This was our 2nd sit with Felicia and Ethan—they’re just amazing! My cat and dog were cared for in the way we asked, and with obvious love, which feels really good when you’re leaving your “babies.” Our cat is old and required wound care, and they took this on with no hesitation and did a great job! Even though he is a jerk about it! Our house was spotless on our return, they had even mowed the lawn! We will absolutely have them back!
We had a lovely stay at home of Marina and Guilherme, taking care of Bela and Mel! Communication with Marina was super easy and fast, we discussed everything in a video call before and later were provided with extra info which was helpful for the sitting. Mel and Bela are super chill and easy to take care of kitties! Both are always ready to play and snuggle, at night always laying by the side. Even both kitties have some health issues both are really relaxed, friendly and cuddly. The apartment is in a great location, public transport very close by to reach city center, several food stores nearby too. We had pleasure to stay at Marina and Guilherme with Bela and Mel wishing them all the best health and warm cuddles!
I had a wonderful time looking after Roxie and Duke, two very sweet and affectionate dogs. Duke is still a comparative baby and full of energy, but loves his cuddles on the sofa - and a mad tear around every now and then, playing with his toys! Roxie watches the tearing around with resignation 🤣 sometimes she joins in, but she usually prefers to come and give you some gentle licks and be made a fuss of. Dennis and Amy have a lovely home, and the dogs clearly feel very secure and happy there, as they settled so well after they had left for their holiday. I couldn’t recommend this pet sit more, you have local shops very close by, and for anyone who loves the countryside and horses, you also have Newmarket a short drive away. But better than that, you have two gorgeous dogs to spend time with, who are a real pleasure to look after 🥰
I had a wonderful time with gentle Karma. She was well-behaved and great on the leash. Dan was a welcoming and kind host. His apartment is swanky and comfortable. The housesit was short but super Sweet. I highly recommend it to future house sitters.
We had a great time at James' place, looking after Woody. Woody is such a lovely, friendly dog and he's full of energy. We loved walking him around the area and he was great off the lead, always looking back for us and coming when he was called. We also enjoyed a trip to Hawick (about 40 mins drive) where we walked with Woody alongside the river and stopped off at a pet-friendly cafe. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our stay so we didn't get to Kielder forest but James' house is very comfortable and there's plenty to keep you entertained on the rainy days. The surroundings are very peaceful but you don't feel isolated with friendly neighbours around and Newcstleton, with a couple of shops, just a 5-10 minute drive away. James was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Thanks again for a great stay, James and Woody!

My cat Delilah, has stayed twice this summer now. It was her first time using Juliana’s and from the start I was nervous to leave her as she’s recently been surrendered and nervous around new people. All my worries have been put to rest however as she came back happy and relaxed as she was when she we left her. The staff were all lovely to me and my little Delilah, I loved seeing her photos uploaded as she looked happy and very excited for some fuss and tasty treats! 😋😋
Julianna's, you have found lifelong customers! Last time we were on holiday, we used another popular local kennels but were unimpressed- the dogs came back smelling and looking dirty, the blankets and bed we had sent them with were covered in urine- we just did not leave with a good feeling. We have felt the exact opposite way with Julianna's. The photo updates on Facebook are an absolute joy and so reassuring. The genuine care the staff show towards all the animals boarding is heartwarming. They really seem to have brought out the best in our usually quiet, anxious smallest chihuahua! Thank you all so much- we will never use anywhere else ever again!
My little cat went to stay at Julianna's regularly for many years until she passed away in September. She was always very well looked after. Cats are never impressed when they know you are going away but Kitty knew Amy and Amy as well as they knew her. I felt that when she went to Julianna's she settled into the routine very well. We've been using Juliannas for over 5 years and wouldn't put our Lab with anyone else. Everytime we drop him off he gets so excited and sprints straight into the kennels. For me, that speaks volumes. On one occasion, a few days before we went on holiday, our labrador had to have surgery for swallowing a pebble. Juliannas were great, took him wearing the cone of shame, and looked after him until our return. Amy and all the staff truly love the animals in their care.
A home from home and a brilliant "doggie hotel" for everyone's puppers. First time wed ever left our dogs for the night let alone a week and they couldn't have been happier. Socail media channels provide updates during their stay with photos and videos so you can be reassured its not a trick pic, your dogs are really happy. Accommodation is brilliant providing a home from home service with sofas and beds, they have a run of the yard, garden and walks, are well cared for emotionally and fed well too (pretty sure ours were over fed haha). One of our dogs has Allergies and intolerances which are very noticeable if he gets hold of something he shouldnt and he came back in perfect order. The staff are great and I couldn't thank them enough for the time and care they've put into our dogs. I expected severe separation anxiety when we came home but no. I'm pretty sure our one boy was depressed that he went from having friends to just his sibling at home haha. Lovely place and couldn't recommend it enough!!
Molly has been going every Tuesday to doggy day care so she can socialize and boards when we are away for the last 2 years , the girls who run this are fantastic with the care they give the animals,they go above and beyond . They give each dog a photo shoot when there is a special event this was her Christmas one . She loves going so much in fact the last time she spent a week there we came to pick her up , she saw my husband and ran back and in as she didn’t want to leave 🤣
my rescue dog was a nervous reck and was terrified of socialising with other dogs other then her sister, but from coming to day care and staying over night and being with the amazing staff she is able to socialise with all dogs and is a completely different dog ! i’m so amazed with the staff and how well they have done with her !
Our Maltese Terriers absolutely love their doggy holidays at Juliannas. The family and I love the picture updates while we're away, and its comforting to know that our little pooches are extremely well looked after. They also go to Juliannas to be groomed and they get so excited when we arrive. I would highly recommend Juliannas, the kennels are like home from home, the staff are amazing and its in such a beautiful area.
Juliannas is our lifeline! They handle our exuberant cocker so well and always greet him like a friend despite his madness! Dogs let you know if they are happy in a place, and ours always runs in excitedly with his tail wagging with no looking back for me! We have no hesitation in recommending this caring and fabulous place.
Dante and Luna have loved their walks with We Love Pets Solihull. Due to my needs the team have had to be really flexible and communication has had to be outstanding to support that. Katie at Solihull Paws has been absolutely fantastic in walking my golden retriever, Ronnie, for the past six months. Her dedication and care are evident in how much Ronnie enjoys his walks with her. Katie's professionalism and genuine affection for animals make her a standout. Recently, during a last-minute emergency, Katie stepped in to look after Ronnie for two days. I have been using Solihull Paws for about 7 months. During this time I have been so impressed with the help they have given me and my golden retriever Ozzy. Katie will always work her magic with fitting us in and Ozzy goes bananas when Fern collects him. Dogs don't lie and Ozzy is always pleased to see her and confident in going with her, she has a clear love of dogs which is highly reciprocated! Anyone who is anxious about letting a stranger take their beloved pup out (as I was) Fern is a reassuring, caring and trustworthy dog walker and would highly recommend her.
I used solihull paws from sept 2023 until April 2024. Only required 8 lead walks per month. In that short time they failed to show up for my dogs on 7 occasions, with no real apology or explanation. A lot of my pre arranged walks were cancelled last min, due to 'emergencies'. Coincidentally these excuses mainly fell on weekends. 3 or 4 times i came home to toilet accidents in my home and sad dogs. My neighbour confirmed, on these occasions, 'the walker' didn't stay more than 10mins. I also came home on 2 occasions to my main back door being left wide open!!!!!! Katie the owner of solihull paws, was my only point of contact. For some reason you don't have direct contact with the actual person walking your dog? Problem here was, Katie was extremely poor at communication. She rarely responded to my messages. I was rarely given updates on my boys wellbeing. Other than Fern, my boys initial dog walker, i had no idea who was walking my dogs. I couldn't keep up with her staff turn around. Last straw for me, was Katie committing, 3 months in advance, to dogsitting while i was on holiday, then basically ignoring me and my messages leading up to my hol. This left me in stressful limbo, a week before my flight. Then last min Katie said 'I'll ring my friend in portsmouth, she'll do it" She was then ringing me straight back to confirm this' (a stranger stopping in my home, who's never met my boys before???!!!) Katie didn't ring me back as promised. Luckily a family member came to my rescue last min. Needless to say, about 1 month into using solihull paws, i was actively seeking/on waiting lists for more reliable, trust worthy, dog walkers. Other than the times Fern walked them (thank you) in the 9yrs of their existance, I'd never known them so sad/stressed when I've come home from work, As lovely as Katie seemed initially, I won't be recommending solihull paws to anyone and I'm skeptical of these others reviews to be honest

Katie has been looking after our border collie for over 3 years now. She began by doing puppy visits as soon as we got him, she even cleared up the ‘puppy mess’ when she visited while we were at work! He is a nervous boy and is not good around adults but he has always adored Katie! She is our boys favourite person, loves her to bits and always has a fabulous time when he goes out with her. Katie has walked our dog since he was a puppy. He loves going out with her and we've always felt he is safe, well looked after and paired well with other dogs. Bonus is that he always comes home to sleep for hours. We've also used Katie for dog sitting and again have always been as happy as the dog!
From the moment I first contacted Katie, I felt confident that my boxer dog would be in the very best of hands. And I was not wrong! I cannot thank Katie enough for the love and care she has shown towards Rodney. She treats him like one of her own and it's evident as he's so happy and content every time he comes back from his walks. It's such a relief to know that I can trust Katie with his well-being, and through her regular updates, I am so grateful for the peace of mind that she provides. We've had dog walkers before and it's difficult to find someone that understands boxer dogs, but Katie knows exactly how to handle their crazy, stubborn but loving ways. Overall, I cannot recommend this dog walking and dog sitting services enough and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Katie to look after my boy, and I am confident that anyone who entrusts their dog's care to her will feel the same way.

Our Dog goes absolutely nuts when he knows he's visiting Dotties! Always worn out when playing with the other guests, well looked after, and we have no concerns at all..just returned from a two week holiday and Jo sent pictures and videos to ease any anxiety...would 100% recommend to any dog owner. To be honest, he misses what is now his second home!!!
Dottie's is wonderful. My dog Bella has been going to them since she was a puppy and absolutely loves going. She runs up to Christine's front door and doesn't even look back. She stays with Christine when I go on holidays and I know she is safe and having the best time. Christine has helped turning my little puppy into a wonderful young dog. Who is social and friendly. Our young Cocker Spaniel has been going to Dotties since she was a puppy and just loves Dotties Daycare! It's great to know that our dog is going to stay with antoher family who love her just as much as we do, so there's never any worries about her being happy and well looked after! We use Dotties daycare once a week regularly, and also for longer periods for holidays. The longest was 3 weeks and our dog looked like she had a good a holiday as we did! Jo and her family (and their Dog Dottie) are great at caring for the dogs and making them feel at home. Our dog even has a favorite chair at Dotties Place! They offer great flexibility and I'm not sure we'd be able to have a dog without the support of Dotties! Thankyou Jo! x

My dog is a cocker spaniel and is nearly 9 years old , we have never left her with anyone due to her being very nervous with strangers and other animals. However we had a family wedding and she needed a 2 day stay at the kennels. I was very anxious about leaving her , but I can say I would highly recommend Hylton Hound as she was absolutely fine and settled, they understood her anxiety to strangers other dogs and worked with her until she felt comfortable to build a bond. She had a lovely stay, she even went out on to the fields and let the staff cuddle and stroke her. I was very pleased with the love and care she received, whilst she was there .

Absolutely nothing to complain about my dog who I'd never left before stayed here for a week in June 2024 and I was so scared and nervous! But hylton hounds made it so easy. Pictures everyday and videos made me be able to enjoy my holiday knowing my boy was happy and safe will definitely be using these kennels again! This morning I picked my dog winnie up from a 2 week stay I knew while she was there she wouldn't be her normal self for a few day or eat normal so I took her tins of sardines I knew she would eat them and I was write the young man I spoke to said 1st day or so she wouldn't eat as soon as the sardines came she wolfed them down the staff can't make your dog eat again 1st few days was quite but with lots of fuss she came out of her shell and was happy , yes when she came out she smelt a bit but that is expected nothing a quick shower didn't solve thankyou guys for looking after her we picked up a happy dog will definitely be back.
We have used hylton hounds for the past six years with no problems, till this year!! We left them for 16 days, we always take our own food so as not to disrupt the dogs digestives system swapping and changing. When we picked them up they had both lost weight a good 3kg each, their harnesses were hanging on them. Both dogs were ravenously hungry. We had a quick turnaround to another holiday (they were only home for 4 days) when we took them back they didn't want to go in. When I picked them up after 10 days my male has lost more weight, you can feel his back bone and ribs!! He is eating like he is starving, he has an ear infection and is subdued which isn't like him! We were also informed by text that we were being charged an extra £50 because he had destroyed 2 raised beds!! Surely they are insured against this sort of thing!! Bearing in mind what money we have saved them by using our own food! In 3 weeks we have paid them nearly £1200!! Well Hylton that is the last money you will be getting from us!! I wouldn't recommend you to anyone!! My dogs clearly haven't had the care they should have had!

Really disappointed with hylton, we have been using hylton for years and our pooch loved it there, last time we took her she was visibly shaking and actively trying to leave whereas normally she would be very excited to go there. We were also informed of a very serious incident involving our pooch from a previous stay but it was told to us in a very informal, jovial way, but hadn't been alerted about it. Before writing this we emailed hylton to try to deal with our concerns directly but wasn't even given the courtesy of a response. We are so upset about how poor the service was as we have used them so often.
Great kennels, very helpfull service from lovely happy staff. The girls Tilly and her mom Bramble came back home happy after their first holiday away from home, they had been well looked after. Would certainly recommend these kennels, and would use again.
Jess our border collie went off to Katie, one of mollycoddles sitter's. Jess made herself right at home having lots of human snuggles with Katie and her children. I was able to enjoy my weekend knowing that Jess was having as much fun as I, and being well cared for. Can't recommend highly enough.
Mollycoddles looked after our two cats while we were away. We hadn’t had the cats long and were worried about leaving them but Fin put our minds at rest completely. The company were completely professional at all times and were also very caring. Absolutely recommend!
I have been using Mollycoddles for a couple of years now. This is a very professional business that took time to match our dog with a sitter who had the perfect environment for her. Jessie now goes regularly to Karen and has a great time. She seems as happy with Karen and her family in their home as she is with us. She just walks in like she owns the place and doesn’t bat an eye when I go to leave. The process to book stays whether they are for a day or weeks is very straight forward via the website and billing and payment are just as simple.
Mollycoddles regularly looks after our collie Monty. He is well looked after and cared for. Not only is the service an extremely high standard its flexible and has helped us out at difficult times.I can't recommend highly enough.

Ted had the best time with Katie.. it was so lovely and reassuring to receive the photos and the updates whilst we were away. Ted made two new friends with Bella and Bonnie ... he clearly had so much fun. Katie and her family were so kind and it was clear to see Ted had the best time.
It’s a late review as our dog was cared for by Jayne and Mike in December for 2 nights. We were so lucky that our dog had the best care and we would have no hesitation in recommending mollycoddles and Jayne and Mike, we will definitely be using them again

We sent our bunnies to Happy Hoppers for a week for bonding, Susan is absolutely amazing, we had updates and video footage sent twice a day, every day. The care she provides is outstanding, along with the advice and guidance given for when they come home. Thanks to Happy Hoppers we have 2 very happy bunnies.
Highly rate this place for boarding bunnies- communication on point whilst we were away to keep us updated which not many boarders do! Great to know bunnies in safe hands as Sue is a trained veterinary nurse and could spot anything early if needed. Our two rabbits came back super chilled and happy. She feeds them high quality food and gave them enrichment and exercise. Will be using this place again! Thanks Sue 😊
Sue was amazing and gave me multiple daily updates while my buns stayed with her for bonding for a week. She sent a run down of how they’d been included pictures and videos so I could see they were ok; it was so reassuring. They were well looked after and Sue clearly adores rabbits and is extremely knowledgable about them. I have used other bonding services before and Sue is by far the best. I won’t go anywhere else now and I live an hour away but it’s worth the travel!

Milo was a foster bun staying with us while the rescue tried to find him a forever home. Thanks to Sue, his forever home is now with us.
We used Sue's rabbit bonding service for our two rabbits (both male and neutered) and we're so happy that we did! Sue provided multiple updates and videos of our buns each day, answered all our questions thoroughly and was so friendly. Sue is really knowledgable about rabbits and provides a document with lots of information and advice for maintaining and strengthening the bond when your rabbits return home, which has been so valuable. We've had our buns back home for 4 days now and they're doing brilliantly together which is a big relief and so lovely to see. We already feel confident leaving them alone at night time and when we go out which is amazing. It was a 2.5 hour drive each way for my partner but it was absolutely worth it! Great bonding service from Sue for my two bunnies. They got on very well whilst with Sue which, along with the comprehensive instructions for their return home, has stood us in good stead to continue their successful bonding. Sue provided multiple updates throughout their stay and has continued to help with advice since their return home. I'm confident we'll end up with successfully bonded bunnies as a result :)

We have 2 giant continental boys: When buying them (first time adult pet parents) we were told 2 boys were a great pairing! Little did we know… Our boys had their first fight when their hormones came through, they were separated then put back together after a few weeks after neutring with no arguments. The first time we left them with other people, they had a massive fight where one ended up with a swollen face and another with a chunk out of his ear and the emergency vet had to be called. We separated and tried to bond ourselves after a long while which only amounted in more injuries for them. We then found sue who had a 5 month waiting list but I was certain I wanted them to go with her. Fast forward to their stay: sue was fantastic, multiple updates, pictures and videos of our boys, herbs, pellets and unlimited fancy hay! Fast forward again almost 6 weeks since having them back we have had no issues, they are very in love and are having the best time with eachother (and we’ve now bought fancy hay)🙈 long story short: we thought our boys were beyond repair and we would have to get them girls and half their space, and now they/we are one big happy family thanks to sue. Xx she also boarded our buns for a week and we have already booked for next year - it’s so lovely not having to worry that the people looking after your buns don’t see them as family and as important as dogs … sue loves your buns as much as her own and you know they’re being cared for fully xx Sue is 2 hours away from us and we will drive to her every time we go away now.
Honestly the only bunny bonding service you will ever need. I was petrified of taking my bunnies anywhere and scared they would forever live apart. After a few dreadful attempts myself to bond my rabbits, two of which ended in genuinely dreadful injury, I was dreadfully sad thinking my rabbits would have to live apart and be forever alone. I was scared taking them to someone else and scared of more injury. Within an hour of leaving them with Sue she sent pics and a video of them happily sitting together. She is a genuine miracle worker. You can trust your gorgeous babies with this woman and she will change your life. Not only that she is a super lovely woman. Sends videos every single day and you never feel like you're bothering her with your questions!! Also she's far too cheap!! I'd have paid twice the money, if not triple. Thanks Sue for restoring happiness into my bunny family!
We gave our four rabbits to Sue a couple of months ago for re-bonding whilst we were on holiday, after several failed attempts of our own. Sue kept us really well updated every day with lots of photos and videos and we always felt sure our beloved pets were in safe hands. We’ve had only one slight incident since getting them back, but Sue was on hand to give advice and reassure us though this and they’re now getting on better than ever. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Sue again for boarding when we’re on holiday and cannot thank her enough. It’s amazing to see our two pairs back together after we’d pretty much lost hope! Our dog has now stayed with Lydia twice, once for daycare and once overnight. She is extremely thorough and we trust her to look after our dog and give him lots of attention and cuddles! She also takes amazing photos every time, so we enjoy seeing him having a great time with the other dogs. We would recommend Paws for Thought Solihull!
We have been using Paws for thoughts for last 1.5 years. Lydia has been fantastic with our lovely boy. Archie don’t like it anywhere else. Lydia looks after Archie like her own. We recently left Archie for a month and it was great. She posted pictures of Archie everyday and quick to response for our messages. Thank you :)
I have known Lydia for a number of years. I'm an experienced dog owner and have done courses in dog management and behaviour. Lydia is extremely professional and really cares about the dogs she looks after. I see her regularly in a number of different parks with a mixed group of dogs. Lydia goes out of her way to respond to the differing needs of each individual dog. I'm retired and don't need the services of a dog walker. However, if I did, Lydia would be my number one choice to take care of my dog.
Monty has had a lovely weeks stay with Lydia and her crew. Monty has his own little habits and traits and is not the easiest dog (maybe the largest) but he settled in to Lydias and loved the other dogs. Leaving your dog with someone new leaves you feeling nervous but the daily updates put our mind at rest so we could enjoy our holiday. I will certainly recommend Lydia to anyone looking a a home from home setting. Thank you so much he will be back soon 🙂
As dog owners we were very reluctant to put our dog into a kennel. Home boarding was the best solution for us and we started the process of finding someone to look after our new pup Barney early this year. We spoke to a number of people before we decided to use Lydia’s service. From day one she made it clear she would only accept a dog if it’s temperament was right and he got on well with not only her own dog but other dogs stopping with her, which was very reassuring to us. After a successful trial day followed by a trial overnight stay, Barney stopped with Lydia for a week. Barney came away bouncing and happy and it is clear he has been well looked after. Lydia was very thorough with every process especially at the beginning and we were pleased this was the case as it reassured us that she had the dogs interests at heart and that we were leaving Barney with someone we could trust. That attention to detail was a big reason for choosing Lydia. We also appreciated the daily photos on the Facebook page which again made us feel at ease during our holiday. Overall, we are extremely happy with how Barney has been cared for and would not hestitate in using Lydia again or recommending her to our friends and family. Thank you :)
Lydia has looked after my pup since he was 9 weeks old (he's nearly 4 years old now), and he absolutely loves her. He has such a wonderful time when out with her, and gets very excited when he hears her pull up! Couldn't trust her anymore if I tried. Would definitely, and do, recommend :)
Lydia has a wonderful way with dogs of all ages and my puppy has benefited so much from his weekly sessions with her. She is extremely thorough and takes every precaution regarding covid19. The dogs she looks after are well disciplined and have plenty of love, attention, exercise and play. I would recommend Paws for Thought and Lydia wholeheartedly.

Millie has boarded with Lydia for many years. Millie can’t wait to get out of the car when we arrive at Lydia’s and we so love seeing Lydia’s daily posts with pictures of Millie and all her boarding and walking friends. There is no one I would trust more to look after Millie than Lydia. She is the most caring dog lover and takes such pride in giving her absolutely best to all the dogs in her care.
Lydia has been looking after our French Bulldog for a few years now and has always provided a very professional, thoughtful and responsive service. We feel very well looked after by Lydia and would have no hesitation to recommend. And our dog loves her!!
I highly recommend Beoley Kennels. The love & care they give to the dogs is amazing. We have used them several times for when we have gone away and we can always go away and not worry as we know Maggie will be having the best time. All of the staff that work there are extremely friendly and welcoming and you can tell they love every dog that stays with them. I will continue to use them and you should too.

I genuinely don”t know how we would survive without our 2 young adult Golden Retrievers attending doggy day care. They simply love it and have so much fun running round outside in the large run. The staff are all so friendly and kind and thankfully have lots of patience. As well as regularly attending day care, they have also boarded overnight for several days and have been so well looked after and I know this because when we returned for day care, they couldn’t wait to get out of the car! Annabelle, the manager, is extremely flexible and will always try to accommodate your needs, even at short notice. I would recommend Beoley Kennels to anybody that wants their dog to have fun and be well cared for.
Could not wish for a better home from home - staff and owner clearly love dogs and understand them. We have used several kennels over the years and this is the best! We have left our two on a number of occasions now at Beoley Kennels with full confidence and no worries at all. It is such a godsend !

My 3 jack Russell's first stayed for a long weekend then have just returned from an 8 night stay. The staff are lovely, caring, I felt more reassured they were in good hands than leaving with a family member. The dogs came home, relaxed, chilled and happy. Like they had enjoyed their stay. Our dog just absolutely loves it here!! He is a big and very friendly dog who loves to wrestle and play and they meet his every need! When I drop him off he knows and pulls me to the gate to be let in and when I pick him up I need to bribe him to get in the car. And once he’s home he’s a content pup. I feel very happy and at ease when he gets to spend his time with Beoley kennel and the team :-)
After the passing of my Father, I tried contacting these kennels to see if they could board my 3 x dogs by their instant chat, online form, telephone & twice by email & got absolutely no response whatsoever. This is not the first time I have made enquiries with this kennels & got no response & must say that I find this to be, not only rude but totally unacceptable & if this is how they treat people then goodness knows how they would treat my dogs. They neither deserve nor will ever get my custom & thankfully, Oak Farm Kennels responded immediately & I found them to be the best kennels I have ever used to THANKS Beoley, by being so rude you did me a massive favour!
We were very lucky to get a place for Luca at Solihull Dog Lovers daycare. He was initially a little nervous around other dogs and Eleanor has worked her magic on helping him with his confidence. The whole family are in a whats app group with Eleanor and seeing the videos and photos of what Luca gets up to throughout the day is something we all look forward to! He absolutely loves going to hers and refuses to leave when its collection time! Its a great peace of mind knowing he is in good hands and I would highly recommend Eleanor.
We were lucky enough to get a place for our dog with Eleanor and she loves it and can’t wait to go there each time to see her friends! Eleanor really loves the dogs and it shows with her level of care, not only making sure they get the exercise and attention they need but also using training techniques to bring on skills too-she is always happy to offer tips if you ask. She adapts to your dogs routine on overnight stays and we thoroughly recommend her- it’s like home from home and gives such peace of mind!
Eleanor was recommended to us by a friend who said that the only person she would trust with her dog and recommend was Eleanor. We felt exactly the same as soon as we met Eleanor. She was so welcoming and helpful, giving us lots of advice for our nervous Boo Boo the Cockapoo. Eleanor worked with us to settle Boo in over a period of time, so that when the time came to leave him for 2 weeks he would feel comfortable and happy (and so would we!) I knew that Boo was going to be as safe and loved as he would be at home with us. We got regular photos and videos which was brilliant. I can honestly say that I will not leave Boo with anyone but Eleanor in the future.
Eleanor looked after our 18 month old staffy - greyhound cross while we were on holiday and was fantastic start to finish! She provided us regular updates, pictures and videos and gave us good pointers when we picked him up as well. She made sure we were completely happy with the process and accommodated all of his needs expertly. We will definitely be using Eleanor's services again, thank you so much!
Eleanor has been amazing with our 5 month old spaniel puppy. We know he is fabulously cared for when he goes for day care. The training we have had with Eleanor has been extremely helpful and tailored to our needs although I wish we had know about her before we got our pup! Eleanor gave us the confidence and support to rectify some of the training areas we were struggling with. I would definitely recommend Eleanor for both training and doggy day care.
Little Luna was so happy and relaxed after a long weekend with Eleanor. Our four month old working cocker spaniel puppy is full of energy and can be a real handful but Eleanor gave her a weekend full of exciting walks, varied play and lots of evening cuddles. She even got her comfortable with car travel, which is something we've been struggling with. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, including plenty of videos and really clear information about how Luna had been. Highly recommend.
Eleanor has been so patient and pro active with our nervous dog. We really appreciate all of her support in trying to overcome this and mix with other dogs . She knows all the dogs personalities really well and your dog will be safe and loved.
Eleanor is incredible with our Hungarian Vizsla puppy Mia. Mia absolutely loves going there, and Eleanor couldn’t do more to care about the dogs she has. She is very reliable, helpful and knowledgeable. We love the video and photo updates we get throughout the day. It’s great to know that Mia is in such capable hands while we are at work. Would highly recommend Eleanor and Solihull Dog Lover services.
Eleanor takes care of the dogs like they are her own. Our little girl has the best time and comes back shattered after a busy day. She has a unique opportunity to socialise and play with other dogs. She has such an adventure and every morning when realises she is going to 'Aunty Eleanor's' she dances around with excitement and almost drags us over to get to the house. Eleanor kindly sends amazing pictures and videos to keep owners updated on their pups adventures which are fantastic to watch.
We left lily with Eleanor for 10 days and nights, it was the first time we had left her, at 23 months old, it's was a worry, but we had constant pictures and videos, she had a great time, I can't recommend this service enough, as second to none. Such a great place.
