperer. My two cats love her and one of them is very hesitant with people. Throughout the fall months I was traveling for work and vacation with a total being gone for 22 days. I was very nervous leaving my pets for so long, but Sandy made me feel 100% at ease. She is extremely communicative, sharing photos and updates each day. I really can't say enough about Sandy/the Creative Critter Sitter. I travel frequently for work and pleasure and have used other sitters and services - none compare. If you have pets and need a sitter, dog walker, whatever - the Creative Critter Sitter is the service to use. Period. I am so happy (and relieved) I finally have a pet caretaker that is awesome and trustworthy.
It's very difficult to find a sitter for guinea pigs and restricted my ability to take vacations so finding Sandy also cared for exotics was a huge win! She followed care instructions so the girls' routine wasn't disrupted and she provided text updates with pictures whenever she was at my house caring for the girls. I didn't worry once about them and they were so happy with Sandy's care. Sandy loves all animals and it shows in her work. I would recommend Sandy in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a home sitter.

Sandy was our guardian angel. She did so much more than walk my last dog and my current dog - she truly cared for them, even reading to my pup! Sandy is amazing. I was terrified to leave my 17-year-old cat Dusty behind when I went on a trip—he has health issues that occasionally require medication and he hates to be alone for even short periods of time. But Sandy was reassuring, knowledgeable (including about medications), conscientious, and caring. Within one trip to my home she and Dusty became fast friends, and she would read him a book while he curled up on her lap. She texted me every time she visited, provided updates, and sent me adorable photos of Dusty cuddling with her. She will be caring for my cat next time I’m out of town and I cannot recommend her more highly.
Sandy was awesome ! She took care of our 12 year old very well and walked when appropriate . & even had empathy for me during my recovery from major surgery . My dog misses Sandy… . We wish Sandy the very best in her new Town .

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)
We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!
I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!
Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!
We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.
Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.
