The location of this home is incredible overlooking the river and a few minutes walk along to a gorgeous little beach and village at the estuary overlooking Teignmouth. The house is so comfy and has a lovely garden plus balcony. We loved being there. Amanda and Seamus were very welcoming and had invited us to arrive the day before so that we could spend time ignoring Diesel the staffy while he sussed us out and we could settle into the house. Amanda kindly provided a lovely lunch and then dinner and we enjoyed getting to know them both a little and it worked well with Diesel. We had been told that he jumped up and got a bit excitable so we were aware of that and once he got to know us Diesel became much calmer and we were sorry to leave him. He is a very affectionate boy and good on the lead and we enjoyed paddling with him. We would recommend this sit for experienced dog sitters. We highly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to go back very soon. Thanks for everything Amanda and Seamus.
Thank you for the opportunity to take care of Bonnie! She is such a beautiful, calm and lovely dog to be with. It was really nice to have a comfortable home to enjoy during our travels. You were all welcoming and it was great to have a chance to get to know you and the boys a bit during our stay. Tunbridge Wells is a great community with so much to see and do and we loved the short time we got to be a part of it. We hope to meet again someday!
Absolutely wonderful sit, in every way! Where to begin? Andrea and Eric are fantastic hosts. They are warm and inviting, generous and very organized. I felt like we were friends from the get-go! The house is spacious, comfortable, and extremely well located. And the dogs are simply the absolute BEST! Aspen loves to play and get belly rubs and cuddle. Shadow will open up more and more over time; he's the gentlest, sweetest soul. Both LOVE their morning walks (it was the highlight of our days together!) and quality time on the couch. The dogs truly are self sufficient. Responsibilities are clearly explained, and communication is superb. Highly recommended sit, I can't wait to return! Thanks for everything Andrea and Eric.
Cyndi and George are professional hosts! They provided all of the information we needed and provided ample space for our own things. The location is enjoyable and walkable with the harbor, shops, food and neighborhoods all around. Jack is a wonderful host too! He is very polite, friendly and loving. We enjoyed him and our stay very much and would happily do it again. More than 5 thumbs up, we highly recommend this sit!
I absolutely loved my stay here at Cory and Kali's place! The building is well-maintained, secure, and in a great location with great food and coffee all around. The view from the rooftop is phenomenal! Kali is the sweetest and easy to care for. Once she warms up to you, she'll curl up with you on the couch or in bed and it is absolutely precious. Highly recommend!

They have a groom parlour.. needed both dogs nails trimming.. quick and friendly service with the dogs getting all the attention. I will be back. Update- I have been back and this time my dog spent the weekend. Lovely clean and big kennels, large runs outside and extra big fields for group playing. Highly recommend
Visited the grooming parlour so cannot give 5 stars, but on appearance, the dogs looked happy, kennels and exercise area all clean and tidy. Would use them for my dogs without hesitation.

Couldn't have found a better place for our needy whippet Luna. Simon and Nicola were great in answering all of our questions and we were assured that Luna would be in the best care. They also offer a moorland walk, which sounds fab for the pooches. You can tell they genuinely care and all of our concerns about using a kennel rather than home boarding were quickly put at rest. Simon also bought Luna down for some pictures at our wedding venue which we really appreciated.
Once more Simon Nicola and all the team looked after and cared for our dog Tinker brilliantly. My husband hadn't been well and we needed the holiday desperately. Tinker is elderly now and has a couple of medical issues so it is always difficult to leave her. I can not recommend All Creatures highly enough for the care and dedication they provide. Molly has been coming since she was 7 months old. From the first visit she absolutely loves it. It’s never easy leaving her to go away but I know she is in the very best of hands and feels very safe and happy there

We were nervous leaving our 4 cars behind whilst away for a week and turns out we didn't need to be. I contacted Robyn early in year and the communication and information received was perfect . Robyn visited couple weeks before our trip and took all the details and day before our trip Katie visited who would be doing the visits. Throughout the week we were away we would get constant updates via a what's app group which was nice and each day we could see the cats getting use to Katie's visits. Katie was awesome, spending time with the cats but also making sure the litter was clean and food was available. There was a few things we asked Katie to do and these were done each time. We have one cat who doesn't take to any stranger and over the week, even he got used to Katie coming. Mid way through the week, we realized we could change things up and make it more efficient and both Katie and Robyn were happy to change things round. I would highly recommend this company over any cattery.
Katie, our we love pets, Pendle, carer was brilliant with Gus the cat and Jessie J our guinea pig. We received lots of daily info including photos and video's. Gus was very comfortable with Katie and we didn't get grumbled at on our return from holiday, which is usual from him when he has been in kennels! As first time users of the service, we highly recommend Robyn and Katie and we will definitely be using the team again. Thank you!
I would definitely recommend We Love Pets Pendle. Kitty is 17 years old and totally blind so was a bit nervous about leaving her but I needn't have worried. Bethany was really good with her and it was lovely to get pictures of her eating her food and getting cuddles every day. Good communication with Robyn too. Will be happy using the service again for our next holiday.
We Love Pets Pendle are without a doubt the best pet sitting service I've ever used. The team members who looked after our gerbils and bearded dragon whilst we were away - Robyn and Bethany - were absolutely lovely, thorough, and communicated with us before, during and after our time away to ensure they could deliver the best care to our pets. Everyday we received photos and videos of the animals, as well as a detailed account of the care they'd been given. They even took our bins out for us and watered our plants! Will definitely be using We Love Pets again!

We Love Pets were better than we could imagine for home boarding! This was the first time we’ve ever left our dog, Winnie, with someone who wasn’t family but the family who took her treated her like their own. We were constantly updated with beautiful pictures of our Winnie’s “holiday” via Robyn who works at Pendle. Robyn has been lovely throughout! From initial interest to organising the home visit and throughout the stay. We would definitely use We Love Pets again, and I think Winnie would agree 🐶.
We have used Robyn twice now to look after our cats and chickens and have been absolutely delighted with the level of service provided. Nothing is too much trouble and Robyn kept us full informed about how our animals were doing in our absence. We recommend her unreservedly and you need have absolutely no hesitation in using Robyn to look after your pets. We will definitely be using her in the future.
Well what can I say. Audrey was fabulous with our three hens and two cats. Photos and updates every day, kitchen was spotless and so was the back garden, all cleaned up! She never failed us at all. Audrey even went as so far as to water the basil in the kitchen and hoover for us. She said it had been the most relaxing and easy task of feeding and cleaning all the hens and cats. She loved it! What can we say about Robyn and Paul! Oh my goodness: fantastic fantastic fantastic. We chose to board our rotty puppy with them and we just cant praise them enough for being so warm, welcoming and making our pups stay a safe, happy, wonderful experience which will 100% be repeated in the future. Their home and environment coupled with their lovely way of looking after animals makes them the absolute number 1 for anybody looking for a great place to board their animal. We cannot thank Robyn and Robyn at We Love Pets Pendle enough for the love and care they gave our cat Maisie while we were away recently. We received a full report and photos everyday. Maisie looked so contented in their company. She is a shy cat but was sitting on Robyn's knee within a couple of days. Maisie is an older cat with ailments and Robyn gave her medication with no problem. We could relax on our holiday knowing that she was so well cared for. Excellent service, looked after 2 cats wonderfully. This was the first time we have used a cat sitting service for a family holiday (they get too distressed in a cattery) and will be doing so again now every time. Sophie (our personal cat sitter) and Robyn (local manager) took time to get to know the cats and send daily fun photos. Sophie understood their habits so that she could play, feed and generally do a super job. Thank you and well done !
Outstanding service! Fully recommended! We have never had anyone mind or walk our dog outside of close family members and it was a big step for us to source someone who could walk our little Frenchie during our wedding say. First interactions and meeting with Robyn reassured us that we would be leaving Nellie in the best hands. Robyn is very approachable and clearly loves dogs, Nellie loved her from the off. We organised 3 walks throughout the day and confirmed times etc with Robyn prior to the day. She answered any questions and worries we had during initial conversations. As mentioned, we have never had a dog walker before but the service provided went far and above what we expected and allowed us to enjoy our day without having to worry about Nellie (which is a tough task for my partner). Robyn collected Nellie throughout the day and communicated with the venue rather than having to speak with us. She created a group chat and posted an amazing amount of photos in of the walks they had been on and it was clear Nellie was enjoying the walks and the company. We can't thank Robyn (We Love Pets) enough for the amazing service and I hope anyone reading this review who has hesitation in sourcing a dog walker if needed, We Love Pets is the best out there. Used we Love Pets pendle to look after our cats for teh first time this summer. they were really excellent. So reassuring to know the cats were being properly looked after, with regular updates and feedback all along. Will definitely use again and cannot recommend too highly!

My pets have been going here for years. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My dog’s tails wag as soon as we enter the drive. They know where they are. They don’t look back. The cat hotel is awesome. Each has its own outside window which is fully secure. No better place in my opinion. Never had a single concern in over a decade.
My dog is very picky, but really enjoys his time at the retreat. He goes running in with his tail wagging and comes out with his tail wagging, so we know he is happy! The staff are all lovely, and obviously love the dogs. The retreat is top notch - the accommodation is luxurious and there is plenty of room for the dogs to exercise. My pooch has been there for short breaks and longer breaks, and I would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous place.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mosside Kennels. I was worried about leaving my sensitive rescue dog in kennels but was reassured by a detailed pre-booking conversation. They took the time to understand his needs (and mine!). Brian was relaxed and happy when I collected him after staying for a week. I was very relieved to see he had made new friends and will not hesitate to use this kennel in future.

My Labrador Ruby spent her first week at the Moss side kennels. She was noticeably very happy when she went in and equally happy when we collected her. This is a lovely well-run kennels, set in a beautiful location, clean and very well run. All the staff treat your pet as if it was their own. She’s been extremely well looked after by all. I’m so glad my daughter found these brilliant kennels and cattery and I would always know that my nearly 12 year old Labrador Ruby would be very happy there. We had the pleasure of our Fur-baby in this wonderful facility for a substantial amount of time & he was treat so well that we actually was worried that he wouldn't wish to come back home, however, he did & has settled back in brilliantly too .
I've known and respected Ruth and Gary for several years now. My dogs used to love their day care when I was doing lots of volunteering. My two terriers have returned home today after a week at Mosside. I've had a hip replacement operation after four cancellations. During all this time of waiting they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding when I've had to keep cancelling dog stays. They've also kept me informed of their holiday and busy times. When pets stay at Mosside, they have a holiday. As animal lovers themselves Ruth and Gary and their well trained staff make the ones they care for feel special. They are played with, given toys, a lovely bed and a warm place to stay. I am also allowed to provide the diet my dogs normally eat. This is a top class place where you can feel secure that your animals feelings and welfare are the first priority. Your pets will love it!
I have used Moss side kennels for many years now, they are brilliant! I highly recommend them. Ruth and Gary who own the establishment are very professional, and have made real improvements to the business since they took over. I have found them both to be really friendly, very accommodating and helpful when I’ve needed last minute stays. Our cocker spaniel Billy, lost his sister to a sudden illness, when she was 2.5 yrs old, they had always boarded together. After she died, he had to go on his own and he was really lacking in confidence and afraid. Gary and Ruth were really patient with him, giving him lots of attention and reassurance, the result was he got over his fears and now loves them, seems excited to go there which is nice for me. I feel secure in knowing my dog is safe in their hands, the kennels and runs are really clean, I am one very satisfied customer. Well done moss side! Keep up the good work, I don’t know what I would do without you! helpful and accommodating when I call email them.
We've used Mosside for our little Salem twice now and have had no issues whatsoever! Staff are really friendly and he seems well looked after whilst he's there. It's such a piece of mind knowing our little fur ball is being well looked after whilst we go away. We'd definitely keep using Mosside for any future holidays as we can trust Salem will always be well cared for.
Our two chihuahuas have just returned from a 9 day stay here and seem like they really enjoyed their stay! It was their first time in kennels and they are quite dog reactive so we were apprehensive, but they seem to have had a great time. Thank you for taking such good care of Max and Benjamin, we will certainly be back!
Gary and Ruth are lovely caring people. We visited with a view to booking and were greeted with courtesy. The cats staying there were well cared for and very affectionate towards Gary. Sadly, this cattery is too far for us, but we would recommend to others who live near.
Collected the dogs today after a weeks stay. I was pleasantly surprised, they didn't smell which I expected because other kennels I've used they come back really smelly. Staff freidndy and not a fussy process. All in all very happy.
