Kim was a fantastic sitter. My pets were very happy staying at home with her and super relaxed on my return. The house was spotless and Kim even baked me banana bread for my return home! Communications were great and it was very easy to leave for my trip knowing everything was in safe hands. I would invite Kim back anytime!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Winettka. It was a relaxing time swimming, walking the neighborhood and the lagoons, and going to town for some external fun. The house has plenty of room for yoga and meditation. We fell in love with Chloe, Darcy and Rosie. They are lovely, fun, funny, and lots of energy. They are very good on walks and can go as long as you want to be out. They play well indoors and get along beautifully. We even swam with Chloe a few times. The house is very comfortable and reminds us of home styles in California. It is quiet, sunny, and has a pleasing open style. Kimberlee, a genuinely kind person with a vibrant personality with a fun sense of humor, is easy to like and connect with quickly. She is a fun conversationalist and was a great communicator during her trip abroad, even sharing gorgeous photos of her trip adventures. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed meeting them all.
I was made very welcome by Nick & Jay. They are a lovely family & went out of their way for my comfort & happiness. Their home is delightful & has all that you need. It’s located in a quaint small town, but you can travel to places of interest with ease. Monty is just adorable. He is fun, loving and great to be around. He walks with ease on a lead & comes back quickly to recall when off lead. We played with a ball in the garden a few times each day, his favourite activity. His least favourite..…. He turns away when I would trie to take a photo 🤣🤣 so funny. I’m missing him already 😍
We loved this stay! Patti and Manos were very kind and hospitable and left clear instructions on how to take care of the cats and the flat. They even bought us breakfast and made us coffee when we first arrived - thank you guys! The cats were so fun to hang out with - Princess and Harold are very both well behaved and Harold in particular is a funny character ☺️ Very easy to take care of and the stay made our London trip memorable. Thank you guys!
Anne and Richard are the most amazing hosts, and Winston is the cutest dog ever! I had a wonderful time pet sitting him over the holidays, exploring the neighborhood by day and staying cozy by the fireplace in the evenings. Anne had me come a day early so they could show me the house/Winston's routine and she prepared the most amazing vegan dinner for me. Needless to say, I felt welcome right away! Their beautiful home is close to so many wonderful walks, including the awesome Forest Park which Winston and I explored on numerous occasions. He slept with me at night and he really loves being close to you, which I loved. He is super easy to take care of and Anne and Richard made sure I had everything that I needed. When it was time to leave, I felt like I was saying "goodbye" to long-lost friends I had just reconnected with - if you have a chance to take care of Winston, consider yourself lucky!
Staying here was a story of times gone by when this was a paper mill area. The mill buildings had been sympathetically restored and the whole garden showed of the beauty of the stone walls with their arches and steps. Sampson the dog was a dream to look after, he was protective and obedient to walk and easy to care for. The cats were always pleased to be part of any time in the kitchen, so never had to be worried about. The sheep were also a joy to care for as they were extremely responsive to any hay or water provided to them which was a nice feeling. Sarah left great instructions and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. She was kind enough to look after me on the last day and took me to Monmouth where she ensured that I had a coffee and knew where the bus station was. I felt very at home in her house and greatly enjoyed resting in front of the Aga. Most highly recommended.
Kitties Stella and Santana are delightful —bright, loving, playful, curious and communicative. Raquel and Alex are warm lovely people. Communication and expectations were clear and I appreciated the well thought out house guide details. Their joyful artful sophisticated San Francisco flat is a treasure, history meets modernity oh so beautifully. Super location and remarkably quiet. San Francisco at its best!
