Mausi took some time to warm up to me but once she did she was a real cuddle buddy and extremely affectionate with her own funny personality. She was very gentle and sweet and I loved her crazy playtime that started every evening out of no where :) Communication with Sarah was always easy and uncomplicated, she always respond right aways whenever I had a question. The best part of the sit though was the location, although it is situated on a busy street it is around the corner of the trendiest neighbourhood in Berlin, with the best coffee shops and independent stores and the Kollwitzer Markt every Saturday. I would definitely come back and sit Mausi anytime.

Sammy has a great team. We have a regular walker who is awesome and never fails to send us an update and photo each day. She is also able to cover us for trips or vacation and if she can't she contacts another walker in Sammy's network to cover. It is awesome, you don't have to figure it out and they have backups for everyone. Expect to pay extra for holidays and if you cancel last second (both of which totally make sense and we are fine with because the quality of service is so excellent). We never worry when Sammy's team and our primary dog walker are taking care of our fluff duo (dog and cat).

Sammy and his team are wonderful and always take great care of my dogs. My husband is a doctor and my schedule is always changing, and they are super flexible and accommodating; they always make sure you are taken care of.
