A great sit in an interesting city! Katrin, Andreas, Charlotte and Philipp made us (Liz and friend Cheri) feel very welcome with a delicious traditional German meal and interesting conversation and helped us with sightseeing arrangements that would have been challenging for us otherwise. The cats are beautiful British Shorthairs with wonderful personalities. They were easy to care for and affectionate. The home was comfortable with everything we’re used to except a microwave, which we didn’t miss. We used the public transit conveniently located right across the street to travel to tourist sites. A really good experience that we highly recommend to others.
Just brilliant, a great sit, we both still miss Molly & Poppy, 2 of the nicest black labs you could ever wish to look after. George and Cargie couldn’t have made us more welcome in their lovely home. A lovely area to visit a great market and deli in Deddington, but most of the time we enjoyed just being in such a comfortable house. Thank you George and Cargie and we hope you will accept us again to sit. Paul & Barbara
Ok we might have fallen in LOVE with Steeno just a little bit ❤️ he’s the funniest, sweetest, goofiest dog with so much personality and a big head!! He thinks he’s a lap dog and will definitely sit on you if you’re lounging on the couch! He loved long walks and cuddling in the mornings. Erwin & Alex were amazing people to sit for and their house is set up perfectly and close to everything you need. We especially loved all of the Asian food options and huge parks nearby! Will definitely be back to visit again!
Simon’s Green Hill is a cozy spot where I felt right at home. The dogs and a cat were super friendly and lovable, so we bonded very quickly. I happily took Nouka to all my trips – the small ones to the beaches and the bigger one to hike in gorges. She is a fantastic companion on days out. Taking care of the farm was easy, chill, and very joyful. To me it is a little retreat grove as the surrounding, views, air, animals, silence were perfectly aligned to ground, stop, emerge with nature and myself. Simon was awesome; he explained very clearly all farm ABC’s so when he was away, I could operate with no problems. If there were any uncertainties, he was always available to help. He made sure before he left that I have everything farm needs while he is away. You can tell that he loves his family very much. It was easy to arrange with him mine and his arrival/departure. Overall, the olive grove is a great place to unwind and reconnect. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful and lovable surrounding.
Ruby and Poppy are fun, though can be barky at times. The pool house I stayed in is really beautiful. The house is very close to Vanderbilt campus. Clint and Holly are chill!
Roger is incredibly sweet and expressive. It's really easy to bond brushing him- he jumps into the sofa almost immediately. Curious at first he follows me everywhere and end up sleeping with me. What an enjoyable time is it to take care of a super cute Scottish fold. Sophie is really friendly and her place great to stay in. Highly recommended
